One of the worst bowling places I’ve been to in a long time. Took over an hour just to get a pitcher of water. Not to mention, people have no respect for others personal belongings or space. Will not be returning.

A friend and I went to have a burger at Napa bowl. Theyve always had really good burgers so we thought wed give it a try since they recently opened up with the new owner. Now it seems to be more Mexican food. Thats okay if thats what youre looking for. If it wasnt for the owner I would not be going back there. It was not a good lunch and I did not get treated well by the girl that works there. I went back to talk to the owner. He was cordial polite and very understanding. After talking to him he seemed embarrassed about what happened. Im sure that he will take action upon what happened. And I will give it one more try. Just because you have one bad experience does not mean theyre all going to be bad experiences. The friend that was with me said she probably will not be back at all. I wish the new owner good luck and good luck with hiring the right people.

Only 1 star because they do NOT enforce the mask requirements. If the adults dont want to wear a mask then they can leave. If someone tried to come in without pants on, they would make them leave!!! I mentioned it to the staff last week and they did nothing so now this week there are more maskless people

A good place to have fun, it can get busy at certain times, Id recommend to call ahead of time. Also if you know you are going on a certain day then to make youre you have lanes available for you you can go few days in advance reserve $20 deposit give time and date and how many persons/lanes you need, really easy to do.
Its my House I bowl leagues. I love my bowling community. Most everyone I associate with there are great people. Food is good. Drinks are awesome. Arcade Pinball are all Fun. Ricky, Steve and Chris who work at front desk are all Great Wonderful men. Come on out, bowl, join us on leagues and have FUN!!!
Had a great time! Bowling has never been an expensive outing, but was pleasantly surprised how affordable Napa Bowling Center was. Helpful staff, good selection of equipment, and the rental shoes seemed to be new-ish and good quality. Havent had a chance to try the food here yet but will be giving it a shot next time!
I have been twice and I was pleasantly surprised at the great atmosphere, along with the relaxing family vibe!Chris the manager was extremely helpful during our last visit! The facility was extremely clean, organized and prices are really reasonable.During the summer I would suggest to have your kids signed up for free bowling with rental of shoes
Family ran alley; love it! Took my little guy and they had everything to make his bowling experience awesome... and the game room is so cool!! Everything from big riding arcades to pin ball.... had a great time and will be back!

Lane 20 wasnt turned on for us, and when it was turned on it shut off about 5 times. Would of been nice for a partial refund, we were just offered another free game on a different lane.Its a fun place to bring family and friends. Just faulty equipment kind of made this trip a bummer.

Nice place for a family outing. Three generations of our family went bowling there today, as we do at least once during every Christmas break. Very family friendly and the restrooms are clean.
Better lanes and environment than Stars in Vacaville. Nice, friendly staff in front desk and restaurant. Would love to frequent it as long as no COVID closures!
Everytime I come here the staff is super nice and the place is clean. I cant remember the guys name but Ill try to figure it out for my wife but my son was like 5 tickets short of getting whatever little toy he wanted from the arcade and the dude just hooked him up. Definitely a good place to bring the family

Pretty cool. Went here with my son and daughter for a few games. It was early, so mostly familys in the place. Im not sure what my son paid. The guy at the counter was nice and courteous. Tyne balls were a little greasy. But I guess it was an ok place.
Great bowling alley! Had passed by it for years, but actually came by yesterday. We were impressed that it was in good of a shape as it is inside. The service was fast and friendly, and the equipment was well-maintained. While the place is old, the technology has been updated, and there are a few different themes one can pick from when playing. Some themes will actually change the color of the lights above the pins, which was very cool!If you arent as experienced, maybe ask for the bumpers to be put up, otherwise your ball may get stuck between the lane, as happened to me on my first throw!Their shoe selection is also good, so you shouldnt have any trouble finding a size that works for you.

Too expensive! They dont rent party room for just party you have to pay for bowling as well at $14 per person you dont have an option NOT to bowl but, plus pay for the room at $30 and then you have to pay an extra additional hour of $20 for clean up !! With NO exceptions. Im very disappointed.
Not the best of birthday experiences. You have to book everthing seperate and it actually cost more to reserve for a party then the just walk in. We waited an extra 20 mins for our lanes since a bowling league was still bowling. Pizza has to be purchased from the cafe. They only cook the food and the receipt has a line to tip. I am not sure it is tip worthy but the staff was nice. Hard to believe that only 2 staff members were running he entire bowling alley with well over 100 adults and children running around. Not sure I would recommend this on a Saturday for a 6 year old party.

Napa bowl provides a fun time for friends and family. Go for cosmic bowling when the lights are down and the music is up. Its been years since Ive been in but family in town for the holidays was reason to get out and have some fun. The arcade has been totally transformed with tons of games and a prize wall for tokens.

I love this place. The owners are super nice and the pricing is super geared towards their customers. Ive been coming here for a long time now with family and i will continue to do so as long as this excellent customer service continues as well.

Best ever…not for me Im in my 80s and I dont bowl, but because Napa Bowl is so generous to all the special needs community in Napa through the local Special Olympics chapter. It provides once a year a free month of Sat. morning bowling, then continues to offer, at a very reduced rate, bowling every Sat.,several months a year. What a great and generous thing to do for those who are often times overlooked by society in general. This kind gesture has gone on for many years. Kuddos to Napa Bowl. You are the Best.
One desk attendant was very helpful and nice, the other looked like he hated his job. Arcade is fun and building is well kept.
Staff if nice, but we went there for the black light bowling but they keep all the main lights on super bright so its not really blacklight at all.

Just moved back to Napa after over 30 years. WHAT HAPPENED!? Wine,vine, what a crime! I was born here, Napa wasnt known for wine, that was up the valley. Napa was known for the state hospital, Kaiser steel, Basalt even Mare island. Ripped the whole town up and replaced it with a bunch of cheap phony buildings(half of which are empty). Overpriced restaurants and silly shops...jeez. You cant swing a dead cat without hitting a wine tasting shop... tourists gawking up and down the streets... half of which look like...theyre wondering what the attraction is? Anyway I was glad to see the Napa Bowl was still here...never bowled much but we used to hang out at the pool room on weekends. Its a bowling alley, its cheesey and its great. Thank God something is left where you can go and not have to hold a snob rag to your nose to go in. I understand things change but cmon, enough with the wine

Classic bowling for sure, the real gem here is one of the best bars in the city. Pool tables, jukebox, and hands down the cheapest priced drinks.

A Napa Institution. They have good diner food and and the place is pretty well maintained. And they have a small arcade as well. Always a fun time here.

2022-07-05Had not been there in years, recently took my 5 and 6 year olds and they enjoyed it soo much we have been going back almost every other day!it is very Clean, surprisingly affordable, friendly staff !! Awesome margaritas and tacos!!!

2022-06-27There is not much recreational things to do in Napa. Luckily, the bowling alley is a great place to go take your friends and family. The guys up front are always cracking jokes (but with a serious face. Now come to think of it, not sure if they were jokes or not, LOL). Prices are pretty average and they always have specials at least 3 days in the week.Shout out to the nice man who is always getting peoples balls out of the gutter, he is actually really genuine and friendly.

2022-01-10I went here with a couple of my friends and it was really fun other than the really grouchy employee working the counter. He also rushed us when we were clearly still discussing when there was only one other person behind. It was obvious he just wanted to just relax and not deal with customers so it was really rude but other than that we enjoyed our time there. There is also an arcade and two places to get food from in case you want to grab a quick bite while bowling!

2022-02-27Took my son to this place for the 1st time. My nieces had his 16th birthday there . It was a great time very reasonable prices it had an awesome small town feel. Definitely worth the drive and will visit forsure.

2022-04-30Popped in for lunch. My brother treated to lunch. 4.00 carne asada tacos. NO MEAT.I heard that the Mexican food was good.9.00 quesadilla looked almost worth the money. 35 before the tip. 3 dollars for a 20 oz soda. Plastic was flimsy, spilled a lot of the soda. Go to Pollo loco.

2022-03-12I worked there over 40 years ago in high school. Times change and so does the decor, but its still a bowling alley; its a place to get together with family and friends and have fun!
