Not the best upkeep but met some nice people but also had to leave some luggage and gifts behind that when came back for that some of my property had been taken .
Clean, all amenities in operable conditions. WiFi was half decent. Toilets flushed, sheets were clean, ample parking. Cant expect much more at this price.. Great for one night I wouldnt do more then 2 nights here.
If I could I would give it a 0 star. Mold in the bathroom pictures do not compare to the rooms! Ac burnt out holes in bathroom door broken closet doors .. would not recommend this place not worth your money . I requested a refund 1 min after checking in
Worst place ever do not take your kids . Drugs and gang members. It rents rooms by the week to drug addicts. You can smell the dugs in the hallways.
Very be yourself atmosphere ..safe and not that expensive ..the people who run it are very helpful and nice and very understandable...will be patient if theirs concerns or problems that may occur during your check in or checking out..thumbs up to the rose inn👍

The room was remodeled well enough but the hallways and entrance were very filthy and run down.
Do not go to this place; everything is covered in a layer of dirt and dust. The carpets reek of tobacco and trash is left carelessly in the hallways and staircases.
Ill give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place please. Very bad customer service. They are all about taking your money. They dont even greet you when you arrive. The room is large thats the only positive thing I saw. Bed clothes and towels had stains and Im sure the bed clothes were not changed because there were yellow hairs on them, when our group all had only black hair. They had a coffee maker but no cups. The power outlets didnt work.Their office doesnt open until 9.00am and if you wanted to checkout early you have to go to Travelodge the neighboring motel. Even thats okay, but the person at Travelodge didnt know how to refund our deposit. They take a $20 deposit. Why they take a deposit I have no idea. That person said it will refund within 2-3 days. When I called back the person who answered the phone got angry taking everything personally. He was like I always tell customers 7-10 days. Im like ok but thats not what the other person told us. Instead of apologizing he kept talking over me and yelling. I got angry too and told them they have very bad customer service. He just kept going on about hes aware of that but its not his fault. Hes like I took my time out to help you. Of course he should take his time out to help the customers because thats his job.He just told me if I dont like them then dont stay there. Umm yeah of course I wouldnt ever again. AND Im telling avoid this place. Very rude.

Roach infestation smallest towels Ive ever experienced at a hotel they came to make me leave well before checkout poor coverage from the windows the curtains were barely holding up and the ac was barely working the floors looked in poor condition and the ventilation in the restroom was broken and hanging

Spent three nights there with fam. Sliding door was jamed ... And we didnt get deposit..if Im not mistaken isnt there a 20 dollar deposit for card and remote???... also housekeeping was nowhere to be found when we needed them.... But my husband did pick some very nice roses from the bushes..
Place was sketchy as hell, every room smelt of smoke, TV was terrible, and my things were not secured. Of course, this was four years ago. Now, Im not even sure...Do yourself a favor and go next door to the TravelLodge. At least they have Dominos offers.
Dont come here ever! The owner is a very mean Chinese lady. She would trespassing your room and turn off all your lights and air conditioning! Can you believe it? The breakfast is creepy. Their stuff wont even eat it!! And they never wash the juice machine!! Gross!! All they want is save the little labor/utility fee. They dont care about you or your health, all they care about is the profit they make! This place needs to be shut down and people like them shouldnt be in the serving business ever!

From the outside it is an ugly squat building in need of a paint job., Yes the rooms are OK as far as space goes, but they are dirty in general.The owners are nice , and professional so thats a plus however the TVs are small and wifi doesnt work half the time

Horrible, false advertising there is NO pool that was the main reason we booked with them. when I first got here I aked the young guy at the desk if I could use the pool he told me it was being fixed .second day I aked the older man he said the pool belong next door. the hallways are dirty. outdated elevator, not happy at all !

Omg! My fiancé and I stayed there for a night and we found a crack pipe shoved in the head board..... And it was over ran by roaches! The TV barely worked and I did not feel safe being there alone because they have sliding glass doors that didnt lock properly and could easily be broken into especially because the balconies had a gate you could almost walk over and almost everyone staying there looked really shady and like they were on drugs!..... I would never stay there again in my life!

Bottle of alcohol on the floor, used tissues, room that smells like smoke, mold in the bathroom ... What a wonderful stay. In addition, guests will photocopy your passport and credit card. We had to make a scandal at the Travelodge Hotel next door to at least get the photocopy of our credit card but we did not have the chance to access that of our passport.The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and if I could I would put zero stars, this hotel was the worst part of my trip to the US.Never go to this hotel because the cleanliness is rudimentary!

2022-01-12A family just bought this motel and live on site. They where very friendly and available anytime. Gave me extra sheets , owner even offered me a chair to sit in for rose bowl parade.

2021-08-06So Im giving this establishment a One, however I love the people there.This includes the staffAs far as the rooms go they are small, with odds and ends they got at a yard sale.Most if not all the rooms have Roaches.And every room is dirty.

2018-08-05This place is horrible, the beds feel like youre sleeping on rocks and were dirty, the room phone didnt work, it smelled like cigarettes, it was very dirty inside and out. Would NOT recommend.

2019-06-16If I could give it 0 star I would. I don’t even know where to begin so many disgusting things in this motel. We saw roaches in the room/bathroom. Stains on the bed as well as hair, stains of dried bodily fluids on the toilet and floor. The toilet had dried blood on it from who knows what. The shower didnt work properly. The smell of piss was my overall fave! Throughout the night there was yelling from other people. Oh! And I can’t forget this part, there were woman hanging outside of their room one looked like she was on some drugs and the other looked as if she was offering sexual services. And, there were people hanging out in the stairs. Please do not give them money. They charge way too much for this sh***y place. Idk how this place is still running. Maybe the owner is doing some illegal stuff up in there. Well any ways, pay more somewhere else, unless you’re looking for some sketchy sh*t!

2018-06-14My husband and I were in a bind for a cheap hotel. Wasn’t all that cheap ($85 a night). Room was large with a balcony. It is definitely an old motel and smelled funny. Room was definitely not as clean as I like. Sketchy people hang around this motel. We were there for 2 days but not around that much. I wouldn’t stay there again but it served its purpose.

2019-09-17Got locked out of our room, had to pay for another hotel to stay at, the guy that was supposed to help me said he had nothing to do with that hotel but when I called again the next morning it was the same guy and he helped open our door even though he said he didnt have anything to do with that hotel. Not only that but who knows what kind deal that place had with the sketchy people hanging around. Would not recommend to anyone no matter what. Horrible place

2019-11-06Disgusting. Roaches everywhere. And when I complained, the manager got upset and tries telling me my dog that was with me doesn’t even look like a service animal. When I told him she was a fully registered service animal he demanded I show him the paperwork. Which is illegal of him to ask.
