Kimberly was great and took care of me. The service was fast. I came in for an oil change without an appointment and was out in about 1.5 hours, which was great because I had an appointment to get to. The reason for my 4 star rating is because they forgot to put the sticker on my windshield of when to return for my next oil change :( I had to call and ask them when I should be returning. They said I could go back and they’ll put the sticker on but that’s a waste of my time at this point. Hopefully they remember to put it on next time.
Alex, the Service Advisor was very good on the promise of getting my car serviced timely. Kudos to that. However, I wish it was explained upfront if you need a loaner car from this dealership should you need to leave the car for let’s say 3-4 hours. You’ll have to make sure you make their over $300 in repairs quota to get one. Glad to know my simple oil change took less than 45 min.
Kimberly was very helpful she explained very patiently me what was wrong with my carI really appreciated her service.* it’s been less than 3 days since they gave me a new battery and now my car won’t even turn over. How you put in a new battery on Saturday and it dies Monday night. Not happy with this at all-the issue was rectified by giving me a new battery I hope it worksKimberly is still great though
Service Advisor Alex was awesome. He kept me up to date on status of my car, what his technician recommended he let me know. Bonus...they washed my car....THANK YOU. I was not expecting that...only had a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection...$49.99 + tax. My car is a 2011 Nissan Sentra with 94,246 miles so for sure ill be back. Thank you Alex.
Nissan of Alhambra is the best dealership I’ve had to come across with. I came in for a service and it was really great less than 1 hour i would say it was quick but I loved it. My mom and I were just looking at cars, window shopping to be exact when Rico Ybarra came and introduced himself. He welcomed us and was very attentive and asked we were looking for in size . He is honestly the best he is a great listener and he knew exactly what we wanted. He explained every aspect of what the car and what it came with which was awesome loved that. He was such a great help and let me begin with saying my credit was not good lol but he made it possible. Definitely recommend him for your car, go check it out you won’t regret it

He is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very nice. He takes his time to explain what your car needs. Overall this facility is the best 😊. Very please with Alhambra Nissan vary professional and courteous. especially Johnathan took cara of my car with out a hitch brought it in for service and front breaks for it done in a timely matter everyone thier was pleasantly and wonderful to work with. Used to be my favorite Nissan dealer, I service my two cars here, even when I purchased them in a different dealership.There was a CSR named Ken; we was helpful, cortéis, knowledgeable and actually made you feel that you were doing the right things paying your overpriced dealer services.Now the personnel is not as knowledgeable or nice.
Scammers paradise this place is.I came in with a squeaky clutch pedal after 45k miles, I asked them to do a diagnostic.4 hours later they tell me I need to replace my entire clutch and that it would be $1800.Mind you, it was a squeak from the pedal.As hes talking there are gaps in what hes saying, first he cant really pinpoint the problem but hes sure a new clutch would fix everything.They give me the run around and try to hardball me into thinking its the clutch.So I took it to a second shop the following day to see what they said, 30 seconds later and a little WD-40 they fixed the noise.Alex Rosales lied to me and wasted 4 hours of my time with absolute degenerate sells tactics.I will never be back and will sharing this with my friends.$1800 for a fully functional clutch... pathetic.
I went to the Nissan Dealer Alhambra. My car wasn’t starting. Juan took care of the situation from beginning to end. He kept me updated letting me know of play by play what was being done to the car and what the problem was with the car. Thank you Juan appreciate you very much. And thank you for the car wash
After several poor experiences at other Nissan dealerships (Puente Hills, Duarte, El Monte etc), I had very little hope for a positive experience at any Nissan dealership. However, Nissan Alhambra offered an @home test drive. I thought I would give it a try. Thank goodness I did. Working with Brandon and Alinda was a wonderful experience. Brandon (coordinating the @home experience) was fantastic with his communication. Alinda (who conducted the @home test drive of the 2022 Frontier) arrived right on time, was wonderfully professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product. It was like night and day from other dealerships and on-lot test drives of the past. Im sold on the dealership and the vehicle. But unfortunately, due to the vehicle shortage, I have to wait a bit longer. But Brandon and Alinda at Nissan Alhambra will be the first (and probably only) dealership I will reach out to. They earned my business and will earn yours too.
I am extremely happy with a Nissan NV200 that I purchased from Nissan of Alhambra last November. I DIY to convert NV200 into a mini camper van. I went camping in Joshua Tree National park, Red Rocks Canyon and went surfing with carrying multiple boards. I particularly thank to Ken at the Service department. He took care of me really well. He is amazing.
Nissan of Alhambra really stepped up and helped out, their service staff are really nice. Took my vehicle due to a recall and an issue with the transmission and notice the difference when I got my car back. Thank you, Nissan of Alhambra especially the service department.
Spoke by phone with sales person by about purchasing Nissan Leaf on max trim level with 36K MSRP. They said the can sell that car only for 52K just because of shortage of cars on the market. They want to rip me off for 16K. That is insane. Boycott them completely. Do not buy anything from them. They are taking advantage on as!!!
I was helped by Rico, complete service, very satisfied. I came in because I was very upset at the service I had gotten from Nissan of Duarte and came with a lemon but we were able to negotiate a price and had me out at a reasonable time.definitely recommend and stay away from Nissan of Duarte.
Men Nissan of Alhambra is the Best as in the BEST. I have a 2010 Audi S4 for 10yrs and it started giving me problems. I went to Nissan of Alhambra and in a matter or 2hrs i got a trade in to a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum and Im enjoying it. the sales people are awesome and very professional. i recommended Nissan of Alhambra to everyone.
Don’t trust Nissan Alhambra. I would not want what happened to me, to happen to anyone else. If you go make sure you speak to a manager where they can 100% guarantee you the numbers and car is set and yours before you sell your car.Any paper work, car specs, white blank papers with the deal you sign, take pictures of them so you can refer back to them in case this happens.I’m really disappointed with Nissan Alhambra.Went in looking for a Nissan Pathfinder and I spoke with Victor. After a while, discussing an appraisal for my car and etc.. We made a deal Victor wrote the numbers on a white piece of paper and had me sign but I went to go sell my car back to Toyota because Nissan was not offering me much.Victor said we had a deal and was going to get me the pathfinder from “the Long Beach port”.I was on my way to sell my car that day and Victor called and I let him know I was on my way to sell my car. After I sold my car I called Victor letting him know I sold it and if he wanted me to come in that night or tomorrow.We set an appointment for the following day. The following morning Victor called me and let me know the numbers were not adding up and could no longer make the deal. I told Victor you could have told me that before I sold my car. He answered I understand. He would call me back in 20mins. I did not wait and I went straight to Nissan Alhambra. Victor asked if I had changed my mind (he was not expecting me to show up after telling me that we had no deal over the phone) I told him no. I told Victor that if he was not going to give me the deal, he needed to tell me to my face and not over the phone. Because I had sold my car and it was a done deal. I had spoke to him twice on my way to sell my car and after I sold my car. He did not mention anything about not going through with the deal. He had the chance.I left that day angry and disappointed not only at myself for believing Victor but I was so upset with Victor and this dealership. I know he is a salesman and they will do anything to get you to buy a car but this is NOT acceptable. You don’t make a deal and I mean it was set “I’ll get it for you,sign here”, let me sell my car and then not go through with the deal.I spoke to a “manager” 4 days after. Nissan Alhambra called to see if I was still on the market and I explained to them I had a bad experience. That manager didn’t pay much attention.A week after they called me again if I was on the market. I spoke to a nice lady and let her know what had happened and she had no idea and was apologizing. She was more concerned than the last person I spoke to.Overall, this experience is by far the worst any dealer has ever done to me or anyone I know.
Went in for a last minute oil and filter change. I called before heading over there and was told as long as I arrived before 3:30, my car would get serviced. (Mind you I called around 2:50pm) Everything went smooth. Staff was friendly, wait time was a bit longer than expected. Nonetheless, I am grateful my car was able to get serviced (same day). The price was great! Courtesy wash was good. And I appreciate the extra inspection they did for my car.
I cannot say enough good things about Alhambra Nissan! The dealership was clean and the staff efficient. The personnel were friendly and helpful. Especially, my service writer Chris. He really helped me out. I was in need of a ride to and from the dealership and without any hassle they obliged. They even had my car washed. I will never go anywhere else. I really feel that Chris was honest and such a big help.
So bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra 3 months ago. When sighing I was offered service contracts.. witch I denied .. the sales manager sneaked it in there without my approval.. wanted to cancel it because my contract said I could . But he did not want to . Said I had to wait “6” months .. do not buy from here .. watch out with the sales manager they are scamming us..
Nissan of Alhambra Service Department is one of the best ones out there in the Los Angeles County hands down. From the 1st call to coming inside to get my car service I had the most amazing experience in my time of stress with my car. Ken is one of the best Service advisor but not only him, from the manager to staff and the mechanics. They are professional and courteous to your needs. I won’t go any where else for service but to Alhambra Nissan 🙌🏾
I had a good experience when I bought my car here so I was happy to choose them to service the vehicle. My first experience was very disappointing however. I made an appointment a week ahead and showed up promptly on time. I was told they would have to acquire the filter for my oil change as they didn’t keep the necessary one in stock (I drive a non Nissan vehicle). I was a bit surprised/disappointed they weren’t ready to service my car since I had an appointment. I waited three hours for an oil change. When I was told the car was ready I paid and stood around for a bit waiting for them to bring the car up. At this point I was informed they hadn’t done the complimentary car wash they had promised and was asked to wait another 15 mins at least. Needless to say I left with a dirty car and a wasted Saturday afternoon. I won’t be back.
Nissan of Alhambra made the process easy, which is so important to me. It was quick and painless! This is my first Nissan but my fourth vehicle from Wish Automotive. Theres a reason I keep coming back even though I live out of state! Everyone I encountered was professional and polite, and even better... hospitable.They understand the importance of building relationships and not just selling cars. They listened to me and I ended up with exactly what I what I wanted at a fair price.Brandon, Bobby, Octavio, and Ruben are all patient and friendly, working on my time-line. Ill continue to refer friends and Ill be back!
Be extra careful buying a use car at this place they will tell you they check everything and is not true I bought a car here I put 800 milles Ill ready changing brakes pads this people are a joke they are there only to scam the community not to help ..be aware of Omar and the the guy whit tattoo guy next to him!

I have been to this service center several times recently. Their service is very friendly and fast, and the environment is very clean and comfortable. Ken is one of the advisors and he is very passionate and patient with his work. I have a lot of things that I don’t understand about car maintenance and repair , he can always explain as much as possible to let me know. I trust them to provide good service. So I highly recommend this dealer and service center.
We have been visiting Nissan of Alhambraa services from some time now. 6 months ago when they serviced my car they told me that I should get transmission oil change done at the next service and they gave me an estimate of 180$ for that. Also the service person told me that they can offer me some discounts on the quoted price when I come over for transmission oil change. But this time when I took my car for the service and asked them to the change transmission oil they told me the service price has been increased to 300$ as the place is owned by the new owner now and they raised the prices and they charged me 300$ for the service. Also, when I was talking to the person and I showed him the email from Nissan where it was mentioned that charges for transmission oil change were around 220 and also they were offering 2 regular services free with that order. But, the person told me that is not a complete transmission oil change service and in order for to completely get transmission oil change then I need to get a flush and they charged me 300$ for that and also gave only one free service coupon. On my return I checked with few other Nissan dealers and no one is charging 300$ for transmission oil change. Come on guys please be fair to your customers!!!!!!!
Went in because my Nissan Sentra was having transmission problems and the staff there helped me get 50% covered. Came back because I still was having some issues with the transmission and got great help from Hailey who helped me get covered with the warranty. I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure to talk to Hailey…

Deceiving advertisement.Wasting people time.They let us made appointment, after going there, wasting our time & resources, they turned us back.Not to mention, we almost ran out red light to get to our appointment on time!Update: posting ask me to call, for what? Went in for oil change. Went to go pick it up when my car was done but nothing was told to me of my car like everything checks out you may need this on your next service appt. Didnt feel like they cared because I didnt go for the upsell package. Probably wont be back and will go back to Ross Nissan in El Monte even tho its further away and I live in Alhambra. They always made me feel welcome and they care about my vehicle.
Love the customer service here! This is my 4th car through Oscar and Bobby (Sales Managers).They worked with my trade in, found the best interest rate I’ve had in years! Then helped my girlfriend qualify for her first vehicle the very next day.With such limited inventory, due to the shortages. They found a way and I look forward to sending more business their way.
I got an email about a recall and to contact the service department if my car is one of them. I spoke to Jonathan and there was no recall on my vehicle. I did advise him I was having issues with my 2021 Sentra. My car was making a rattling /whistling noise and it’s louder when the windows are open. I did let him know that I brought in the car in a month ago and apparently there was no issue. He went over the notes that the mechanic inputted and said he wrote a very detailed note and he used a device that help determine the decibel sound, but if the windows weren’t open, he wouldn’t be able to hear it. Jonathan said that I should bring the car in so he can help determine the noise. I also advise him that my front collision sensor was blinking that it’s turned off, when it’s still turned on. And the car would just randomly brake if there was a car in front of me. There was no car or objects in front of the vehicle. He stated there’s been many complaints about that issue. That is a huge safety issue!!!!We agree on and time and stated that his hours are from Monday-Wednesday and he’s only there til 5pm but he’s willing to wait til 6 pm due to my work schedule. Unfortunately it was raining the day we’re supposed to meet and rescheduled for the next day. I got there at 5:45 pm and waited. The service advisor was on the phone but once he got off the phone, Jonathan already left for the day. Why waste my time if you were just going to leave??? This place has no customer service! Even when I brought in the car, the male service advisor was pretty rude and try to make me feel stupid cause he couldn’t “hear” the noise I was complaining about.I wont be coming to this dealership anymore. I will not be treated like I’m stupid nor waste my time.
Ive been to 5 different Nissan dealerships to service my 2015 Nissan Versa 4 door sedan (3 in San Diego and 2 in LA). I always get at least decent service (3 out of 5 stars) going to a Nissan Dealership. That being said, this Nissan of Alhambra is the best by far. Today was my first visit. I wanted to try a new service center since the Glendale Nissan is just ok. And Im glad I did!Appointment--called on the phone yesterday and got an appointment straightaway for the next morning. The receptionist was friendly and scheduling the appointment was easy.Regular service/oil change--Took my car in for its regular maintenance service. I normally go as scheduled from the car on my sticker, but since I really didnt drive much due to the quarantine I hadnt gone in for service for several months past the due date (but still well under the recommended mileage). Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the service area.Shout out to Christian Sanchez who was my service consultant! This young man has impeccable customer service!!! Top notch. He was friendly and explained everything to me. He never once tried to sell me on services I didnt need and did his best to first go for the least expensive option for my cars service. He has great communication and listening skills as well. All prices were explained to me before proceeding with service. And he gave me $10 off my regular oil change.I got my regular maintenance plus getting the in cabin air filter changed because I felt like the A/C air wasnt blowing as strong as it should be.Wait time---I hung around the area and got a bite at the subway next door while my car was serviced. Christian told me it would likely be 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour and 45 minutes, which was what I expected due to the services my car needed.After half an hour I returned to the dealership to wait for my car in the service area. To my pleasant surprise, a few minutes after I sat down Christian found me and said my car was almost done and that it was just being washed. Hooray! Way sooner than the estimated time. He said he asked the service people to prioritize my car.Christian walked me over to the payment area and then met me again after paying to walk me to my car to make sure I was happy with how the air was blowing through the vents for my A/C. Super impressed with Christian. He has great manners and is respectful and courteous and thorough in his job.Overall---Id definitely return to Nissan Alhambra for future services. The service was fast, but what really puts this service center over the top was Christians professionalism and customer service.
My experience at this Nissan dealer was very good it was my first time there and will be returning when I need to service my car. I actually use to go faithfully to another Nissan dealer that I had many bad experiences at and dealt with rude workers until I finally decided to find a new dealer because I just couldnt deal with them anymore and Im glad I did. Ken was very helpful thank you
I love the fact that I was contacted to let me know it was time to change my oil! I had a quick oil change, my car was beautifully washed and cleaned and I had a chance to look at the new Rogue. It is beautiful!I would like to thank, Mike, Ken, Virginia, Sergio and the gentleman that cleaned my car so beautifully as well as the cashier. (Didn’t catch their names) I had a perfect experience at Alhambra Nissan!
I just purchased my 3rd Nissan. I was very impressed with the knowledge and service of Sergio Sandoval. He explained so many details on the car. He is awesome. Victor Navarro was great in helping me with financing ( staying within my budget). Awesome experience definitely recommending them...
Full disclosure: I did not buy a car here, but I wanted to. After a terrible experience down the street at another dealership, I stopped by here to look at a used car on my list. I received a friendly greeting immediately, and the salesperson took the time to listen to what I was looking for. We took a quick test drive, and while it wasnt the perfect car for me, I left the dealership wanting to give them future business when the time came. These are not your typical high-pressure gotta close the deal sales-bros. Its refreshing to be treated as a person and not just as a potential sale.
I’ve been to many Nissan dealerships. I’ve been to Nissan of Duarte, Nissan of Glendale, Nissan of Alhambra (old) and Nissan of Costa Mesa. But this new Nissan dealership of Alhambra on Main St is by far the best. The people here treat you with respect and always give you their undivided attention. Mike the service director gets the job done and goes beyond for you. Ken the service manager greets you right away and makes sure you get what you ask for. I’ve been here many times and I have yet to have an issue. I’m glad this Nissan dealership is everything you would expect from a trustworthy dealership. Thank you all. If you are servicing your vehicle at a different Nissan dealership then you’re doing something wrong.
Mike and Alex really surpassed our expectations in regards to overall service. This was our first time visiting the service department at NOA and we will be making this dealership our default place to take our car for service. Mike and Alex were very understanding of our needs, friendly, courteous, and really great to work with. The service departments waiting area was very clean and comfortable for us as we waited for our car. The one time we needed a loaner, it was readily available and was clean, inside and out. Thank you for the great experience and we will definitely see you again soon.
I usually avoid to go dealership due to several bad experience with salesmen who tells lies after lies.This time at Nissan of Alhambra was a good experience. Sales person Alinda was really helpful and honest. She also pushed accountant several times to process go faster for me, too.I will come back here when I need to buy next car from Nissan.
I had a recall on my ‘04 Nissan Frontier and called Nissan of Alhambra to see if they could do it. They told me yes and I brought it in. Let me tell you, if you go in, ask for Ken in services to get whatever you need fixed. They did the recall, and suggested things I should get fixed if I wanted to. Also, the communication is over the top with expectations. You can get text sent to you and check your progression of the vehicle for when it will be done. Overall, these guys know their stuff and make you feel comfortable.
Like most, I dont enjoy going to get my car serviced but my experience at Nissan of Alhambra was amazing. From the beginning they were upfront and honest about the potential cost and issues with my car. After a diagnostics check and ECM update my check engine turned off and it was all covered in warranty. They also washed and vacuumed my car! I would highly recommend Nissan of Alhambra to anyone who wants a no pressure stress free service experience.

The sales lady Jennifer was great ! She was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns my only concerns was The finance manager I was promised by the sales manager to have my payment start at 60 days from date of purchase also I was told that I need to have extended warranty added to the vehicle per their financing bank I purchased a 2020 V wagon Jetta and just recently found out that the manufacture warranty is five years 46000 which gives me approximately two years maybe three of warranty coverage on the vehicle still I’m not sure if they just weren’t aware of they just forced extra charge of me. Also it took me three days, three trips, and three phone calls to try to get any of my paperwork contracts I still have not received any documentation explaining the extended warranty that was added and what it covers and for how long
Just had the best experience leasing my new Altima at Nissan of Alhambra. So helpful, so easy, so satisfying. As a single woman I really appreciate the great customer service and no pressure tactics that is usually the case when getting a new car. Had a appointment at 7:30 for a check engine light on my new car and was immediately disappointed with the customer service. The elderly gentleman told me no one was working yet and my car would take around 4hrs maybe more. I know it takes a while to check things but he literally made it seem like they didn’t want my business. I told him I had an appointment and he said there are no appointments lol omg. I immediately told him I’ll go to another dealer.Update: Mike Service manager contacted me and resolved my issue. Really pleased that he took his time to contact me and help me out.

My son purchased a car from here two weeks ago and he referred us. My wife and I went to get a new Nissan on 9/23/20 late afternoon.Brandon and Kyle were very courteous and efficient. Our car was ready in no time and our experience was very pleasant (which is not always the case when you buy a car). It was hassle free and the process at the finance dept was efficient as well. Dropped my car off right when they opened for routine maintenance and asked for a complementary shuttle ride to work just up the road. While they were working on my car. My service Rep. Mr. Ken Lam kept me up to date on my cars status, as well as the expected time of completion.He was simply amazing.10 out of 10 Ill be back for all my other services in the future.
Ken was very helpful and friendly. As a female i usually hate getting maintenance for my car by myself because i have people trying to get me to buy and get more done but Ken was the opposite. While he told me he reccomends getting certain things done he understood when i didnt want to get repairs or services right away. And then when i went to the cashier to pick up my car keys the girls were super friendly. Im definitely looking forward to my next oil change. This has been the best service ive gotten so far
This place is wonderful. Im so happy with the service I got at this place. I had to reschedule my appointment with them a couple of times because my mother had recently died and I was dealing with the funeral they were so understanding. Once I finally got in they treated as if I was a great friend or family member. They didnt charge a penny and took better care of my car then ever. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
I was having battery issues and decided to go to the dealer to get the problem fixed. When I arrived to the dealership I was helped right away by Michael V. He honestly went above and beyond to help me with my battery issue and even fixed an issue I was having with my radio! My service advisor Ken was kind and pleasant but services were recommended for items that were recently changed out less than 6 month ago and in one case, three weeks ago, i.e. brakes, air filter (engine and cabin), etc. Not confident in the honesty and integrity of the service team.
If you come across Bella Xiao, you will be well taken care of. Shes great and excellent! From initial conversation, I like her instantly. She managed to get an exactly what I needed and more importantly she listened. I highly recommend her as your service representative when you have any inquiries. She had great communication skill, she answered all my questions and belive me there were so many of them! I never doubted her neither will you. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. We just bought out our nissan 2017 sentra lease thanks to Kevin, Javier and Francisco! This team made the process professional, straight forward, friendly, and easy. Really very satisfied with the Costumer service.Specially with Alex who was the first to attend to me.When I went the first time to Nissan de Alhambra.And then on others occasions when I went to get services to my Nissans Cars.Christian attended to me and I got a wonderful discounts and good prices and His Costumer service is excellent .Before my Dealers favorites was Ross Nissan and Nissan de Duarte But Now for me the best of the best is Alhambra Nissan.
My 2010 rouge has less than 60.000 miles. bring car to service dept, gear shift stuck, vdc lite comes in intermittenly. engine did not respond to accelerate, and had steering control ? replaced. my ? . my confidence in nissan reliablity auto is 1 to 10....is a three. the staff were very nice and informed me of my car problems gave me up to date and cost of what repair/replace ment parts would cost before I authorz the repairs. added + . gave me a couresy ride and washed the car...
Wow.....I was tired of putting money into my used older cars and breaking down on the side of the road. I thought i wasnt going to get approved for a car. Victor made it happen. 2022-06-14I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. You cannot imagine the service that happens at this place. Everybody is professional and willing to help each other out. I had a specific request for a specific vehicle and Brandon and Bobby came through for me. Right from the get go, they clarified what I was looking for and helped me fill the gaps of what I had not thought about to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my wife. In a very short while, I had my vehicle picked and was in the finance office minutes later finalizing the deal. There was no gimmicks going on at this dealership. It was simple, short and sweet. I was out with my brand new vehicle in under an hour. When has that ever happened.I cant thank Brandon and Bobby enough for their classiness and professionalism throughout my short time there. I highly recommend this as your first (and only) stop for your next new vehicle. You are guaranteed a hardworking crew that wants to help you find your next new car. 2022-03-24Jocelyn is amazing. After purchasing and leasing many cars, I have an understanding of a good salesperson and a good dealership. Jocelyn was excellent from beginning to end, she was transparent, respected my time and genuinely wanted to make sure my purchase and experience was perfect. The dealership was top notch, the finance manager was great. You could feel they hold customer service as their most important value. Do I feel like I am a valued customer? Jocelyn and the dealership team made sure I did. Great job to them, my friends and family members will be coming here (despite further from us) for the transparency and great service.

2022-02-05My wife and I arrived at the Alhambra Nissan dealership staunchly against buying a car that day and were only going to window shop. We were helped by Fernando Cruz who went through the options we were looking for, had answers to all of our questions and showed us other models that were similar to the ones we were looking at.We ended up purchasing a Kicks because of Fernando’s insight and assistance. He helped us navigate the process and his manager Victor was very flexible in meeting our criteria.We could not have hoped for a better experience and we would like to thank Mr. Cruz for his patience, for making us feel comfortable, and for his genuine desire to make sure we were taken care of.

2022-06-16The new ownership at Nissan of Alhambra has gone above and beyond to turn this business around. I previously had nightmare experiences under the old ownership and refused to ever do business here again. After acquiring a new owner and moving further down Main Street, I am extremely pleased with the Service department. It was easy scheduling maintenance online, my appointment started on time, the waiting area is spacious and very clean, the Service Writers were friendly and prompt with getting me checked in, I didn’t need to tell the Service Writer about the online coupons I had because he already applied them to the order, which was very transparent. I was informed about future service needs in an informative way that wasn’t pushy nor did it make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, and finally, the Service Technician drove my car out and greeted me at the door once he was done servicing my vehicle. I truly enjoyed my experience and will be returning.

2022-01-19I had a great experience dealing with the sales and service department at Nissan of Alhambra. Jocelyn was extremely helpful in the sales department in particular. I have never dealt with someone at a car dealership so eager to make it easy on the buyer. This is definitely my preferred nissan dealership in my area. I do have a few to choose from in my area and I am glad to have landed on Nissan of Alhambra.
