I had two mailings for UPS. The woman behind the counter was rude, and threw two mailing envelopes at me with the mailing envelopes for me to put the mailing labels into. When I asked for Drop-Off receipts, she said in a mean tone, We dont give drop-off receipts. I wont go to this business again, and it is the closest UPS agent near my house.I tried to do business with these people a few times in the past but the atmosphere is unfriendly and it is not a nice looking interior. I like another postal business about one mile further away. They have an attractive store and are nice and friendly.

Dont waste your time with them. They advertise notary services. Last week, went by & neither lady there could notarize. Said the notary was at lunch. This week, went by again on Monday & lady working said notary is off until Friday. Why waste peoples time advertising a service you cant do?!?

Used Postal Annex to drop off a FedEx shipment that was pre-labeled. The woman who was behind the counter could barely give me the time of day. She wouldnt even touch the package and told me to bring it behind the counter and place it on the floor. When I asked if we could check the weight, she instructed me to put it on the scale and after she told me the weight, she simply walked back to her office and completely ignored me. Horrible customer service and I will never go back to this business.

Not helpful seems like the woman working there is mad at the world. Every time that Ive been there ( 3 times ) . I ended up going to the post office, because i dont understand employees that work wirh the public and are ALWAYS angry.

Went there last month to have some documents printed out of my phone email and I was pleased with the service I received.

They will get your package mailed but there is a weird problem of the prices, USPS always seems higher than i pay by printing my own postage. Not sure why yet.

Eh. Costs quite a bit more than the post office, but thats what I get for procrastinating past 5 oclock! ...Not that friendly either.
