Both of my visits here have not only been unpleasant, but I didnt feel like I would be helped as a customer. (If I wasnt asked to wait an extended time for a basic service)

The staff could have pushed me out and told me to come back another day, as I was running into the store just a couple minutes before closing with packages that were only partially wrapped and not ready to send. Instead, the staff jumped in and helped me to get it done. I was sooo thankful to get my grandson’s birthday presents shipped on time because of their great customer service!
Make sure you get the notary on a good day no headaches cause she might just kick you and your child out into the hot sun for crying. Made my home buying experience one if my most humiliating days. Still not over it. Have not and will never go back.

Every time I go to this store (3-4 x/yr) they are professional and kind and greet me with a smile. They value my business which is a lost art these days.

Went in for a Live Scan and called a few days beforehand and was told to bring gloves and a mask. I did and when I show up, 2 out of the three ladies working gave me a hard time about not having sanitizer and how “lucky I am” that they were “willing to share”. Also, when they pulled me up to the counter one of ladies decided to pull up another customer as well right next to me (so much for social distancing) and then proceeded to say “excuse me, grab your stuff and move” even though I hadn’t been rung up yet and had been called to the counter first. All but one of the ladies were incredibly rude, the nice one apologized and started helping me right after the other told me to move.Sanitizer can’t be found ANYWHERE and since the annex is an essential business and is still offering live scan they should be able to provide that. Especially if they are going to offer the service. I get it that it’s a rough time for everyone but those ladies were over the top rude.

2022-05-28They would not insure an *official* usps priority mail envelope unless I bought one of their other packaging to put inside of it. That’s a joke right? She’s losing my business because she tried to upsell a $2 package. I don’t understand.

2021-12-09Manager or the heavy set women with the long redish hair is so rude and not helpful at all. I had a fraud issue with my package and she was saying there is nothing I can do while the gentleman that was working with her was trying to see if my package was shipped or being shipped with the carrier that was picking up packages at the time. She is so unpleasant and unprofessional. The only reason for the 1 star is the gentleman that was trying to help me to him I say Thank you 😊

2021-06-08Horrible service! Manager was very rude, only because I asked for a refund after a week. I paid for a whole year in advance and I never received any mail here because the postal service does not recognize their location as an address. My family is waiting on very important mail such as my daughters college diploma and for this to be lost because of them is a shame. Find service somewhere else where people actually care!

2021-02-23This is a great and friendly place to do business. We use this location for our mailing and notary needs. They have great prices and even better staff. Small shop where everyone knows your name. I cant recommend it enough.

2019-04-27I dont go here often but its close by when I need to mail something special or drop off a return. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
