This was my first visit to Live Scan Fresno and I definitely recommend it to anyone and I will go back to them if/when I need other services. I had fingerprinting done and the transaction went very quick and smooth. The ladies were very nice and the service was excellent! I was in and out in under 10 minutes which was a nice surprise.
The service at Live Scan Fresno was great and a lot faster than I had expected. I did not have an appointment so I went in there to get fingerprinted at about 12:45 PM and was out of there at around 1:00 PM. The workers were both very helpful and friendly. I will definitely return when in need of their service and I recommend this place to anyone who does not like waiting for a long time.
I needed to get my fingerprints done for substitute teaching. They were SO quick and efficient. I went in right before they closed (with my 10 month old son who had fallen asleep in the car.) I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and my son even stayed asleep! Jana was the person that helped me, she was so kind and fast. I appreciated her excellent customer service! I will be sure to recommend to anyone I know that might need their services.
Service was quick and professional! I went to Live Scan in Fresno for fingerprinting. When I walked in the staff was friendly in showing me where to sign in. Shortly after my required documents were taken, I was called back. The staff described the pricing, process, and documents that needed to be signed. The process of fingerprinting was quick and easy. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would definitely come back here for any future services needed.
The staff was very friendly and professional, over the phone and in person. The site was a bit small and did get crowded quickly but the turn around rate was also very quick. I didnt make an appointment not sure anyone else there did either. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, asked to sign in then if my paperwork was completed, they took my credit card and ID and within 10min I was out the door. I would definitely recommend going to them for your fingerprint services.
The ladies in the are fantastic. I went in one afternoon with no appointment and hoped for the best because I needed my fingerprinting done. The women in the office were very welcoming and friendly and go me in and out quicker than I expected. I was also very impressed with the way they had set up and decorated the office, it was way fancier than I expected. I will surly recommend Live Scan Fresno to others, and I will return if I need their services again.

The service was excellent at Live Scan Fresno. I waited in an immaculately clean waiting room that felt very cozy. The woman who helped me with my fingerprints was lovely to chat with and genuinely wanted to help in any way she could. I waited less than 10 minutes and was out of there very quickly once my paperwork was ready. Great job!

I needed to get my fingerprints done for tutoring job. I didnt have to make an appointment and they were so quick. I was in and out in no time. Jana was the person that helped me. She had great customer service to helping me filing out the live scan form. This is now my second time returning to them because of the great service they provided.
Today I had to go into Live Scan Fresno to get my fingerprints taken for a job I just got hired for yesterday. I had no appointment, and I had no idea if they would be able to even do my fingerprints today or if I would have to make an appointment and come back. I also went pretty close to their closing time, so I was shocked when I walked in and they were able to assist me right away. I did not have to wait more than two minutes. The actual process of getting my fingerprints done was very fast and simple, and the ladies working were extremely nice and friendly. I was in the office for less than 10 minutes total, and it was a wonderful experience for my first time having fingerprints taken. I would definitely go back in the future, and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs fingerprints, passport photos, etc. taken!
I have been to Live Scan a couple of times and each time I have been impressed with their service. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The employees there are efficient with their paperwork and courteous. I think they understand that people coming in have only minutes to spare and I appreciate that they take that into consideration.
This was the second time I have had a live scan and it was the easiest, quickest and friendliest experience. All together I would say it took 10 minutes to complete (and that was with 3 people ahead of me). They were very quick and extremely nice. I did my live scan on a Thursday and was able to start work the following Monday. Overall great experience and would definitely use them again.
I have been to Live Scan Fresno several times now and every time I go I am kindly greeted and able to be helped almost immediately. Everything in the small lobby is organized nicely therefore if there is a wait it is short. Once you are called in you are pretty much done, it takes about 3 minutes to get the actual finger prints done. All in all its a nice experience and a bit cheaper than other local places to get finger printed.
I had two points of contact with live scan Fresno, once over the phone and once in person. Both times the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. I was a walk-in and was immediately greeted. My husband and I arrived at Fresno Live Scan a little after 10:30 am on a Thursday morning. There were five people in front of us. We were out in twenty minutes!!! Unbelievable!! There was only one person working and she was a little dynamo. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Oh. and did I say we both were fingerprinted. AWESOME!!!

I used Live Scan Fresnos services last week and was pleased with my experience. The employee was very helpful and friendly, despite not having our fingerprinting form and coming in shortly before closing time. Both my wife and I had our fingerprints taken and she had her passport photo taken. All of this was done in a very timely manner. This was my second time getting my live scan prints done here and will be back if I ever need to have the process done again.
I went here to be fingerprinted as a requirement for my job back in June and I can honestly say it went smoothly! The woman that did my fingerprinting was very nice and the entire process was quick. The other employees I came into contact with were nice as well and I was greeted right when I walked through the door. I even got a candy bar once I was done being fingerprinted because I tagged myself at their location! It was a twix and I was very happy. The office has a really friendly environment and I will definitely come back here if I am in need of any of their other services!
Jana provided a fast, fun, and friendly experience at Live Scan Fresno. I signed in at the front of the office, the live scan was performed, and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I was surprised at how Jana had no trouble getting good scans of my fingers. Previous live scans at other locations had issues getting the computer to accept scans. Live Scan Fresno and its employees definitely know how to do their job.
It was perfect! It couldnt have been any better. I walked in on a Monday, signed my name in, and didnt even have to wait one minute. Jana just asked me for my information and we got started right away. She was friendly and we had a nice short conversation while she did my fingerprints. I have been to Live Scan in Fresno twice now for my current job and for receiving money towards student loans through AmeriCorps. The first time I went, I went right after their lunch break had ended, and they were extremely busy. Even though the staff was very busy, they took time to greet me when I came in, and helped me go through my forms when I had no clue what to fill out, and they staff helped me when I mess up on my first form, and had to fill out another. They got me through as fast as they could. I went for the second time this morning, and I was the one of two costumers, I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door, and the staff was very friendly, and one of them even commented on my boots (I always love talking to other shoe lovers), and then Jaclyn got my finger prints and paperwork done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back, and I know that the organization that I work with sends our new hires to Live Scan because they are so efficient.
I called Live Scan Fresno early morning on 02/13/2013. The receptionist was very kind and helpful with my questions. When I got there not long after, the process was very quick and efficient. The gentleman that helped me (Glen) made the whole experience fun and interesting: No more ink on the fingers! I will recommend this service to my friends and family. In fact, I need passport photos very soon and, Im going there for the service.
LiveScan Fresno did such a great job. I dont think the entire process, which included passport photos, took no more than 10 minutes. Jana was very friendly, and good at her job, she answered all my questions and made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I went to Live Scan Fresno today at around 10am there were a few people in the waiting room but i was in and out within 15min. it was quick and easy i think i spent more time filling out the paper than i did waiting. i had a great experience and if i ever had to get another live scan again i think i would get it done here.

This was my first time getting finger printed. I was sent to Live Scan a week ago to have it done. It is tucked away in a complex of business offices, but once you get towards the middle of the lot, it is easy to find as the sign points out the office. I checked in and in less than five minutes my name was called. I was assisted by Live Scan technician Jana. She was very friendly,helpful, and personable. The service was fast, easy, and efficient. Upon leaving, I was able to obtain a copy of my completion of prints/receipt for work and for my own personal records. I highly recommend this place. The website is also very helpful as they list information and pricing for types of prints. Very friendly, reliable and quick! Check them out!

Live Scan Fresno is very quick and easy! I love the fact that they have walk-ins instead of having to set up appointments. I have gotten my fingerprints done there twice, and both times it was really quick service and very friendly staff!
From the moment that I contacted the office for some questions, they were very helpful & very friendly. This was my first time at this location & was very happy with the environment as soon as I entered the office. They greeted me & instructed me on what I needed to do. They were fast and very professional. Quickly after I had completed my fingerprints, they instructed me on the next steps that needed to be done. I ] definitely recommend this locations and plan on using them in the future for any other documents.
They are extremely friendly and helpful. I was a walk-in and was so thankful that they took me in without an appointment. The fingerprint process only took about five minutes. It was very crowded and so I had to wait a little bit but thats fine. (especially for a last minute thing). Definitely recommend them!

I went in to Live Scan on Thur 2/28/13 to have my fingerprints done for custodian of records. The office is easy to find. when I got there it was very easy to get my fingerprints done, The young lady who did my finger printing was very out going, answered my questions.I use Live scan for all the fingerprints that I need to have done. I send all of our staff that need live scans done. it is so easy to get them done. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They are very friendly and helpful, if you need fingerprints done this is the place to go. they are very resonable to have them done.
This place was incredibly friendly and fast! They have a comfy waiting room, plenty of parking, and the staff knows what theyre doing. I went in a couple of days ago just as they were about to close up for the day. My husband and I both needed to get fingerprinted and I needed to take my passport photo as well. The gal that was working there was very friendly and did not seem annoyed at all that we were there so late in the day. She chatted with us and did not rush through things at all. The whole thing took about 10-15 minutes. Overall, a good experience.

Needed live scan done in a hurry and was referred to Live Scan Fresno. Best live scan service I have ever been to and I have been to about 5 different facilities! Glen was extremely fast, professional, courteous and I didnt even have to rescan any of my fingers (which I have before, multiple times). I will definitely be using them again and referring them to friends and family!
I came to Live Scan today, a little after their lunch hour at 2. A lot of people had the same idea as me and I was overwhelmed at the amount of people in the tiny waiting area, thinking it would take forever for me to get done. To my surprise I waited probably 10 minutes and the scanning itself took 5 minutes tops. I was very satisfied with my experience at Live Scan and I would recommend this place to anybody!

I was able to walk right in without an appointment and was out within 20 min (would have been a little shorter but there were two people ahead of me). Ive been here twice for fingerprinting for tutoring and the service was fast and pleasant. The place is nearby Fresno State on the corner of Cedar and Bullard, so it is not hard to find. Also, they have a big sign outside their door so that customers can easily find them. I highly recommend it for any one who needs fingerprinting and/or notary services. Last but not least, the fee is reasonable and affordable.
I got a fingerprint at LiveScan on 3/1/13. The office was easy to find and I didnt have to wait long to be helped. The workers were nice and kept small talk so the process was not awkward. They also gave good instructions as to the steps I should take after I left the business.

Live Scan made getting my fingerprints done as easy as it possibly could have been. I have to say I was very surprised, in fact - I expected it to be much more of an ordeal, as it has been elsewhere in the past. This time, I simply walked in the day of, and found no line. I immediately was able to proceed to getting my LiveScan fingerprints, which took - and I am not exaggerating - under 3 minutes. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable (I believe the woman who helped me was named Jana), and I was in and out in about 5 minutes with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I would definetly recommend LiveScan to anyone who is looking for this service. Before driving from where i live to LiveScan (which is about a 35 minute drive) I called and the person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. She answered all my questions while a few other places i called before were rude and gave me short unhelpfull answers. The service I recieved on the phone made the 35 minute drive worth it! I arrived at LiveScan at 12:45 and with one person ahead of me i was out at 1:00. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me when i arrived. Chia took my fingerprints and was very friendly and quick, she knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. The service was great, quick and friendly. Would definetly reccomend this place to anyone :)

Horrible Customer Service!!! I am not rating this company on their fingerprinting but rather on their service and customer care. My daughter desperately needed to use the bathroom. I asked the lady upon entering the door (after she very rudely told me to sign in and pointed to a paper) if my 6 yo could use the restroom. She was short with me while explaining the restroom was not for “the public.” This is crazy to me. We were customers - not just Walk-Ins looking for a restroom. I had to go to All-State and beg to use the restroom (without being a customer). Turning away a child for the bathroom is just not right!!
Good customer service. The girl was nice and politely let me know that I needed to have my paperwork and ID ready. I waited for a few minutes for my turn only. The fingerprinting was very quick as compared to another place I had gone for fingerprinting in the past. Thanks.

I recently joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fresno and had to come here to get fingerprinted. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and asked a few people waiting how long they had been there and they said, .... not long at all. Sure enough I was in and out in a jiffy. The lady that took my fingerprints was extremely positive and friendly which only enhanced the overly positive experience.

I am in the process of applying for a very complicated Spanish visa. And at times I feel so fluster and cant remember the exact titles of everything. I went in a spoke to the women in charge I told her what I was applying for and she knew exactly what I needed and kindly explained everything to me. I had an excellent time at LiveScanFresno. I went in for fingerprinting and notary and got out within minutes. The price was not expensive at all and the office and location of the office were nice and clean. I sure will let everyone know about LiveScanFresno and I will be back for other needs as they come up.
My husband and I are in the process of an international adoption so this was our third time using Live Scan Fresnos services. The first time was about a year ago when we had to use the live scan for our criminal background checks. Then we went back to have our adoption paperwork notarized. This last time we had to do ink cards for the FBI. All three times have been quick and professional. I dont think ive ever had to use their waiting room.The most recent visit was unexpected. My agency emailed me while at work asking if we could get copies of our fingerprints and have them overnighted to the FBI. I work about an hour away and couldnt get off work early. So soon as I got off work I hurried straight to Live Scan Fresno but I still wasnt going to make it in time. I called the office and the girls working Jana and Jaclyn told me not to worry they were still helping customers so they would be working a little late.Once I got there I was helped right away. We tried to pull up our previous finger prints from a year ago but couldnt. SO instead they did my fingerprints again. We thought we could get a print out of the fingerprints but couldnt so then I had to call my husband to have him rush over so he could do his fingerprints too. The girls were super nice and understanding. They waited for him to get there... keep in mind they were already supposed to be closed. We ended up getting our fingerprints done and overnighted. Ive been here twice for fingerprinting and both times I was given respectful and efficient service. There was no waiting and the fingerprinting was quick. the facility is clean and welcoming. I will definitely cntinue to come here for future fingerprinting and I would reccomend anyone else to come and take care of their business here.

I called to confirm they would provide what I needed, and they were very helpful on the phone, gave very clear directions. Upon arriving the lady greeted me and stated she would be finished in a moment.I was giving clear direction on completing the paperwork and I was processed for my need very quickly and professionally.

I was swinging by Fresno for a day trip and needed to get ink card fingerprints done for an out of state nursing license. The process was quick and easy since the fingerprints were done electronically. Unfortunately the state couldnt read the fingerprint card I sent. I was able to swing by again on a separate day afterwards to have my fingerprints redone for free with no hassle. I will definitely go to them again if im in the area.

Had to get finger printed for a job offer I received. The price was low and they even accept walk ins which is nice BUT they miss spelled my name and wrote down my social wrong on my application, which then held up my application for 2 months! Needless to say the job opening is definitley no longer available. I will not ever use them again!

2022-05-10They don’t close at 6pm, they don’t want to work a minute beyond 6pm so they stop taking anyone after 545pm. Wish they would say that ahead of time. Just place your hours at 545 closing and stop wasting peoples time and gas traveling to your “closed” but open door location. Expect to also be sitting and waiting for awhile while the employees talk amongst each other and fingerprint no one.**Update** Amanda reached out to me and did correct her employees. They are not supposed to turn anyone away. When I returned, there was several of us there but I was in and out within 15 minutes.

2021-07-17Associate had a health emergency and the facility ended up opening at 11am. I got there at 1025am. The owner called me once she found out I had called and apologized and was willing to see me if i could make it there within half an hour. Unfortunately i live 30 minutes away and had plans. I really appreciated that customer service.

2022-05-17Service was quick. Not many people waiting to get printed. But in trying to contact them thru phone is not good. I understand office is busy but 3x I called and no answer, left msg and no reply back. Im not sure who has the issue here. FUSD for sending us at the last minute for scans or LiveScan. LiveScan personnel asked everyperson that came in after me if they were there for FUSD, so they are familiar with the need for these scans. Maybe hire a person to deal strictly with school districts needs? Im just a grandparent with no law issues or arrests, but I may not get to attend a field trip w/my grandson due to delays. Thats frustrating.

2021-08-20Went to them for a background check and never got anything back. When I called them all they said was contact the department of justices myself!! Of coarse I got no reply from doj so I submitted my application and got denied because I was missing information! I feel scammed and in the end it cost me more then just the 50$ I paid. 🥺 I would recommend going to Fresno county jail live scan where you know it’s going to get done properly

Such a pleasant person to do business with and I will be back if ever needed.Shes in the the back of the parking lot, and not the front. There is another live scan location in the front of the same parking lot, so dont get it confused with that store!!10/10 would recommend. 🤘

Walk-ins welcome, which means those who get a Live Scan request smacked on them with only a few days to do it, have no problem getting it done if they go here. 2020-06-20First time here got my passport picture and live scan for nursing school. Its a small place very easy to find. They have a nice sign outside the door so they are very hard to miss. Due to covid they require that people need to wear a mask to get in and only 5 people in the waiting room at a time. They do sell masks for $1 for those needing one. As you enter there is a table where you sigh in. There was only one worker who was working.I arrived around 5pm on a Wednesday there was 2 people ahead of me. I was glad that the only guy working was fast and efficient and also very nice. I was there no more than 25 mins (waiting and getting my prints and picture). I would definitely come back if I needed to get my live scan done done again.
