There very 🤢 nasty no control of the people they rent to no order in services, towels, cleaning ice, vending machines take your money or no stuff to buy!! The maids are very disrespectful, dont talk English, dont clean right or disinfected issues, no cleaning products smells when you walk in! Not to mention the Police activities, every 🌉night!!🤢So folks if you want bugs in your luggage this is the place for you!!!
I love this motel 6 on the South side of Redlands Blvd. It’s affordable, pet friendly & the staff work extremely hard to keep the place clean every day & are very courteous. I stayed there while looking for a new home in the area & when I finally had to say good bye for good I was moody about it.
Positive: Nothing! Stay away from this hotel. Negative: I only rented from this hotel to go swimming but they closed the pool the moment when wanted to swim saying it was dirty and someone had broke the lock. The nosie never stops at this place! And the room flooded in the bathroom and smelled bad!
Great Front Desk Cust.Svc. I Lived in Hotels all of 2020-2021 - usually in Arcadia, Ontario,Rancho.. Thanks to Priceline .RE; MOTEL 6- ~ 1st> they false advertised having a fridge, microwave & satalite/cable t.v. in my Deluxe Rm room.. When it did not have Any of those.· also bad enough no fridge... But then to Only have 2 ice machines in front office for all & monitored 1 Rm ice bucket.**Then To Top it off ! Every Time You Leave the Rm.. You must get your key card re-programed for 1 entry. Sometimes they worked once. Once i had to go up their 2 times before they worked for one entry. Which is scary late at night.I Will NeVeR Stay here again unless maybe they got Real and drop their Prices To a 1.5 Star pricing.. Definately NoT a 2 Star.
Gunshots at 11 pm. Woman screaming at 11:30 pm. 2 ambulances came and went. Teenagers roaming the parking lot, making noise and management would do nothing. Avoid this place like the plague. Dirty.
People who work there were rude to me the guys with the tattoos was very disrespectful and charged me twice and I told him about but wouldnt listen, he needs to get fired. Till this day I have not received my refund for the double charge
I have stayed here for months now and the office workers and house keeping is nice people and the manger Martha are every understanding and helpful workers .

They could not find my reservation and the property was filthy and the room itself was not as clean as I’d hoped.
The only room left was a smoking room, so we booked it due to a last minute change of plans. NOTHING could have prepared us for how DISGUSTING the room smelled and looked. As soon as we walked in, we both started dry heaving, the smoke smell was completely overwhelming. We could hardly breathe and left the door and window open even though it was freezing outside. The walls were covered in smoke stains & the comforter had cigarette burns! I mean it hurt our eyes! Our throats! We hardly slept and we both even contemplated sleeping in the car (but the freezing temperatures were also a threat to our safety) THEN when we started our way back home the smell from all of our belongings was unbearable! We couldnt even bring our stuff inside, it immediately went into the washer & we went into the shower. I had to wash my hair 2x just to get the smell out. Our brand new suitcase smells awful. All of my makeup, brushes and bags smell disgusting. I have been cleaning them with soap, vinegar, baking soda, leaving them in the sun and NOTHING is working. AND ITS BEEN THREE DAYS since we left the hotel! I estimate over $500 in damages!!! Above the material items, our health and well-being were NOT considered. Our throats were sore and we struggled to breathe long after we left this property. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL PLACE IVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Seriously! How is this even legal to subject paying customers to this!?!?! WE PAID ALMOST $300 FOR ONE NIGHT! I used to live near Reno and I have stayed in many hotels with smoking rooms, but NEVER have I been in or seen a room THIS DISGUSTING. Absolutely ridiculous! The least this place could do is buy an air purifier or two and attempt to make the rooms bearable. I bought my mom an air purifier that cleans a 1500sqft room in 30 minutes for $90. This place could buy a few and put them in rooms before the next check-in. I will NEVER stay here or at any other Motel 6 again, even if you paid me!

Hilda at the front desk was very helpful and kind… I give her 5 stars and the hotel 0 stars, but it wasn’t an option. The problem was that one room had a horrible stench (opening the windows didn’t help), and the door of the other room was loose even though I tried to lock it. It looked liked it had been kicked in by someone - I was also charged a $100 deposit which made no sense to me. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe sleeping there, so I checked out and left. Since I’ve been on the road, I noticed that there are other Motel 6’s in Southern CA that have nice landscaping, that are well-kept inside with new furniture and clean floors , and that cost much less!!

They may as well have robots working at the front desk, Anna and Ernie were working the Night Shift, I arrived after driving 8 hours as a box truck driver, I tried to check in and they demanded $50 cash deposit even though our company stays at motel 6 a ton. It was ridiculous. They made me drive in the box truck to an atm and get $50 cash. Again I had a major credit card to provide. Robots work here.

Love the front desk workers and the handy man is also quick to fix any issue. They also provide early check in for a small fee. That right there is worth the stay not having to wait 6 or 7 hours to check in.
We went online booked room 4 2nights that day and the next he assure every was fine I went over it numberist times no hidden fees just paid 4 just go to the office and sign in so I finally get there and she says im sorry your booking hasnt come thru yet, my friend to them ok so she is going to paid so again im waiting for room so i can get my 2 animalsoutta the hot car,then she comes back and tells ok but I have to pay up front in cash,a deposit $50.00, for the room because we,didnt book ahead but 25 of it would refunded upon our departure, why didnt,anyoncorrue bother to mention it she starter,to mumble they couldnt or wouldnt help they thought they had with the pet deposit my animals,dont require deposits,they are ESA CERTIFIED SERVICE animals so my experience with motel 6 in san bernardino was an absolule nightmare Id never recommend that motel to anyone period
Not the best place to stay ! Had a loud humming sound coming for the bathroom at 11:00pm multiple times ! Plus I experience cockroaches ! Plus the required a $50 cash deposit Which is refunded at checkout ! How many people do you think forget 🤔? Not the best location but was reasonable ! Plus I thought I had booked a micro fridge ! Extremely expensive for what you get. No fridge or microwave, very minimal cleaning. Mold and spiders are easy to find, and they require a 50 dollar cash deposit with no ATM. So you are forced to pull out cash somewhere else to complete your check in. Long lines due out the door for check in and check outs. Plenty of better options near by, never coming here again.
Room was clean did have a bug problem they did spray for bugs when we said something it is waking distance to some restaurants they dont offer breakfast but for the price its okay
Well if your comfortable with a homelessness population larger then the hotel can board and a collective activity across the street, nice place...But if your uncomfortable about the sherif crossing the parking lot every half hour and the recreational REPTILES passing your door every hour, then this place rocks...And smells just as good...
I had asked for a smoking room and when I got there they didnt have any ash treys available in the room. Each bed only had 2 pillows that were just ridiculously thin and flat. Not only that but there were a couple little roaches I had to kill. Other then that the area had a couple fast foods but mostly industrial/ trucker area.
Cant tell you how many problems Ive had with simple requests here in a short period of time. Ive stayed in many, many motels in the surrounding area and this one is surely the worst. Its like pulling teeth just to get the most minor things done. Worst motel ever. Using booking.com to book a room should make the process quick and easy but my God, it has been anything but.
The staff was rude. I showwed them the bed bug bite i got before leaving and burning the clothes i was wearing. Left after being there two hours. Was charged the full night then i waited over an hour to have room checked to get cleaning deposit back. I tell all my friends and neighbors about the bed bug and drama so no one will use them. Check into another hotel but before leaving and out of that room i had to change my clothes in the open public or risk get bug buds in my car.
I would not stay here again. The people living in and being allowed to hang out at all hours is absolutely not what you are looking to be associated with. The force you to leave a cash deposit rather than a credit card or debit card. The do not enforce any type of noise issues. People are playing loud music from cars and people are arguing and fighting in the parking lot. You and your family will not feel safe at this location and the management will do nothing to make sure you get a pleasant stay.
I made a reservation on booking.com, and the reservation was denied only an hour before we walked in after travelling across the country. Which we only found out at the front desk. We were also told that there werent any rooms at first. After working it out with Yarilin, she was able to still give us a room, albeit it wasnt cleaned very well. Because of her hard work and dedication to helping guests, we werent SOL. The next day we got our room for the rest of the visit, and it was in great condition, the room smelled good, the sheets looked great and the bathroom was shiny clean. Very glad everything worked out here.

When I first got here the bathroom smelled like pee. It took them 2 hrs to come and clean the bathroom. Theres a weird smell coming from the bathroom. A roach was crawling in the bathroom while my daughter was showering. There is no weather stripping under the door so bigs can crawl inside the room. They require a $50 cash deposit even if you have a card. By far the worst motel 6 Ive been to.
My room was completely in shambles and Im shocked I spent as much as I did for the room. The sheets had stains, blankets had holes. One of the 3 pillows was brown! The window curtains had holes in them. There was a slight smell of pee as soon as I entered the room. A dead roach by the bed. I wont even get started on bathroom. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain had holes in it. The $50 cash deposit was unheard of to me. Who is still doing cash deposits in this world today? Stay elsewhere. This place honestly just needs to be renovated or condemned.
This motel is horrible. As soon as you walk in, you can expect to start cleaning. It is truly disgusting🤢🤮look at the photos I added.I dont post the pictures of what the disinfectant wipes I used to clean the toilet, looked like because I threw them away as soon as I was done.This is not a good place for anyone. Low level motel. There are a lot of extended stay guests. The grounds weren’t dirty and the room was clean. The neighborhood is what would be considered somewhat of a tough place to be. Always be aware of your surroundings.

Stayed here last night and it exceeded my expectations for the price. Unfortunately when I checked in I was informed the $50 security deposit must be in cash. Had to take out $60 down the street and they held onto that without change. Everything was clean and the room was obviously recently renovated. They do not provide shampoo and conditioner! Checkout was smooth, waited a minute for them to check the room and then they gave the security deposit back. Friendly staff!

Nasty, loud, uncomfortable. The room smelled like urine, pretty sure someone peed in every corner of that room to include the heating and ac unit. A bunch of people doing drugs everywhere and just standing outside the rooms all night. Not worth the money at all, go literally anywhere else. I would have gotten better sleep in my car.
This is a pretty good hotel and good deal for the money. The thing that I really hate though is they make you wait in the sweltering heat until 3 pm. What gets me is that I see unoccupied rooms just sitting there but theyd rather you suffer in the heat. They offer no early check in. Very uncool

If you love having to get your room key renewed everyday, having to ask for sheets and towels and doing everything yourself this is the place for you. Your non smoking room can come with bugs that crawl on you, cigerret burns on the sheets, and the pungent smell of weed coming through the vent fan in the bathroom. Also every morning the phones can go off for no reason and ring waking you up at random hours in the morning from 3 am to the entirety of the day. This motel 6 needs to be condemned

Got their early and no rooms available but clerk was kind enough to notify me as soon as she had one. I wasnt charged a security deposit due to my class A license. Room was clean and smelled it too. Woke up minutes before checkout and asked for more time. They gave me an additional hour! Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, and Carls Jr were all one block away. Well worth the cost. I love it here.
The shower was clugged and filled up with water when we took a shower. The distance between the two beds was too close. Too many people walking around outside and it was not well kept. But most of the staff were friendly.
Totally depends on which room you get but for the most part i would have to say that the bad outweighs the good. One time my girlfriend and i woke up to our room flooded with some sort of toilet water, a couple inches deep!! Super gross! We werent alone either. This happened to at least 10 rooms that morning.

The place was very very disgustingly filthy. Motel 6 should be embarrassed to have that place with there name on it. We literally stayed one hour and after i found an extreme case of bed bugs we left right away. Filthy dirty inside and out. Dont stay there ever. Spend a few more dollars and be able to sleep and shower with ease.
The room smelled like the cleaning people had just finished smoking in there. There was ash & cigarette burns everywhere. Was looking for something behind the bed & saw blood splatters on the wall. Woke up to two cockroaches in bathroom. The room was super expensive but we needed somewhere to stay for the night.

I used my credit card to make a reservation. When we arrived, the police were there, dealing with people in the parking lot. The man in the office demanded a “cash deposit,” despite having our credit card on file. We canceled and went to another hotel. Then Motel 6 had the gall to charge us the full rate as if we stayed there! We will dispute this charge with our bank.
Dirty, nasty place, seems to be the new Motel 6 level of hospitality. We were planning on using their chain for our cross country vacation, but found no value or satisfaction in 2 of their locations. Was refunded for first stay location because of dirty, thin, used towels in room and the cockroaches that we shared the room with. At this time, I couldnt recommend their chain as a place to stay.

What once was a nice quiet place to stay is no more. Parking lot looked like a club scene (music blasting, people standing around drinking and smoking) trash everywhere. Rooms are roach infested. Questionable activity with regards to lot lizards and women of the night.

Took all day to get new sheets, towels. They could have been understaffed but I doubt it didnt look like it. Other than that they were pretty cool about letting me stay an hour past check out time without penalizing my $50 cash security deposit.
My family and I stayed there on a family emergancy. We were happy to have great assistance and fast but accommodating rooms by the friendly staff. I saw previous ratings of the place have to say this place is nicer then some motels I have stayed. My family felt safe with the security guard that walks the property. We where happy the rooms where clean and there was a small fridge to keep our food cold. There was a strange smell at first, but once I found out the smell came from the plumbing in the toilet, I gave it a fix and the smell left. It soon became a great stay. The shower has great water pressure and its nice and hot when u figure out how to work the shower. The towels are small but you can always ask for extra and they provide a few in the room. The service was nice and gave us a great price to stay. Dont see why they charge per person but maybe its so that no parties break out in the rooms. If you need toiletries they provide as well. There is a University near by so its quiet and my family was able to sleep well. Overall this place deserves four stars 🌟
Check in was easy and efficient. The bed was clean and comfortable.The corners of the room had dirt built up.There was something black all around the edges of the shower. I did not know if it was black mold or dirt. As a result I could not take a shower because I was concerned about the substance all around the edges of the shower. I took pictures.On checkout, I asked the young lady behind the desk about it. She said she would tell the manager and he would call me. It has been 2 days and no one has contacted me.
Im ranking my stay @ BELOW average. Due to the fact that the first room I checked into reaked of cigarettes (very bad even after I asked for a non-smoking room), bathroom looked like it had been used right before I checked into it, and worst of all I found a big pile of NAIL CLIPPINGS next to the side bed table (super gross)! Called front desk no answer. Walked to the lobby, was told that I needed my room key and id before anything. Walked back to my room n back again to the lobby. No discount, no apology, nothing was given for my inconvenience. But I did receive a diff room. Other than that it was all you would expect from any other Motel6. Not worth the price!
I reserved a room there, I was told I was going to get a king size bed for 2 people and was given a twin single bed, worst service Ive had so far in a hotel/motel, Ernie at the front desk was no help either, if you are going to book a hotel or motel go to quality inn, motel 6 is not recommended at all. Also I asked Ernie why he didnt pick up the phone when I called the office and his answer was o we were busy bro, like really thats your excuse Ernie, you guys are in a customer service industry, half your business is phone based and you can not pick up the phone, shame on you Ernie, shame on you. And the manager whoever you are. Make sure you get your associates some training on how to treat customers right, especially Ernie.

This motel 6 is the worst. I got my room at around 4 pm. The water was out but it would be back on at 5 on. I left my room around530 psm and returned at9 pm to take a shower and the water was still off. I complained to the person on duty ( which was rude). I give them zero stars!! I would like to tell U also about the week b4 the water was out they gave me a room with an air conditioner that was so loud and the sheets on the bed were dirty. I couldnt stay there. But in both cases they posted both days to my debit card. That was 2 nights that they charged me for and I didnt stay there thats 77 dollars x 2 . And the guy or girl whatever it is was pretty rude. Thats 154 dollars Im out for not staying there. Im going back to raise hell so I suggest U people give me my money back.
Claims sending me to a 2 bed (full) is an upgrade from the king bed I paid for. The loss for the company may seem nice to offer me my room,but its not an upgrade when you receive less of what you needed (like the bed). Claims deposit is cash,and i was late for my bus because they check your room before you leave and I had to wait a 3 peoples other rooms were checked. Youll loose money staying here.
The stay was okay but Ive been paying for a deluxe room which should include a refrigerator and microwave. But there are no microwaves in the room or in the lobby but the fact that I booked a room here yesterday on Priceline and it said it had ac and microwave for 62 dollars they cancelled my reservation and made me make another reservation for 10 dollars more than the previous one. Because I have a deluxe room. That is a smoking room which was ok but it didnt have microwave in it which is why I had to pay more for the rooms. They are strict on the price but they make no effort to provide the provision they are charging you for. I understand theres a pandemic but it was supposed to be in the room not in a common public area. If you charge people for an amenity that goes in the room it should be there. Or it should be mentioned that it wont be provided due to covid-19. Stop charging customers for something they have no way of getting. Its no different than a refrigerator. If they have those in the rooms as advertised they should have the microwaves too. You have to clean both regardless so if you dont have to be why advertise and charge for it. Thats a sneaky way of getting peoples money. Word of advice if you dont have it you shouldnt charge for it. Shame on you Motel 6 San Bernardino South. I also believe they charged me twice for the same stay. I booked with their reservation department and paid online my dad checked in and was told he had to pay at check in which he did.
I was skeptical to come here and almost didn’t check in after pulling up. But I’m glad I did the room was okay but the service was great. I didn’t get the girls name in the front she was very slender with long black hair I think it was like seleena or meleina but she took care of all my little complaints with the room I thought I was bugging but she made me feel comfortable and at ease thank you front desk girl

Rooms were extremely small. Plus my rooms sink wouldnt drain, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldnt close. Requested downstairs room because I have kids and was told beforehand I would get accommodated, but the guy who checked me in at 3pm on 9/16 was extremely rude, then proceeded to screw with us the whole stay. He gave me an upstairs room (claimed the rooms with two beds were ONLY upstairs, OBVIOUS LIE) and gave me a smoking room... I have kids dude... Then my husband, kids, and I go out for about an hour or two, and come back to our key not working. Which is odd because we dont check out till 9/18. Husband goes to talk to front desk, it was the SAME rude guy from 9/16 and wouldnt give us a real explanation as to why he decided to shut our room keys off... Id give zero stars if I could. Dont stay here! Spend the extra $20 a night elsewhere. Tweaker central too.

I was not pleased with my stay at your motel: First my card key was not working properly, but eventually let me in to my room, then I asked for additional pillows and waited for almost two hours and had to call up to the front desk again, so essentially I was forgotten, meanwhile as I was waiting for my pillows I noticed that there were several, 7, bright lights on the television screen that illuminated back to me the viewer as well as finding a very young roach on the floor which I photographed and showed to the young lady who came to bring me the pillows requested. I showed her the photograph and she apologized, then I showed her the lights on the television screen: She asked me if I wanted to move to another room, but it was already almost midnight and it did not make much sense, as my experience has been that if there is a roach here, there are roaches almost everywhere. Shortly after finally falling asleep, I was startled by noise in the room next door as it sounded like furniture was being dragged and shoved against the wall, then I could see shadows in the stream of light from the curtains in my room, and was to frightened to look to see what was occurring as there were more loud noises and voices grunting. Returning to sleep was not easy, but eventually I was able to rest. In the morning I located another roach on the shower wall, took photos, then went out for a walk, where I noticed that in front of the room next door where the noised were emanating from overnight was the window screen on the ground next to the air conditioner. Took my walk, and returned to look for the manager at the front desk, where the young lady who brought the pillows said to find him, and met with a young man named Eric who offered to help and immediately offered a refund for my room.I was in town for a funeral, and as a disabled individual on a limited income, I required a low cost solution for my stay. Finally, it seems the policy is to allow smoking on the first level of rooms, but with no elevator, a smoking room was all that was available for me as I am not able to haul my gear up a flight of stairs comfortably, and this seems unfair and I will report this to the ADA website for review. The room was not too odorous, but it was apparent that it was an old smoking room. The staff was friendly, helpful, though forgetful, and quick to offer a solution to my complaints. Thank you...
This motel was the absolute worst. I travel extensively for work. Im in a hotel nearly 300 days a year. Never have I come across one like this.They have a ridiculous set or rules you have to agree to in order to be permitted to stay. Even though the rules forbid it, people are up and outside hooting and hollering all hours of the night. Next, at about 6 AM the housekeepers start screeching to each other in Spanish outside and dragging their 6,000lb metal carts past every room. Add all that up, and good luck sleeping. Judging by the number of crackheads in the parking lot, Im thinking not many people visit this motel to sleep.As I cherish my sleep, in an effort to deter the housekeepers, I placed my own do not disturb sign on the door, as the hotel does not provide one. Management took my sign, without my knowledge or consent, and placed it in the main office. Upon retrieving it Im told that such signs are not allowed and per the property manager my room WILL be cleaned at least once every 3 days - whether I want it or not. Never before have I encountered such nonsense. The hotel manager completely ignoring a guests wishes to peace and quite and privacy because they want to.I managed to fend the housekeepers off most days, bu they did sneak in one day when I was gone and moved absolutely everything around, throwing away important business documents in the process. The housekeeper also stole belongings from inside of my suitcase - items that were buried inside and not just laying on top. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, surprisingly they didnt care.Im told the housekeeping whether you want it or not policy is to keep the property clean, yet there were roaches in my room -- so they might want to come up with a better and less intrusive policy.The staff are rude and useless. The management have policies contrary to those of normal hotels. My fellow hotel residents were loud and obnoxious, most were drug addicts. This place is rough, rude, annoying, and not a hotel to stay at if you want to sleep. If you are a crackhead, however, this hotel is for you -- come be with yorur people!
Late check in (2:00 am) was good. and security was there to help make me feel safe! however the room was a bit dirty. the floor of the shower was not clean, with hair and debris, and the floor was sticky all over. I was just there to sleep so it was okay, but was not impressed with housekeeping thoroughness!
The door to the bathroom was broken and would not completely shut. Their were people fighting and selling drugs in the rooms two doors down. I could hear it all. There was a screaming match by the pool between guests who were obviously impaired. There was a car screeching and crashing in the parking lot at like 4am. It was actually scary for myself and children. The entire room smelled like weed and cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. By far the worst experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but the beds were at best a super twin and barely big enough for two normal sized adults. Awful and had to give one star to submit this but should have been zero.
Listen, I understand that you get what you pay for, but this was way on the low end. The ONLY reason I stayed here was because of the pet policy and the ability for me to have my dog. The front desk attendant was very nice when I checked in, but the gentleman when I checked out was rude! The room was dirty, paint peeling off the wall in the bathroom, mold in the shower, the mattresses has indents from people sleeping on them. The air conditioner didnt work well, there were people slamming doors at all hours of the night. People hanging out outside, just seemed like a trashy motel. I do not recommend. There were only two towels for the room. The remote control felt greasy. The TV was tiny, as was the room. Again, I dont recommend if you can avoid it.
If youre looking to get sleep here, you can forget about that. The staff was kind and I appreciate that but the people checking into this motel are loud and dont care if you are sleeping. The mattresses are flat and beyond worn. Non smoking rooms stink like they were once smoking rooms. Rooms are filthy. Roaches, spiders, and pincher bugs in the room. Not enough towels in any of the rooms. Its just gross here.
Both beds had old dirty sheets on them I going stains and hair throughout the bedding. The linen was also dirty.There was lots of mold in the shower near the shower head. The floors were dirty. The room tho it was non smoking smelled like smoke from the guest staying in the next room. The walls were so thin I could hear the guest talking & singing while on his phone. The molding behind the toilet on the wall was coming off. Tho I was close to the freeway as a convenience it was way too loud & noisy. Last but definitely not least, the most important thing that bothered me the most was that the door didn’t lock! I wasn’t able to lock the door I had to use only the latch and you could easily push the door open from the outside because it wouldnt close properly. The hotel staff was friendly enough however that’s why I only rated one star

Staff was professional. If you need a super cheap hotel with the bare bones minimum everything you are good. Do not forget to bring cash to check in. They have a cash only refundable deposit that is required for check in. When you book online there is nothing indicating this. Super frustrating
The floors are ALWAYS filthy. You walk on it once and your feet and socks are grossly dirty. Never enough linen provided. The shower puts water ALL OVER the floor, which it a safety hazard. Some of the employees are rude. Every location Ive stayed at has bugs. I ALWAYS come away with bites. FILTHY. The Health Dept should be contacted.
This is one of those motel rooms that has the sink, toilet, and shower in one room. I generally prefer the layout that has rooms were the sink is not in the same room as the toilet and shower. Allows for multiple people to get ready at the same time.

My room was filthy including the floors. Our feet were completely black after walking on them, they are definitely not mopping the floors. The shower was not clean and had hairs in it when we arrived. The pool gate was broken so we could not swim either night we stayed. Manager had an I don’t care attitude and was not helpful. Will not ever stay here again.
Ur staff professional n helpful, room clean n price reasonable. Two suggestions: 1) u need to place handrail/safety bar next to every toilet for us senior/disable people to get off the potty 2) for security motel needs to become like gated community too many people walking around that r not staying at motel (room south of my room getting a lot of knocks on door my door knocked on I looked out the window n guy saw me n hurriedly walked away).

I had the absolute BEST stay here. I’ve had a bad experience with motel 6 at a different location before while on vacation so I was hesitant to book a room here, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay! Everyone was so nice and made the process of checking in and out so simple, and the rooms were so clean. I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know! All the staff here is amazing, whoever is in charge, make sure you’re thanking them! :)

Overall very dirty, unpleasant place with extremely poor housekeeping. When booking the room by phone directly with the hotel, I was not informed that the room i was booking was a smoking room. There was no mention of a possibility that the room might be a smoking one, neither was I asked if Id be ok with it. No non-smoking rooms were available upon my arrival. Everything in that room was just dirty. And not to mention, stank horribly. Do not recommend this place.
The worker in the front was really nice I think their name was Stephanie they were really helpful when I had questions and yeah definitely will stay here again the room was clean and the TV worked 👍🏽.

Worst Stay Ever. Ill never stay at another Motel 6 again. Thos place had roaches and the room had a terrible smell. The heater didnt work and there was roaches. The TV remote didnt work as well as the fridge and they couldnt switch me rooms.
Love this place. Pet friendly and so is the staff. I went downstairs to heat up my food but did not have a fork so I asked the staff but they did not have one. One of the staff members went to the store to get a package of forks . They went out of they way. Love it. They help you when ever they can. The maid service are very sweet and friendly also. Very quiet and very clean. Love it here.
Positive: My TV wasnt working for 3 days that I was here on the 4th day they came and fixed it but I didnt get all the channels but the staff was immediate and was professional I guess Negative: I just didnt have a great experience this time
We traveled to town to spend time with family and originally booked the hotel for the whole weekend. We only stayed one night and the only reason we stayed that one night at all is because it was late and we had a very tired 7 year old. There were burn marks on the blankets. The room was non smoking but smelled like an ash tray. The floor of the shower was so cracked we didnt even want to take showers there in fear that we would cut up our feet. Needless to say as soon as we woke up I was at the office requesting a refund for the second night and opted to spend the night on a couch rather than stay another night for almost $100 more. I did appreciate that they didnt hassle me about getting the refund though. Although that just made me think that its not the first time that that has happened for them. I also definitely understand that you get what you pay for but Ive stayed at cleaner hotels for roughly the same price. An out dated hotel that is clean is one thing, this motel 6 is definitely not that.
Very quiet 🤫 got a lot of good sleep.the bed king size, is very soft,fluffy pillows and nice cable TV 📺the front desk staff are very polite and even the maintenance 😀are polite.

They charged me twice for one nights stay. I had both my kids with me and there were drugs in the room as soon as we walked in! It was so nasty and unfriendly!
Love this motel 6. They treat you like family and help you in any way they can. Rooms are very clean. I love it because its dog friendly. The atmosphere is great very quiet and clean outside. Everyone is very helpful and happy. Love the front office staff they are always happy and they make you laugh. I would highly recommend this motel to everyone. It is the best place I found. Would never go anywhere else. The manager is great (Erica & Eric) and I love the staff. My favorite is Eric I could put him in a jar so I could keep him lol. He makes me laugh and smile every time I see him.

Small place downtown near the freeway and across from a truck stop. Quick place to take a nap if your on a budget and have a pet. Dog friendly and have bags to pick up poop on other side.
The staff is very polite and friendly. I like the room it was average. the only small complaint is the shower looks like its mold or mildew forming at the top of the shower by the curtains. But overall the bathroom is very clean. Rooms are a nice size for a family of four. I would definitely stay again.

So I book a room for two nights and it does mention about the deposit being charged to the card you use to book the room. I get there and manager at front office tells me the deposit is cash but the website says something completely different. Manager at front office very unprofessional asked to speak to manager and it told me it was the manager but didnt have no badge to identify it.
Our room was very clean and much nicer than we expected! The hotel doesnt look like much from the outside, and some of the other guests appeared a little sketchy, as did the neighborhood, but we didnt have any troubles. Dont judge a book by its cover! We would definitely stay here again and the price is right. I mean... how can you argue with a wall-mounted bottle opener in the bathroom?? That was awesome (and needed!).
The room had a big hole in the bathroom door and the tv screen was shattered. The was nasty and had roaches. I have pictures.I contact the front desk they could not change my room or give me my money back. This place needs to be reported to the health department.
Im giving it 2 starts because its so basic. Most Motel 6 locations are, but this one REALLY was. Room was clean, not special, but clean. The bed was okay...not overly comfy, but I slept well enough. At least no evidence of bed bugs and I checked it thoroughly! Water pressure was BAD, like the toilet didnt even fully flush, and the AC/heater didnt work properly. Noisy location so expect to not sleep in. But for a last minute place, right off the freeway when youre to tired to keep driving (we checked in at midnight) this place gives you what you need. The best part was front desk and security. Helpful, kind, efficient, professional. At least the staff makes you feel like youre staying at a 5 star resort.
This is the best Motel 6 in San bernardino and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They always tried to find the best rates during my 2 week stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff came by every day making sure we had clean towels. This hotel is also pet friendly. The grounds are well kept and the pool is operational. Two thumbs up.

I do like the clean looking rooms. The bed was decent. I do wish the rooms had a mini fridge for travelers. Shower heads need to be cleaned as they are full of build up. Staff was pleasant. Downfalls would be people smoking right outside rooms, and the noise right outside comes into the rooms too easily...
My initial room assignment had a broken heater. They were prompt in addressing this issue, very polite pm staff... day shift, however, TERRIBLE customer service and lack of professionalism. I was planning to stay over a second night but decided against it after my experience with the woman at the front desk. She rudely put me off to continue her conversation with her friend that was standing next to me at the counter - on two occasions. In addition to this, the rooms are not very impressive, even for a motel 6. Its affordable but if were talking a difference of $10 a night or less, it would be worth the money to stay somewhere else.
Since 2008 I have stayed at this same Motel 6 for extended stayes several times. Since the current manager has taken over, the room service has become sloppy. The care for the quality and cleanliness of the rooms has fallen to the type of quality you would expect from a cheeper motel one would use by the hour. The clientele that the rooms are given to are destructive rude criminal types. My 13 year old daughter and I were appalled at how dirty the room was that we were given the last time we stayed. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned, there was hair in the shower, stains on the bottom of the shower and near the handicap bar and as soon as the shower was turned on the drain instantly backed up. The floor in the room was filthy and had food spills that had not been cleaned up before the room was given to me. There were body hairs stuck into the weave of the fabric on the bed sheets and over all the room had a bad odor. The 2 stars are given for some of the office staff, Ian is a very nice young man who has worked at this motel in the office for years. The head housekeeper has an attitude and is extremely disrespectful to others in the office who are her superiors. This Motel 6 use to be a home away from home for myself and my daughter, but after our last experience with the condition of the rooms, some of the staff including the manager who is also very rude to some clientele, the vermen that runs around in the rooms, and the unkept property I will not be using this Motel 6 in the future for my needs.
Nice stay with the dogs. Wish more dogs owners would pick up their dogs poop! Marie P was great, there everyday (4 days) to clean and restock bathroom. Everyone very nice. Only problem washers not working. I have a RV and great lighted lot with security attendant. A lot of truckers but big parking lot.
Although the room was very nice, they wanted a $50 deposit in case of damages. Then upon returning the deposit, the guy gives me a fake $20. Claiming that I gave it to them. Dont trust Jose
A very good value for the money. Comfortable and clean EXCEPT for the floor. The vinyl floor was sticky underfoot, probably because it was mopped with soapy water but never rinsed off. I recommend use of something lilke a Hoover Floormate rather than just a mop. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot on that floor. Very nice comfy bed and a classy bathroom. The decor was similar to a dorm room rather than a bedroom in your own home, but again the price was great.
Property is horrible staff are rude, you ask for amenities, and they question you. loud noise area, also full of RVs a lot of activity. rooms are trash, then they try blame on the next person who checks in to keep your, security deposit.
The room was dirty. The floor was not sweeped or dusted. The bathroom was even worst with smell of urine and the shower was soo dirty with hair from previous guests. We thought that Motel 6 being such a big franchise it would be clean and comfortable to stay in with my family but it wasnt. Even the outside and surrounding area from my room was dirty. We would not choose to stay in Motel 6 again from this bad experience.
Thank goodness desk was nice enough to check me in a couple of hours early they had a room available. But AC wasnt cooling off. Tried to be patient. But after waiting almost 4 hours I was given a room that was nice and cool. But with an AC that sounded like my head was against a lawn mower. Kept waking up every 30 to 45 minutes. When I get up in the morning and check in the mirror why is my back and arms itching. I have bump, welts and redness All over. I little on my legs, but mainly upper body back and arms. Took pictures and video. Absolutely horrible stay. Value for the room had none of these things happened. Would have been good. But after 3 bad episodes in 1 night. Cancelled my future reservation at this property.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms have been updated. There are actually simulated wood floors throughout out the room I stayed in. The bathroom was clean and spotless. It would have been nice to have one padded chair in the room other than the two standard hard chairs that were there. But I felt comfortable otherwise.
The front desk has very exceptional service and attitude. She made sure to pardon herself when other patrons were waiting while my booking was finalized. So, I assume the room speaks to the quality of every room at this hotel.It is a very disturbing feeling to walk into a hotel lobby to be greeted by bulletproof glass, but if I’m honest, then this was the more comforting part of my stay here.If you have a chance to stay here on in the trunk of your car, take the trunk.

Front desk services was perfect. Only negative feedback would I have is regarding the room. When I first walked in the room it almost had a smell of sweaty feet. That smell seem to be coming from the a/c. The other thing was that the top blanket seem to have what looked like oil stains on them.

I called late at night from the road asking for a non smoking room since my daughter has asthma and the smell of smoke sets her off. I asked 3 or 4 times about the room being non smoking and was reassured that it was. We get to the room after midnight and it reeks of smoke. So disgusting -my daughter immediately starts coughing. There is an ashtray sitting on the table. Non smoking- I dont think so.The lady at the counter still insists it is a non smoking and no other rooms were open. I was too exhausted to argue for a refund and drive around to find an other place so we opened the windows put the fan on high and slept with scarves over our mouth and nose. Not a restful night by far. Most horrible hotel stay ever. If you lie about your rooms being non smoking, that is deceiving and criminal. If you put ash trays in your non smoking rooms and dont mind/ monitor/ fine guests that smoke and do a deep cleaning after to restore the room to non smoking , that is criminal too. In either case I feel deceived and as soon as I get home from this trip I will look into legal course I can possibly take. This place is deceiving , misleading and dishonest.
I had to book this room for one nights rest on a cross-country trip. Half the hotel (my room included) borders a truck stop, so I did not sleep at all and instead got to listen to the trucks parked running all night. There were all sort of shady people walking the parking lot and staring me down. One started digging through the trash directly outside my room window around 1:00 AM for about 15 minutes, only stopping when I got up to stare at him until he left. The same man was back at it first thing in the morning. WHY DOES THE HOTEL ALLOW THIS?!?! There were no toiletries in the room and I was told I could buy soap out of the vending machine in the lobby. Staying at this place was flushing $80 down the toilet and I had to continue driving the next day on no sleep and a terrible headache. Warning anybody I know passing through against this place.
I was in rm 123 and I feel that it was very uncomfortable. The hardwood floor was sticky, the toilet paper was used down so much it should have been changed. I was missing towels, and the shower was dirty. They have a whole bunch of space in the bathroom for nothing. The light was NOT ON for my boyfriend and I, housekeeping was rude by knocking on my door early, not even close to check out time which disturbed our last intimate moments we were trying to have because i had to yell at her 2 times about housekeeping and if we were checking out when they have a telephone in the room they could have used...smh i wont be going to that motel 6..tbh i probably wont be going to ANY motel 6 anytime soon..ill go to Super 8
I stay in Motel 6 all over the place, have even stayed at this particular one on many occasions. But this by far was the worst experience ever. I checked in at 9:30 pm and would be leaving at 3 am the following morning. Shouldnt have that many issues in a short time, right? WRONG!!!When I first got to my room there was blood smudges all over the toilet. So I called the front desk and asked if someone one could come bleach the toilet since i had no clue who left the blood there. While she was there, we spotted what we thought was a cricket but later found out was actually a cockroach. Then when that ordeal was finally taken care of i tried to lay down but heard water running in the bathroom. So I went in the bathroom and lifted the top off the tank, and guess what I found??? A pair of freaking underwear. Yeah, funny as I dont wear any but somehow someone left theirs behind. On the way back to the bed I crushed a roach before I climbed into the bed. Called the front desk and all they did was say Oh Im sorry. Being that its 11pm and I have to be up 4 hrs later, I fall asleep to the sounds of drug deals going down outside my window. When I check-out I ask to speak to the Manager, and am told she will be there when she feels she has time. Oh really, no now. She comes slowly walking up and looked at me and was like what do you want. Oh this is not going to happen. I tell her the issues, starting with the blood, the underwear, and the roaches. She said that the cleaners do the best they can, and that they dont check all-over the room for items left behind. Ok, the water was constantly running, was that not a sign something was wrong. Then she said the roaches will always be there that nothing can be done. Are you serious!!!!!! I told her I wanted a refund, so she offered me $15 off and walked away. I was and still am in shock. So please, dont ever stay here!!!!
When I showed up to motel 6 there was a group of people yelling at each other about how they were going to kill each other. This reminded me of my all but forgotten last visit to a Motel 6. It didnt end well. Nether the less I talked to the attendant to help resolve the issue outside and get my room. When I got to my room my nose was filled with the smell of stall cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking reservation and sticker on the door. I was greeted by a pile of dirty towels in the corner of the room. I continued my survey of the room and saw disheveled blankets on both beds. I then set my bag down next to the full trash can and walked quickly past the dog food on the floor to check the bathroom. As I turned on the light I could see all of the soap and toiletries open and used. I gathered my family back into our car and talked to the attendant. She apologized and gave me a refund. Unfortunately it took me 7 years to return to any Motel 6 and I think that was my last time.
The room was extremely clean and very accommodating. The check in person Jesse was very polite and eager to please. I arrived at 12am and they allowed me to stay until 12 noon the next day. This flexibility was very helpful. I will certainly stay here the next time I am in the area which will be next month.
While, the price of the room was great. We, were first, placed in a room that stunk like smoke, even when I requested a (non-smoking, room). The restroom looked, as if it had been remodeled, by a child. The showers floor was cracked and very old. So we didnt shower, at all.
I didnt rent a room. I just pulled my motorhome into the parking lot and stayed in the lot for half a day. I wasnt harassed at all and am quite appreciative of the fact that they gave me a place to park off the freeway for a little while.
Initially made reservation over the phone the clerk told me she needed a card for info but would not charge it. When I arrived I waited 30 mins at office to get room they informed me they charged the card and would not remedy the situation. They needed identification from every one in the room. My wife arrived later at midnight and went straight to bed . We woke up at 3am to her car being towed. The rooms were filthy there was all kinds of activity and drug dealing in the parking lot. My work requires me to travel so I stay in a lot of hotels this was by far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at and I frequent the cheapest dirtiest hotels in the country. Some one should be fired this hotel is disgusting and the clerk was rude as possible . She looked over worked and under staffed in her defense. I wouldnt stay in this hotel even if it was free. Sorry for the negative feed back but it was earned. The water pressure in the shower was a joke and was condom wrappers behind the bedside dresser
It was nice the only thing that i didnt like is the fact that Motel 6 has taken out the bath tubs n now only has the stand up showers, n they r so high above especially when ur short such as myself lol so it was not very relaxing when u have to fight to reach the water if u can understand where im coming from, other then that the staff was great, the place was quite no loud music or fighting, it was nice
Motel 6 is the most dog friendly hotel chain there is. Never a hassle never a charge. You dont get any luxuries at a Motel 6. But you get a clean IKEA style room. There were a few edgy people hanging around the hotel and the neighborhood. They have a parking lot that can even handle semi trucks and RVs
This place was so unsafe. If your a single individual, especially a woman, do not come here. It was a nightmare. I had people standing right outside my door yelling things at me. I had a group of guys screaming things at me and even follow me to my car after requesting a room change. My first room was filthy and reeked of smoke. I told the clerk that I felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. The clerk told me to call 911 the second I felt like something was going to happen. There were again a group of guys standing outside my second assigned room. There were people everywhere. It was the worst experience. I truly feared for my life.
Popular hotel for events at the NOS center, prices do surge as events are announced but Im sure it makes up for all the other days of the year its slow. Room was as expected and had a working AC unit. No complaints here.
The place reeks of cigarette smoke upon walk in. Roaches crawling in the sink.Too many homeless people surrounding the area. Just a terrible environment all together! I will never recommend the place.

Well I made an online reservation for a non smoking room, but when I arrived there werent any non smoking rooms available. Pretty hard to believe that a motel with hundreds of rooms couldnt accommodate my request. Secondly there was a homeless man camped out on the second floor staircase so every time my wife and I would leave our room we had to step over this individual. Obviously your management has to be aware of this situation because there was about 20 cigarette butts all around him, not to mention the awful smell of urine. The next morning he was strolling the motel creeping around the parked cars and looking in trash cans for food. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Your hotels at Sanbernadino stink:111 W Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino, CA 92408...and since we are pet friendly we cant give you a refund. Your company should be put out of business if you have allowed this kind of attitude.
The room was ok (it was missing some towels). The location was ok. What I didnt like was the housekeepers having a very loud discussion outside my room that they thought was vacant and complain for a while about how much they didnt like so and so and they hated their jobs. They need to do that when theyre off the clock and away from their work. The young guy with the glasses in the front was only polite when he was being watched by a supervisor.
It was a place to sleep, but the experience was was manageable. The room smelled bad, the service at the desk behind the bulletproof window was bad, the parking lot was bad, the security guard was smoking weed or crack, the tenets looked extremely sketchy, and it was extremely noisy all day and night. No need to take photos! Good Luck if you choose to stay here. I wont!
I wanna say 3.5, but I dont have that choice. The rooms are okay, nothing special. They allow pets which is okay. No microwave which sucks. In my opinion, too expensive for being nothing special. Office people were okay which was cool, cuz sometimes motel staff can really suck.
Yarilin was a very kind young woman. Helped me fix some issues with speed knowing i was very tired. Got everything i needed from her. Definitely coming back.
I used to love this hotel now the person at the front desk said I cant stay here and they wont tell me why.
Motel 6 has been my favorite for the past 40 years,and I have always enjoyed my stay. However, this last stay was not pleasant due to Cockroach and other bugs. The bedspreads were not changed you could smell body order from prior guests. Your staff were the best and very helpful.
I will never stay at this location ever again. When I walked in the room it had a weird odor. I decided not to be a pest and complain so I just turned on the fan and let the room air out. Upon checking out I was blamed for the odor and accused of smoking marijuana! I really didnt appreciate that because I do not smoke or drink. I also lost my wallet when I checked out and the staff was not helpful at all. All I asked was to check the footage and see if I dropped it in the lobby or left it on the counter. I was told to wait for a manager. I waited for the manager and the manager was terrible, footage wasnt played back and she left the premises without resolving any of my issues.I was also told they wouldnt rent a room to me because of the marijuana accusation! At that point I lost my temper! I will not be put on any list over a false accusation and I will continue to pursue action against this location.
There was a sticky substance on the floor upon checkin. Housekeeper poured cleaning agent from a bottle and mopped with a towel twice, did not resolve issue, needed a wet mop. Staff friendly but unable resolve the issue. Desktop and clothes hanger counter were dirty on top (wear and tear). Airconditioner cover was broken in places, two insects in room, bathroom appeared to have mold or other dark substance in place, fixture above sink broken, do not recommend unless paying $30 or less/night.
It was my worst stay ever There were cockroaches in my room, hair on my pillow, and the staff was really rude when I ask for a refund. I wont recommend staying here ever again. Plus at 630am they were doing Construction and they did not warn guests that they were going to start doing that that early in the morning.
I called to reserve the place and that went well, they even told me I could check in at 8am which was perfect because we where coming from SF Bay Area. When I called to ask, they told us that we couldnt check in until 3pm which was understandable. We went the a dog show and came to the hotel around 5 and we asked for non smoking room. When we got our room, it smelled like an ashtray and the beds had stains. So I went and told them and they obviously got me another room. The room smelled funny and was obviously not cleaned well. This is an okay hotel if you dont have standards.
The rooms were extremely clean. Had no issues but staff was very attentive and made an effort to make sure I was satisfied. Erica was awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will stay again!!
They gave me the wrong paperwork, refused to return my deposit, and claimed I never checked in. This all happened during check out. I was supposed to check out at 11, they were at the door by 10am. Plus Im itching!!!!!
Upon check-in requested a ground-level room. The gentleman at the front desk guaranteed me one if I gave him an hour to finish cleaning the bottom rooms. I went and got a short afternoon snack at Applebees that took about an hour and a half. When I return to the hotel I was informed that there were no ground level rooms available. After the guy remembered that he guaranteed me one he offered me a double room for $5 more. And gave me complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi as an inconvenience. The following day at work I received a phone call regarding my dog in the room, (a 5 year old black Labrador) considering this is a pet friendly hotel and informed them that my dog is staying in the room while Im at work, I did not figure this was going to be an issue. The hotel manager said that I was not allowed to have a dog in the room. Come to find out, the front desk failed to inform housekeeping of the dog in my room and scared the housekeeper. (They do not have do not disturb signs) After returning to the front desk after leaving work early to resolve the issue I was pushed to the side to wait on other customers while I tried to talk to the manager about the issue. She kept stating that the pet policy says I cannot leave the dog in my room. I pulled up the pet policy online and ask her to point that out to me and the only thing she could say was its at the managers discretion and shes the manager and theres nothing I can do about it. The only suggestion she had wants to take the dog to work with me. This hotel has failed on so many levels.
They had no hot water for almost an entire day without telling any one. Then pretty much gave me an oh well attitude about the situation
The hotel was fine, no issues. The young lady yerilin was very helpful and seemed professional. Would stay here again.
There were gangs outside a car smashed into another car crazily and I was scared to come of my room for 24 hrs I paid almost 700$ for a week the head housekeeper is very rude and unprofessional the staff and manager in the front office are extremely rude and do not want to help anyone at all. There is drugs being sold in the parking lot all night all kinds if people walking around prostitution going on very uncomfortable for the price the pool was actually clean and nice and the room itself was was decent for a motel 6 i recommend clean house in the front check in the head housekeeper needs customer service training the regular housekeepers are very nice and helpful and deserve a raise for sure especially having to deal with the boss.. and security does nothing at all except sit on the phone and get paid they see all this stuff going on and do nothing literally so I was disappointed and disgusted I needed to relax and I paid good money for one week and wasn’t able to even feel safe some nights.
Paid $200 for a room with no shampoo and no coffee maker. There were bugs in the room and walls were very thin; we could hear everything from the room next to us. Only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice and quick.
We went there last minute after driving for miles tired and hungry, Erica was very friendly and quickly put us in a nice room. She even helped us find a place to eat! She was very knowledgeable about the area and the room was very comfortable and clean! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon. The place was very well kept and nice!
Honestly, the motel 6 slightly north is a better place if its not sold out. The room we got had a dirty/dusty floor. The room also smelled of mold probably because of the shower. I paid way too much for this room, will not stay here again if I can avoid it. Staff was friendly enough upon check in. Everyone who was staying had to check in and show ID. Whatever. Also they require parking passes to park. Anyway, 3 stars because what do you expect. Its a motel 6.
Its definitely a busy place but my stay was just fine. It was relatively calm and quiet considering they seemed full. Be sure to bring beverages with you as I found no vending machines. Fast food is located down the street.
This room was absolutely disgusting. There was fried chicken crumbs all over the little desk area, the floor was sticky and filthy with hair of people that have stayed before me and the bedding didnt appear to be cleaned. I payed $154.00 for an uncomfortable environment that was disgusting.
Run away! There are checks, you name it outside of motel 6. Therr are ladies of the night asking for money, food, drugs,etc. The rooms are not kept properly. They want an extra $2 per room key. Theyre not very bright the office staff. Its a very bad neighborhood.
When we arrived there was an issue with the reservation and the customer service was rude pushing us to the side to call ane deal with it on our own. Then we finally get to a room and it was nasty with only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth and the air conditioner didnt work. We had to switch rooms and the bed was horrible. The mattress was worn out and there were burn holes in the comforter. I had the worse back pain from it. Then we wake up to shower and there is no shower and cant switch rooms to shower. We will never stay here again. Over $70 for 8 hours of a headache in a room that wasnt clean, no hot water, and had to pay for wifi. I will pay extra for a holiday Inn next time. They guarantee their rooms and have breakfast for just a few dollars more.
This motel used to be nice now its ran down they want you to give 50.00 and pay for the room really not worth it. Ive been coming to this room for many years and I can say this has been the worst visit
It was pretty easy to find ,close to major frwys. Great location if your wanting a quick bite to eat or to sit and dine in or to get gas. The area is fairly quiet and the hotel is maintained. The pool was lil to cold for me but my kids said it was fine. The room was ok.Beds were sturdy. I slept great. Plenty s channels on the TV. They could use a good amount of upgrades but for the prices its well worth it.Id rent here again.

I truly never have an issue when I stay at any of your motels, thats why I continue to use your business for my business needs. But this stay was a little different. It seemed like every drug dealer in town was at this motel. I saw people fighting in the parking lot, to drug deals going down, to domestic abuse in the room near me. I was really shocked at how a person just cant feel safe, I had to watch my vehicle (rental) all night because people were parked next to it, and they were staying in their car. Just a little different atmosphere.
Beware checking in all parties staying in the room must have valid photo ID. I thought that just I would have to have ID since Im the one renting the room but they informed me that they needed my girlfriends ID as well but unfortunately she was robbed recently and hasnt gotten a replacement ID yet due to the DMV backlog in response to covid.
Traveling with cats needed a place that was cheap and didnt feel like my skis and bikes were going to get stolen off my car overnight.... This place worked out great for a pretty good price. The woman at the counter was super accommodating also I wish I had gotten her name to say thank you. Anyway, place is solid for the price I would stay here again
Sorry I cant leave a rating, water pressure was very low it took 40 minutes to shower , the AC/heater didnt work. To top it off theres roaches , Id think after $180 for 2night Id have a heater that worked and decent water pressure. Hell the bed I can overlook, but thats hard to do when youre cold. 2 thumbs down from my lady and I.
Looks can be deceiving. Pleasantly surprised once I checked in.Simple, no frills yet adequate. Clean room, friendly staff.Location is travel-friendly as is near (very near) intersection of two major Southern California freeways, so a little noisy in terms of freeway proximity, but quiet other than that.
It was clean decent quite and peaceful i stayed there alone so i really caught up on some much needed rest
This has been one out of many places in the area that actually looks like the picture. Wants covers was pulled back I did notice smoke burns like cigarette Burns in a non-smoking room. And although housekeeping theyd stop by Under the beds was not swept. Customer service was great in front desk was awesome. I just could not give the last star with the minor issues

First they gave us the wrong room we needed two bags and they gave us one with only one bed. When we got the correct room I noticed when I walked in that the blankets were covered with cigarette burns and stains that you could tell were bodily fluids--the type that cause AIDS and Hepatitis. I had my three children with me and there is no way I would ever let them stay there, so I went and asked for a refund. I had no hassle with the refund but when they asked me why I was leaving and I explained the clerk responded, wow thats our smoking room. OK so I guess thats the norm because its the smoking room? So nasty I will never ever go back. Although they issued my refund no problem I still have not seen the money deposited back to my bank.
When they said they made improvements they ment it! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff was wonderful! Special thanks to the front desk ckerk with the long black hair for making my checking so smooth
We stayed there 8/2018 approximately one week. Erica (one of the managers) was excellent!! She worked with me through all of the mishaps from booking the room via a third provider to being accomodating in me receiving paperwork from my company per her email to print when we had faxing difficulties. God bless her and the polite staff at this Motel 6 !! The Lord places people in our lives at the right time.
Clean an cool in the room i was able to study with no distrCtions the place was silent but full so either everyone is gone or just doing it quietly .....
No cups or stepout mats were provided and you were expected to go down to the office to collect any items that should have been provided tn the room from the get-go. There were glitter and glue from crafts about the rooms floor and tables. It is sad that after this bright and smart remodel that people would not respect the environment, nor the staff attempt to upkeep it. I had a good nights sleep in the comfotable bed, it was quiet and the night attendant was very helpful with wireless connectivity issues.
They tried to move me nxt door to the room I had (with roaches) decided to leave and only got back partial of what I paid. No ice machine or fridge. Not worth the price they are asking for, for a night.
Booking-great. Greeting&Sign In-excellent (Ian I believe was his name-valuable employee, knows what the hotel industry needs). Room-good-clean(cigarette burn in spread)really appreciate the fridge&Micro. Bathroom-a disaster. Red=Hot but water was ice cold. Blue=cold but water was boiling hot. Our vacation home in Baja had this type of installation and is pretty much standard in Mexico but some American & European visitor may get scalded. I wanted a hot bath. Ran the water and went to get in. Tub full of freezing water (wasted). Shower head not installed properly (we are in construction, development business) and it kept falling apart. Caulking in the seam of the 2 part bath installation never completed will cause mold & rot soon. Shower head installed below average height. Most people in US are at least 5 ft. tall. Means we had to aim it high. Causes water to spray on wall which will eventually seep into wall. More rot & mold potential. Your bathroom appears to have not been installed by a licensed US contractor who has to know the laws & rules. However much was saved by hiring whomever did the work in the bathroom, will cost the company 4 times as much in loss. Needs immediate attention. We travel frequently and generally stay at a Motel 6. We appreciate the improvements and upgrades we notice are being done. We had a most unusual experience at the Motel 6 in Sylmar, CA the night before. I would be happy to fill out a survey for our stay there also if you wish to send it to me. I took photos of all the problems and can forward them to corporate if wanted.

2022-05-28I stayed for the holiday weekend memorial day. The room was good as usual what I notice is that this girl in the front desk HILDA. She is amazing. Great attitude. She guides every single customer with a smiley on her face. 👍👍👍For hersnd whoever hired her.

2022-02-15This place was dirty from the parking lot to the rooms, and had homeless vagrants in parking lot looking for stuff to steal from cars, no ATM but requires cash deposit, room was unclean and comforter had burn marks in non smoking room. no microwave in room, but located in cage outside rooms on first floor for some reason...stains in shower, light switch didnt work, 3 pillows on king sized bed, squeaky bed springs, rude lobby receptionist, . We checked out early and didnt bother staying the second night. Beware this place!

2022-06-02The rooms are clean and the staff are nice.Hilda was nice and gave us a another remote for the TV. No HBOThe people that stay here are LOUD as heck pass midnight on a Wednesday night. Very hard to get any sleep until 2am.Arguments, yelling, story telling and a dog yelping in pain. Will not visit again.

2022-04-05This was a last minute change in plans, but if I had known how bad the room was I would have looked elsewhere. One of the beds had squeaky springs. So everytime you moved it made a noise. The room did not have a fridge, Microwave, iron, ironing board or hairdryer. The shower needed to be replaced! You could see the cracks in it and there was no water pressure. I have never had to pay a deposit at a Motel 6 before either. They should have paid me to stay there! I stayed at another Motel 6 in Carlsbad two nights before at a cheaper price and the room was clean had everything! Do not stay here its not worth it!

I asked a question. the man over the phone was fast to let me know, that he not only didnt want to but he didnt have to. answer my question much less help me with some resources. So disappointed. I was baffled.

2022-02-06The front desk clerk Anaiz was very friendly and professional while checking us in. She also let us know that they offered a senior discount and gave us a great rate for the night. She also let us know when we called that they required a $50 cash deposit so we wouldnt be running around afterwards to go get it. Her Customer service alone will keep us coming back.

2022-05-09I would like to give recognition to the staff member Fernando. No matter what he is asked to do he does it in excellence and with a smile on his face. Hes friendly and makes sure that customers are being taken care of and doesnt keep them waiting. I believe that with everything he does he should get a raise. He has earned it and deserves it.

2022-05-23Had to switch rooms Room #130 ASAP after checking in for a long day of work with no a/c. First thing I’m looking forward to is a shower. Ghetto all the bed sheets are burnt had to call maintenance for a remote controller for the tv which has no buttonsThey do have TRUCK PARKING and no deposits required for CDL DRIVERS

2022-06-03Positive: Absolutely nothing it was awful and I literally got scammed. I got charged extra. It was listed as -- for the night. They did not give me my deposit Negative: They overcharged me and did not give me my $50 deposit back. Many things about the room were broken. It said they had a microwave but it didn¿t. Door barely closed too
