2022-04-22I dont know how these fake stars appear, but theyre not even true. So far, Ive experienced HARASSMENT from the management team, with them trashing the front porch, entering my property without my permission (SUPER ILLEGAL), moving my stuff around, clogging the toilet on purpose, and removing the mid piping underneath the sink! DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM HERE!

2017-12-03This is a senior park. My parents live here. The park is well kept and the club house/pool are clean. Visitors tend to drive at higher speeds than posted. This is a danger to slow walking tenants. There are park rules on age range that are allowed to live here but Ive been seeing more teenagers and children living here. What happened to the rules? Overall, my parents live comfortably here.

2017-03-06This is the perfect Sr. Mobile park for adults, either active socially, or sedate. We have a very active Clubhouse starting with free coffee daily at 8:00 a.m. and daily group get togeathers . A place you will feel welcomed. And most important the lowest space rent in Chula Vista Ca.with Rent Control. A happy resident
