Keep getting notifications that someone here is using my phone number to sign up to start filing taxes and I have never used this brand or location for any past tax returns. I do not even live in the state currently so someone at this location is using fraudulent information. If this is not corrected I will report to BBB and IRS.

10 years I have filed with liberty tax.Yes. Weve always over paid. $600 a year. But like most I wanted to go through a professional. Sadly this year like 3 other passed years have proven me wrong. This year I had enough. All I can do is hope others file elsewhere before its too late.

I filed Feb 1. Not only have I not received my return but have been strung along and lied to since!! What is going on with Liberty? Are they taking our money? Literally its been over a month and everytime I call they lie to me and string me along further. Why? Where is the money Ive worked so hard for??

Scammers, bootleg tax folks dont do business like professionals at all. Dont know how to respond to the IRS or answer your questions
