Outstanding customer service performed by a professional technician. I had bed bug problems with my home and not sure where it came from. They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain different scenario on how to handle this issue. I was giving couple options on rather to have a one time treatment or a return service with a guaranteed, but I have to throw away the mattress. I wanted to keep the mattress since it was fairly new, so they offered me a bed bug cover and advise that I dont take it off for a year. Then they started to spray the confessed area and any possible area that they can still be living in, including the bed frame, trims from the room and even spray powders into outlets. They set trapped and came back to check after a week and amazingly it was all gone. I feel like I was dealing with the experts. I was very impressed with the quality work and the price was very competitive because I got couple of quotes. Highly recommended. Very good work guys!

My home was having rat problems. I first noticed pebbles of feces under my kitchen sink cabinets. Soon i seen more feces in my laundry room. Clothes with holes, detergent boxes all chewed up and small urine stains. I knew there were more than just a few as i seen more and more feces around my home.I contacted Pest No 1 and received a quick response and great customer service. The crew was very professional and attentive as i expressed how concerned I am about my childrens health and safety,i wanted the rats to be gone as soon as possible!Once they did a thorough inspection, I let the crew do their job and stepped out of my home and let them get to work. I couldnt believe they got the job done so good and efficiently. After the inside was cleared they went beneath my home, unlike other services that dont offer this and made sure there werent any more rats. They set traps and patched up the holes to ensure they were gone and would not return. They guaranteed their work with a 2 time return service, which was awesome.I came back to my good old home free of rodents. They got rid of the problem and rodent proofed my home. Now I can sleep best at night knowing my house is clean and free of any infestations.I highly recommend Pest No 1 to everyone!Great deals and pricing with high quality work.

My home had bed bugs .It was an absolute nightmare!Weve never had any pest problems before so this was a new experience.I washed our sheets and linens over and over but still felt really itchy.Soon my family discovered red spots on our skin. I googled what it can be, bed bugs were the best match to the symptoms were having. I then googled the best pest control near me and came across Pest No.1 .I called first thing in the morning! Their technician came as soon as possible to inspect the affected areas. He was very punctual and detail oriented.I called in panic mode, my fears were alleviated by their knowledge and how quick they were to respond.I really appreciated how genuinly concerned they were to help me out.As they moved through my home they educted me on beg bugs and how they live and the products they use.Within a few short hours they raised my bed frame, steamed it and the area,sealed my mattress and box screen,sprayed their eco-friendly product everywhere while explaining the entire process.Then they moved into my nursery room, unfortunately they recommended to throw my sons crib away due to it being unsalvageable .It was placed against the wall where all the bed bugs were hiding and living . It was hard to throw away such an expensive crib,but for my childs well being it had to be gone.I was offered a free follow up appointment to ensure they were gone. I’ve been with this company for over 4 years now and they kept all the cockroaches and bugs away from the restaurant. My next door neighbor is a hair salon and they would often come and ask if we had cockroaches. In my head, I’m thinking why they would ask me that?! I told them we never had any but they told me that it went over to their place. I was very surprise how we serve food and we don’t have it but then again the hair salon would have it. So then I knew that these guys were really good and kept them away ALL THIS TIME!! I’ll continued to stay with a yearly warranty with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I hardly leave reviews but these guys are incrediable. I called couple of the big companies regarding bed bugs and they just keep coming back. Not sure what happened and how they keep coming back. Pest 1 came the first time and still didnt take care of the problem. They returned and finally figured it out and it was going from room to room through our venting system. No one can figure it out but this local compnay, which was surprisingly good. They bomb all the venting and finally we got rid of the bed bugs. We havent seen them since their second visit. Our money was well spended.

I found Pest No.1 on yelp and decided to gave them a try. It turned out great and i was really impressed. I have Cockroaches in 4 unit in my apartment complexes. Otis, the technician was very experienced and professional. Came by with his full gear and started to figured out where the cockroaches came in from. Then set bates and traps everywhere and prevented all the other units from having it. There was a unit that was really bad and cockroaches was inside the back of the microwave, so he used powder and some type of gel around the area but suggested to throw it away because it was hidden inside the electrical. I didnt know but theres no way to kill them inside the eletricals and i couldve voided my guaranteed for all 4 units. Luckily, he told the time to explain it to me thoroughly and now i have experience about how to avoid and prevent them from spreading. It was all hidden in the microwave so they kept coming back. He signed me up for a 12 months service with a guaranteed and it was worth it. He did a really good job and so far we havent seen any coming around. Everyone from the units were very satisfied. Excellent work!
