My boyfriend and I bought our first house with the help of Ricardo. Ricardo went above and beyond with his friendly service and made us feel comfortable. Terrible to rent from, Stephanie does not handle any issue we bring up nor does she ever get back to us. Last minute notices for inspections, and have gone weeks without major repairs being done to fix our a/c in the middle of summer and with replacing a hot water heater in another instance. Little to no care...

If youre selling your home and having them as realtors... i wouldnt recomend them! They will take their time selling your home, they will make appts and not let you know ahead of time that they arent showing up very unprofessional. Once they sale the house they would only concentrate on the buyer and forget about the previous home owner and not help look for another home and try to kick them out in a short period of time.
