I love this place. Full disclaimer I have never had to pick up a package from them. But they have helped me take passport photos as well as send passport renewal documents. They are always very friendly and cheery, and treat me and my documents with respect.
The best shipping service ever. Top notch knowledgeable, fast and friendly customer service. Whatever my shopping needs are they have me covered, and they know the best and more affordable way to get my package from Point a to point b. I have been using their service for many years and have never had a single issue, either with their service or my package arriving where it needs to go.
I moved to Europe several years ago and left several heavy photo albums behind. My Dad was able to retrieve my keepsakes, and bring them to Post Haste where they packed everything up and shipped them to me. All arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. Thanks everyone!
This place seem to be notoriously missing people packaging. I was ask to do a favor and drop off 5 packages for 5 different people going five different locations . Then 2 weeks later I got a call saying none off the packages made it to their destination . An investigation was done and the post office say none of the packages even made it to their facilities. Unbelievable why when Im asked to do a favor these people happened . I dont like what youre implying here first fact is an investigation was done by post office which stated packages never left your establishment got case number which was presented to you first fact , nothing was stop stopped by post office and if illegal stuff was in packages why do investigation? Third I was ask to drop off packages Im not from there is business address illegal to mail from ? Educate me cause I dont know and would be pretty upset if I was apart of an illegal activity. I really feel bad that when I was asked to do this favor none reached their destination. There is indeed a thief in the midst I want to expose them have them fired so this dont happen to other innocent people thats all full stop
Fast, personal service. Yes, they are going to mark up the US Postal Service prices. Post Haste doesnt get subsidized rent, or discounted utilities. And there is RARELY a line to contend with.$0.55 for a stamp that costs them $0.49? $0.06 is well worth the convenience.
I contacted this place by email asking requirements to open an mailbox there, got my passport and car’a title and after drive 30 minutes they told me that my passport is not valid because is not an US passport. Really non-sense because a passport it’s a valid international ID, so I can see some kind of discrimation here. Lastly, they should at least, add that policy clear to their information so people don’t waste time and money.
I’ve taken 2 packages in to this place and they have both gotten stolen. Also they have terrible customer service they won’t get ur stuff out on time and some of the people there seem like they don’t know what they doing at all. I would honestly never trust this place the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it’s the only place in town that will fax things for you.
Worst service ever! They lost my x-mas package and aren’t doing anything about it. Their workers are very disrespectful over the phone. Highly recommend NEVER using their services, over priced shipping fees with no guarantee of safe passage. It’s a no for me dawg.
Notary service was terrible. I drove 35 min to be told they couldnt notarize my paper. When I made the appointment I sent the document ahead of time it would have been nice if they told me before I drove all that way.
Rob was super rude and not helpful just uppitty attitude and there were 0 customers oh well maybe rude cuz 1pm maybe they dont give him lunch break not sure
Just by the posting of this establishment over pricing of items and mailing I for sure will never come here to spend my hard earned cash. No pretty girls are worth my attention simply for their looks.
Ive been coming here for notary services and copies for the past few years and its excellent every time. Best copy and mailing services around!

2022-03-05Absolutely amazing! All of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I had issues getting the printing to come out right and the entire staff here made sure to get it right. They are responsive and hard working! Cannot express enough what a good experience this was. Thank you so much Post Haste!

2022-06-29Id never sent a package before which I admitted to the staff so they walked me through the process and were super nice and helpful the whole time. The employee who helped me, Brett, was great, and even put my box in a flat rate USPS box to save me some money (and so we wouldnt have to put a shipping label over the decorations Id drawn on the box!). These guys are great!

2021-06-18Very friendly and helpful staff! I mentioned the bad reviews they got and the clerk mentioned that a lot of folks dont like a FedEx policy they have to follow to send packages (that you have to show your ID). The clerk even gave me a helpful suggestion for sending packages with other shipping companies. Lovely folks ✨

2020-12-10Listen!!! First of all, you will not contract the covid-19 when you visit the Post Haste. The owner and her employees are on top of every customers navigation in and throughout the building. Shes got stickers on the ground to keep everyone distanced safely, and she and her employees are very attentive.My experience here is with the mail boxes they offer. While Im in between homes now planning to move again soon. This is a great place to have all my mail and packages sent. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, ETC deliver here. You can Have everything delivered in one place. I love it!You will need proof of residency on your ID. And a few other documents so she knows who you are.One of the big things I love about Post Haste. I have a baby that I have to bring everywhere with me. They offer curbside service.I bring my key, I call them. I hand them my key, and they bring my packages and mail out to me. I am grateful for this service because my baby will cry and get uncomfortable going inside. I also dont have to worry about covering my baby as much.I do appreciate every step they take for our safety and theirs. I am a new customer and I am a happy customers.I love the Post Haste!

2020-05-19I have been using Post Haste for all my mailing needs since they opened. Never once have I had a bad experience. All of my packages have always arrived to their destination on time and in the exact shape as when they left the store.They keep the store very clean and well stocked and have always had the nicest employees. Thank you Post Haste team, you are the best!!

2021-03-30Wow, now Im sorta glad I got a P.O. Box over at Arcata USPS (after dealing with the rudeness of their staff)! I just finished reading all 98 of the negative reviews posted (& of course, the positive ones as well, all 6 of them, all from females!) Seems this female owned business has a BIG problem with males! They kept refusing to take my California UD & even refused my certified documentation from the Humboldt Voters Registrar! (The last was on their list of approved documents!) IF I WERE THE GENERAL PUBLIC (oh, thats right, I AM!) Id stay far away from this business! Maybe, they will learn to treat ALL PEOPLE with respect (& of course, actually follow their own set of rules! By the way, after getting my PO Box, I asked USPS about this business, lots of NEGATIVE statements!

2019-07-27I have found this to be a very useful location. They offer free usps and fedex drop offs, and for someone who ships infrequently, they make the experience very smooth. I cannot dislike such a quick and cost free service, even allowing to make use of store tape when I have come unprepared.
