Great Experience and service. I came for a Canadian immigration visa ink fingerprinting card. The FBI ink card prints came out great and I got the criminal history background check from FBI. My Canadian visa is now in process and will be going there soon. AllThanks for the great job done by them.
This Live Scan service place is awsome. I did IHSS Livescan fingerprint for Alameda county with them and it was fast, painless, quick in and out. The guy who was assisting me was very helpful and kind and clearly explained everything to me. I was done in 10 minutes. I had gone to 1515 clay street for Livescan, but I think they were closed. Googled the closest live scan center and they were right across from the state building. Called them and just walked over. Great service.
So easy, friendly, and accommodating! They got me in the next day, knew exactly what needed to be done, and were precise and professional. Highly recommend!

2019-09-07I read reviews about Sunney and decided to use his service. Now I will never go anywhere else. I was so impressed by his knowledge. He is much more than FBI ink fingerprinting and live scanning. He knows so much about immigration and the business in general. I got much more in depth service than what I went for. He guided me through other steps I needed to take for what I needed the FBI fingerprinting for. On top of all his expertise, he is extremely generous with his time and knowledge. Top professional!

2020-05-01Sunny makes this process so easy and the location is totally accessible as its in downtown Oakland. Hes available during the shelter in place. The entire process takes about 10 minutes and is completely efficient. Great customer service. I will rely on Redtomatoes for any livescan needs in the future.

2019-07-14Sunny and his employee was very helpful.They are one shop stop for Notary Apostille and fingerprints services. I was able to get my FBI Background check/fingerprints done in minutes and ready with in few hours for my Spain residency visa application. I also got the fast FBI Apostille done through them. Sunny took out all the stress and I was greatly relieved. Thanks, and I appreciate all the efforts ! :)

2016-02-10I Called them in the morning, for fingerprinting and got same a day appointment : ) Service is very fast and professional. I recently needed to get an FBI fingerprints completed for a job and went to them. Most places in Oakland do the LiveScan fingerprints but I need the old fashioned ink roll fingerprinting on the FBI card. I am glad I went to this place because let me tell you, the most important thing about this ink fingerprinting process is to work with someone who clearly knows what they are doing and taking care of customers. The guy made sure the fingerprints were legible and walked me through the whole mailing of the cards to West Virginia along with appropriate fees. I highly recommend them, its always good when you go to a place and they know what they are doing! Great service.

2016-03-04A very professional service! The fingerprint guy Anthony is an excellent and pleasant, he guided me through the fingerprinting process with ease. I called and he accommodated to my schedule, I was done in less then 15 minutes, quick and painless. Highly recommended for anyone needing fingerprinting service. Convenient location as it is easily accessible by 12th st Oakland city center Bart station.

2018-07-06I had already submitted 7 ink cards with rolled fingerprints done at Danville Police Department and at the Alameda Sheriffs department, all without strong enough characteristics to issue an FBI Criminal Background report.I decided to use a channeler with livescan. Even while speaking to Sunny on the phone, I knew that I would be successful with him. We made a same day appointment. I arrived early and Sunny took me in early to work with me. He is professional, technically skilled, kind and patient and has over 11 years experience working sometimes with people whose fingerprints are more difficult than mine to scan.Success! In record time, I had my report back from the FBI.I would highly recommend anyone needing a report from the FBI or California DOJ have their fingerprints done the first time from Sunny.With much appreciation, Michele

2017-12-21Fingerprinting requests can be a pain, especially as most vendors require you to go to them. But Sunny takes all the pain out of the process for you and best part is, he comes to you! For business requests, Sunnys service couldnt be more convenient, efficient or professional, and he is amazingly responsive - he even responded to an urgent request when he was traveling in India! Amazing!If you ever need to get your fingerprints taken on FBI fingerprint cards, dont go any where else - contact Sunny!
