The mail service is convenient and efficient. I like the 24 hour aces to my mail box. Don, the owner is very dependable and offers other useful services like notary. I highly recommend.
Don is the man. Had to get some docs notarized and he was fast, friendly and reliable. In and out in about 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone needing his services!
I needed to notarize a couple of documents, photos for a visa application and a return postage. Everything was done in around 10 minutes, owner is a very knowledgeable and helpful.

2018-06-27Nice neighborhood UPS/FEDEX/USPS drop-off location. Have dropped off shipments, got printouts, got documents notarized several times. Always have had good experience. The owner always welcomes you with a smile and provides great service.

2020-03-17I cannot tell you how great this place is! Not only did they give us 1st class service when we moved to Idaho, they gave my son 1st class service when he moved to Idaho as well. These people dont only give you the best service possible, they actually really do care about their customers. As a mom living in another state trying ease my sons stress over moving, it meant so much they were there to ease his stress. Dont go anywhere else. This place is the best and from this momma i offer my heartfelt THANK YOU!

2016-03-13Today I went to this store to send my old shoes to warranty center.I used to send my shoes with about $11 in other UPC store.But this store owner or staff gave me price more than $17. So I told him that it was too expensive. He gave me direction to post office very kindly.I dont like the price but the owner or employee was very kind. So I gave 3 stars. Eventually I went to other UPS store and I paid about $11. You need to check other UPS store for price.

2019-03-25Such a bad experience with the owner.Not trying to be an idiot here but honestly this store will be ok for you only if speak Korean or Chinese Becouse the owner does NOT know how to communicate AT ALL.I was needed virtual mail box, I explained to the owner five times how important it is for me to use the app instead of dealing with him via emails or phone.After setting the account with a notary and paying all the fees, he came with new pricing using the app instead of emailing each other, really ?Wasted my time and at least 7 trips to this store, I wouldn’t come back here and i would recommend to go somewhere else.

2017-11-13Pacific Mail is my go to place for shredding service. The owner is super nice and helpful. He charges by the bin and mails you a certificate of destruction for shredding services. Very convenient, fast, courteous and friendly.

2018-05-09How I regret asking for a notary service from this place merely because it was the closest one. The man (Mr. Park if I remember correctly) charging $15 for this did not know what he was doing.I had an important document to be signed and stamped by two officers before international shipping. He did not put his stamp in a designated place and when questioned, he said that was left for another officer to do. As a result, the document was not accepted. What a waste of time. The whole process cost $$$ and now I have to do it again with a new, competent notary. Totally ripped off!

2016-12-19I just had 2 documents notarized at Pacific Mail and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Great parking and wonderful, efficient service. Very convenient to my law office on Park Plaza in Irvine.
