They refuse to forward IRS letters to me that I need to open and review urgently. They want me to get me in trouble with the IRS...its disgusting. I need the letters extremely urgently, the 1583 form can be provided later on, I cant wait to see whats up with the IRS. Do NOT trust this business, I have to sue PAK MAIL because they dont care about paying customers.

Management here is terrible. The ups store by in n out may be a little more expensive but the service is much better. These little mom and pop stores are being put out of business by the big guys because the managers of these places dont provide anything of value to the customer anymore, at least a ups you know what youre getting. I wouldnt spend another penny here.

I am so glad Pak Mail is close to my home. The service is the best of any mailbox Ive ever used, and Ive used a mail box service for over 20 years at various places Ive lived. I dont have to worry about a package being stolen from my porch or out of my mailbox and it also adds a layer of protection from people seeing where I really live. This is very important, especially for someone single and in outside sales. I very highly recommend this small local business as both personable and professional!

Safety. Thats why Ive rented a box at Pak Mail since 2010. Its well known that thieves follow delivery trucks and snatch the newly delivered package from your front door. Rental of even a small box gives you the privilege of receiving large parcels and having them personally signed for by one of the Pak Mail staff. Chuck, Molly, Henry, and Brandon are always fast and courteous. OK, so they have to charge a bit more for the convenience of using UPS or USPS, but since those organizations dont give discounts to Pak Mail, what can you expect? However they can compare the cost and delivery times for all the carriers and that can be a huge savings at times. Plus they will pack or crate up practically anything for you and the other guys dont. Truly convenient one-stop service.

We ran all over town trying to mail two things and get passport photos and ran into a number of issues on the way, we were RELIEVED to find a very smooth process at the Pak Mail. Excellent customer service, Henry was helpful and quick.

100% awesome , so friendly down to earth I came there with bikes for Fedex shipping and Fedex office store from down the street was a pain and had all kinds of reasons they would not accept any packages I boxed at home, I always thought i had my packing the way they wanted but had gotten denied they refused a person before me as well, The last time there after not taking my pre-printed labeled packaged again, on the way out being refused a customer came up and recommended I take it to Pakmail. they would even help you bring in your large scale items. next time Ill come and have my bikes boxed and ship

Do yourself a favor, get quotes before going there. The price can be ~twice compared to other shipping places nearby with the same shipment. I think it depends on the owner’s mood and your luck 😅. I won’t come here again.

I wanted too sell my text books online and ship them but I did not have a printer to print the label. I talked to pak mail and a man said u could log in to our computer and do it here. I dont think they usually do that for custumers but they did it for me which was extremely kind. they also sent letters for me to pakistan and china. The men there are extrememly nice. They shipped several textbooks for me and sent two letters to two different countries for about $11.00. I got a big pay check in return :). Thanks Pak mail!.... God is always good! God Bless!!!!

Came in for their notary services today. Quick and professional. Old school customer service. The kind that greets every customer and tells them they will get with them.Thanks guys!
