I dont like that you have to go in to choose the photo. Wish you could just call it in. Otherwise they were a good place.

2021-09-28I took my daughter to have her senior yearbook photo taken this afternoon. They saw her on time and were so nice and the photographer really put heartfelt effort into making the experience wonderful! We will absolutely return.

2022-08-04Im not sure how this studio got the exclusive gig where students are required to get their photos here or they arent in the yearbook. The employees were friendly, and the pictures were okay, but this is the only time we come to this studio, because we have to. I gave them four stars though, because there was no pressure to buy anything other than the fee we have to pay. I did appreciate that.

2021-09-24Fast freindly service excellent work. You might be but ugly but when they get done with you youll look fabulous. Parking might be tight at times area use to rough but has been cleaned up. Well worth the trip to midtown.

2018-06-12Horrible customer services. My photos were scheduled to be complete on June 9, 2018 and I was informed that there was NO way that they would be completed earlier due to an overload of orders. It turned out that my photos were available on May 11, 2018 and they never contacted me to inform me that they were ready nor did they send me my digital copies. I never received a call from Maxwell. I contacted them today and they informed me that my photos were ready for pick-up on May 11, 2018. Melissa the supervisor/photographer was not genuine in her approach and communication with me as she attempted to over-talk me and minimize their lack of accountability. Just Horrible.

2020-06-19It was our first time here and I didnt know that it was here!! Our daughters Senior year pictures had to be done here and it was a very pleasant experience 😊. We will be booking a family photo session 😊
