Im writing to provide an excellent review of Rose Garden Dental and especially for Dr. Neelima and her staff. Ive had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Neelima. Ive had a number of issues with my teeth and gums which the doctor has corrected. Dr. Neelima is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is a compassionate provider of dental care. My care has not been inexpensive, but due to the variabilities of my insurance and the issues I faced, I believe Ive received more than a fair treatment outcome for the cost involved. The office is outfitted with modern, state of the art technology. I have been treated with the utmost respect and care to ensure my comfort throughout often time consuming procedures.Its important to remember our oral and overall health is each of our responsibilities to maintain and manage. I came to Rose Garden Dental after a period of ignoring my oral health. Now that Ive forced myself to deal with my failure to deal with my oral health needs, Im on the other side of my fear and my teeth and mouth are in better shape because of the excellent treatment and care Ive received from Dr. Neelima and her also excellent staff. Ill be maintaining my oral health with a new, more positive maintenance oriented approach and knowing if and when I need support, I can count on Rose Garden Dental to provide skilled professional care.

Angels walk in this office! What a wonderful experience -- from the front office to the dentists chair -- I felt well cared for and expertly served! Dr. Neelima Naidu is a perfectionist who has a soft, gentle and confident touch. I highly recommend her and her team! Shes fast, yet meticulous and takes great pride in her work -- and now, with all the great work shes done on me -- so can I! Im so happy I found a dentist whose work I trust and a dental office staff that I actually enjoy visiting!

Dr Naidu is very kind, gentle and professional. The dental assistants are very professional and friendly! I receive my cleaning here and recently had a tooth repaired and crown. There was a bit of shock at the cost. But when i thought about it my previous dentist would have charged, it would have been $400 more! Dr Naidu uses the highest rated crown materials for crowns integrity.The office staff worked with me to find a payment plan which would work for me Care Credit.

What a waste of time. Dentist may be good but she needs new staff. Asked for insurance 10 days before appointment..Never bothered to check email and made me wait 40 minutes to check the insurance after i showed up at the office, until i said im not waiting no more.

I can not believe these people. I dont know how they can sleep at night the way they treat people. Absolutely the worst experience ever with a Dental office. Not only did it take over 3 hours to have X-rays done. Im confident this office is committing INSURANCE FRAUD. They handed me a bill for over $3k on work that should have been less than $400 with my insurance. Turns out they want to bill the insurance company and me for the same procedure. So now the insurance company is transferring me to another dentist because they may remove this dentist from the network for shady practices. The dentist wants another $100 to move my X-rays to another dentist. What a bunch of crap. BEWARE!!!

I would recommend Rose Garden Dental because Dentist, Hygienist, and X-ray expert were very friendly and took care of my cleaning and exam with kindness and very comfortable experience for me. Even the billing expert explained all details with Insurance. Thanks so much!!!

5 Stars Plus - for Rose Garden Dental. We were looking for a new dentist in San Jose and called Dr. Naidus office located at 2081 Forest Ave.#3 San Jose. Dr. Naidu deserves credit for her knowledge and expertise. She takes the time to understand her patients needs. We are very satisfied with Dr. Naidus services and want to thank her for taking care of our dental health. Thumbs Up - for Rose Garden Dental!
