I am totally satisfied with Pest Petrol inc. My journey started with a pin size hole where termites dropping was pushed out. After a couple of months, of folks saying all houses have termites, dont worry. I read that if untreated, a house could literally fall apart. So searched online and found some good write up on P-P. I called and talked to Jessica. After a few questions, I found her answers were very honest, creditable. She arranged an inspection on my scheduled. Tech Christian N. Arrived on time, very polite. He first listen carefully on my concerns. He then recommended a inspection. He poked the exterior and looked for signs of termites, and inspected the interior, lastly the attic. He was very thorough. So we agreed on heat treatment to the attic. On the day of the treatment. He sets up his equipment. This was lots of work, but his experience made it look easy. After hours of treatments he had to respond to an emergency call. Another very capable Tech name John took over. He carefully monitor the equipments. I find them to be very experienced, great use of time. Polite at all times and very covid heath minded. I would strongly recommend them, and there price, was lower then most. They even provide a one year guarantee. A big big thanks to Christian, John and Jessica for all their care!

Pest Patrol did a great job clearing rodents out the attic of our house and sealing up all points of entry. They removed the old insulation and cleaned up well. Great communication throughout the whole process. Recommend!
We have been using Pest Patrol for over a year now. First for an initial visit then monthly/bi-monthly maintenance. From the office gals to our services, we are 100% satisfied with Pest Patrol. We always request Christian to come out...he is incredibly thorough and shows those spiders whose boss every time! We had a really bad wolf spider infestation in our backyard but now it’s completely under control thanks to Christian and his attention to detail — he truly cares and it has made all the difference. We no longer have to move or burn the house down. Haha. We have since needed them for other pesky pests and they never add on fees unless they really need to. We HIGHLY recommend Pest Patrol!

Weve used their service for several years and are very happy with them. They have helped us ward off infestations by ants (we love them outside but not in the house) and earwigs (which we dont like anywhere). John from Pest Patrol came out and checked a condo unit for termites; he went above (literally) and beyond what most inspectors would do and checked the attic and found a handful of years worth nesting up there. Thank you for that insight needed before purchasing a property!
We saw a rat in the house this morning and called them right away. The rat was already gone, but they set traps and assured us that the house is sealed tight. Hopefully Ill never need to call them again, but I will definitely recommend them. Christian was very professional and friendly.
Amazing service John came buy and gave us a good price to get the rodents and termites out of the attic with out tenting. This is a Great Company to work with. Had John out for an inspection for termites. John came out and gave a real competitive bid and did a walk around of all his findingd. He even found some stuff the other guys missed. I recieved my. The bid was a little bit higher than the other companies due to the extra finding but we decided to pull the trigger and do the work since my wife and I felt like we could trust him. John and his crew showed up the mornong of the job and he went over all the findings of termites with his crew. They did an amazing job and were very polite. I would use this company a million times again.

I hired pest patrol to rodent proof vacuum out rodent droppings and disinfect the Attic and blowing new insulation. Pest patrol vacuumed out most of the old insulation and mouse droppings around the attic entrance. They left rodent droppings and the rest of the attic area and blue in insulation over the top rodent droppings. They do not call you back they have horrible customer service. Offered $500 off of $4,200 bill for doing nothing right.

Pest Patrol was recommended by the home inspector that checked our house when he found evidence of rodents in the attic. PP confirmed the presence of mice and recommended we replace the existing insulation with TAP and fix the likely access routes from the outside. We concurred. PP did an excellent job. PP removed the mice and old insulation, covered the vents in the roof with chicken wire, and filled the attic with TAP to the required depth. PP didn’t cause any damage to the house and left it clean. The only gripe I had was that a little TAP would fall down to the floor each time I opened the attic door. When I called PP about this, they were very eager to rectify it and scheduled Tony to fix it within a couple business days. Tony was personable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the process then did a great job creating a space around the door with other insulation so that no TAP falls down when the door is opened. I am confident that I won’t have any problems with pests in the attic as long as I’m here and that if I do, Pest Patrol will do the right thing.

2022-07-01My husband and I recently bought a house and during the inspection they found a rat infestation problem in the attic. Once we were ready to go ahead and start the work we just called and referenced the free estimate that was completed previously. The main office scheduled and came out to have the work completed within a few weeks. I was so impressed with the two people that came to work at in our new home. Elijah and Tony have been nothing but professional, communicative and extremely hard working! We have had a lot of service workers in our homes in various capacities over the years and I would have to say these two have been the best! I am so grateful to have the work completed and equally grateful to have such kind people completing the job! I would highly recommend this company.

2022-04-14Caleb is great. We were having a problem with fleas on our dogs and cat. Since using Pest patrol the issue has been resolved, and I love that the spray they use in the yard to treat for fleas is organic. I’m very happy.

2021-08-20We came across Pest Patrol when we needed to tent our home for termites in 2013. THEY ARE THE BEST! We kept their routine service for maintenance to manage the spider situation and have since used them for our other properties and recommended them to friends and family. 2018-06-08I hired pest patrol to add insulation to my attic. After a termite treatment that they did that I was I 100% satisfied with. I was alerted to the fact that I had very little insulation in my house. John came to my house, took pictures and gave me an estimate on how much it would be to clean out, sanitize and insulate my attic, he was available to me by phone when I had many questions. I hired the company and was impressed with the group that came out to my house. Jeffrey was the site leader and had a hand full of guys that came with himI liked that they took time to keep my house clean and the walls protected. Before they started we checked all of the air duct vents and light switches to make sure they would all be in working order when they left.I was able to look at my attic at the end of each step ( and they took pictures). At first I couldnt believe how yucky and trash filled my attic was, (no contractor is ever going to leave stuff in my attic again)! There was one drywall break and the company took full responsibility and sent a dry wall guy to fix it who went above and beyond to fix the breakage. Jeffery did a wonderful job in making sure my house looked just like it did when the crew started the job.If you are looking to have a clean attic with new insulation look into this company. They are client centered and will work to make sure you are happy with their service.
