It’s a nice store clean have they have anice employees I just find it to be a little expensive and they don’t expect returns so that was a little down side to me

Signage shown all white sticker clothing for $1. When I find a fur coat with white sticker and pay. The cashier said it couldnt be $1. She said it was a mistake. She ripped the white sticker off and changed a blue sticker at $39.99. a Asian female employee indicated white sticker inside of store is not $1, outside white sticker is $1.Dishonest business sale practices, do not recommend.

I was exploring different thrift stores in the city and I loved this one because parking was easy, the location is great and had a really good experience going there. 2022-04-17OMG!! THIS IS THE CLEANEST THRIFT STORE IN ALL OF CALIFORNIA!!They actually clean/polish the items and even the shelves are clean.Staff is super friendly and even helped carry bags out.I cant wait to go back....

2020-10-24The staff was friendly, greeted us upon entry, and was attentive during our shopping. Very clean and organized, but the selection was a bit limited. Prices on clothing and shoes comparable to TJMaxx prices. Prices on housewares closer to thrift prices. I guess I was also expecting something different given that “Boutique” is in the name? Like vintage or handmade? (Maybe the new with tags items at the front were the boutique part? The $50 blankets?)Room to improve given the number of thrift stores in Pasadena that one could visit instead.
