I ordered the Non-Vegan as per the menu name. I said it three times initially in a very clear way. After they gave me a vegan plate, I asked if there was chicken, since I ordered the non-vegan. I went out of the restaurant to double-check the menu, and it did indeed say chicken. I asked the cashier if it was the NON-Vegan and he said yes. I asked him about the chicken and then he finally understood it, after me saying Non-Vegan and chicken more than six times, asking multiple times throughout five minutes. The cashier said he would need to charge me a dollar more. Fine, I just want what I ordered and have been saying for a total of 10 minutes now. Finally got what I ordered and it was alright. Really spicy, but thats normal I guess. I asked about the drink price, it was three times the price next door. Fair enough, restaurant upcharge.Overall, food was okay, piss poor service and horrible choice in menu item name. Staff needs training on the difference between the words Vegan and NON-Vegan.
Good option for Northern Indian food in Artesia. The masala chai was ok. It tasted a bit watery. I would recommend using whole mill as the fat is needed to carry the flavors. The Aloo paratha was my favorite. My husband preferred the plain paratha. My paneer curry was bursting with flavors. Yummy.Food is served on styrofoam dishes. What a waste. Please improve it?
Loved their Frankie (kathi roll) and their paratha....Its a small setup but they make everything fresh to order... So much that they can even customize the stuffing in the paratha (and not just spice level)....Would definitely recommend this place for a good meal at a decent cost. The owner is great to talk to as well...Overall cant recommend this enough... You have to try it out once
Savoury & decently priced finger licking good Punjabi food. Tried their Parantha & Frankie - the size & quality of food was amazing. Both their Chutneys were good. Customer service is amazing as the Owner asked couple times about the food & service. They have couple inside & 3 tables setup outside for Dine-in. Must try once..
Amazing food!!! I flew from Miami, Florida with my parents to just eat here and the food was absolutely delicious and filling. Great menu with a wide variety of food and everything is made fresh which I love, the staff is super friendly and courteous. I couldnt have had a better experience at an Indian restaurant!! Love love love.
Food was delicious..Food quality and quantity is great. We orderd 2 Panners sabji and they both had good amount of paneer big pieces.Must try paratha. We orderd paneer paratha, salt was less but overall taste was really good.We will go next time and try different stuff !!!
Deep diving into Indian/Pakistani breadNaan, dosa, now its time for paratha! Paratha Grill occupies the former home of Little India Grill. I was originally planning to eat lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant, only to find their buffet is only on Sundays. So, seeing how Ive been meaning to try paratha (& Paratha Grill) for the first time, it seemed pondering upon a contingency wasnt necessary. To get the most bang for the buck, I went with the Special Paratha Combo. The combo entails a choice of select paratha & a side choice of select curries. Vegetarian $8.99, Non-veg $10.99.Gobi paratha & dhaba chicken (special paratha combo)-The dhaba chicken had 3 pieces of drumstick. It had a good amount of heat, not enough to burn out my palate. The curry was delicious when sopped up in the paratha.Speaking of paratha, the gobi (cauliflower) paratha was thin, and had an excellent burnt crisp exterior. The minced onions, cilantro, cauliflower & other accoutrement added flavor & texture to a hearty, filling dish. Each piece torn by hand & dipped into the dhaba chicken - perfection!Service was good. I arrived & gave my order for dine-in. The wait seemed a little longer than expected, but they seemed busy with takeout orders. Tables are inside, with 3 tables outside. I sat outside to enjoy the warm day. It seemed there isnt air conditioning inside, so I imagine it can become quite stuffy during the hot summer. Parking is via a private lot shared by other businesses. Paratha Grill is located south of Seafood House, within the Pioneer Center in Little India.I actually liked paratha better than the dosa I had at a nearby restaurant. The thinner, crispier texture was much more pleasing to eat. The Special Paratha Combo is a great deal, and Im looking forward to coming back and, perhaps ordering their Tandoori Combo.
A great change from all the other Indian food options in the area. The food is fresh and tasty. You can notice that the tandoori chicken doesnt have the fake coloring, but filled with taste. The parathas are big. Everything we ordered was good and still piping hot by the time we finished. Look forward to coming back and trying the other things on the menu.
Best place for special stuffed parathas. My personal favorite is their Spinach and mooli paratha. They mix a generous amount of some sort of house special mystery spice in all their stuffing parathas which makes them taste unique and good. I personally find it adds a bit of extra spice for my taste and prefer to specifically ask them to make it medium spicy. I also like their Kadhi Chawal, Dhaba chicken curry.I love that they have an open kitchen. You can pretty much witness how they make your order and also the hygiene situation. They use styrofoam for take away which is not recyclable and is worst for the environment. Hope they switch to better alternatives for the take away containers.
Its a good Indian restaurant and give you the full value if money. Their food is tasty. But they need to be more hygiene. Their bathroom dosent even have hand soap and they use it as a store room. Their bill also dosent specify the items. They need to be more transparent about the price. They have a very small menu which is pasted next to the till.
If you are an Indian and miss having some authentic Punjabi dhaabe ke parathe, this place is your food heaven. The food here is so pocket-friendly yet extremely superior in quality and quantity. Best part is, everything is made fresh in front of your eyes. We ordered paneer paratha, mix veg + cheese paratha, chhole and mango lassi and each and everything was finger-licking good. To add to it, the staff is realy welcoming and the owner makes it a point to go to each and every customer to check if everything is fine . A must visit place if you miss having some authentic Indian food.Food - 5/5Customer service - 5/5Cleanliness & hygiene - 5/5Location - 5/5
Some of the best parathas I’ve tasted, authentic Punjabi goodness. Gobi, Aloo and Mooli parathas were spiced and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very busy when we went on Saturday afternoon, and with good reason. Service was attentive and fast. We’ll be back regularly.
4.If you are looking for authentic, flavorful and delicious Indian food, then you should definitely try Paratha Grill. I’ve been here a few times for dinner. They never disappoint us. I really enjoyed the delicious food that i have oredered,if you get a chance to eat there, make sure you try that out. I would definitely recommend this one.
My 1-Star Recommendation: [1] The price should be less, since the quantity of food offered was less. The value was simply not there. [2] There are not many menu options/choices. [3] The customer service needs significant improvement! The speed of service was simply not there.
Paratha grill serves authentic Indian cuisine and all dishes are freshly prepared. This restaurant serves vegetarian and non vegetarian meals. The lunch special curry bowl with chicken tikka masala complimented with their signature nan bread is a big hit because the tastiness and the price. The a la carte vegetarian menu offers delicious dishes that includes paneer tikka masala. The downsize this place could be little cleaner.
These guys keep changing the restaurant name cause they sucks big time. Food no good. And the panjabi guy with the turbine is a pervert. I am not going into the detail why. But he is, and I didnt have any personal grudge against him until the incident of taking measurement of a dress of a girl I know. She is still upset to date after years since the incident. I wish I could go back and break his panjabi ass nose cause of inappropriate touching.
Took 30 min to give me some basi biryani .....Please do not order any Type of biryani from here really bad.. It tasted like it was a week old and it was just reg biryani with motton curry inside not motton biryani.... Way too much spices and rice was hard as stone... I will still go here to try their paratha and chole bhature but first Experience was disappointing... One more thing Quantity of the food was very little and the price very high... I dont mind paying for good food

2022-05-07I remember we were looking for a traditional Pakistani breakfast before moving further and visiting other places in California and luckily came a cross this spot names Paratha Grill in Artesia known as little India. We enjoyed Naan with Cholla and eggs along with traditional milk tea. It reminded us a home away from home and the food was delicious. The owner was very kind and we got something extra to taste for free.A good place for those who love Pakistani and Indian food.

2022-06-27Very reasonable. The serving size was pretty huge and the food was tasty enough. Its a small dining place, so do not expect bug ambience or service. Go there if you want a peaceful and quite simple serve lunch/dinner.

2022-02-17I’ve been coming here for years, the food is great ! Everything about the meal was literally delicious. The owner is very nice and humble and greeted everybody there and occasionally would come up to you and ask how your meal is , loved that as he showed that he cares about everyone’s experience In there.I Dined in, I did get a couple of funny looks by the customers in there because we look white lol it’s probably not common to see a latina in there but who cares the food was beyond my expectations and I can’t wait to go back . I would definitely 100% recommend and if I could give this place 10 stars , I would. If you’re thinking about trying it out, you should

2022-04-23Delicious parantha. We took Gobi Parantha and Amritsari Kulcha, both were delicious. The size is huge. One Kulcha or parantha is enough for 1-2 people. Chole with Amritsari Kulcha was amazing.Loved it
