This Ralphs I the neighborhood store, the staff is always friendly. Sometimes they do carry some of the items that I shop for but all in all the shopping experience is ok.
Many cheese past the selling date, and the ones that werent had a 40% higher price on checkout that the price displayed. Promotions didnt applied at the promised price for fruits, with a Ralph card. Deceitful and wasting everyones money or time
This Ralph is sadly a necessity when I make a stop here... they arent the cleanest or the nicest people... then again its convenient as I live on the Hills and its the closest to me...Which they had better costumer service.
Great grocery store quick and easy experience
Do to the lack of cleanliness and customer service, I drive passed this Ralphs in Inglewood and go to the Ralphs on W Centinela Ave in Los Angeles or Amazon Fresh on S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles. Both places are about 5 minutes away.
Cashier was so incredibly rude. Trash of a staff will NEVER go back. Cant believe they talk the way they do to customers. 😠
Ladies broken name tag said coronita but I dont know if thats her real name but she was on her phone which I dont mind Im not the manager or anyone who will benefit from snitching on this lady but she just really didnt know were anything was and never got off her phone when I asked her for help she just said they dont have it and gave me very bad attitude . To finish it off iasked her for help in Spanish and she said she didnt understand & then I caught her speaking Spanish to another lady . Id fire her if I could with no pay. 😂
This is one of my favorite stores, always stocked with what I need at great prices and Gilbert is my favorite associate there he’s always friendly and engaging love when he there. Everyone else is nice but Gilbert is the best.

Went down to L.A. for a few days to celebrate the holidays and wanted to get some groceries so I wasnt eating out three times a day. One of the few stops I made that had adequate parking and friendly staff. Its nice that my Frys food account works here too.
Its that time of the year again. Lots of pumpkins in stock. This Ralphs has a good wine selection and isnt too crowded.

This store is is becoming better with service and stocked items. The produce and meat is always decent and the cashiers friendly. The parking lot can be sketchy at times (frequent transient traffic), but the overall shopping experience has improved over the past year. Keep up the good work!

Online pick up spot are right in front of store. Tight parking spot. So I would rather go to Ralphs on Lacieninga. Good parking over there. Im disapbled.. Even normal people have problems getting in there to park. I usually back into my spot..

Bought some chicken strips and potatoes wedges and it made my daughters ill 3 hours later. I dont know if it was the grease or the food had been sitting there to long but it was obviously not saleable. Manager said he wolud resovled the matter.👏

For some reason this location does not have quality produce like the one less than a mile away (Centinela and La Cienega). On a few occasions I have noticed spoiled meat. I only go this location for quick grocery runs and I only buy packaged food because I do not trust the produce, dairy or meat. At times this location also has an odor. The staff is ok, the customer service is consistent with all Ralphs locations not friendly but not rude. Just ok.
Its a shame how Ralphs closed some of its grocery stores in poor neighborhoods because they didnt want to give pandemic pay to its employees. Folks just should find a different market to shop at.
Not enough carts for the customers, so we had to carry our products. Also, the shelves had very little stock. This teaches me not to stop at a store that is on the way to your destination.

The employee named Jamal is amazing. A young black man that is always working every time I see him. A young lady that usually bags the groceries is amazing, her name is Chanel. Austin who has been here for years is tremendous. And the young white guy that cut his hair is fantastic. He never 👎 responds in a negative way when you need help. I’m always at this location for instacart and these are the people that make my job easy. A young lady named Milly is always on top of her job and so sweet 😻☀️🍎 Bill is a hardworking man! He stays proactive. Kimari is not a good cashier! Doesn’t greet the customers or nothing! She rather talk to her rude and unwelcoming manager Shante. The manager is so loud and frightening!

Ralphs is a generalized grocery store that has the general top named brands. However, they do not have Mexican, India spices or foods of culture. Ralphs is an American type foods grocery store but if you are a foreigner visiting, prices are considered to be middle to upper class prices. The food you find at Ralphs are extremely good quality but you do pay a little more than some stores. Overall, if you are looking for a general item Ralphs is a safe place to find it. Other stores that are comparable to Ralphs are Krogers, Vons and Farmers Market.Ralphs are located all over California and is the size of a Walmart store that sells foods items. if you buy frozen foods, it is best to place your frozen foods inside a cooler with ice packs in the trunk so that the California heat doesnt prematurally thaw your food while waiting in traffick down the highway. Do yourself a favor and bring a good cooler and a couple bungee cords to tie the cooler down inside your vehicle. You will find that whether going to the beach, going grocery shopping or having a tailgate party, this cooler will be your lifeline to beverages. Stock up while you are at Ralphs and get your ice before you leave. Make sure you ask for a Ralphs CARD which will save you big money on future trips to Ralphs.
Did not have any Ribeye bone in left on shelf, my reason for visit, they are never in stock with a lot of your items you need to keep your meats and shelves on point!you use to be way better!!
Ive been a customer of Ralphs for 5 years yet Ive never seen such lazy security guards that all they want to do is stand by the front door while people are in the store steallen!!! Good food and good cashiers

This Ralphs is one of the friendliest in South LA. The bakery is open relatively late and the staff are cordial. The self check service is not usually crowded. A pleasant visit to to grocery. The restroom is also readily available and easily accessed. I like this Ralphs supermarket.

Store is being renovated. I am always able to find what I need, but the store is a mess ( even before renovations began ). Employees are unconcerned and usually carrying on personal conversations and ignoring customers. I gave it a 5 because the most important thing for me is a well stocked store with fresh ingredients. That is something they do have.
Great location. They had a large selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Found everything I wanted, then I browsed and found good looking fresh fish. Ill definitely visit this location again.
They have the Keto ice cream that Ive been looking for! Rebel Mint Chocolate Chip! 😋 Customer service was great, the assistant at the self check out was very attentive to everyone at the same time. Everything was extremely easy to find, Ive never been to this location and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes 🙌🏾.
This Ralphs must looks a lot better since the last time I was here a year ago.Its a shame the alcohol needs to be locked up in a cabinet. But, that is the nature of the business these days.The produce department is exceptional.

This is the very large, clean and well-organized Market. The staff was very friendly and the store is actually cleaner than most I have visited not just of this chain. Things were easier to find and book bike please stock was kept rotated and updated.

Im taking this up with there main office, I have a Actual Service dog who goes most of the time, a nasty customer desided she wanted to complain to the manager who is somewhat new she actually came up to me in front of everyone and actually ask me what he was for, As I told her it wasnt her or anyone elses business he has his license, point to this its illegal to even ask those questions its in the Disability act and medical privacy law.
I find everything i need at this Ralph is very closed to my house, and the products are fresh every day. The long lines move fast

Unlike many Ralphs branches, this store has more than your usual amount of items behind lock and key. Also, unlike most stores, it can operate with one cashier at 9pm and process each transaction at a brisk pace. Proof that efficiency need not suffer when security measures are heightened.

Decent is all. Not open too late... Usually midnight, and a smaller selections most Ralphs, but its in Inglewood and not many spots are open late enough for me around here. Usually very cool staff though.
The store is clean, some staff members are very nice and helpful. There are some that were rude,not sure why they work......Anyways overall my experience here was ok.The parking is a zoo but you will get parking eventually.

Lazy morning crew. The manager is no better than the employees, if not worse. If you happen to stop by at 6 am when the store opens, it almost looks like the store is still closed. Light arent turned on all the way, today as I walked in the entrance was being blocked by the shopping carts had to maneuver my way into the store. The produce departments lights were off. Store merchandise and boxes scattered. It is somewhat unsafe to even try to get around the store at times. No cashiers are available in the morning, self check out only. If youre buying produces be ready to look up the item and pretty much do the cashiers job yourself. If you live in the Inglewood area, I really recommend you take a few extra minutes and go to the Ralphs on La Tijera and Centinela.
Everyone at Ralphs is always so nice to me friendly its not the biggest or I wish it had a little bit more variety like the Ladera store does. But I love the people at the one on Centinela and La Brea because theyre so nice

Notoriously crawling lines. Be prepared to spend a long time waiting. Self checkout and cashier lines are extremely, extremely slow.

I love shopping here and I shop here often once I asked about their hiring process they told me to fill out an application and to call them back once I called back a woman answered the phone and said “well you did not talk to me and I’m not hiring”and the rudest voice and hung up in my face

The cashier by the name of Paula was very rude and so was Carmen. I complained to corporate , and intend on following up. Never have I been treated so rudely at Ralphs. My mother in law retired from there and my son still works there. Ive always dealt with kind cashiers. Paula covers her name tag with her long haired weave and got angry when I said hey btw I forgot my Ralphs card she replied dont say hey my name is Paula!!! I explained I couldnt see her name tag and she immediately started telling at me... Carmen started telling me she stays on her phone all day... It was humiliating... They need to keep an eye on those two rude employees. The manager there could care less when I complained to him. It was a horrible experience... Paula was acting loud and very ghetto...

Everything is locked up behind glass doors! I guess its because too many items have disappeared from the shelves... but its annoying to always have to go to the cashiers to ask for someone to come open those doors for you to get your shampoo.

The lines were long, there was only one register open. The self check out was open with two terminals out of order. Other than that the store was clean and well stocked.
The fruit is always expired or 1 to 2 days away from expiring management needs to address this issue Ive visited this location more then 35 times and 30 of the 35 times the fruit is expired .

I stopped here be because I was traveling up La Brea. Out of the three Ralphs, This one, the one in the Ladera Center , & Westchester/Sepulveda, this is the only one that smells like fish when you walk in the door. Maybe its all the cat fish frying...I dont know. The fact they had 2 self checkout stands opened and one with a broken light I guess, it just reminds me to stay away. The guy in The parking lot with Windex and a rag didnt help much. Spraying Windex on peoples vehicles without permission then wanting a donation. Thanks but no thanks. There are other places to shop.

The worst experience ever, I come to this Ralphs all the time and today I was embarrassed because I was accused of stealing. I just got off of work walking a mile from the bus stop and since the restaurant I planned to go to was closed I decided to stop by Ralphs to get groceries to cook I walked in the store got the groceries that I need it and went to the checkout as Im doing my check out security comes up and ask to check my purse I voluntarily give my purse over so that he can check it and in side my purse is another bag from another store with items that are not even available at the store. Yet they took the things out of my purse requested that I show a receipt . I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated just to go to the store and get my my groceries. I will no longer shop at this Ralphs on La Brea.

Usually I would rate this store a 2 because the managers is always rude and loud but yesterday the employees moved fast to help me in self check out and they cleaned the baskets and was nice.
They had a product on the shelf marked down , but when I got it home I found out it was regular priced, Im going to have to go back 🤦🏾
Its a neighborhood store. My mother and I stop by after having lunch. The employees are responsive and helpful. The only small irritant that happened, was that they did not at one item that I was looking for
You are not going to belittle me! One day you can buy shrimps over the counter... the next day you get a slip to walk to the front. Put a cash register by the shrimp or bring it to the front and server you king. So when you hear, Order of shrimps to the front..!, come running with my order! Two customers had to go in front of me before the shrimp came to the front cashier. I just waited! never again...
Like most Ralphs, their prices are up there next to trader Joes and Whole foods. But the stuff is all regular items. They only advantage to using Ralphs is convenience. There are a ton of them everywhere.
Prime time location! Go to the fish section and ask them to fry you up a pound or two of catfish. They have the best batter and fry it up with the quickness. All you need after that is a loaf a bread, a soda, some tarter sauce, mayo, maybe ketchup, and coleslaw from the deli.
The Rudest bunch of employees and security Ive ever dealt with in my life they discriminate against LGBT Couples for 1 and for 2 they treat you like your a theif or a criminal if you have a backpack even when we left it upfront one time the female security guardpicked my wifes backpack up when she had set it down to pay for our purchase and proceeded to go through it which the police dont even do that unless you consent or your on probation I yelled at her that she cant just do that she said she could do whatever she wanted she found nothing of course but ever since then they are so blatantly obvious about profiling us and discriminating against us it cant be legal not to mention Ive seen them treat homeless like they arent even human and the sad fact is many of these ppl are veterans who fought for our country and our freedom so we may live the way we do and that is their gratitude shame on them!!!!

From the outside this place looks like dump, compared to other Ralphs this is the worst one Ive been to. Some workers are nice, others dont care if you need help, dont know why this place doesnt get an upgrade from the floor up to the people.

This Ralphs shelves are hardly ever stocked with common needs and its frustrating to have to go to across town to Food4less because of the price difference and productavailability.
Shopping carts are not being sanitized as posted and no available wipes to self clean carts, but I give cashier who assisted me with cleaning my cart 5 stars

Ralphs has coupons on line. When I download the coupons to my Ralphs card alot of the coupons dont come off. I show the cashier my phone to show the coupons. They say ok. I dont get the coupons off my card. I do call corporate thats false advertising.
I dont think I have ever had a bad experience at this Ralphs location and want to thank Miguel Vasquez for always making me feel welcome and being patient with me when it comes to finding the groceries I need. Gracias Miguel!

The store manager name is miss Dickinson, I know because she interviewed me awhile back before I worked with culver city Ralphs. Go to culver city Ralphs, at least they can help you out the best way they can.

Ralphs on La Brea and Centinela employs a very rude grocery bagger.She is described as a young ,short Black female. The bagger put my pie at the bottom of my shopping cart, then piled 5 heavy bags on top of it. When I inquired about the pie she became very irritated, loud and confrontational. I reported her to the Manager and he seem to not care at all how I was treated

Organic berries are often rotten. The organic bananas are usually good though. I went today to reload on Nestle 28 packs, and they were all out.
Cool tiny store... Not a variety of products. And that sucks.. But they carry the basics... Nothing special or limited... I guess due to it being in a urban area.... Which sucks!
Ralphs in the Ladera shopping Santa and Ralphs on La Brea very nice stores customer service is nice management is very nice Ralphs on La Brea and Centinela has done a little bit of upgrading and the story is a little bit

This is my go to Ralphs... Its not to expensive like the one on Centinella but has better stock and selection than the one on Crenshaw... and its always clean with not to long a line
Unfortunately not a very nice store, feels very dim and congested. Parking lot uncomfortable. Was very happy to checkout and leave.
Always nice to have a Ralphs at your convenience with many of the much needed things we cant get at Vons or another American grocery chain.
Very friendly staff and quality food, clean.
They hae have a great deli section ,they also have cooked meals here you cant go wrong with chicken baked and fried!

Many items locked up and the only way to get them is to find a guard or manager. Incontinent, but they must do this to protect themselves.

I dont like the particular Ralphs, centinela and la Brea, in Los Angeles.... Its understaff, the lines are always long.

2022-06-12What I appreciate the most about this Ralphs is the self check-out is always open. Plus there prices are better than Vons and Stater Brothers, especially with regards to the club card or their promotions.

2022-02-19You can still see the remnants of COVID at this location. The shelves are not fully stocked. However, this is my favorite Ralphs and I like the friendliness of the cashiers.

2022-02-16I live between this Ralph and the Ralph in the Ladera Shopping Center. It never fails each time I go into this Ralph they never have the product that I need. I would never advise anybody to go to this Ralph. Its sad that one side of the neighborhood makes a big difference in the supermarket.

2022-05-03Always pleasant and the courtesy clerks are very helpful also very polite and check out workers are very helpful I only shop at ralphs in venice on lake st and Lincoln blvd and their is one courtesy clerk that Id really outstanding in his performance and duty glenn krantz always there too help thank you

2022-06-03Ralphs is so expensive now..I am a vegetarian. But the cost of meat these days is crazy!! Anyway, I dont eat, chicken, fish, pork, if it was alive at one point..I wouldnt eat it...
