I was able to get my Movado watch fixed at a reasonable price and fast as well. Staff is friendly and they did not try to push me to use their services. Response time was also fast
This is the first time I ever been to this shop it was a great experience I brought two gold rings to get altered my rings were too big I lost some weight in the past two years so now my main fingers are size 7 when I picked up my rings I saw them so clean and sparkly one of my rings was my wedding ring and the other was my 10th Anniversary ring I am very pleased with the service the two owners provided for me it was fast and both owners are so nice and respectful I was delighted. I shall bring all my personal jewlery for adjusting my present size and for the cleaning of my jewlery I am so happy I found this Shop this week, It is very hard to find trustworthy people in this business and I just found them Owen & Son Clocks & Jewelry, I rate them 100% and 10 STARS .I am going to share a bad experience I had with another Jeweler it was with Daniels Jewelers of Buena Park inside the Buena Park Mall, I took one ring there to get it sized, I left there, got a recite; Now Daniels Jewelers Store of Buena Park claims they lost my ring. really

Phoned ahead to ask if they could work on my music box, they said sure its just like a clock. When I brought my music box in I was told upon a glance and without explanation that they could not work on it, actually NO was all I was told. After asking why he felt like he couldnt fix it he then told me he could work on it for $200.00. Really, make up your mind you just said it couldnt be fixed. SHADY. Go else where!!!
Got a watch sized last week for my freakishly tiny wrists--$6, 5 minutes, in and out. Always pleasant and efficient. I will continue to come here for all my watch needs.

2022-09-09A quick google search brought me here as I was seeking some advice and knowledge on a pocket watch I had stumbled upon! The gentleman that helped me ( I forgot to ask his name) was kind enough to take time and explain to me what I had in my possession. He told me the year it was made and how it worked, also gave me a quote on how much it would cost for him to have it working back the way it should! What a great service! Thank you and I will be back again for sure!

2021-04-09Took my watch in to have the stop watch elapse button repaired, picked it up, put it on my wrist in front of the person at the counter, and got in my car. I forget to check to make sure it was working in the store, so I pressed the start button and the hand moved 3 seconds and stopped, now before I took the watch in the start button worked perfectly. I pushed it again and it moved 7 seconds, then I pushed the elapse button and nothing happened. Then I noticed one of the hands on the inner dial had fallen off. I was out of the shop 3 minutes, and never left the parking lot. I returned to the counter to show the watch wasnt working, they took it back to repair again. I was called 10 minutes later, saying the watch was dropped, and thats why it wasnt working, and why the hand had fallen off the dial. Remind you I was out of the store for 3 minutes and watch was on my wrist. I returned the next day to get the watch, and the story had changed, now I had some how in 3 minutes exchanged the watch with an exact copy that was broken, because they put marks on the watches they work on. Ive had 3 watches worked on in this place and not one of them have a marking on it. Not only did they not fix the problem I had, but now its broken worse then when I took it in for repair. They refunded my $40 for initial repair, but now it will cost much more to fix what they broke. I will never go back to this place for the simple wild stories they gave as to how it became worse instead of admitting they messed up the repair.

2019-06-07So friendly, they do incredible work from really old clocks to battery replacement for wrist watches. They have clients who have been coming to themm for 10+ year. This is now my go to place for any watch repairs. I had a watch repaired and several batteries replace. They also have a quick waiting time.

2018-01-14I trust their opinions . We took two wristwatches for battery replacements. One was replaced on the spot, economical price. Second one would not start up after new battery replaced. We left it for the tech guy to give us an estimate for repairs. They said that watch did not have parts available, and they did not charge us for the estimate and returned the clock to us. Store has lots of vintage clocks available to purchase.

2020-09-03I have brought over a dozen watches here for a variety of things. Always professional and fast. They try to tackle just about everything but if theres something they cant do they let me know. Im a watch collector and I trust them.
