HORRIBLE customer service!Bait and swittch prices to get you in the store. Then when you arrive....oh we never said that price.Trying to rip off their customers.Asian lady is so loud and screaming at customers.The old bald man is a GRUMP with a nasty attitude.Stay away from this store..scammers
I have been going here for years, mostly for convenience and their customer service is excellent! They are VERY helpful with packaging items for you and go out of their way. Post Office is fine but usually long lines.
Id rather pay an extra dollar for a book of stamps than stand in line at the post office for 15 minutes. My time is worth more than $4 an hour. Same thing for shipping packages. I found the service to be excellent and without an untimely delay.

Thats a 25% markup! For what?!I also paid twice as much to mail a flat rate priority mail box. Again, why such a high markup? Lastly, the owner is SLOOOOW! Like Mongoloid child slow. Took about 15 minutes to ship one package.
Wow, I went here to drop off a pakage. I asked if I ould use their tape and she said by the law I have to use my own tape. Well.. Ive never had that problem before.So I said ok and just leaving with smile. And this lady shouting at me Dont get angry.. blah blah All I said was ok.Whats her problem?!
Drop off your packages to be picked up here for free. Whether it is UPS or fed ex or USPS. But why would you want to drop your USPS here when theres a USPS 3 streets down before the 5 freeway?
The Asian Lady was rude to my kids. I havent gone there since.
Very rude, when I as for fedex ground receipt told me no and said something in Chinese.Never go there!
Notary was not there on Saturday after being told to come here from another PostalAnnex+
They could choose better word and tone for customers.
I was helped by a bubbly lady, Carol, who was a great help and made the start of my day awesome.
Like the customer service. but theirs computer dont work most of the time

2022-03-09The loud Asian lady always picks the cheapest way for my shipments which saved me a lot of money. When I donated N 95 masks during pandemic months, she waived all her charges for me. I only had to pay for carrier fees. The old man there is always quiet, but I need his public notary service close to my home. Love the store! If anyone doesnt like their services, try to see if post office or even FedEx is better.

2021-09-14Such a bad service, Rude employee Carol If you want to visit this business, please keep in mind that you literally tell EVERYTHING to get your RECEIPT.I visited here to drop off something. Vietnamese lady, Carol came up to me and asked, what she could help. I said I just want to drop off this, then she asked, thats all? anything else? As soon as I said yes(I only had a box and nothing else), she was about to leave the spot and noticed that I wanted something. So she asked me again with the what you want? why are you staring at me?-FACE and asked me, Anything else?(something like this, I dont remember what exactly she said), so I said, I need my receipt. and she literally said, Thats why I asked anything else I can help you(in the beginning) and added, I CANNOT READ YOUR MIND!I did not want to deal with this rude lady so I said nothing and left. Please dont be their victim like me.

2021-05-02I got my docs notarized very quickly and I found the employees pretty funny :) I had a good fast experience plus it right around the corner from where I live very convenient.Everyone has different personalities and tones I respect everyones differences :)

2021-08-15Very high prices. They look at faces and decide to charge higher for postage etc. we should ask them to show the price on screen. Two of my expensive items weren’t even delivered even after heavily priced !! Very sad. Unworthy to pay them. They Don’t deserve high payment. Pityful behavior god knows when they change

2020-02-22Been using this place for years and the owners are on the ball. And yes folks, postal annex has higher rates than post office so if you want to complain then maybe you would prefer to stand in line and deal with post office hassles. Also as far as the “Asian lady screaming at customers” she merely speaks loud and she is on the ball and knows her business well. Maybe serving wine and cheese would be more amenable to those who need a bit more hand holding when mailing a package..

2019-11-02Only two people working here, so can get a little backed up, but Carol is very friendly and willing to help. I use this place as a drop off and pick up mostly, as with any shipping store, theyre only going to charge you retail shipping. Ive been able to have them help me with packaging up my package even if I bring in the box, item, and a pre-printed prepaid shipping label. I would call ahead if I need any specific services.So far the only downside is that the pickup times are around 2pm for USPS, and 4-ish for Fedex/UPS. So if you need to ship same day USPS, go to the post office directly instead.This place will also randomly have weird things on sale, like headphones, ramen, or souvenirs.
