Very helpful, friendly staff! I live downtown and this Postal Annex is super convenient for all my shipping, and office needs. I came in to ship something to my father for his birthday and they made sure i got it there just in time! I also grabbed a cute keychain on my way out. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time using your Postal Annex. Customer service was great and very helpful. I needed to download two statements from my phone in which I have never done before so the customer service guy did for me. The statements were only 6 pages and 3 single copies for a total of 9 copies. I also bought a BAZIC for a $1. When my transaction was completed I had way more copies than needed!!! 😅 My total bill was $10.59 so I was pretty much caught off guard!!! Your store was filling up with customers 😁 and I didnt want to embarrass your employee nor myself. So I said thank you and left. Didnt realize how much money and paper went to waste in that visit until I got home!!!
