I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism Ive experienced at this store. I recently purchased a replacement set of hearing aids which are a significant improvement over my original set purchased here several years ago. This time I purchased the in-the-ear model. Barbara Parker created a mold for the hearing aids which was absolutely perfect. I wear them from early morning to bedtime and hardly notice them in place. When taking a daily afternoon nap, I leave the aids in place, using the included remote control to silence the aids, making them act like ear plugs to muffle sound. Since the purchase Ive visited the store a couple of times for technical assistance and it was expertly provided by Barbara Parker. I highly recommend the purchase of Miracle Ear hearing aids and one would be hard pressed to find a better place for the purchase, and post-purchase support, than at the Chula Vista store. The normal store operator, Barbara Parker, is terrific!!! Thanks, Barbara!!!!

I got my first Miracle Ear aids twelve years ago and have upgraded twice over the years. I am almost totally deaf. Miracle Ear has changed my life. Cliff Johnsons many hours of tuning and refining my aids to my hearing curves has allowed me to hear voice, TV, phone and music clearly.I strongly recommend Miracle Ear to anyone requiring hearing aids - in my opinion, their produce and service are the very best.Carl Stokes

2021-02-19I Have been a patient at miracle ear H street Chula Vista for about 5 years now. When I first met Barbara Parker I was a little embarrassed about wearing hearing aids. She took the time and showed me many options. Because I was so young, I wanted to hide the fact I needed hearing aids. So, I went with ear plugs (inside the ear aids). After the first year of wearing these hearing aids I realized they were not the right ones for me. But, I kept them and made them work for me. But this isn’t why I’m writing this. Barbra went above and beyond caring for my needs. She made me feel comfortable about wearing hearing aids. Not only did she work with me to ensure I got the proper care I needed, but also became family to me. She made all the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids every time I went in. As time went by, and my hearing aids were wearing down I was becoming depressed without really realizing it. I couldn’t have a comfortable conversation with anyone because I couldn’t hear properly. My work was becoming more difficult and my performance at work was fading. This past week Barbra made a big impact and changed my life completely. I am no longer depressed, I have normal conversations with people and my work performance has improved. Barbra thank you for not giving up on me and thank you for giving me a second chance in life.
