This place is amazing my wife was here for a few weeks the staff here were so good to her they saved her life thank you so much for all the support and help during these difficult times especially since theres no visitors due to covid the staff here really helped my wife thru it all...
Under investigation by APS and ombudsman for elderly abuse / neglect. My friend is diabetic and on dialysis. He leaves at 3:00 a.m. They documented he refused breakfast and medication. So rather than giving him something before or after especially medication, the nurses and doctors agreed to simply state he refused. When they wash clothes they just redistribute anything to anybody. My friend was told to wear somebody elses underwear, although washed. They allowed The physical therapist to come in with COVID 19 coughing with mucus and sneezing. She infected a number of people. They put my friend in covid isolation with roommate. The nurses refused to give them gowns and the AC was very cold. No blankets just one bed sheet.

2022-07-13I arrived 15 days ago and wanted to leave. I am SO HAPPY I stayed. I am getting the BEST NURSING I can ever imagine. The meals are very good. The staff is so professional but kind at the same time.Thank you to physical therapists Mickayla & Mario, CNA Joyce, RN Dina, Berniece.. so many to list. I came here with wounds all over and unable to walk do to neuropathy in my one leg. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fili. He is the most talented wound specialist who truly is gifted. The wound on my face was so massive. With Filismagic touch wound treatment it had shrunk and healed beyond belief. He is a shining star amongst the talented staff under the guidance of Ana Yumul, Director of Nursing.Thank you, Bonnie Hodgkins

2022-03-10Would not put a family member in this facility due to lack of care. Nurses are scarce, no showers, brushing teeth, bedding is dirty, not enough blankets, food is ??? who knows, and mostly very missed management facility. Dont leave a love one to long in there, as they wont make it out.

2021-01-27This has been by far the best convelsant hospital my mom has been in - hands down! The compassion, bedside manor, attention to detail they gave my mom before she passed ; I’ll forever be thankful. Fili her LVN was the BEST! He has such an outgoing bubbly personality. He showed compassion, gave attention to her needs, ALWAYS made himself available for a video chat so I could check up on my mom! He continued to reassure her and called her‘Kat’ from day one- he doesn’t miss a beat!!!! Told here I’m here with you ( held her hand) Just before she has to be transferred to the hospital ( she had Covid and Bilateral Bacterial Pneumonia). Fili is the BEST! Always patient and never rushed a call or when we would ask. Million questions. Anna RN Director Of Nursing, always made herself available and maintained upmost professionalism through out my moms stay. Not to mention , she has such a nice bubbly personality- somethings we need during this Covid pandemic. 🙏🏼

2019-12-03My dad was in this facility for almost 2 months and he had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. Especially Angelica and Tata. They definitely made us feel taken care of. I wish that more people could take the time to donate their time and maybe help out financially to help the facility improve and thrive even more.

2019-02-26This is the second time that I have come to this facility and have received kind and professional services from this hospital each time I was here, yes there were times when things did not go perfectly but considering the difficulty that comes with taking care of so many different types of people and problems they do a very good job. When the c. a. And other staff take care of situations they do so in a kid and professional manner . The rehab center and staff are second to none!!! The director of nursing Mrs Ana and director of the facility Mr Jordan are professional and fair . As well as kind and considerate to. Jenny in the office is the best!!! Angie, lupe, and Dwight and Phily the list goes on and on .I will be thankful to them all. Paul Stearns thanks to you all.PS Mrs Lupe was so encouraging I could not do anything for myself and within a week and a half I was bathing moving around .she encouraged me to do more and more. And I just want her to know I appreciate it. Take care Mr Paul

2017-09-08This is the worst place, that is if you want internet or local tv channels. Channel 5 ktla & 9 kcal are not available. It consists of 16 and 2 of those are spanish. There is also a lot of signal breakup. (Direct tv).they claim to have hi speed wifi. It responds more like dial-up.As for the meals if you dont mind your food and coffee being cold this is the place for you. If you get lucky and ask the right worker and inform them that you dont like your meal they will tell you a couple of other optional choices. The rooms are fairly good size, 2 to a room. It gets a little warm and stuffy so if you can brring yourself a small fan.You have your own restroom. I wasnt there long enough to use the showers, i assume they work like the ones at a campground.

2020-07-28Place sucks. Never enough food. Can’t bring in. Nursing is cool. But besides that it sucks. Ask for extra food it’s never any. No snacks. Ugh.

2018-04-24My mother just got out of this place after she broke her hip. We were hesitant about sending her to a nursing home but she was treated very nice by the staff there. They really did care to help her get back home.
