Great customer service. Everyone who enters is greeted with welcoming smiles. If they busy, and you have to wait in line, they always acknowledge you and get to you as fast as they can, without compromising the service of the person they are currently helping. The Sisters are “one of a kind”, individually and as a team.
This place is a treasure. Weve come here for our Wedding save the dates, invitations, and taxes all within the last six months and each time Debbie and her staff make the process a real joy.We always leave feeling happy and productive, and well absolutely be coming here for a long time!
This place is such a little-known gem. Heidi and her team present extraordinary customer care servicing our little niche community. They provide an essential service in an area of town with very little convenient access to service. Will always go the extra mile to get what you need. Im happy to have them in our neighborhood and will gladly recommend you do your postal or real estate business with them.
Best customer service!!!I have only had a need to visit this location a few times. I have been impressed every sibgle time.The first time i stopped by i had forgotten a document that i needed at home. They allowed me to email the document to the staff and they printed it for me. This was such a huge relief because i was in a pinch for getting that document mailed for a real estate transaction. I was also running late on that particular day. Their assistance was an immense help and greatly appreciated.Today when i visited everyone was so incredibly helpful. They come over and actively try to make your visit easier with helpful tips, etc.I wouldn’t go anywhere else for shipping or notary services, etc.
Otay Ranch has been waiting for a place like this. Not just any postal annex-- Friendly staff and customer service is on point! Every time Im in this place gives me the small town feeling in a big city. Family owned and operated and they go above and beyond to meet your shipping and supplies needs. They ship, notarize etc. Ample parking as its located near a Vons and other small shopping centers. 5 stars!
This place was amazing. The ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable getting my passport renewed. They had lots of cool gadgets for sale in addition to the typical postal items. They even had a play area for my kids while I waited in line!
Huge thank you to Heidi for making a bad situation right.I dropped off an important package Friday afternoon for overnight Fedex Express pickup to arrive Monday morning to a client in Milwaukee.Saturday morning I decided to check on it’s progress and to my surprise and concern, it didn’t show as picked up. I started to worry. I called as soon as they opened and Heidi answered. She confirmed that my package was still there... never picked up. Uh oh. She took my name and number and promised to look into it and follow up. Sure enough, an hour later she called. She took full responsibility and admitted their mistake. The package was missed during Friday’s pickup and the driver never came back once they realized and called for him to return. I get it. Accidents happen... but now I’m in trouble. My client is expecting that package first thing Monday morning and now I’m a day behind already. Fedex picks up again at 3, but I want to make 100% sure it’ll arrive now since we lost a day. Heidi tells me she’ll do some digging and call me back.She calls me again and says good news and bad news. Bad news is that Fedex has no cargo planes leaving this weekend for some reason. Good news is UPS can get it there. She said they’ll foot the bill for the new label since it was their mistake to make it right and even drove it over to the UPS hub personally to make sure it went out. Fast forward to Monday, package arrived on-time in Milwaukee, my client none the wiser. Heidi saved the day!! Thank you so much!! Now that’s customer service and commitment!!
Always come here decent priced and local. Fast friendly and a lot of know how? You guys open now with the covid 19 lock down? Is the post office drop box still usable?

We had a horrible experience with this location. It is managed by extremely rude people. I witnessed one manager be flat out verbally abusive to an employee in front of a full store. We will not use this location in the future.

2021-09-25It was my first time at Postal Annex, the lady there was so helpful, she explained everything so clearly. I chose one carrier but she weighed my package and offered me another one which was cheaper with a big difference. From now on going to send all my packages through Postal Annex. Thank you for the great experience

2020-12-14I went in yesterday (12/12) to mail packages for Christmas. Debbie took her time packaging my gifts properly and gave me the best option for shipping my items. Despite being a Saturday in December during COVID, all of the employees took their time and care with big smiles on their faces. (I think. We did all have masks on! Ha!) I really appreciate the care and attention I received and I will continue to use this Postal Annex. Thank you all and Merry Christmas!

2021-03-31Don’t usually leave reviews but this business deserves it!! Amazing customer service, they make it incredibly easy to send off passports, packages and mail. I prefer to go here to send off items over the actual post office. 5⭐️.

2021-02-01With all the difficulties with the USPS because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, this Postal Annex simply takes over for them in numerous ways. “SUPER” Friendly Staff. They treat You like Family. They have a lot of services & items that the USPS doesn’t have. Super Fast Service & Great Knowledge of the Postal Services. Attention to detail. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

2020-02-07This place is amazing! The owners are also the operators, and they take the time and effort to make your experience positively memorable. I prefer to drop my packages here vice the USPS office. The atmosphere in this store is very inviting, which is reminiscent of a time when a customer felt appreciated as soon as they walked through the door. I am truly a “Happy” patron of this “Otay Ranch” Postal Annex.

2020-02-05I just want to say that I love coming to this Postal Annex I still laugh each time I go there. But thats just not the biggest reason. These ladies are so very helpful with great service they provide, also laugher and clear joy., I had gone to one place to get business cards I waited for over two weeks and there were still no cards. But when I ask Deb, and with no hesitation she said sure no problem, I tell you if not for a minor detail with the system she would have had cards in my hand that same day. But I did get them the next day. Totally awesome, so as you may now know this is where I will be getting all my business cards printed up or until that move or something, but they better not.I going to reach back a bit, I had a few losses in my family, and I had a few plaques made to send to my family back east, and Deb and Heidi were so very helpful and kind to prepare my plaques to ship out. Some was made with glass, they insured that they would get there in one piece & they did. My family commented on how well they were wrapped, great job always. They treat everyone who walk through there door like family smiling and hugging, you cannot help but come back. Very kind. Thank you all for being in this location and taking care of me and so many other that you touch each day. Keep smiling and Bless you all once again. Im sorry there is not enough stars for you all. 2020-12-22Above and beyond! All staff including the owners (two sisters) and unbelievably courteous and diligent. My dad would always say that businesses aren’t polite anymore. Well this is a flashback to the days my dad remembered. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it.

2020-01-10The women at this postal annex are super helpful and very kind. This review is well overdue because last year Debbie K actually saved me $100 by going above and beyond and calling the Passport Office for me when I thought I had to resubmit everything and pay again for a bad photo printing error. They are timely and pleasant, personable, excellent human beings.
