Purchased a 2022 palisade from here. The sales person was very polite and helpful, not your typical pushy sales person. My only negative feedback is the entire process took about 4 hours and I didnt even test drive or look around the lot. I went into the dealership already knowing exactly what I wanted. The only other negative feedback is the $5000 dealer markup, still not as bad as the $10k markup on the Kia telluride down the street.
Went back today for a couple of technical questions and BIG B was great since the first time we walked in. He has great personality and attitude and the best customer service. Noe is great like always and helped me with no problem.Noe, Zamri, and Lauren are extremely helpful and great. They have great customer service and always willing to answer my questions. Very clean and not pushy from anyone.
I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe back in June of 2021 and by August it was being looked at by the service department since it was braking on its own. This happened multiple times on the freeway and in empty parking lots. I had taken it in 3 times (even though it happened many more times) and on the 3rd time the district manager was to drive it and see if he could see the problem. I told the dealership it happened randomly. The DM drove it 4 miles and did not have the brakes apply and was suppose to come back the next day and drive the vehicle again. He never showed and the service manager decided to take it out and while he was doing so got REAR-ENDED. He did not make me aware of the accident until almost 24 hours later. He swears up and down the vehicle did not brake on its own but I find it highly ironic. I asked Hyundai to take the vehicle back since it had that issue and now is damaged by their service manager (they refused). They have been extremely rude and unwilling to make this situation right. I am a recent widow and fear that driving that car with that issue still happening will leave my kids without both parents. I am extremely upset that they will not take their car back. That dealership is very unprofessional and I will never buy from there again.
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Our salesman, and Damian, was upfront from the beginning regarding add-ons. Big B, the sales manager, was amazing in giving us top dollar for our trade-in. Robert, in finance, was to the point, personable, and not pushy at all regarding add ons. Ive bought many vehicles and I can definitely say this was the easiest and stress-free. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know! We love our new Caligraphy Palisade!
My husband picked up his car from the service center over a week ago. After paying $1800 and leaving, he realized the next time he started his car that the problem had not been resolved. He’s called 5 times and left multiple messages. 8 days later and no one has called back.
Not happy with their “service” department. Rude and unhelpful workers here as soon as you walk in the door your not even greeted like you would be at Honda or other places around the area. They claimed they did a oil change and my car was sitting in the same spot the entire time. I have GPS on my car and it showed they drove it around the block and parked it and said it was done. People shouldn’t work there especially if they don’t want to even be there
Miracle workers. Thats what this team is from start to finish this team was amazing. From the very first contact person Lauren to our sales women Elaina simply amazing customer service. It didnt end there it just got better if you can belive it. Brian Big B did everything under the sun to get us qualified and the best rate possible and when you think thats the end Veronica in financing took it to the final level and was able to wrap everything else up in expert fashion. From start to finish the team was open, honest and never pushy. The sale reps Ted and Lawrence were amazing. They really cared about my need , not just about selling a car. Larry took the time to explain the details about cars since I am new to EV.Highly recommend Riverside Hyundai to buy your next car !Update : 3 weeks after buying the new car , the EV battery had a malfunction and needed to be changed. Unfortunately it has been on back order for over a month. Is it bad luck or poor car quality ? The staff are helpful , but my experience is down to 1 star.
Last weekend I was here ! I’m not local, I communicated via phone /text with Clemente and we came up to an agreement for a Out the door price since I already knew what i wanted . I came here to purchase a Palisade SEL from Santa Barbara. Clemente thanks for helping us Hands down to you and all the staff, you guys are the best . This is the worst sonata ever I came here a couple months back to get a oil change and they messed up on my oil Pan and tried making me pay for it and then I come today and they tell me they cant work on my car because of what happened last time and theyre the ones that messed it up and theyre just mad because they had to fix up the problem that they messed up I have video of them using an impact drill on my oil Pan when you dont need an impact drill for that dont come here you will regret it
I want to say a big thank you to Noe. One of the most pleasant experiences purchasing a car. He worked hard to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted. I drove away in my car happy and knowing I made a good decision. Veronica was wonderful. She sped me through the paperwork, pleasant, friendly and easy going. Pretty upset initially I was really happy five months ago I was really happy because we weren’t looking for a car and then we end up getting a car a used one unfortunately we had got a letter from the DMV saying that our car registration is due which made no sense because we just got the car and normally I’m used to you know you buy a car registration is not due till the following year not the same year literally five months later after you bought the car.. so that was unfortunate and very upsetting because when I called about it they said that we didn’t pay that so what I’m confused is normally when you buy a car you pay for car registration fees and all that stuff but yet we were told we didn’t pay that so that’s why we have a car registration do it’s unfortunate that this wasn’t told to us prior before signing because it would’ve helped to know and have it paid then and there. But we thought the fees, taxes etc were covered with our trade in, Just like having a down payment…
I forgot what great customer service felt like!I came into get my cars system updated and immediately was greeted with amazing customer service. Mr. Ruiz explained everything to me while engaging 100% he walked me over to the waiting room showed me all the goodies they had (coffee, snacks, business center)Thank you again for such a great experience Riverside Hyundai!
Riverside Hyundai made my car buying experience memorable. They were very patient and willing to assist me with getting the car I truly wanted. My wife and I are probably the least discerning and attentive customers these people have ever had waltz in and lease a car, and though we may have gotten terrible lease terms (lets face it--we werent paying any attention), its also possible that we didnt! Regardless of any issues I may have with how poorly we negotiated our lease, this dealership has the best service department of any dealership Ive ever encountered, and Ive encountered quite a few in the past sixty years.Ive had several services and minor assistance requests handled by this dealership since writing this review, and one thing is clear: they take customer satisfaction very seriously, and I appreciate it.
Have posted before about their service dept but now have to say a few things about sales. Went online and did all leg work with internet pricing and trade in value. Planned on trading in a car and paying cash for difference new car. Made an appointment and first thing was sales rep not there for appointment! They proceed to do the whole sales dance. I pulled out docs from online transactions and they refused to honor it. I had total price and trade offer right there and they wouldnt honor it! VERY dishonest and sleezy. Have been a long time service customer now dont think Ill deal with them at all!
David Ortiz was super helpful and made sure to get me serviced fast and efficiently. He told me in the beginning that I’d be smiling when I left the dealership and he did not fail to deliver. I had a wonderful experience dealing with David and other advisors. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my car back to Riverside Hyundai.Update: 2/15/21 - I had to take my car in for service (check engine light), which was very nerve-racking to say the least. After being advised on the service recommended and reassured that my car would run as smoothly as before, I went ahead and decided to have the repair(s) taken care of. What a relief! Riverside Hyundai (Dave) kept me updated on what was happening with my vehicle and made the whole experience a lot easier.I wish I could give a ten star for the wonderful service.
Rottens have chewed some cables in my car and it couldnt be started. Service tried to charge me $5200 for the repair. I understand cable damages could be very costy. But just after TEN Minutes when I told them Ive got nothing that much and had to tow my car to somewhere else to repair, they now ask for $500 OTD if I can accept that cost. Well, when service department became sales department, you know this is a True car dealer. Good job..

The customer service was exceptional. Elaina helped me get into a beautiful new car. She was absolutely awsome. I came in looking for something very specific and she made it happen. Not once did I feel pressured and left there feel very confident in the deal that was made. I went to buy my first new car and was pretty much in and out. I Probably spent 1-2 hours total. Overall the service was great, and the dealers were pretty straight forward with me. One specific dealer (Maurice) was awesome! And made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely go back for any future car purchases.
Wonderful service! I had been researching the Hyundai Palisade for a few weeks but was dreading actually visiting a dealership and experiencing the whole “car salesmen” song and dance.From the minute I walked into the Riverside Hyundai lot, I was surprised that I was able to wonder around a bit before being smothered by whomever was going to be my new “best friend”. Brian was easy to talk to and not pushy in any sense, just asking enough to find out exactly what I was looking for as opposed to trying to upsell me from the start.I am no savvy car buyer but knew what I was looking for and what I could afford. The dealer markup on this popular vehicle was no surprise but not going to be within my budget or anything I was willing to negotiate over. The markup was removed without question which was a surprise and now the playing field was fair.I made my offer and quickly received a counter offer which was reasonable but negotiated further in order to receive a price I was happy with.I was out about 2 hours later with my shiny new toy and couldn’t be happier with the experience and expertise of all of the folks at Riverside Hyundai. I plan to have all of my service performed at this dealership also, thanks again guys.
Its been a month since my vehicle has been at the Riverside Hyundai Service Center waiting on a catalytic converter, as mine was stolen from my vehicle. The anger and stress I felt when that happened has been toppled by this waiting period. I have been given 3 different days, to no avail. Now, my rental csr has to be taken back today as my insurance company only covers 40 days, and they have even added a few extra days coverage. I asked for a loaner from the dealer for a few days until my vehicle is ready, and, they havent called back. Unbelievable and Unacceptable!! Never again.... And I will definitely spread the word!! GRRRRR....Editing my original post after stopping by the Service Center and speaking to Service Personnel regarding my concerns. They were empathetic with my concerns and were now able to explain to me the reason/s for the delay. They were giving me all the information they were being given all all along, unfortunate for them, it was minimal, so, as the consumer, all the waiting without a definite day of parts arriving and my vehicle fixed, I just lost my patience. I do understand they have many consumers that are waiting for parts like me, some whom have been waiting even longer, thats stressful for them as well. So, long story short, they have taken care of me with additional days on a rental and will keep me posted on any new information they receive. I left on Friday as a satisfied consumer hoping my vehicle will be ready on 06/29. Thank you to the Service Manager who took the time to get me into another rental.
Sadly this place just lost 2-3 stars because of their greed. I signed contract for a car on 12/30. Before I filled out the credit application I told the sales guy to tell his finance manager not to run my credit with dozens of lenders. This is not my first rodeo buying a car. I know these guy love “shopping” for a better “buy” rate so they can make an extra buck. Example: you sign contract for 2.9% and they go try to see if any other lenders will give THEM the rate of 1.9% so they can make some extra money. I was offered the best rate and terms available and the contract was signed. Two days AFTER the deal is done I am still getting “New Credit Inquiry” notifications from Experian, Discover, TransUnion, Equifax, and other companies that monitor my credit. This negatively affects your credit because of multiple inquiries. They’ll tell you, “oh if it’s within 45 days it doesn’t matter.” Wrong. It does. I will be following up with these guys as I have proof of what was requested with verification that they would not run my credit anymore and they lied.
The representative Chan really helped me get things resolved quickly. He was extremely professional and we had a great outcome with getting my car fixed. Chan would check in with me multiple times along the way even though I wasn’t the most responsive, and yet he didn’t give up on me and now my car is driving better than ever. I would recommend this place to friends and family, especially if Chan is involved!
Complete lack of customer service. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here for the last 4 years and this last time it seems like they completely threw courtesy and customer service out the window. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and normally this includes wash and tire rotation. They only changed my oil and rudely proceeded to notify me that I need to clean my cabin filter and that there was an issue with one of my tires mind you my vehicle is 10 months old and has less than 8k miles. Apparently none of this is covered by the warranty or service package. If you bring your vehicle in be prepared for a sloppy job and list of “recommended needs”

I have noticed that my vehicle has a brake issue under recall and that had never been done before. So I made an appointment with Riverside Hyundai to get it done. I had a great experience with advisor WOO SHIN, hes professional, friendly, easygoing andI appreciated that. Overall, they had a good service department, you can not go wrong! I highly recommend this place to customer who wants their Hyundai get serviced.
Great Staff working here. I was helped by Kat. She was super helpful, not pushy, and knew her stuff. The sales Manager there is very straightforward and transparent with everything as well. Overall a great experience and super glad I went to this Dealership. I am loving my brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra SEL.

Chan was amazing! Best costumer service I have experienced. Fast and friendly, I was quoted a long wait time then they finished 30 minutes early. My car was fixed and I even got a new battery got my car remote. Definitely the only place to go for excellent care of your Hyundai!!!!
Wish I could of been happy today when I left the dealership. Really liked this location Dasan has always been 100 percent about everything but today just seemed like he was not himself I didnt even feel welcome there. The whole vibe an additude made me feel like I should have left when I walked in. Like he was only interested in helping a new sale not a previous customer trying to get there 2nd car. So heres what happen. recently my AC stopped working in my Tuson I was told I had bumper to bumper warranty took it to get it looked out found out only warranty i have is for power train. So am quoted 700 bucks to fix a hose than turned out to be AC compressor. 1200+dollar repair out of pocket. Ive had the car over a year an a half. So I figure lets try to trade it in me an my wife are on the lease both have almost 700 credit score. But after they found out I had nothing to put down for a deposit today I felt like they wanted me out of the building. I was told since something wasnt matching up with my pay stubs I was told we dont want to keep you held up will call you if any of the banks go through and I even said I could go to my place of employment and see about getting it corrected. That was completely ignored. And I was told to bring my wife in thats pregnant and cant be out in the heat due to health issues at the time for nothing they didnt even need her for anything after I was told to bring her in . To some the AC is a luxury but for my family its needed for health reasons my daughter has seizures if shes in the heat. Another reason I wanted a newer car.And its not like I couldnt get a deposit for them I even said I dont have anything today but let me know what I need an I can have it in a day or so. Ill never be back to this place sad because I felt like family here. And I infact dont even want to deal with huyndai anymore ill just wait an get a Honda or something of that nature. Thanks for everything but you lost a genuine customer. Never was I late on payment mostly paid it early. And never missed a payment at all but now I have a car am currently paying on that has a issue, and thought the whole time I had it of anything goes wrong I atlesst have a warranty. To find out I dont have any warranties thats the main reason I wanted to buy a car from the dealer so I didnt have to worry about it breaking down and having issues. But am now stuck with a car that am paying on still that has the same issue as the car I had prior but I owned that vehicle.

Shout out to Clemente, our product specialist, who painstakingly helped us find exactly the right car and the right deal for us on a beautiful Kona SUV. We did most of our research together by email and text, and then when it was time to finish up the paperwork at the showroom, everything flowed smoothly until we drove our new car home to the coast. Clemente did such a great job with answering our questions that we drove an hour to come see him and make it all official. Everything was as he promised and the staff was very accommodating and adhered to a strict cleanliness protocol. We felt very comfortable with every single interaction. Thank you again Clemente and the team at Riverside Hyundai for making this car shopping experience such a pleasure.
I used True Car app just for basic search; I was interested in a new car but in no rush. One of the models that appealed to me was the Tucson, so I browsed those first. Within minutes, I received a voice mail from a sales rep (Elena) offering to help when I was ready. I went down about an hour later (I had free time), and everyone I came across was very friendly. The facility was very clean, and within minutes I was doing a test drive. The sales and finance team offered an incredible deal, and offered more for my car as a trade in than I thought. The finance manager was friendly and helpful as well. I had a great experience buying my first new car!
I have always been skeptical about going to a dealership to get my car serviced. This place totally debunked that theory. My service advisor was honest and patient. He was able to resolve what I needed done, and went above and beyond the service I expected. I feel confident that my car was taken care of and I don’t feel being up sold anything, other than the normal suggestions for what the car needs with it’s current mileage. Had my brakes done and was very happy with the service. The drop-off and pick-up experiences were quick but not at all rushed. David, who checked me in and out, took the time to explain everything clearly. They washed the car and had it prepped for pick up and all went smoothly.

Ive always had a positive experience with the service department. They are upfront about potential issues but there is never a hard sell.Whats telling to me is that there does not seem to be much turnover. After a couple of years, I always see the same helpful people behind the counter and I appreciate that my car is always washed after its serviced.

I have been coming to Riverside Hyundai for the last 3 years, and I have received excellent service. I especially receive really professional service from Leo in the service department. I would describe Leo as friendly, patient,understanding, and he always listens to my concerns. He always has a smile on his face. As a woman I feel confident in what Im told and what is suggested for my car. I have not been let down yet. I drive a Genesis and I get quality service. Thumbs up to Riverside Hyundai and Leo.
The worst happened a year after paying on a new 2016 Elantra, A truck ran into the quarter panel, and we see theres a pound of Bondo and the bumper was repainted, The people we have tried to talk to just doesnt understand we wanted to buy a new car, not used or broken by somebody or hurt before us. We asked when buying if its a new car and was shown that the car is new. But this is alot of work. I feel soooooo burnt lied to and that this new car isnt so new. Just the price tag, sad so sad, its not my fault that the computer didnt show the work that was done on the car in the sales department, and shows it in service, I dont want somebody elses problems. Wth is wrong with this world? ? This was sold with new paperwork, so sad, and people act like we are below them. They dont want to help at all.
Dasan is an out standing sales professional! He treated us like family, explained everything in detail and didn’t make us feel stupid like Ford across the street did. This was my first car purchase, you can say I was a bit nervous since it is a big decision. I had a overall great experience here. Eli and Leo were extremely helpful, patient, and attentive. My boyfriend and I found that they were both knowledgeable when I came to the specs of the car and the financing as well. Personally they made me feel more comfortable while we figured out the financing aspects.Since several my of my family members own a Hyundai I was glad I was able to get what I wanted within my budget. If you’re looking for a Hyundai I recommend looking online to see what your options are before going down, that’s what I did. Any cars you interested in they will bring towards the front so you don’t have walk all around the lot to find a certain one. It also helps to be prepared! Try to get full coverage before going to the dealership (If you for sure plan to get a car!) I had forgotten about that and it was so late it was a bit of a challenge to get it.All in all I got a great first experience and I happy I Had two helpful Reps that made the process enjoyable!

Very fair and honest dealership which is hard to find these days. Leo was great with getting things scheduled and I’m very happy with the service. Not all about the Dealership as AAA and Enterprise were part of the problem...greasy prints inside my car were not what I had bargained for.Yesterday, Mar. 5, 2020 was the very best anyone could hope for. David walked me through each step, reviewed my Warranty and called the Warranty Company in front of me.All was straightforward and an almost $600 job was my Warranty price of $100.00. Recently, I had my Santa Fe serviced and I advised service rep, David Ruiz about some issues I had with the car. The ac was not blowing cold air when the car was idling and oil was leaking from the engine. I’ve always dealt with David and listens to all information regarding car issues and gives you the attention that’s deserved for a customer. David is kind, extremely professional and takes customer service to a whole different level that’s superior. I also dealt with service manager Jim and gave me the rundown on my repairs and was very thorough in explaining the issues, parts and time needed to repair my vehicle. Luckily I was still under warranty and made sure all was taken care of. I highly recommend the service department at Riverside Hyundai, they are amazing!!
The employee in the service department was very nice and personable. He didn’t push too hard for extra services. I came in for a recall and wondered if it was legit or just a way to push other services on customers and especially during this pandemic.Anyway, they washed my car after the service, which was nice.
Noe was very helpful, he help me pick my new car. A safe car for my daughter and I. He not only help me but help my cousin find a car. He made sure she was taken care of. I have been a Hyundai owner for over 8 years. My experience with the service department has always been excellent. The service advisors David, are always pleasant and clearly communicate any issues that need to be addressed. Yesterday I replaced my 2012 Tucson with a 2020. My experience with the sales department was nothing short of exceptional. My salesperson Dasan was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He answered every question I had and we felt really taken care of. We worked with Zamir in the financing department and that was also a 5 star experience. Riverside Hyundai has a customer for life!
Went in for maintenance and 2 other issues my car was having; power seat and the trunk. Customer service was great! Leo was very nice and explained the process of inspection for my car. Shawn was very patient while we were describing the issue of the trunk and actually tried to figure out the cause of it instead not listening to us. Greatly appreciated and awesome team!
My sales person Noe very knowledgeable on the palisade and the features on all three different trim packages and was able to answer any question across-the-board that I had about the features which is refreshing from my past experience at other dealers, Noe salesman style is one of Information and calm demeanor which gives you time to process! I’m sure all of us have had that kind of salesman that is very pushy and makes you uncomfortable because the bottom line is it’s nice to work with someone that gets that and once you to have a good experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Noe Will work hard to earn the five star rating that I give him.When doing the financing I receive five star service there also it was a solid experience and he covered all the bases of the breakdown of the finance and extended warranty I purchased. Absolutely loved their service. Dasan went above and beyond to get me details. Including driving to Home Depot to get a tape measure so he can measure two different trunk spaces. That way I know which vehicle would best support my dog kennel along with good laughs and great company I definitely recommend!!!!
The service department was easy to set an appointment. The service writer was really nice and kept me informed on my cars process. The Uber driver arrived in a timely manner and took me home. The car took a little longer because they had to get parts, but they let me know. The car wash was just OK, but looked better than when I brought in.
Mr Chan, the Service advisor, provided great customer service and the service was done earlier than promised.4/28/2020-Mr. Chan again came through for us. Brought in the car for checkup on a major engine problem and it turns out it needed a very expensive engine repair. He took the extra step to check with Hyundai if they can still cover the repair and Hyundai approved so really great customer service from a great company. They even provided a rental car during the duration of the repair which surprisingly was completed in a short amount of time. Outstanding all the way.

I bought my first car today from Dasan and it was amazing. He helped me through all of the paperwork and insurance and never stopped being friendly. Marcella greeted us when we got to Hyundai. Other places we visited that day either tried to oversell the product or just walked away after opening a vehicle, but Marcella was the right “in between.” She gave us answers to all our questions without making us feel suffocated or pressured to have to buy a car. She is definitely a people person and made us feel comfortable. She definitely knows a lot about the cars she sell. She helped us from picking a car down to setting up everything we needed before driving the car off the lot. Definitely a person to look for if you’re interested in buying.
Been coming here for quite awhile now, I was happy with the rep David trusted him. Now after the third time of service upsets I think Im done here with them. I used to use Loma Linda Hyundai but same experience.Recenetly 5000 miles ago I had to have new engine installed thought all was well until i drove off there lot, right away my front end started cracking turned around and took it back. They check it and mind you i just had them do alignment and the engine.job they didnt tighten my tire rods down . so they fixed that now i have them missing bolts on a intake valve runner control motor. Also didnt tighten the clamps down on the air filter attachment. All in all i came home inspected their job and will be reaching out to the top of this chain. EVERYONEE BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE NO GOOD I DONTTHINK HYUNDAI HAS A GOOD SERVICE TECH HONESTLY WOULD LIKE TO SEE A HONEST COMMENT HERE.
Was experiencing a problem with ignition coils on my 2017 Elantra. David the service manager assured me they would resolve the problem and offered a loaner car since he wasnt sure if it would take more than a day. Car was ready that same afternoon and now runs great, and all service was covered by warranty. Very satisfied with the service I received from their team.
We had a great experience with Dasan our sales person. He was patient and really tried to work with us. It was a 5 hr negotiation, however he never gave up and kept on going back and forth between us and upper management. He went through all the features of the vehicle, showed us videos and all the cool things the car has. He was not pushing us to purchase nor did ever felt pressured by him. I was very impressed with how much time and care he took with me, which made such a difference because I’m a senior, who needed a lot help with understanding all the new features of the car. When i purchased my Veloster N, I was told I would have my windows tinted and it would be included in the price. Well it sure was; marked as a $499 Aftermarket fee I didnt notice in my paperwork until a few months later.I forgot about it and about 1-2 months go by and I get a call from service to schedule an appointment for my window tint. By this time I had all of my windows ceramic tinted elsewhere for $140.I asked a sales manager if they would be willing to supplement my $499 Aftermarkert for another aftermarket/accessory item such as floor mats (which I thought would be reasonable. The service manager asked to see my paperwork and I didnt have it on me. I asked if they could up their records to see the paperwork and I was told that they did not have access to it at that time (this was on a weekend day, so it made some sense).Over a few more months, I noticed a few concerns for my car so I brought it in for service on a weekday because I was told by a Leo that he has more service techs throughout the week and that weekends would not be recommended. Im off work on weekends, and I figured I want the best to look at my car so Ill make arrangements with work to come in during the week. I brought my car in for some ticking noise Im hearing under the hood and for a rattle in the back of the exhaust. I left my car all day with them. After I left work and got phone service again, I had a call from Leo saying he had some information to discuss. I called over and spoke with him and he went on to give me possible reasons as to why these sounds were being heard rather than finding the issues and explaining the severity/fix/cost. He went on to tell me that they pulled up another veloster (not even the same engine/trim) next to mine to compare the engine/running noise and said that .. Your cars ticking noise wasnt that much louder than our veloster.. He went on to say that the oil that I had brought in on my last oil change could probably be causing the noise.. Now I go out of my way to purchase higher quality oil and do my research because the complimentary oil isnt even synthetic (i have to pay extra to Hyundai if I want synthetic) and the owners manual calls for synthetic.I was dissapointed because they didnt even diagnose/test or solve the problem and provide any solutions. They just offered opinions on why my car is having these issues. I felt like they did not have the time or put in any effort to attempt to solve the issues my car is experiencing.They didnt charge me for any testing/diagnostic... Because they didnt do it obviously, so I felt like they just wasted my time..
The service was okay; I guess I was just turned off when the service guy asked me if I had an appointment and acted like if I didn’t then I would not be served. I told him that I did and then the 21 questions came like he was trying to screen me out or something. Then I just wished that the service guy would stop saying that they close at 6pm when I told him that I would pick up my car after 5pm after work. Saying it twice okay but he said it many times before I left the service office that morning. Then when he called me to tell me that my car was ready he again keep telling me that they close at 6pm and if I was going to make it in time. I felt like he had something to do after work and maybe would leave early if all the cars were gone before 6pm

I was just in on Saturday to have the latch on my trunk repaired and opted to wait in the beautiful waiting area. Lots of snacks, coffee and water to keep you going while you wait. I had Mike M. as my service advisor and I’ve worked with Mike in the past. He’s always very honest on what needs to be done to the vehicle and keeps me updated on the process. Great advisor and I look forward to working with him on future visits.I can say that after visiting other Hyundai dealers in the area Riverside Hyundai is my favorite place to have my vehicle serviced. There are other Hyundai’s closer to my home but I’d rather drive to Riverside for service.
I had wonderful service from Jim. Jim took his time to go over everything about each of the cars I test drive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Because of Jim I chose a Surf Blue Kona that checked off all the boxes I was looking for in my new car! He took his time to make sure that I really understood everything about my new Kona before I left the lot! Jim as well as the other staff were great! First time servicing my car at Riverside Hyundai I used to always have it done at Romero Hyundai because I work out that way but since I’m working from home this was the closest. I did need a few extra things done but Leo is such a cool guy and I felt like he was being honest with me. Im going to continue going there for service
The staff wa helpful in helping us check out a used car from another dealer. They were upfront about the costs, and did a good job checking everything for us. Very helpful!UPDATE: I brought it in for a service after the check engine light came on, and they took care of everything. Turns out it was a recall, so they covered everything too. They didn’t try and nit pick what was or wasn’t covered, but took care of everything except the routine oil change that requested. Leo helped us out and he was fantastic!

I was looking to trade in my used 2015 Hyundai Accent and Roger was more than helpful during the whole experience. I never felt pressured into viewing certain cars or that I had limited options. He went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure that I was getting the absolute best for my price range. I bought Santa Fe at the end of December.However, BLUELink is registered and cannot be used.The dealer told you to call the customer center and make the change.But after calling customer service for 2 hoursStill registered person of new car is not me.Also, they moved to the toll road in my car, took the money and charged it.All this has not been solved a month later.------------------------------------------------------------------I want to return my car to its original condition.------------------------------------------------------------------------Finally, all problems were solved.Thanks for having no help.It was bought on December 28 and resolved on February 27.It was hard for two months.If you want to buy car here.Are you ready to solve all the problems yourself?Hyundai headquarters is very helpful.But dont expect help here.And when you are ready to enjoy the pain,Use it here.
It was nice my wait was intressting first time when i received my car i was so excited. It was beautiful , clean shining and on the inside it was so nice and clean. I needed a new tire . Scheduled an appointment with my under warranty car having just 30000 miles on it. I still had to pay $140 dollar diagnostic fee for my advisor to just say my tires were worn out and still did not explain the underlying condition of my car.Really disappointed in the service.Two days later, the manager reached out to me and asked me to bring my car back in. They rectified the problem (faulty bearing) in a matter of three hours as I was not satisfied with my service initially.
It is always inconvenient and expensive when your vehicle requires work. Hyundai Riverside learned that neccessary work was under recall. Their integrity and close communication made the repair convenient for me and provided me with an assurance of quality work. I am definitely an impressed customer.

Unbelievable what a pleasant experience this was-and I was purchasing a new car!! Roger was knowledgeable and attentive-he set up everything for me-from the phone app to the garage door opener. I had an appointment for 8:15 a.m. ona Monday morning. I arrived at 8:10 and was seen immediately. By 9:30 a.m., I was on my way home. All work completed, paperwork done and my car washed! I didnt give a one star just because the service person that helped me was in a good mood. However, I had received a call about a recall on my Sonata and made an appointment. When I got to the service department they told me there were no appointments on record for me. Its difficult to receive this news after work when youre the most tired. They still assisted me, but I know things go a lot smoother with an appointment. For this and other little details I dont want to waste time and mention, Ill be looking into changing dealerships.
Scheduling appointments are easy with the online platform. The Sunday appointments are even more convenient. My service advisor has always been helpful and flexible, and even responds to communication through email when I’m unable to talk on the phone. Everyone was responsive. Rating is a three because i don’t like the unsolicited calls from the sales department. Also, I have an unresolved concern that is being worked on. I can give a more well-rounded review after that has been addressed.

Everyone is so nice in there, but my favorite is David Ruiz (Service Manager)...he has excellent customer service and makes coming to get my car serviced painless. Ive seen him engage with each individual customer to put a smile on our faces. I like the Riverside branch the best...I tried the Moreno Valley office, but I dont feel that I get the same level quality treatment that I get at the Riverside location.
The salesperson who assisted me was great. He was able to help me find the car I wanted at a payment I can afford. The only downside was the length of the process. I was there for 6 hours, which was way too long. I had to wait for 2 hours before someone in Finance could walk me through the paperwork.

This is a review for my familys experience with the customer service department and our dealings with Chan.After the engine in our Sonata blew, we headed down to Riverside Hyundai to talk to them about the recall on their motors and met Chan in the service department. Chan tried talking us out of getting our car inspected by warning us, if the engine blowing wasnt their fault, they would be charging us different fees for having looked at the car. On the website stating the recall, Hyundai claims we are welcome to a FREE inspection in the years affected by the recall. After agreeing to the inspection, Chan told us we would have to tow our car in the following day so that left us without a working car for an additional day.The following day, we had our car towed to the dealership. Chan told us we would know if the engine was covered by the end of that day so they could possibly set us up with a rental car. 2 days later, I called and he told me they were still looking at the vehicle. By the 3rd day, he called me and told me the engine would be covered and we could get a rental car.My wife was over the moon that Hyundai paid for her Lyft to pick her and the kids up. She was very impressed with that aspect of the service.Numerous times, Chan tried to upsell us on additional parts and services he recommended we add. We understand thats probably part of his job but he was extremely pushy about it. He threatened that if we didnt purchase said items, anything that happened to the motor would not be covered under warranty. When asked what kind of warranty we would have if we DID follow his recommendations, he informed us we didnt qualify for the warranty anyways. We felt even more deceived by him and Hyundai at this point.When we finally picked up our car a week later, we were eager to be rid of the situation. We should have been leaving the dealership happy as can be as we were just given a FREE motor for our car that we love!! Unfortunately, when we started the car to leave, the gas tank was completely empty!!! I ran in to inform them, the other customer service representative (which I WISH we had been working with) suggested they call somebody. Chan said, with a smug face, there was a gas station down the street.Every time we dealt with Chan, he left us with a bad taste in our mouths. My wife loves her Sonata but this will be the last one we own. I have never experienced worse customer service in any business. When the face of your business is represented by somebody who doesnt care about the customer, it gives your business a bad name. Instead of being satisfied by Hyundais competence to make things right, we are left with feelings of disgust, irritation, and disappointment.
This was definitely the best dealership experience I ever had. From salesman Luis A. Campos to sales manager Brian Big B Wilson to Mark Arana, they worked with me and were up front and honest. Luis is a young and very knowledgeable salesman that answered all my questions, Brian gave me the price I was happy with. I would definitely go back there first if I were to buy another car. I almost felt like buying another car. Thanks again Riverside Hyundai
The team at Riverside Metro Hyundai treated me like family! I was incredibly stressed about having to purchase a new vehicle, “Big B”, Roger and Dasan were awesome! They each listened to my needs and concerns and answered all my questions in detail. This team is honest, upfront and they truly care about the people that walk through their doors. I was SO impressed by the team at Riverside Metro Hyundai I brought my teen son in shortly after to buy his first vehicle and again they delivered.

2022-06-13The team here is really amazing and tentative to what you are looking for. Clemente made sure that he could tell me all that I needed to know about my new car and what other services they offered. He really made me happy with my choice and was not pushy or trying to up sell me. He just wanted to find what was the best fit for me. The financial department made everything very easy to understand and the whole process very quick. Marvin guided me through the paperwork with ease and explained everything that was going on. 2022-02-11My girlfriend and I were looking at all the Electric Vehicles (EVs) out there and stopped at Riverside Hyundai to see the IONIC 5. Our salesman - Jonathan Michael - was absolutely amazing. That man knew EVERYTHING about EVs and the IONIQ 5. His non-pressure approach and fair back-and-forth deal-making was so refreshing and helpful we gladly made the purchase. And, the purchase and post-purchase service he gave us and is still giving us made me feel compelled to share here, so others could avoid all the dealers and salespeople who ONLY think about themselves. Due to the current auto market, every dealer wants to make the most money possible out of your pocket however here I felt that they were only concern about my needs. 2022-07-21My review is based on a phone call I had with the dealership.I was interested in an Elantra Hybrid and saw this dealership had one in transit. I submitted my information online and received a call the next day.The representative that called me was very rude. I started to ask questions on pricing. I was okay with paying a markup but didnt want to spend a lot of money on dealer accessories. The representative told me that it was a $3000 markup and $6000 accessories package. I asked it it was negotiable. She responded with its not negotiable! Do you want it or not?! Thats not how you treat prospective customers. I will be purchasing my Hyundai elsewhere.

2022-03-15Sales person basically blow us off saying what you see here thats what we have if you are looking for specific model just keep checking back. Did not even offer to take our number for call back or anything. And anything else you ask him answers would be we dont know anything until you pick a car and we sit down. Never in my life I encounter such a service at any dealership. I understand that they are in very high demand and short on cars but atlist have a courtesy of a good customer service and should be able to answer some basic questions like do you guys offer returning customer discount. If I can I would just give 0 stars.

2022-04-18WOOW!! if I could give 10 stars I would. They were amazing Ted, Robert, and Larry were outstanding. They make sure you get your dream car and are very genuine. They dont try to rip you off they will do everything in their power to make you happy probably on of the best experiences i ever had. I got my Hyundai Santa Cruz 2022 truck and its the best investment I made. I will make sure of my family and friends to get a car from them thank you Larry and Ted and Robert in finance you guys are awesome the whole staff felt like family and was very friendly.
