Ok, we all agree the the three little words “you got termites” should be exterminated from our vocabulary never to be heard again. The grim reality is that they do exist, they look like aliens maybe they are, but it doesn’t change the fact that they destroy our investments. To protect you and take care of all your pest needs Millennium Termite and Pest should be your number 1 protector from bugs. The free inspection and being able to repair pieces and no the whole project is ideal. Frank communicates well and listens to my needs. (COVID complaint to sensitive groups). You could get so lucky as to have the tech Daniel, top notch, he is polite and very informational, he answers all my questions. He works hard to get the desired results. Any company let alone a customer would be lucky to have a technician of this caliber. You will get nothing but the best when you call the office. From billing to scheduling. The automated system to get to a live person is a breeze, nothing like these big companies. Remember if the bed bugs bite, don’t blow them up with dynamite call Millennium Termite!

Allan with Millennium was referred to me for a home inspection for the house I was trying to purchase. The office staff and Allan were efficient and squeezed me in last minute and were punctual with the report that I was in a hurry to receive. And then when there was a hiccup with the inspection, Allan came out after hours to recheck for us! Would 100% recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Wow!! I was referred to Millinneum by my contractor for a subterranean termite inspection. Juan came out to the house. He is professional, friendly and informative.Juan took a look at my worries, the fact some of my board on my hardwood floor were moving. He then went out and changed into his inspections clothes to crawl under the house. During the crawl under the house, he took video, and he also knocked on certain areas to have me check in where they were in the house.I had been worried about termites for a while, but Juan came out from under the house and only noticed a small dry rot area, but there did not need to be repairs, and that everything looked solid.I will tell you why this is huge. I am a single female and when repair men come to the house, they always find extra things wrong and want to charge exorbitant prices, then I need to pay my contractor to check again, in which almost always the issue does not need a fix at those rates.Millennium claims a FREE INSPECTION! It is no lie!! When I asked Juan what I owed him, he said nothing, it is what they do. What?? He drove out to my house, spent more than 30 minutes explaining and inspecting, and NO COST!!Millennium is true to their word and Juan is excellent to work with! I will be a returning customer!!

We are working on obtaining a VA refi with cash out, which requires a pest inspection. Marc was very helpful and friendly when he came to inspect our home. He found a few things: dry rot on some of the rafters, bargeboards, and our door from the garage to the side yard needed to be replaced. Nothing too major. Millenium will do the repair work as well, and Marc provided a quote. My husband is a DIY kind of guy and wanted to do the work himself to save some money. Marc was very accommodating and helpful, and walked him through exactly what needed to be done over the phone. He came back to inspect once my husband had everything torn down, to ensure there wasn’t any further damage underneath that needed to be repaired. There wasn’t further damage, so my husband proceeded with the repairs. Marc came back out promptly to do a final inspection once the repairs were complete, and provided us the final report so we could proceed with our loan. We were very happy and grateful to be working with Marc, who is very professional and knowledgeable related to his field of expertise. We would definitely call Millenium again for our pest inspection needs. Thanks for everything!

Usually I handle spiders and ants by spraying myself, this year after a particularly bad infestation my wife insisted I call an exterminator. Millennium Termite & Pest showed up the next day, and performed an very thorough inspection including areas on the house exterior I never would have thought to check. Treatment didnt take long at all, and we didnt break the bank, We havent had problems since!We called Millennium last year to take care of an infestation rodents. I couldnt be more satisfied with their service for both calls, we will definitely call Millennium again if we need their services again. Great job!

Ive had experiences with other pest control companies from small town to nation wide, and either get price gouged, lying straight to my face, or both. With Millennium, not only do I get fair pricing and honesty, the friendliness and hard work ethic cannot be found anywhere else. I work directly with Allan and Frank who have gone above and beyond their duty on multiple occasions. I know Im not Millenniums only customer, but they always make me feel like my district, my students, and my staff are their number one priority. I was having an issue with cockroaches in my house. I called to ask for help and Lainie in the office was so helpful and kind.She assured me that they could help me. My family recently just moved into a new home and they had a rat problem in the passed so we contacted millennium termite & pest control and we were AMAZED by there work! We loved how the guy who came to our house was on time and bilingual in Spanish! My parents really loved that!
We were given coverage for termites as part of our purchase agreement when we bought our house. The people that weve interacted with are friendly. My rating has to do with our frustration with the company. When its time for them to check the termite traps, they call the afternoon before the Morning that they are coming. I asked if they could call a week or month in advance to schedule a time for us to be home (they need access to your back yard & garage, )They wont. We had the service for 2 years & it was pretty inconvenient. They said : oh just leave your garage & gate to the back yard unlocked so they can get in to check the termite stuff. In our neighborhood, you dont leave your garage & gate to your yard unlocked !When we first made contact with this company, we gave them a phone # but after we moved in we gave them another # & told them that the new # was the best way to get ahold of us. For 2 years they could not get it right, so they would call the 1st # (a cell phone that was rarely turned on) so we often didnt know when they were coming. I tried many times to tell them,:Dont call the 1st #, call the 2nd one. They didnt seem to understand. At the end of 2 years, they sent a bill for renewal to the old owners even though the name & addresses were obviously not the house being receiving service. I called M. T & Pest & told them to cancel our service & they said that they would have the guy that checks the bait traps call me & I said,No, just cancel our service & they said that their billing dept would call me & I said just cancel the service now & they insisted that some one would call me to do that..SO for a few weeks they kept calling & leaving messages ( on the phone that I rarely have on) & when I called them back & told them again to cancel the service I was told that we had new termite activity on our property. I was so very tired of them & they just seemed to be making it hard to cancel their service .
Received a pest report for $6000 with un painted wood. $891 for a 12ft facia board was insane. Had a second licensed pest company go out, and they were $3200 with paint. This company found more items, painted the wood, and did it for HALF! That $891 facia board (with paint) was replaced for $262. The company was very professional, easy to schedule with, the inspector was very thorough, but the bid was awful.
I would like to say that Elainie is so nice and knowledgeable. She knows how to take care of her customers. The tech that came was great and knew what he was doing.
I was stopped at my local gas station recently and had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Lopez. He was wearing black pants and a blue shirt that read “Millenium” on the patch. I had some questions that couldn’t seem to get answered through just any old web search, but after pulling him aside and asking him for his thoughts on what I should do, I feel far more confident taking care of my rodent problem. He also gave great knowledge for preventing future rodent traffic and even specific target pests that I’ve noticed around the house.I don’t know if I’ll be calling the company, but I do know that I can trust their team if it comes down to it!

We are refinancing. We called Millennium Termite and Pest for inspection. The inspector came on time. We did have wood damage. The repair estimate was average so we chose them for the repairs. The repair tech was on time, courteous and had excellent carpentry skills. I am completely satisfied with thier work.Im a former pest control guy and I would recommended Millennium Termite and Pest to others.

This company is garbage they show up with out calling and lie to customers. Mike Christensen lies about how clean your house is and what he is really doing. When you contact there office they tell you to wait for management to call you. Two weeks later asking why no call back and they say no need to talk to you but call later to make another apointment. Again dont use this company and i have reported them to the B.B.B already.

Had a house inspection for sale of house and Millenium noted a lot of untrue issues. Bottom line....THEY LIE TO OBTAIN BUSINESS. Always get a second opinion and if buyer still isnt convinced get a third. Millennium is not an honest company. Sorry just the truth.

We purchased our home about a year ago and as part of closing, the sellers paid Millennium to perform miscellaneous repairs totaling several thousand dollars. As we perform more of our own repairs on the house, we continue to stumble upon Millenniums shoddy work.Repair 1: install a door/screen to cover the sub-floor access. The previous owners had a rodent problem and no cover on the entrance under the house. As part of closing, the house was fumigated and Millennium was to install a cover to prevent more rodents from moving in. At first glance the work seemed satisfactory, but we quickly found that the cover was made of cheap, bendable mesh and that it did not completely cover the opening; it left gaps large enough for more rodents to crawl through.Repair 2: replace rafters affected by dry rot. Again, looked fine at first glance but we are now re-roofing our home and finding all kinds of surprises:1) Pictures of this one: one of the replaced rafters was hanging over the side of the house, so Millennium was working along the edge. I nearly fell through my roof while walking along this edge the other day: ~10 feet of lath board was left either: cracked; shorter than a rafter span; or completely unsecured.One picture shows a board nearly in two. Another picture shows that a piece of lath board didnt quite reach the rafter (this is the one I almost fell through). And although all of the pictures show this, the third is a span of several boards with NO nails.From what I can see, these lath boards originally spanned 3 rafters. Millennium cut them along the middle rafter to split them in half and minimize the amount of wood they would have to replace, and didnt bother to fasten the half of the boards that stayed on the roof.2) In one large area, Millennium stapled multiple layers of underlayment to the decking, then re-attached the shingles using staples. Surprise: multiple layers of underlayment + staples through shingles = shingles are only attached to the underlayment and NOT the decking.

2022-03-19I’m a realtor and was present for my client’s home inspection. I ordered a home and pest inspection. Patrick Murphy, the home inspector, sent me a courtesy reminders the morning before and the morning of my appointment. So grateful for that! Once I arrived, he introduced himself and shared the process of the home inspection. Whenever I checked in or had any questions, Patrick took the time to explain things to me. He was so thorough, amazing and helpful! He coordinated a time with my client and went over the home inspection with her over the phone. He offered to answer any further questions or concerns she had after looking over the inspection herself. The cherry on top of this amazing service?! We received the home inspection report literally minutes after I had locked up the home and got in my car to leave.The pest inspector was Craig Johnson. Everything went smoothly with Craig too! He gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes to arriving. When Craig arrived, I was walking around the property completing things for my client, so Craig went straight to work! By the time I was done with my work, Craig was just finishing up. He took the time also to share his findings and discussed options for my client. I received the pest report about an hour after leaving the property!It was so easy and simple! Both Patrick and Craig were helpful and knowledgeable! They were very easy to approach and very easy to talk to! I couldn’t recommend better inspectors!If you’re looking for consistent inspectors look no more! Here are the two best! Thanks guys!!

2022-06-04Both Patrick and Frank were professional, courteous and had great experience. Patrick communicated with the buyer over asking be phone and did a great job of explaining his findings. Frank was also terrific…and didn’t find much in terms of pest. I would use them again!

2022-07-16Patrick is the best, i was a overly impressed with the amount of knowledge and experience that he carrie. Patrick provided a level of customer service un matched. our home was a raised foundation and he explored every part of it. very hands on and not afraid to get dirty in the inspection process. this is the guy you want inspecting your potential future home. also broke down the report for use to understand, instead of trying to figure it out through the reports. I would highly recommend patrick inspect your future home!

2022-02-15Watch out for these guys! Will over charge and charge for services you never got! Then you cancel and they still show up to spary and harass you for payment. I would use any other pest control service! Hope these guys go out of business.

2020-11-24Okay company for one time use, but beware of entering into contract with them over time. I called at the end of my contract to cancel and them multiple times over the following months trying to cancel and was told someone will call you about that and no one called me back or replied to email communication either. I finally got a response when I called on a recorded line and let them know I was doing so.Also be aware that they continually arrive without notifying you when they will be there (despite requesting they do so) and when I asked them to review the traps with me they couldnt find nearly half of them. For $500 a year that is essentially covering service only, one expects a little better.

2021-05-26Sold the house and tried to cancel only to be told that my contract, which I had signed 5 years before for only 2 years, automatically renewed without notice and I could be charged for 8 more months. And the monthly service was skipped often according to my tenants. I regret using them at all.

2019-11-11Greatest Company Ever! I have used Millennium Termite & Pest for my monthly Pest Control and Rodent Control service for 20 years. I have also used them for many different construction repair jobs on my home. Everybody has always been so helpful and amazing. The Customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Their Inspectors and Construction crew a very knowledgeable and helpful and they always perform top notch work. They go above and beyond to make sure I am pleased. Thank You Millennium for all your hard work and dedication.
