Very professional, knowledgeable, and BEST customer service you’ll find, which when buying home is a must. I work nightshift and Neil always accommodated to my schedule for giving me personalized info on new houses and scheduling showings. He also connected me to a Mortgage Lender and really helped streamline the process for me, who as a first time homebuyer really needed it. Very knowledgeable about the area and communities as well as housing/market trends. He worked with me constantly updating me on listings to my needs and preferences. The one house I really liked had unfortunately accepted an offer before I could see it. Neil had found me another home, same model but with some different features. As it so happens that deal had fallen through and Neil didnt want to see me settling. The moment it did Neil got in touch with the seller to get my interest in, contacted me and got me a showing. He worked tirelessly throughout the process, updating me on everything I needed. Thanks to him I just closed on my perfect home! If you’re looking to buy a home, weather first time buyer or not, you can not find a better real estate agent.

It was a great experience having Bhatti as my realtor. He helped me find the perfect home with all of the amenities I was looking for at my price range. He’s very professional and replies to messages in a timely fashion. For my next purchase I will definitely be calling him again.
