These folks were great. Although I got in late in the evening to park, and also arrived early to pick up my car after my trip, there was always someone there to help out. Also the person on the shuttle was really helpful. I was impressed and would certainly park there again.
Despite using SFO for years this was my first time using Park SFO - I wanted somewhere that would be covered, self-park and secure for my car and this looked perfect. The location is very close to SFO, the app was surprisingly good and there were plenty of spots. I didnt have to wait for the shuttle on the way out or return and the lady was very helpful including lifting my very heavy bags! I returned 12 days later and my car was exactly as I left it, I used a coupon that saved 4 days and I was on my way. All in all, highly recommended - I will be parking here in the future!
I have been waiting 20+ minutes in the designated area and no shuttle has gone by. Shuttles for other parking and other hotels have come round 3+ times. I called and the disinterested man on the other line said, 5 minutes ago, “it’s coming soon”- sir, it’s 1130pm and you are lying to me. Not safe, not reliable, and it is the first time I’m using this company. Never again, I would’ve been more than halfway home in an UberUPDATE: showed up 10 min later (30 min total) and the bus was too full, they asked us to take the next one. There were about 5 people complaining they had also been waiting 30+ min, and the bus driver shrieked at us, ITS BUSY WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO. What a joke, such poor management and complete lack of customer service/professionalism. I particularly do not appreciate being lied to. WOULD YOU BOOK WITH PARKSFO KNOWING YOU WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 30+ min for a 10 min bus ride??? I doubt it- I certainly wouldn’t have. It would’ve been worth paying $20 extra to park at long term parking. These guys are literally the worst
The bus driver didn’t stop at the pick up spots at all, even with people sitting at the stops. When I ran after the bus, a car honked multiple times, which was the only reason the driver stopped, backed up. When I asked her why she didn’t stop, she said she didn’t see me sitting under the “Off Airport Shuttle” sign. Poor service to say the least.
This is such an easy location to park at when flying out of SFO! I love using the app and scanning my QR code and going because everything for payment is stored In the app! Free quick shuttle is just a hop skip and a jump away. I have parked here multiple times each time has been great!
Promotion happening! one free parking day if you give Google reviews. Definitely working as of October 11, 2021.You can go to their website and they have coupons. 2 day off if park 4 days. On top of the Google review discount.Super close to airport in fact across the airport’s long term parking. Covered shelter parking with lots of space available.Easy to go in and out. Don’t need to book online in advance.
I wanted to give a 5 star review to get a free day of parking but no way. We waited forever (ok not forever but felt like it. Definitely at least a half hour) to catch a shuttle back after getting back home. We saw three Park N Fly go by us while we waited. I guess you get what you pay for.
Ive been Parking here for a long time. Super easy & quick with their app, scan yourself in, and out. No waiting in line. They run their shuttles often, and you can call upon arrival to ensure theres one coming. Never had any issues, would recommend parking here. Be sure to use the app for coupons too!
Im a frequent flyer and never drive my own vehicle to the airport because of the parking hassle. This was my first experience using the ParkSFO garage for my trip. And I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fast, safe and secure place to park for an affordable price. From start to finish I was accommodated and on my way to the airport within a very short time after entering the garage. The shuttle bus driver was very prompt, professional and helpful. As one shuttle bus left, another one pulled up right behind it ready for the next load of passengers heading to the airport from the garage.ParkSFO made my trip quick, and easier then having someone drop me off at the airport. I will definitely be using ParkSFO every time I travel from SFO.
The parking experience at Park SFO was a breeze. Theyre open 24/7 and have covered parking (valet or self-park). I had no issues finding a spot in self-park (this was just before CA started re-opening). Car felt safe and secure. The shuttle to get to the terminals can be caught on the 1st floor and runs pretty frequently. The shuttle pick-up to return to Park SFO is hit and miss. We were one of the lucky ones and were able to get a seat on the shuttle back to Park SFO (around 9PM), but other people in terminal 3 had to wait for the next shuttle and werent happy. Im not sure if Park SFO was just down a few drivers, but Park SFO made sure they called for the shuttle to go to Terminal 3 specifically. There is no standing on the shuttle so they cant just cram a bunch of people, for safety reasons. My experience was good and Id recommend it as an option if you need to park your car. Pricing seems reasonable, but it was my first time using them. Be sure to look online for any coupons, which is totally worth it!
They charge a $30 fee for third party pickup. Had a friend pickup my car when my flight got rerouted, and got slapped with this fee. Never said anything about it before. Also, you can totally avoid this fee if you don’t valet and it’s not extra work so it makes no sense. Resulted in a negative experience, never parking there again.
Park SFO has a huge sign out and has had for many months now that if you leave a review you get a free day of parking so here’s a review now how do I get my free day parking? I am guessing this goes against Google policy that people should be aware that this is being done
A much cheaper and popular option than the official long term parking. Go onto their website to get a substantial savings. You must get the coupon more than 2 hours ahead of time. Shuttles run frequently. When you return, just give them a call so a driver, if they arent already in route, knows to pick you up.
This place was a life of saver for me. Managed so nicely. Driver was waiting to drive me to term in male 1. Everything was stress-free. Dont use the web site cheapairportparking, it RIPED ME OFF. you are warned. These guys however, are great. And use their coupon and save more money
All in $11.67 per day for 4 days with coupon.Overall good experience. Shuttle runs frequently. Just nocking of a star because pricing scheme is not the most transparent. They advertise a daily rate + taxes and fees but dont state what those fees are. Price ended up being quite reasonable though.
I wanted to love this place. But sadly it wasnt too be. First there was outdoor only valet parking when I arrived. I am handicapped and they have a sign posted that they valet handicapped cars for the cheapest price. The attendant was over worked but nice at the drop off.I came back this evening and waited 22 minutes for the shuttle. I arrived to the valet counter and the people didnt seem to speak English. The transaction was very disjointed. Im pretty sure I ended up paying more than I should have. Even with the three days free parking.I finished paying too tired to try and argue in disjointed English any longer received my receipt only to find out my car was parked a distance away. They offered no help with my luggage nor did they offer to bring my car closer. After trudging through the area to where my car was parked I tried to leave. Only to find out I couldnt since I didnt have a ticket with a strip on it. I had to park my car go back to the office and get help. This was again very frustrating due to the language barrier and again needing to travel a distance while mobility challenged. Finally one of the young men used his pass item to raise the gate so I could leave- after waking back to my car again! All in all they are very disabled unfriendly. The staff at the night I was there spoke very limited English. It was a very horrible experience and I will not return.
Pros: Easy to park, shuttles are frequent and on time. Comparatively cheaper, look out for coupons on their website.Cons: The customer service is terrible. Its hard to communicate your point through, if only they were open to listening & understanding before responding.I do not understand their taxes structure. They will levy 15% tax on the total amount and not on the discounted amount which is the general practice. For example, if total is $100 and after discount it was $60; they will still change $15 as tax instead of $9. This amount adds up as you park for longer duration and frequently.
We needed a last minute place to park for a last minute trip and Park SFO was so easy and accommodating! I love that the parking structure is well lit , feels safe, and clean! The shuttle comes every 5-7 minutes and i love that the shuttle drivers hustle , help with your luggage , and are very helpful in making sure you know where to go. Will definitely park here again!!
Worst shuttle company ever. Waiting in the cold rain for 30 min during the night with young kids. Got passed by two shuttles, one of which clearly had space. Called their number and was told that they were full. We could see other companies shuttles every 5 minutes while this company came at least 10 minutes apart..
Parking your car? Choose Park SFO! You can’t beat the deal- especially if you clip the coupon. It is a guaranteed, quick ride to and from SFO, no hassle, and operating 24/7. The reason for the 4 stars is for personal miscommunication per staff members which can be frustrating (always regarding discounts) so use the app to have no troubles .
Our catalytic converter was stolen while we were parked for a week. It will cost us more than $2000 to replace it. The police said it only takes a minute for thieves to steal it. The garage is a perfect set up for thieves; nobody watching the cars, no security cameras that we could see. I will never park here again.
I was enticed by the deal they were giving health care workers during the pandemic. They offered 2 free weeks and a yearly membership. I signed up and parked for 5 days there. I could not get out without having to call and speak with someone I could not understand. I finally was given a promo code and was able to leave after about an hour on the phone. I returned the next week and parked, and last night when I returned to retrieve my car, I was charged $140+ for it. I had not been told that the 2 weeks of free parking was a one time use only, not 2 free weeks of parking total. I think this is a bait and switch, and wont be returning. If they had lived up to their end of the deal, Id park there every week. But I feel tricked and taken advantage of. And by the way, there are many options that are much less expensive to park at SFO.
Parking here is super efficient and theres always available indoor space. Ive parked here a couple times already. The airport/garage shuttle comes by frequently and the longest Ive waited for one at the garage was 3 min, while at the airport probably 5-10 min. Price is fair but the taxes/fees are hefty. I signed up for the healthcare worker 2 week free parking but was only able to use it once for 4 days... It can only be used once, on consecutive days. When I called about it, they said the parking promo isnt limited to one trip or consecutive days, but when I got there I was told something else. Nonetheless its nice of them to have that promotion. I would stick to this parking lot for travels because its convenient, efficient, clean, safe, and reliable.
Have been parking here for the last 10 years. Super convenient, safe, never had any issues with the vehicle. Reasonably priced. And now they have an app which makes it super convenient to use, no more paper tickets and possibility of losing one.Excellent service as well!
This ease of parking at this place is top notch. We arrived found a place quickly and parked inside using the self park option. We did take advantage of the online coupon as we were going to be gone for more than nine days. We then waited for the shuttle which arrive in no time. The shuttle was incredibly clean and the seats were comfortable. The driver helped us with our luggage and pointed out where we needed to wait for pick-up when we returned. I will definitely use this place on my next trip.
This was so easy and simple!! I dropped my car off at the valet, they gave me a ticket then I immediately hopped on their shuttle. The driver was courteous and brought my bag onto the shuttle for me. He then drove to all the gates and I got off when he stopped at mine. It was the simplest process possible. When I arrived back in SFO after my trip I waited for less than 10 minutes at the shuttle pickup location (for all shuttles) when a park SFO shuttle arrived. I couldnt have asked for a simpler process. The new driver was just as kind and brought my bag on the bus for me again. We stopped at another terminal or two to pick up and drop off others and then we were back at the garage. Before I even boarded the shuttle I was able to text them my parking ticket number and when I got off the shuttle my car was there already! I used a one day free coupon thats available on their website and I was off! I cant believe Ive never used them before and I will absolutely use them again! I recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to deal w the hassle of public transportation or ubering.
Should have listened to the 1 STAR no star reviews. I would not recommend ANYONE to use their service DUE to the lack of safety and social distancing protocol provided by this facility. Do check YELP reviews as there are MANY current and updated reviews at this facility. They did NOT abide by their 8 person MAXIMUM per shuttle, as stated AND posted on their shuttles. Yellow pre-taped seats were pointless as this driver allowed people to sit in these seats and not excluding them for social distancing. One in particular, shuttle number 34 (took the shuttle today 9/6 at noon) had more than the maximum allowed on the shuttle and could have involved us all in an accident by driving so wreck less. Instead of stopping and yielding at other vehicles, he had quickly rushed us over, going over a speed bump as we got into the parking facility. When expressing my concerns to the worker at the pay station, he did not seem at all concerned and instead tried to verbally give me customer services number. I had repeatedly asked this man to write me this number and until I got even more upset is when he wrote the number for me. Customer service is zero at this place and they can possibly kill you with the way they drive and for their lack of concerns for PPE AND social distancing. Government should look into their safe practices.
Weve been parking here for many years. Very convenient to the airport and frequent shuttle makes getting to and from SFO a breeze. Staff is courteous and helpful with bags. Now the construction is done and its even better. Be sure to print the coupons (discount depends on length of stay). We find its less money to park than take an Uber to/from the airport from the peninsula.
I joined initially for the healthcare worker promotion. I was told I couldn’t break up the promotion and had to use it all at once and forfeit the rest of the days. The rates are very expensive and they have a rule where you cannot accumulate points towards a stay if you use a coupon. Their prices are more reasonable with a coupon although they don’t offer any more free days than 4.As someone who travels weekly this expense adds up quickly. I’ve spend nearly 600 just for parking with no points.Uber to the airport is 52 making a 104 round trip. For a 14 day I would be paying 220.Much cheaper options out there.
This place is close to the airport with frequent shuttles and significantly cheaper than SFO long term parking (additional coupon available online). Our best experience was when my wife and I accidentally left my computer bag in the trunk and didn’t realize until nearly at airport on the shuttle 15min before boarding. The radioed in and our bag was brought over on the next shuttle within 10 min and we were able to make our flight. We were very appreciative of this kind of customer service and communication.
Conveniently located and the shuttle is very fast and efficient. Staff we interacted with was very friendly as well. Their daily rate for self-parking is ok if you make use the coupons they offer on their website.Just be aware of all the taxes and fees that will be added on top.CTAX 8%, AFEE 5% & FSUR 2%!Oh yeah and they will charge you all those taxes and fees on the pre-discount rate for some reason!Next time we will go back to taking an UBER.
Unlike all other parking spots, this one is covered. When we were gone for a week and returned to temperature at 100F in SF my car stayed nice and cool. It was such a relieve. The only negative is that you have to pay with a cashier and/or pay station located in the office, so you need to remember to do this ahead of time, which I didnt.
ParkSFO is a great place to park. It is very easy to navigate to and park. The shuttle is quick and efficient to use also. This makes this a win win. Don’t forget the coupons which helps the pocket and that they are actually in a covered garage. Great for the rainy days. I like it.
Was happy to find this option for long term parking! Shuttle came by often and paying was quick and easy. Very close to the airport. Even found a coupon online that was very easy to use! This option was much cheaper than taking an Uber and easier than finding someone to drive me at 3am
Park SFO is my favorite place to park at the airport. The shuttles seem to run quite frequently and Ive never had to wait too long for a ride either to or from SFO. The online coupons make it a very good deal. The one downside is that you cant reserve a spot unless you pay for the membership, which is about $100 per year. If you use airport parking a lot, its probably worth it, but I havent tried it personally. I havent had any trouble getting a space there, though I did have to use the valet once or twice because the self parking was full. The valet was efficient, and my car was ready for me when I got back to the lot. Overall, Ive been very pleased with this location.
I’d recommend parking elsewhere if you can help it. I parked here for a business trip. I parked for two weeks and they couldn’t get me a receipt, which I need for my expense report. They couldn’t print it or email it to me. When your bill is almost $300 you need a receipt.I’m also pretty sure one of their valets dig through my glove box. I noticed a cable sticking out of it when I got into it which wasn’t hanging out before.Stay away.
All in all a good garage I keep coming to year after year. They do need to update website and coupons that there is no outside self parking/rate available (and has been closed for many months) but I think the rates are still competitive or even lowest and shuttles run often enough to keep you moving.
This is a good parking option, especially if you use their coupons, but the service is terrible:- the pick up shuttles do not stop where other shuttles do, pickup locations are not marked. When shuttle passes by people waiting - the driver does not even acknowledge people trying to flag him down. Could get on the third shuttle only, and Park SFO shuttles are much less frequent than other parking facilities shuttles.- the automated payment machine would not accept discount coupon bar code from the phone screen, even thought it is advertised as the way to apply the coupon.- people who process payments at the reception are rude
Positives: Convenient location near the airport, regular shuttles. Big negative: This parking company offers discounted coupon specials on the daily rate. However on checkout they charge a 30+% tax (this is how its marked on the receipt) which wipes out any deal. Last time I checked taxes are set by governments, not private companies.
Really good customer service and the indoor parking is really convenient. We got shuttle in just 3 mins after parking the car and the shuttle is really clean. They pick up every 5-10 mins from airport. If you are parking for more than 3 days get a free 1 day coupon from their website.
This place has improved over the years with extra added parking spaces. The staff has been consistent with providing kind and friendly staff. The location is convenient and closely located right off the freeway off ramp. Their sanitation and covid protocols work well to ensure each customer is safe. This continues to be our go to for our travels.
If you use their coupons theyre the best option for parking. But, watch out for holidays and other blackout dates where the coupons dont apply. Give yourself 15 -20 minutes extra time to account for parking and the shuttle ride. Although, Ive arrived at the terminal as soon as 10 minutes after parking in the past.
The staff is nice and super helpful, theres always a coupon, the shuttle is fast, and the location is fabulous. We just found out this past visit that they have battery jumpers for when you leave your car parked for a long time and come back to a dead battery. No need to stand in the cold waiting for AAA!
Shuttle took forever, park and fly had three shuttles pass by while I was waiting for pickup. They only had valet parking despite showing self parking available online, I didnt get my car until I showed up even though I texted my ticket in half an hour ahead as suggested. My car was filthy not sure where it was parked. As if that wasnt enough the attendant failed to give me an exit ticket and i had to backtrack to get one.On the bright side they didnt actually lose my car,.
One of the worst places I have ever encountered when it comes to customer service. Most of their staff can’t speak English and just lack good manners and courtesy. They lie about having shuttles every 5 mins and they are expensive. I tend to find competitor company shuttles more frequent picking up customers and keeping wait times short. Management is very unresponsive to complaints and really does not care.
Apparently they dont stop at terminal 1 anymore. I waited for 15 minutes at the off airport parking. I finally see the shuttle and I stand up and waive and he just drives right by. On the website it said stay at the white and blue curb at off airport parking which I did. Then I call them and they barely speak English and tell me I need to walk to terminal 2 with 4 bags that are like 50 lbs each. Never parking there again.
We park here every time we have to fly out of SFO. They have plenty of outdoor and indoor parking available and we always feel at ease and safe to leave our cars here. The price isnt too bad and there is always a coupon available online if you are parking for an extended time.
I had to do the Valet parking since the self parking was full by the time I got there. It was a totally hassle free service. The shuttles are plenty and the drivers are very helpful. I got two days free coupon for a 6 days parking and it worked just fine! Very satisfactory service.
Want to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle after your long flight home? I used to park here one very single business trip, no longer. The shuttle rates were always inconsistent and it felt like roulette what your wait time was going to be. Well, last night a shuttle driver pulled to a curb at the pickup spot as I was walking up, didnt stop, and even as I waved at him not to leave from 10 feet away, pulled out and left... with a completely empty shuttle. Manager said the driver claimed I wasnt in the right spot... ridiculous customer service and they raised their rates to match SFOs... DO NOT PARK HERE.
Great for self parking, but when they are full, outdoor valet is mandatory. I dont know what method they use to track vehicles, but it looked chaotic, and it took over an hour from texting our claim to getting our car. They didnt start looking until I was at the counter (why bother texting?), and it was over 45 minutes standing there before they figured it out. Almost no communication during that wait, but once the car was found, they credited me a day for the trouble.
Park here if you want to wait 20min to get your car from self park, I have used this parking garage at least 10 times (probably more). Parking garage is in a good location and rates are competitive. However they try to maximize space and block your car in by parking extra cars behind the space. Their system for tracking down the keys is broken as well. They have a lock box and it contains the keys for the cars blocking the regular spaces. They guys get it wrong and have to do multiple keys and multiple trips up and down the stairs. Waiting 20min for them to figure out how to move the car blocking mine after the 6hr flight I just took is the reason I wrote this review. Dont spend your money here.
I normally take BART to the airport, but I had some errands to run first so it made sense to drive. It was super easy since there was plenty of parking in the outside lot and we had a shuttle pick us up within 2 minutes. It was equally easy getting back since the shuttles are bright green and easy to spot and we waited even less (maybe a minute and a half). I used a coupon from the website so for 4 nights it ended up being $36, about the price of two people BARTing from SF and back.
Waiting here at terminal one under the “off airport parking shuttle sign as i’m supposed to. All the other parking shuttles stopped to see if i was their customer— park n fly twice, anza parking twice, sky park twice— but the driver from park sfo drove right by... ?! It wasnt full. Not what i want to experience after a long haul flight from Europe
This is a great alternative for short-term vacation like a weekend getaway. Our flight was at 6:30AM last Saturday which means taking BART is not an option because its too early. The cab fare is about 45 dollars from San Francisco one way.We got a coupon where we paid about $33 for 3 days. It turns out to be a better deal than taking cab or public transportation. The shuttle runs every 5 mins and 24 hours a day.
Parking is difficult and tight. They drop you off at the airport at the right spot. But if you have luggage they dont pick you up at the logical location. You have to go upstairs!?! No signs indicating where they pick up either. Very helpful once you call and ask for directions. With just a few simple changes could be an excellent service.
Used to be great and my go-to parking place for SFO. Over the years it has gone downhill. The prices are not super competitive anymore, esp with the taxes and fees they charge. Often the place is so full that you are forced to get indoor or valet parking at an extra cost. They will also block cars to get more parking space. Can take up to an hour to pay and get out of the lot.
I was attracted to this parking garage by ParkSFO coupon, recently I had to use their valet parking. Last month I found my car was driven from outside after I paid my valet ticket; Last week, my last experience was that I parked my car by myself, but my car was blocked by another car which was parked in the driveway ( not follow parking rule to park a car in a right place ) when I came back.By reading other reviews, this is a parking garage to attract you to be there and you have to use their valet service if it is full because you will not have enough time to drive to another park lot. Once you use their valet service, you pay more money with more risk to your car because your car will be parked somewhere you never know.
We parked with their valet service and came back to find scratches on the front right bumper of our car. Enough to make it require work from a body shop. We were really disappointed but ready to work with park SFO. They were impossible to get a hold of and now deny having any responsibility. Its a real bummer, because we liked parking here in the past and didnt have any problems.
There are two main long term parking spot close to SFO. ParkSFO and the official parking spot. The official parking spot is a bit closer to the airport, but not that much (you can actually see the building from ParkSFO!). Its also more expensive and more crowded. I use ParkSFO exclusively nowadays since its cheaper and easier to get parking.Just a caution though, during travelling season (summer) and Mondays, the place is usually crowded more than the capacity. This result in double parking and sometimes youre even forced to valet parking. The good news is that if youre forced valet parking, they will give you a cheaper rate compare to regular valet rate. Thats pretty cool. So far Ive never had any bad experience, except one time where their shuttle never showed up. It was understandable though, since it was 2 AM in the morning (flight got delayed badly). One time they actually told me to bring a coupon next time so that I would get 1-2 free days. Thats also pretty cool.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY! You are better off parking in the middle of the freeway and leaving the keys in the ditch. Dropped off our car and, like others have mentioned, the lot was overflowing. Instructed to pull car forward and leave keys in the ignition. When we returned late at night, our car had a FLAT TIRE! No one called us. No one offered to help. We had a baby in freezing cold night weather and my husband was out changing the tire. STILL CHARGED FULL Parking amount. Tire repair guy said the nail was through the wall of the tire so obviously if we would have done it while driving, it would have been a blow out. Their fault entirely.Got a call from manager of Customer Complaints saying they would cover the cost of replacing the tire. Sent in receipt and two follow up emails .......no response. Zero. Nata.PLEASE BE WARNED! DO NOT PARK HERE.Not only are we out our parking fee, but we are out an additional $122 (and time off work) for replacing a new tire. STAY CLEAR.
We booked online for self park. When we got there we were made to use their valet. When we came back after our trip there was a huge dent on our door. After numerous times trying to get them to take care of this or look at their video to see they did this, we made complaint to Better Business Bureau. They didn’t respond to the BBB after two attempts either. Do not use this place!!
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!On May 19, 2019, I picked up my car and noticed that they during valet parking, they badly scratched my left rear bumper. After showing the damage that was caused by parking my car next to a metal handrail, the supervisor made a report and took photos on an iPad. He said that Candace (whose last name is Simms, I later discovered) would review the report and contact me within 5 days. I never received ONE return call to my voicemail messages, my messages to the person answering the phone or to email. Yesterday, June 20th, I took time away from work to go to the garage to see if they could help expedite the claim. They were unwilling to provide Candaces direct contact information or their insurance carrier info. So, I called the South SF PD and they came out to help me. They completely blew the officer off too and were unwilling to do anything to begin processing the claim. I am taking them to SMALL CLAIMS COURT because of their incompetence and complete disregard for their customer.BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, there are plenty of other parking vendors who operate a responsible and responsive business in the SFO area. I will NEVER park here again, not matter how much their fake coupons are offering.
Park SFO is by far the best off-airport parking near San Francisco International Airport. They always email money-saving coupons and their valet service is cheaper than SFOs long term parking! Theyll pick you up right outside of SFOs baggage claim and their buses can fit at least 12 people.
Unbelievable! I was there last Friday and the place was totally packed. So I went up and down the parking structure, and not a singe parking space. Now this is not a big deal, as one can expect the place to be sold out every now and then. What is a big deal is that they wanted to charge me to exit! I hadnt even gotten out of my car while looking for a spot. After flatly refusing to pay, a manager (or at least some guy called Sergio), let me out very rudely. I say avoid this place like the plague...
Beware! Do not park outside, otherwise damage to your car is your responsibility. Came back to a broken rear windshield, and management said it wasnt their problem. Nothing was taken from the car (wasnt a break and enter), just someone smashing it for no reason. See pics... never would have thought my car would be safer on the streets of San Francisco than secure airport parking! Do not park here!
DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU LEFT IT. Parked here using their Valet service and got it back with the license plate ripped off and front bumper cracked! They claim zero responsibilities... They didnt even warn me in advance when giving me my keys back that my license plate was just placed on the windshield... Ya, that is how I left you my car!!! Horrible customer service, they wouldnt return my calls unless I left angry messages... Just dont risk it!

2022-05-22They are efficient. Quick turnaround of their shuttles. Drivers work hard to get you in and out of airport quickly. My driver hurried up to help me catch a flight that I was late for.I have used them for many years. I like the recognition of the green bus at pick up from airport. Plus they always offer discounts if you park 3 days or more.

2022-06-07If youre viewing this, just do it! This place is awesome, its affordable and the shuttle runs quick! Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch the shuttle. Also the workers are very friendly. Self parking was also easy to find and there are tons of coupons in the app. I recommend downloading the app to check in, pay, check out.

2022-02-06Easy to find structure, and I’ve never waited longer than 5-10min for the shuttle. Shuttle is spacious and the drivers are all super friendly. We only just recently found out about this lot, and we’re definitely going to use it over Uber’ing to SFO for future trips. Such a good value!

2022-05-24Great experience at Park SFO! Definitely download the app and you wont have to remember your ticket upon leaving. All coupons are also in the app. Upon arriving, you just scan the QR code, find your parking spot, and catch a shuttle. There was a shuttle waiting for us and after a 5 minute wait we were on our way to the airport. Upon returning, go to the Departure level, head outside, and look for the Off Airport Parking signs outside. The stop is shared by all of the off airport shuttles and is easy to find. We waited two minutes to catch a shuttle. Checked out in the app on the bus then just scanned our QR code at the exit gate. Easy.

2022-03-07Park SFO is conveniently located east of SFO. Their daily parking rates are priced fairly to accommodate long-term travelers. This airport parking property offer coupon deals to help save on the total cost. The SFO Park shuttle is available to transport customers to and from SFO. Make sure to call once you retrieve your bags and stand in the designated pickup location. The only minus is that you have to pay for an entire day, even if you pick up your car 15-60 minutes following the expiration time. Return flights are extremely unpredictable, so plan ahead. 24-hour service is a plus.I have used Park SFO numerous times since 2002. If you want convenience and affordability, try out this airport parking structure.

2022-04-16Only a short drive from the airport, shuttles come every few minutes, we only waited about 2 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. Rates are affordable and they give you free days the more night you stay. Will definitely use again in the future.

2022-02-13Great service and happy driver even at 4am. Driver helped with luggage on and off shuttle. The parking structure is amazing and clean. Driver picking us up was just has helpful and cheerful. The shuttles did not take for pick up or drop off. Price is fair. Will be utilizing this place again.

2022-01-19Since I found this place, I no longer want to park at other places. Price is higher but you get: covered parking and super quick shuttle... on top of it, everything is from the app: in and out and payment. Most of the shuttle drivers are quite nice and help with luggage.

2022-02-17I used to search all over the place for cheap parking options near SFO. While I would sometimes get a pretty cheap rate, it always seemed that the pick up from the airport took FOREVER! You know what I mean... youre tired and just want to get to your car and there you are - waiting for a half hour or even more. NOT TRUE of Park SFO! Get the app on your phone, download the coupons for savings and wait - maybe at most - 10-15 minutes for the shuttle. In and out super quick. Wont go back to the search as Ive found where Im parking from now on! Thanks Park SFO!
