The worst customer service ever! I’be never seen such a rude manager in whole my life in the US!!They put us outside for 30 minutes and kept telling us step outside while we had toddlers and the weather was cold! When I asked the manager to make the table ready after 30 min wait, he was so aggressive and rude and kept telling me talk like a human being!!!Then, he called my wife rude when she was explaining him their customer service is not right! I strongly recommend everyone not to go this restaurant even though if they have a good quality food. Being respectful to your customers and the customer service is on top of everything while the manager of this restaurant doesn’t believe in any ethics!
The worst customer service ever! It took them to make a table ready 30 minutes and treat us like a jerk whenever we step in to see if the table is ready or not!!! The manager of the restaurant asked me to talk like a human being when I was just complaining about their customer service and called my wife rude when she did the same separately!!! Ive never seen such a rude, amateur and incompetent restaurant manager in whole my life!!! Im sure they will loose many of their customers gradually under the poor and terrible customer service at this branch.
Definitely a good option to grab a brunch. Tried healthy omelette with fruit salad & freshly prepared coffee finishing it with baklava.Food was amazingly delicious. Fruits & vegetables were very fresh. Coffee was good too.Must try baklava, it was really good.Very much recommended.
The quality of the food and service is not as good as it used to be. On our last visit we ordered family combo pack which comes only with 3 scewers of chicken kabab and they charge you if you want any substitutions. So we ordered one lamb, one beef and one chicken. When they asked for doneness we said medium. So chicken came up med-well, beef rare-med, lamb was well done and very chewy. They also mentioned in the menu that they do not guarantee that they will deliver the doneness that ordered. Which does not make sense why would you ask then for preferred doneness? I was very disappointed on our last visit. I would rate it 1 star but I still like the place and want to see it improved. I definitely will visit again and update my review accordingly
The food was amazing my woman invited me to wat there. They give a genrous amount of rice and the meat was amazing. Juicy thoroughly cooked. The rice was a little dry but to be FAIR i took take out so if you ate there the rice is probaly also perfect. Over all it deseves six stars for 20$ bucks a person totally worth it.
Always get a great Koobideh kabob from this place. And I absolutely love their Bulgari Rice. One piece of advice: when ordering takeout, always check your Kabob before leaving the restaurant. They have a tendency to burn the tips of the skewers, so if you prefer your meat to be free of burnt charcoal meat, then check them before leaving and DONT be shy about asking for replacements. All it takes for them to not burn the kabab is a better managed fire and a more astute grill man. Oh, dont forget to try their Avacado Lemon salad dressing. Its absolutely incredible. I get cartons of it and take it home to figure out the recipe but still have not been able to.
Second time eating lunch here. Last time had the chicken kabob plate and this time wanted to try something different so went for the single ground beef skewer (kabob) which is plenty for lunch. I had to take an image before diggin in to show the portion.. I enjoyed it and it was filling. It goes for 12.99 plus tax comes to 14 even. An ice water with lemon complements it well for budgetary purposes. Its good and near by where I work but it can easily take anywhere from 1 - 1.25 hours from waiting for a table, ordering, eating, and paying the bill.
They always take much longer than the expected time online says! I was supposed to pick up breakfast for Father’s Day at 9:30 but it wasn’t still ready even at 10:10 while I was just sitting at the store! I placed my order online and showed up late too but still not ready. This is not how customers should be treated. Add more staff if you can’t handle people’s orders
The service at breakfast time is typically slow; however, today it took 40 minutes to get breakfast and we were the first ones to arrive at opening. The Manager was argumentative with how long it took since the ticket had said a different time than what we were saying. Very rude and disrespectful to the customer. That was our last visit to Panini Kabob Grill
Delicious food served hot. What I like best is getting a keto option by ordering a beef kobedia kabob skewer and two vegetable skewers and skipping the bulgar wheat or rice. This gives you a low carb satisfying meal with no guilt and all the keto fat burning properties that you want. If you opt for a combo plate be prepared to take half home!
Centrally located but parking can be a challenge. I wish they had full booths so conducting business over lunch was more private. The flavors are consistently phenomenal. The veggies were perfection as usual. Unfortunately, today the steak kabob was overcooked and there were no olives in the Greek salad. Drink orders were wrong 3 times and meal order was wrong once. Thankfully, the charming waitress made all corrections quickly. Definitely still on my list of must eat there restaurants. Hoping they are more on for my next visit.
Always great tasty food, like the family style of chicken kabob which you can substitute one with two beef kabob. Plenty of food for 3 or 4 people comes with two bowl of salad of your choice for $29.99 plus a great service. Unheard of to get such quality tasty food for such low price. Hope they keep the price and quality for long time.🙏😋😀
I ordered chicken kebabs from here today, and the whole thing was burned. Not just part of it. More disturbing is the fact that they saw that the chicken is burned and still gave it to me as their costumer. This is a disgrace, how could someone be so ignorant and unprofessional to do that.Long story short, I went to work and opened the box to see a burned chicken which wasn’t eatable and had to get red of it. End up not having the lunch for the day and was too busy to go back there and confront them
Unprofessional and rude staff. Way too busy no parking. No social distancing. As business owner myself. I am ashamed to have to experience this kind of service. I run a Class C Corporation and I provide exceptional customer service all day. This franchise needs to educate their staff on how to treat staff. Francine the manager was rude. And unprofessional. I would never order from here again.
Had salmon shish kabobs; small skewer of salmon cubes, onion, green pepper & tomatoes. Huge enough salad for two and a mound of brown rice. Altogether too much rice and salad & too little skewer. Its supposed to be Mediterranean but it wasnt evident; no olive oil or olives, spices, feta cheese, anything else remotely from Greece, Sicily or neighboring areas. It wasnt bad, just not memorable.
First time visit. Will be back. Chicken kabob meal was amazing. Meat and vegetables grilled to perfection. Choice of salads and rice. Reasonably priced for the exceptional quality and flavor. No outdoor dining at the restaurant but several nearby tables belonging to the shopping center.
We ordered the chicken kabob family meal with extra basmati saffron rice... Unfortunately the rice was a complete and utter disappointment... There was maybe a tablespoon of saffron sprinkled on 3 lb of rice. When I called the manager he apologized and said he would talk to the chefs and I could come back for a free dessert. Well I dont really want a free dessert I want my basmati rice with saffron because it goes deliciously with my chicken... Its absolutely ridiculous when you look at their website and look at this picture. Theres absolutely no resemblance One is a plain bowl full of unflavorful rice and the other is a delicious meal... I dont want your free dessert and I dont want to go back there for your free dessert I just want to get what I paid for which unfortunately I did not get. Extremely disappointing!!!!!!!
After two visits I can safely say that this is a great place to take the family big or small. Their 29.99 family special offers a giant bowl of rice topped with three kabobs worth of vibrant vegetables and chicken and two salads. It doesnt sound like a lot, but its more than enough to feed a family of four and they will certainly leave satisfied. The paninis are also a highlight. The bread is crisp, not soggy and grilled with just the right amount if oil to keep all of the ingredients inside tasting just like they should. Overall I definitely recommend a visit.
We just ate at the Panini Grill for the first time and let me just say Wow!We are at the Irvine Center location and first off the service from everybody there was awesome.Especially our server Sheida. She was super friendly and helpful and checked on us the perfect amount of times - not overly intrusive and not forgetting about us either. We began our meal with the Combination appetizer plate, seen in the picture. The Falafel was filled with the most delicious filling and fried just enough to be crunchy yet not greasy. The trio of hummus wasnt too spicy or salty and had great texture and flavor. We split the plate of two ground beef kabobs and couldnt even finish it after splitting the appetizer.I also had a Wild Horse Pinot Noir with my meal which was delicious. Now for the finale...the BEST baklava (made in house) that I have EVER had in my life! Please give this place a try - enjoy!
Great breakfast menu and delicious food. I got an omelette with green peppers, mushrooms, Serrano Chiles, and chicken sausage. The spice was perfect. I also could not pass on the French Toast which is made with Hawaiian bread and is perfectly moist and sweet.I also got plenty of coffee and never had to ask for a refill.
I dont like to put the negative review for any restaurant since i know its not a easy job but i was in this restaurant with my wife at 3 pm witch is not rush hour i had to wait 10 minutes to get my order and after 25 minutes get my order rice was cold kebob was half over cook and half medium it look like they have problem with there grill any it very sad to see good restaurant going down in service and food quality I hope the owner will read this and do something about it good luck
I have been in this location many times, but this time was so different. I met Kevin who was our server, such a gentle man. He was extremely patient and polite and helped us to pick a great family style dishes for my family and I. Highly recommend get Kevin as your server to see the difference in service. I wanted to thanks again to Kevin. Hope to see you soon.
The rice was horrible. Very mushy. Manager said cooks put too much water in it. Manager gave me a $2 discount since rice was not cooked to its standard. It was an insult to give me a $2 discount for rice that was not cooked properly, which is considered half of the meal.
My family and I have been fans of this restaurant for years. Recently, Ive had an unfortunate experience with Uber Eats on a carryout order. This was 100% not the restaurants fault. I was helped by Adam, one of the restaurants managers, who went out of his way to make it right. Long story, Adam made it right and I cannot be more pleased with his customer care and service. Excellent food and even better service. Ive carried out countless times and have never had an order wrong. Im a customer for life!
My delivery experience wasnt great at first! However, the manager Anthony was very kind and handled the situation professionally and made me a very happy client. Their food and services is excellent. The delivery lady, Samah, was also very kind and professional. I wish her all the best!
I dropped by picking up some online order around late morning hour over the weekend, tried to draw attention from the female staffer at the counter who was mid build, plus size, ethnic look with black uniform; she looked annoyed and had a big chip on her shoulder; and she seemed like a mid level supervisor/manager who managed the computer screen and also handed food to carry out /online orders; this was not the first time she had bad attitude, seemed like she was chronically grouchy or never wanted to be there …
Food is always great at Panini, but today, the server was horrible. He never attended to us, forgot to bring us refills. Food was cold when it arrived, and apatizers were served with our dinner plate. Go to the one in mission Viejo. The servers are way more attentive.
Worst experience from the many times I have visited, to start. Theres no sense of urgency from the staff looking at you stand at the door and then talking amongst themselves who should greet you (this was on a day where the place was practically dead with very little clients) As we sat in our table I happened to overhear the couple next to us had been waiting for their food twice as long as they normally would again the place is almost empty and its lunch time, they asked the waitress what was taking long and only were told their good was coming. Then once they received their food they sent it back because the food was undercooked. Well for my table something happened plus it was cold, not the usual and when we told the waiter he said Ill see what my manager said he came back and gave the check with update of what the manager said. Not one care given from George, as I understand there are times where this could happen but who keeps the manager accountable when two guest have comment on the food being served back to back? Whos letting the cooks know they are undercooked the food if the managers doesnt even bother to come and speak to the guests? I held this place is high regards but will never return.
The food was good, however, the restaurant was full of fruit flies which were ending up dead in our wines and food, that was gross. We informed the waiter and he replaced one glass of wine. We couldn’t continue eating because of those flies and had to leave as soon as we could.
The food at Panini Kabob is what you would expect from this chain. The service at this location is very poor. We asked for drink refills and after 15 minutes went to the to go line to ask for refills and then it took another 5 minutes. The food had to be sent back because what we ordered was not was deliver. Nothing out of the ordinary, just the rice selection, or the request side salad. If you like Panini Kabob, head to one of the many other locations to get the service you expect.
Consistently a great place to get affordable Mediterranean food! We often order large orders for our office and it always arrives perfect. They have a good takeout setup and are always friendly. I recommend you try their new Ka-Box which is so filling and very affordable.
This location is perfect whether youre entertaining clients, meeting friends, family dinner or dining alone. It has indoor and outdoor seating of various table styles and a counter with large soft pillow top stools. The entire staff works like a well oil robust efficient engine. The service is top notch, fast, efficient and friendly. They focus on you and your needs and they have it all down to a science. This location has an actual team that truly works together to make your dining the best experience. The food portions are huge, prices are reasonable and most of all the food is healthy and tastes delicious! I give them 5 stars and I will be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌞
Got the koobideh (beef) box and had some of the chicken box as well. Meat was very tender and flavorful--even better than a well known competitor that starts with a Z. Sides were wonderful as well. This was a lucky pick as we were in the mood for kabobs but I will definitely make an effort to come back here soon.
The food is good, not the best. I find it a bit over priced for what you get. You pay for the quality of the food. Service was average. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Lot of space, but too many tables outside on the patio. They also place their welcome stand right where everyone is walking. Not to bright. Its like theyre trying to keep people out. People continually bumped into my prosthetic right leg or my left hip trying to exit the restaurant. Anyway, I went for my mom who likes their food. Good Luck...
The one in Irvine Park Place is better. Idk if its because we got it an 1 1/2 hours before closing time but the vegetables were undercooked, the beef kebab had zero flavor and the rice was blah. Portion size was good but quality was disappointing. Especially for the price.
Worst customer service ever dont care about the customer, order the food waiting 30 min for pickup when I get home the was missing, I talked to manager Aurora regarding this matter she Called me lier for $2 item, I felt discrimination, Also the quality was horrible throw all them in the trash.
Panini Kabob Grill is a chain that doesnt feel like a chain. The servers are always attentive and gracious. The food in consistently good and weve gone to several. We always make a mental note whenever we pass by a location we havent been to in case we pass by again. They have a very good value for breakfast family style. Weve decided to make it a weekend family tradition. Good times to be had by all.
Really unique, delicious Mediterranean food with excellent service and great coffee. The wait wasnt long at all, and the interior is really large and beautiful. The outside eating section is very nice as well with effective heat lamps. Definitely an excellent choice for breakfast, or dinner.
This place is very good. The prices are what you would expect of a decent Mediterranean restaurant but if you go in a group, you cant beat the family meal in value. It comes with two different salads and feeds about 5 comfortably. Additionally, you can replace one of the chicken skewers with two kubideh skewers for a couple of bucks if you are really hungry (I recommend it).
We love this place for two reasons. The staff is always friendly and great with our toddler and the food is always fresh and delicious. My family always orders the family meal, which includes a generous portion of salad, chicken kabobs, and rice of your choice. We always have enough for at least an extra two meals, so our $30 goes a long way for a sit-down restaurant of this quality.
I had breakfast here and I loved the food! Starting with the coffee that is flavorful and not watered down. The bread that comes with the food is real bread and not the packaged bread filled with preservatives. They give you real butter too and the roasted potatoes were yummy!! I absolutely loved the place. Also is very quiet in the morning so you can totally have a calm breakfast while appreciating the Italian music (classics!) and the food. Glad in decided to come here!
There was no wait for a Saturday late lunch. I dined with my wife and kid. They had a high chair for my kid. The waiter was friendly. I had a cocktail for my beverage. We had the hummus trio with pita bread to start. For the main entree, I had the chicken kabob plate with brown rice. Everything was good! The service was exceptionally good.
Food was excellent. Portions are large, so unless you have a very big appetite get only one, not two kebabs. Parking in the lot at lunch time can be an issue, so try and avoid noon. There can also be a wait at peak times. Unfortunately I ate two kebabs and did not have room to try the desserts.
The menu was very surprising. It would have been a 5 had my eggs not been runny (yuk) and the egg-while omelette ordered for someone else had not had any yolk in it. In other words, they got the order wrong. The coffee was very good, the food was tasty, but they just need to work on the little details.
We have friends that told us about how good Panini Kabob was for lunch. We went for dinner and we were not disappointed. First, we were greeted as we came in. Then, when we were seated our server was there and did the same. He helped us with ideas and knew the menu well. We were very happy with our choices! Everything was fresh and so good. The portions were large enough to have for another meal. We would give this restaurant more stars if we could!
Went in with my coworkers for lunch. The service was fast, the food was delicious and it is not overpriced. Considering that this is in Irvine and on such a pricey plaza, this is for sure 5 stars.I tried the beef wrap which included a small cup of soup. Quality of ingredients and flavor were amazing. My coworker ordered a tuna salad and he also seemed impressed with his dish. We both would recommend and return again.
He Panini Kabob Grill offers a big plate of food for a reasonable price. Its not particularly authentic, as the name indicates...sort of something for folks that like Italian or Middle Easter chow. Its a pleasant space right in the middle of Beverly Hills.Theres outdoor dining as well as inside. Lots of fun to people watch. Service is good. There is street parking which is fairly open and garage parking if you are going to stay in the area for a while. Its a good place to take family.s others have written, the food here is excellent and very reasonable. I had the salmon kabob with caesar salad and rice. It was all tasty and promptly delivered. The secret seems to be that the restaurant has only a handful of items, which can be prepared and packaged in different ways. That makes it easy to do them well. The location, on Little Santa Monica Boulevard, is very convenient, with a few public parking options within a block. My only reservation is about the service. I was there for dinner and, while its not as busy a time as lunch, the place was still lively. We encountered multiple servers and it wasnt clear who was in charge. The food arrived long before wine, and water refills proved particularly elusive. But these are minor quibbles and possibly unique to our table. Overall, Id happily return.
The breakfast here is quite delicious. Recommend the bacon and egg wrap. They only had two waiters working the morning shift so expect to have to flag them down for coffee refills. Also the croissant was to come w butter and preserves. We asked for the preserves but they never arrived.
Dont miss it! This place is amazing - my team eats a LOT of kabob and this is the best quality food for an unbelievable value. My coworker and I had a $30 dinner with two teas, soups, and kabob platters with fresh vegetables and delicious rice. Their salads make a huge difference, fresh and flavorful. The grilled vegetables were cooked perfectly and the bulgar pilaf was 💯. My kubideh was so soft and rich, I was in heaven. We are ordering delivery for a bigger group again tonight because we liked it so much.Besides the food, and the value, its a great atmosphere and the service was excellent. Friendly, helpful, efficient servers and a really great crowd at dinner - didnt even slow them down.
My relatives took me this restaurant about 10 days ago. It was on Saturday early night and not so many customers at that time. Very nice place with good service. Almost all foods were good but I couldn’t ate a few, because of the taste of dressing wasn’t my favorite.Totally, nice place to visit around that area. I have been many restaurants around this area for years but I couldn’t found good restaurants.
I was pleasantly surprised when our waiter, Arturo, replace the bread because it was burnt. We noticed the bread was quite hard but thought thats how they made it. But the bread thats grilled right was more tasteful and soft inside. It was really nice to see a waiter care about the quality of the food. The food is just normal Persian food but done with great care. My sister ordered flat iron kabob medium well. I thought it was going to be tough to chew. But when I tried it, it was still very tender.Nice to find a restaurant that actually cared about quality.
I have to say the service of this place is pretty bad/horrid. I placed an order at noon to have it ready around 5:30 pm. I received an email telling me my other would be ready around 5:20 pm and when I arrived the place did not have my order ready in the slightest.I had to wait until around 6 pm until I actually received my order because they had to start it after I went to the cashier to confirm my order.Clearly unimpressive on their part so far, but when I got home they had items missing from the order. I contacted the restaurant and they told me that I didnt even order what I was missing. Now you can imagine I was not happy at all with this whole situation, and here the manager was arguing with me about something was already paid for.In the end he said he would refund the items that were missing, but lied because the refund never went through. Currently I have to run a dispute with them with my credit card company.Complete and utterly horrible service. I am never going to return to this place again, and would recommend others to not do the same.
Im new to Mediterranean food; Panini Kabob Grill Irvine Spectrum had me at hello.Their antibiotic/hormone free chargrilled chicken KA-BOX tastes out of this world delicious. Their healthy portion Greek side salad with roasted edamame hummus and pita bread makes a great lunch or light dinner. Shout out to rockstars Ruby, Kim, and Karina who keep Panini Kabob Grill (Los Olivos) customers delighted and well fed. Fast service -- dine-in or takeout. Open air patio. Be sure to sign up for their customer loyalty club.
We ordered a take out, lamb kebab, and one chicken kebab. As we waited for our to go order, we saw plates of food coming out that had chicken kebab, loads and loads of rice and salad on a large plate. We thought, wow, thats great value for the price of $19.95. We were sorely disappointed when we got home and saw the very small amount of rice and 5 small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Will not buy again or go again.
Nice restaurant for Mediterranean food with healthy options.Their salmon selections are especially good, although I wish they used wild alaskan salmon instead of Atlantic salmon, which is mostly farmed. Also their hummus trio appetizer is excellent if you enjoy hummus.
The Panini Kabob Grill in the Los Olivos Marketplace in Irvine is right off the Irvine Center Drive exit of the 405, head south. The large parking lot has ample parking and is easy to get in and out of.Their fresh and tasty Mediterranean food is the real star at the Panini Kabob Grill. My favorite is their Chicken Kabob Plate. It comes with one humongous kabob filled with large succulent chunks of tender white meat chicken, mixed with a perfectly charred trio of vegetables- tomato, onion and bell pepper. A sensational bite has same- sized pieces of chicken and all three veggies. Its like a flavor explosion in your mouth. A worthy companion to the kabob is a large mound of their saffron basmati rice. A small salad also comes with this meal, and their Caesar dressing is crazy good, so I choose that. Salad greens, as well as everything on the menu are super fresh! Also notable on the menu are their tasty Panini Sandwiches with perfect griddle marks on the bread, and their deliciousChicken Soup! A dreamy lemony broth sets off huge chunks of chicken, carrots, celery, potatoes and spices. The feeling you get eating this soup is like getting a big hug from Mom.Wish they served unsweetened ice tea here. That is my only complaint, and a minor one. The pita bread and hummus is a good warm-up, if youre really hungry.
Unlike other PKG branches it was a terrible !!! Waiters were Rude. Quality was awful. We ordered a 2 skewers beef kobideh that was raw inside and burnt surface and we asked for a combination of chiken shish kabob (was good) & flat iron steak(we asked for well done and we got charcoal) and they charged us $6 more than other branches for same combination . Everything was wrong. Not recommended at all.
Food and service were excellent! I ordered shrimp kabob with Romaine avacado salad. The shrimp were delicious, with gentle spice and large in size. Servings generous. Others at our table had a variety of sandwiches, the bread was oversized and toasted, and they praised the the small side of chicken noodle soup! One of our party, asked if it was available for take out in large quantity. The waiter asked the chef, and the answer, not at the Los Olivos restaurant, but maybe at other sister restaurants.
Online ordering and pick up very disorganized. No clear way to check in and an angry crowed gathers outside wondering why their food is so late. Be prepared to loiter around for 15-20 minutes after your pick up time. If its hot bring shade it on the sunny side of the building.
I came here for a business meeting straight from a lunch meeting so I didnt sample the menu and cannot speak toward that. That being said though, the staff was very pleasant and never pressured us to order food (though one eventually did and she said it was very tasty). I would certainly go back again whether I was hungry or not.
I would like to give a five star rating but the service is no good they forgot my order I had to wait extra time and I missed lunch because of that but after I was done working I was able to eat and the food is good but I will not be coming back not cool because I missed lunch
I didnt know what to expect when arriving at Panini Café as I had never eaten at one before. I watched this building being built from day one and thought I would try it before going to my destination on a Wednesday evening. I thought it might be like a Corner Bakery or PDM, but was greeted by a hostess and she escorted to me my seat. I thought I was going to order a Panini until I saw the menu and was so happy to see they had a large variety of food, including Greek mousaka which I love! So I ordered it with the basmati rice and Greek salad. It wasnt a plate that came out, but a platter!! Tons of food and it was so delicious! I had enough for dinner that night and lunch the next day. Good price for what you get. Im definitely going back and trying other foods there. Service was excellent which Im all about good customer service. Cant find anything negative to say which is why I gave it a 5 star rating.
Was in the area and decided to give it a go. Its full service, so the service was slow. The food was okay. Billed as Iranian style, I dont see it that way. Its nondescript Mediterranean at best. Filtered through an Orange County lense. Yes, there is a shaker of stale sumac on the table, but that alone does not make it authentic. The Greek salad was by virtue of a dusting of feta cheese and a lone kalamata olive. With mesclun mix. No tahini available, only tzatziki , asked for hot sauce and they slapped a bottle of cholula down and scurried off. Like the 3 stars indicate, it was okay. Dont expect too much, and youll be fine. I had a plate of falafel and an ice tea and that was $16. Not a good value.
Terrible place. We waited over 25 minutes, while they are serving the people who arrived after us. We observed the person who was sweeping the floor also touching the plates being served. Ask to talk to manger and found out the sweeper is the manager also. We left without eating. Health department should check this place!
Panini grill is the perfect place to have lunch, business meeting, or even go out to dinner with the family. The menu had a great selection of panini sandwiches comma as well as my favorite chicken kabob with basmati rice and Greek salad. I also really like their lentil soup. Panini also offers catering which is great for parties at your house or in any other location. Their prices are very reasonable and the food quality is very high.
Great place with an identity crisis. :) Theyre a kebob shop. Theyre a sandwich shop. Theyre a place for breakfast. Their walls are covered with completely eclectic art. And while the Aliso Viejo location is more about dining, this location is a lot more open and casual. But ignore all that! The food is good and apparently the menu can satisfy a small variety of preferences. So check it out once for each style food. Its worth multiple visits.
Best chicken kabob plate ever!! Even though Panini is in their name. We dont care for the panini sandwiches though. We like our paninis pressed good and thin. The bread here is thick and seems grilled.....almost toasted. Definitely not pressed like a panini should be. The soups are also delicious here!
The new white female manage, racism as hell, stop going there untill they remove her, otherwise you are going to have a trouble time, this is an Iranian restaurant so you go there, then she comes on treat you like a slave,I went there two times in last week, I had a very bad experience. Never go again, try it for yourself.
. . . ALWAYS delicious Persian food. Whether you have the kabobs or a salad, the food is fresh and flavorful. Both Irvine locations - Irvine Park Place and Irvine Los Olivos Marketplace - are FANTASTIC!!! Panini will always be on my list of favorites to visit regularly!
Panini Grill is not a Mediterranean restaurant. Period. If you dont know the difference between Mediterranean cuisine, my suggestion is: 1- do not talk about and 2 do not mentioned anyone that you had the best Mediterranean food at Panini Grill. It will be same for you to say, the best Italian food you ever had, was macaroni and cheese. Mediterranean food. Please give me a break.

2021-09-09Good food and service. Would rate 4.5 buy not quite a 5 compared to similar dining options in the area. Ice tea is very good and portions are ample. The food is free of hormones and antibiotics. Pleasant ambience. Late afternoon youll want to sit where the sun isnt glaring in your eyes. Convenient parking as well.

2021-10-03Panini Kabob Grill restaurant is a nicely decorated one long chamber with a patio. It’s located in the Los Alivos marketplace, Irvine. The double koob kabob was great. It came with side salad of your choice. The green lintel soup was very thick and tasty. My only dislike is the orange juice; it tasted like as supermarket ready made juice. However, the restaurant deserves a 5 stars overall review for the ambiance, location, and food taste. Today Oct. 2nd we went back again to the same Panini for dinner 🥘. We asked for water, unfortunately we weren’t served until we asked again and again. , A group who came 15 minutes after us was served before us. (I’m sure the reason is ugly but I will not allow it to stain the whole establishment). At the end they don’t deserve 5 stars after this mishap . Sorry won’t come here again. Review had to be revisited and weighted accordingly.

2021-09-01Deceptively large portions for the family meal make this a good option for groups of four or more. Everything was seasoned well, and the mix of dishes was unique and interesting.

2021-11-10Horrible service & quality. So sad to see how the quality went down at Panini. Always ordered from them for my team and last time it was just horrible. Chicken not cooked and caused sickness (please see pictures).I have never had such a bad experience from a restaurant, Panini customer service is really the worst Ive ever had. After my first complaint, Anthony the District Manager reached out to me saying theres been quality issues with that specific location and he wants to make it right so he offered 50% off my next order.Called in today, and Allyson the General manager said theres no such a thing and that Anthony is busy today and cant speak with me.It is not about the 50% off it is about the principal and the time being wasted. Please train your staff before making them Manager

2022-03-05Great service and really good food.Went here for the first time today for a team lunch and we had a sizable party of about 10 people. The server was patient and really cool with helping us and accommodating with whatever we asked.I did not realize how the restaurant was actually set up though in the past when I would drive by it I thought it was like Daphne‘s or Luna Grill. I didn’t realize it was a sit down restaurant. I only wish they had a larger selection of alcoholic drink options it was only wine and beer but even with that it’s still good and I would consider going back.

2022-02-04My go to for lunch or dinner when Im looking for healthy, good food. Recommend the chicken kabobs, they are excellent. Come to think of it, I havent had a bad dish. Their hummus is great, lentils solid, and my friends love their salmon sandwiches. Service is good. Cant go wrong with this spot.

2022-07-11Online not prepared as scheduled and no explanation given for delay. Restaurant not busy. I cancelled and went to Cali Fish Grill. Noticed employees were too relaxed on talking over food with no mask. Bad attitude and no care for customer service at all. Never dining with this brand again
