As a platelet donor here. I can only donate 24 times per 12 month period. Hope to fulfill all 24 this 2022..

I donate here regularly and the staff is thoughtful, kind, attentive, and thorough. I feel like it’s my second home! I’d recommend it to anyone who is considering making a blood donation.

I’m not sure how to get in touch with you but you need to get your scheduling under control. I was on time for my appointment and I sat inside your office for 50 minutes. There’s no excuse for inside waiting time with Covid around. After 35 minutes I inquired about the delay and was told it would be 5 minutes and 15 minutes later I met with intake. I would have been happy to wait in my car until called.

Apparently if youre not a regular at this location, you are treated as an outcast and the environment becomes very negative. It seems as though you are bothering them and they want nothing to do with you. They whisper to each other about you and give attitude when you have any questions. Some of the women were nice, but seemed nice once we were leaving. I would suggest not going to this location unless you know the people on a personal level beforehand since they obviously favor some and discriminate others.

The service here is super fast and friendly!! All of the workers here seem very caring. I see a lot of people in the reviews saying they bother them a lot with calls, i can understand that, but they need to do this to get people in. Up until now ive only ever been to their offsite events, like at the schools ive been to, and those events were also very easy going. One big comment i have is eat properly before you do this... I experienced intense cramping all over after I finished donating, and that was just legit my fault because my breakfast wasnt the best. They told me to eat more calcium, and were very helpful and polite when i had the episode. They know what theyre doing!! 👍👍👍

I wont donate another drop of blood because they constantly call and harang you on your donor date. When Im ready, Ill donate. They call every frign day and leave blank messages on my voicemail. Vampire level tenacity makes me think someone is profiting on this business. Ill donate in LA but not here, I even blocked their number and they use different numbers calling. I didnt know I had X Factor Superman blood,,, am I the one that saves the human race? Me? Im the chosen one...and so I have been called upon... I alone have the blood that will save the entire human race! Good snacks...though, if Im saving the human race, me alone, I want a burger. Is that too much to ask of your new leader?

I gave blood on the Riverside City College campus and had asked them, how could I get my blood type? They had told me I had to call and get it. I called, and the representative told me I have to come in because they don’t disclose that type of information over the phone in a somewhat rude way. Why didn’t they tell me this information when I asked them on campus? How did they not know this and they work for them? I’m going into the location but they need to disclose the right information to people they’re getting blood from.

Ive donated a couple of times at this location and have to say that the staff has been very courteous and professional both times. I plan to continue donating on a regular basis.

My favorite day to donate blood at the lifestream is Thursday because they closed at 6:30pm so there rarely any people around 5 o’clock to 6 o’clock and you don’t have to wait that long if you don’t have an appointment.

The blood-giving process is quick and painless. However, if you get registered in their system, they will call you every day for the rest of your life and leave you voicemail messages of nothing but background noise. EVERY DAY FOREVER. (For the record, I dont have special blood, Im just O+) I have asked several of my friends and they are in the same dilemma. Frankly, I find it to be abusive and it has caused me severe mental anguish to come home from a bad day and see that these terrible folks left me another message. 0/10 would rather watch my parents die from blood loss than give them another drop.
