Sarah foster is one of the best property management team members. She always response my questions and request properly and promptly. I feel worry-free with her excellent services. My properly has been under the LPM for almost 9 years and barely had any issue. Strongly recommended. Sarah deserves a 5 stars! J&C
Liberty is the worst property management team I’ve ever rented through. When we moved in the owners were still doing things to the house and also left boxes of their own items in the garage. Whenever anything went wrong with the house it took them forever to get back to us or fix. Couple months before our lease was up liberty sent a letter saying they were terminating our lease due to the owners moving back to the United States. Liberty also told us we would have to get our deposit from them. We didn’t get our deposit from the owners for three months due to them being in Mexico. We only received $200 of our $1800 deposit due to bogus charges. The carpet was old when we moved in and after being for two years they charged us $1000 to steam clean the carpet. We were charged for stuff left in the garage and the side of the house when it was left by the owners. The ladies in the office are super rude and short with you. Do yourself a favor a steer clear of Liberty.
Even if you make 3-4 times the amount of rent, they still deny you. Do not fall for their application scam. Collecting $50 per person for applications. Been renting for over 7 years at the place I am at and they said I do not have enough rental history? Theyre a complete joke.
Avoid this Property Management they are really RUDE! We have a bad experience with them. In order to check the place you need to go and get the keys and then they only give you 2 hours to come back with the keys, which isnt enough time when their office is in Modesto and the place we wanted to see is in Manteca, in the PM during traffic hours, 2 hours isnt enough, I asked for more time and the vice president intervened pretty rude and said No, so we had to go and ran and checked the place really fast, not enough time, we decided to rent it, we got approved the same day, I asked if they were going to clean the place before we move in because it wasnt clean, the answer was yes, few days later we When back to sign the lease at their reception with the rude receptionist, wich signing a bunch of papers at a reception on a chair is really unprofessional and not comfortable at all, not sure why they have a big building. We got the keys and went to the house, the place was really dirty, they didnt clean it at all, the place was not ready for move in at all, all the kitchen cabinet and drawers were really dirty and had dead cockroaches and mouse poop, the garage was really-really gross and nasty, spires and spires weds all over, so we werent able to move right away, we spent all weekend cleaning. I went to the office with pictures ( submitted by email too) and talked to 2 persons who do nothing about it! The lady who I explained everything wrong we found just walked away and I asked her, was going to happen, and she responded really RUDE, what do you want us to do? And one more time just walked away. So we didnt get anything back from us spending all weekend cleaning. It took a lot of time and a lots of calls for them to send someone to go and fix all the broke/missing parts/areas we found. This happened on November 2019. The description on their add doesnt match with the real place,, theyadd more stuff on their adds. So after a year we decided to move out, we put or 30 days notice, we move out and return the keys 1 week before the 30 days notice, we make sure to clean the place 100 % inside and outside, everything 100% and I took a lots of pictures and submitted to them by email few times, they didnt give us our deposit 100% they charge us for cleaning the place when there was nothing to clean!!! They said the place wasnt clean!!! For real!!! Thats a bunch of BS!!! So my advice to you is AVOID this place and avoid headaches and if you are a homeowner do not put your property on this management hands......
In my opinion someone needs to investigate this company. Their code of ethics is questionable at best. Dont consider this company out of desperation as my family did. They take your money, claim a home is vacant, leave you on the hook then tell you they went with another tenant. Wasting peoples time and money in the midst of a global financial crisis is absolutely immoral! READ THE REVIEWS! That many people complaining about the same actions can only mean where there is smoke there is fire. Sooner or later their actions will offend the wrong person who has the means to take legal action. I for one will be turning in my share of complaints to the local tenant board with compiled evidence of prejudice. Shame on anyone who takes advantage of a struggling community.
LPM is a great company to rent from. They have month to month all the way up to 1 year leases. We rented a nice home on a month to month basis while our new home was under construction. The office staff was very nice and convenient to work with. We needed a few extra days and Simrat Godoy was able to make it happen for us. Great experience and great customer service. I would definitely recommend finding a short term or long term rental with LPM.
This property management is a joke! Before we moved in we gave them the list of repairs and nothing got fixed within the 3 years we lived there. Our AC went out over a month in the summer and they couldn’t get a hold of the owner. When we gave a 30 day notice to them I tried to rent another place and they took forever to get back to me and called me after I found a place. We took 2.5 days to clean the house, it was raining so we cleaned and cut the yard pretty good with it raining. Rent was $1800 and when we got our deposit back it was $240! They said $300 for cleaning fees when the house was very clean and way better when we first moved in. $300 for shampoo when we had a professional do it. $300 to paint which that’s fine. $150 for yard work! It was raining! It was cut and clean. $275 for repairs which were what we listed when first moved in. Also when we lived there you try to get a hold of them and they take forever to get back to you. They are not a good property management and just try to keep as much money as possible and screw people!
I just wanted to take a second to thank a certain someone, she has been so kind, understanding and HELPFUL. She’s polite and professional. I’ve been living at my house for 2 years and dealt with a few different people who work at the office and everyone has been nice, but Sim BY FAR ...in finance dept. has been EXTREMELY KIND AND ON TOP OF HER JOB. She is so good at helping and I can tell she goes beyond and above. I work in icu at the hospital helping people is my life .... so it feels so good to get the help returned to me even in this type of situation and circumstance. She replied to my emails, phones and did what she had to help me.This makes me know there are good people in the world and around this crazy time.Thank you Sim I appreciate you and I wanted you to be recognized and noticed for your hard work not only do I know and see it but god sees it and now Google review will.Definitely recommend her to help you and be more than just help. They have been managing my properties since 1980 and have done a great job!!! In particular, Karen Tavares has been a great help. Whenever I ask for her assistance, she always responds the same day or the next day. Her assistance includes not only efforts on her part but also her working to get the help of other staff members when they sometimes do not respond promptly. Many thanks to Karen.
We have been looking for a rental for over 3 weeks while the home we are living in was being SOLD. Well stressful, However LPM group came through and was able to answer our questions and got us into a place quickly. It was great to work with Steve and Christina. I guess there are other property management options in the area but I have no desire to look any further than Liberty Property Management (LPM). Hilary and Sara take care of EVERYTHING. They keep me informed about my property and suggest necessary repairs/maintenance but take care of all scheduling, applications, bids, etc. The list goes on and on, but they are the best to work with and hope others use them for any property related needs.
Liberty Property Management provides customers with the best service possible. I truly believe that is because of their employees. Perfect example is Sara Perine. She goes above and beyond for her customers. One thing I can say about Sara is she is so knowledgeable about anything and everything about Liberty Property. She’s my go to for any questions. She is always available and answers emails promptly which is a huge plus when working in the service trade. Thank you Sara for always providing me with excellent service!
Liberty Property Management has taken care of my rental since 1992. I have been more than please with their expertise and professionalism. I also want to thank Sarah Foster who is the maintenance coordinator for her timely quick turnaround in getting the home ready to be rented, good customer service and rapid email responses.
They have managed my rental property since I bought it in early 2003. I am pleased with their services and especially love the prompt responses, which is a huge expectation of mine. A special mention to Samantha Shannon, whom I communicated with via emails recently. She sounded friendly, helpful and responded promptly.
Really LPM? You sent my deposit check to the OWNERS of the property instead of the TENANT who paid it? Oh, because you will no longer manage the property in accordance with Ca. Civil Code Section 1950.5 you HAVE to send it to the owner?What was the point of providing my forwarding address when I moved out again? So now - I - have to call the owners in hopes of them being nice enough to send me MY MONEY? Are you freaking kidding me? Can someone in LPM please let me know why the hell you couldn’t send the check TO THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED? Anyone???
Living in a home for 5 years and never late on rent ,liberty blamed me for every thing that went wrong with the home. They had several “professional” come and fix a disposal and was here for less than five minutes and it was never fixed. Liberty blamed me all 3 times. Beside the rude receptionist I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with liberty. They blame the tenants for everything that goes wrong with the home. Don’t expect any deposit back!Two very unprofessional experiences, I had to reschedule a yearly inspection because I was in vacation and when my family and I returned we were sick, well the next day we had a 24 hour notice on our door that they were coming in with or without my permission. I feel forced to have even given them a 1 star!
I strongly appreciate Sarah Foster, Maintenance Coordinator, for her excellent assistance in handling the replacement of our side fence that we share with a Liberty Property. I had tried in years past to have it replaced, but Sarah got a good estimate and fence company to do the work. I really appreciate her thorough work.
No one ever gave me advice or company information on how I could continue to keep the apartment in my circumstances. I had to leave my apartment in June because I could not make the July rent payment. My fiancé left me while on unemployment during covid. They Purposely withheld information because months after I was gone I found out they DID have arrangement options available at that time and just didnt tell me about it.Now they want me to pay for the remaining months rent thats on the joint lease with my ex until it is up in March 2021, over 7K they want from me when Im not even living there and I have no back rent. They also tried to con me saying that I had to pay to keep the electricity on until they could rent out the unit. CONS! Document everything with them, take names and titles of departments, they will not communicate in any ETECTRONIC recorded conversation by you. USE EMAIL AND MAIL ONLY to communicate with them!Do not rent at I street Studio Apartments. They didnt even have a direct Property manager or landlord to address concerns to. I had to reach out to the President of the company who was also very unprofessional, attacked me with allegation that I was trying to pull something after I sent an email of wrongful company conduct to every member as no one returned my previous emails or communications through their own website.The first few months after I was no longer residing under their property they continued to mail me billing estimates of cleaning and future rent charges because the lease isnt even expired yet. They did not inform my ex fiancé (white) or send him any mail, or call him, or attempt to obtain his new residing address. He lived in the apartment 3years with someone else before I moved in with him and has a constant income with a job in the union. His ex girlfriend who got the apartment with him somehow was removed off the original lease. The previous Landlord didnt have proper documentation to give Liberty Property when they took over the building. I didnt know what I was getting into when I moved in with him. My ex lied to me about the lease from the very beginning.Liberty Property Management Modesto is aware he and I are not together yet they are targeting ME and sending ME mail with HIS misspelled name on it that I had to argue with them to correct. They couldnt even look at all the checks theyve cashed on his behalf to see the correct spelling of his name. They could have even looked at the paperwork the previous landlord gave them when they took over but they didnt. Lazy.
What a reliable crew. The office an staff at Liberity Property Modesto, guided by the management and crew of Amanda Stephens, she is full charge. Her walk through of my facility was like a military inspection in its detail, comfort and safety. Her customer service skills are impeccable, timely and efficient down to instructions, and return phone calls. Believe me I know my last two bosses were, Jerry Brown governor of California and Janet Reno, U.S State attorney of Florida, the mission was the customer and the service.
If had had known that being a rental owner was this easy, I would have bought rental properties long ago.As a property owner, I have had a great experience with Sarah Foster and Liberty Property management.I have never had to deal with tenants or make repairs. No headaches. Life is good.
Ive worked with Amanda and Kevin in the commercial department of Liberty and they have been excellent. They are quick to respond to an issue. We have had issues with our A/C a few times and Amanda and Kevin made sure they had someone to our office the same day to resolve the issue. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues we have with our building.
Omg!! Where do I began. First the lady who was supposed to assist me through this process, gave me the hardest & worst experience ever with liberty property management in Modesto, by accepting my fee of $150, 2weeks goes by when I called her I didn’t get answer. Although she kept telling me she had to do the paperwork and that it takes time,that I’ll have something before mother’s day, that was over the phone, more conversation was through emails.Look, I understand the process,not my first time renting, however it’s been 1month& half! and I told her about my situation needed something before June . I was asked to fax over work etc information & I did! 1week goes by & She email me saying she has not received any of my documents, than she emailed me three days later saying she did get some, of the documents smh! remind you I’m paying to send them & taking time off my day job to do so! After I fax over once again all my information I didn’t get not one call! Back & forward with this lady and nothing has even started to do anything for me & my family. Thursday afternoon she calls me saying my credit is low & she said I now need a co signer and, the references are now under new management and there’s nothing she can do for us! Wow! I expressed my feelings about her service and all I got was that she’s sorry good luck house hunting 😲😞 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR THERE SERVICE! Now me and my family are in a motel paying $1420 for 1 room 1 bed! THE PEOPLE AT THE LIBRARY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF MODESTO HAS NO HEART NOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE 9-5 job they work at! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER 😡
Extremely happy with this company! My first time using a property management company and was thinking it was gonna be a complete headache being in need of a place last minute. I am extremely happy I decided to go this route and had a great experience getting a lot of help from Christina Alvarez! Thanks again for all your help for not only getting me into the home I wanted but also for making this a really easy process with such short notice! I would totally recommend anyone to this place. :)
I am giving liberty Property Management a 5 star review because they did their job. Plain and simple. Although I didnt get approved, I did gain some information that will help me in the future should I apply again with Liberty or any other Property Management. I received an email informing me I was denied along with a letter the following day with a simple reason why. I kindly asked for a little more detailed information and received it. For those of you applying for a home, do some homework first. Pull up your own credit score and see what will set you back from being approved and take care of it. Make sure your current landlord/owner has a clear understanding that you are in fact moving and they will be called for verification on residency. Same as with employers. Let them know people will be calling to verify employment and that they have your full permission to give out such information. Remember--you are not the only one applying so if your paperwork isnt complete, if things cant be verified in a timely manner you will be denied. Liberty has a job to do and a house to get off the market. Me and my current landlord had a misunderstanding in regards to me moving and I had a delinquency on my credit. With this knowledge I can fix my discrepancies and later...reapply. Moving is stressful but its not their problem to make sure you are approved. Its yours!
Amanda Stephens , is the most kind , outgoing and professional person I’ve dealt with , she has an answer to all my questions and goes beyond helping Others . She returns my phone calls always and is on her emails finding away to always serve our company In the most efficient way she can even in her lunch break .She is extremely efficient and our office loves her and the way she manages the business is incredible! Easy , to get of hold of her and efficient! She really means business! Thank you Amanda !
I just recently moved into my new home that I found through Liberty Property Management and am very satisfied with my experience. Courtney, an associate in the Modesto office, was a pleasure to deal with. She answered any questions I had and put my mind at ease with the whole rental process. The application process online was quick and easy and I love that I can pay rent online as well. Thanks.
Speaking as someone who has worked in retail management for 7 years, I can guarantee that the folks down at Liberty Property Management truly only want your money. I wasted my time with them, and I feel very sorry for the home owners that are trusting them with their properties. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk I told that I had a four month old dog (male Australian Shepherd, already house broken by the way) and she said that the age of the pet would not matter. So, I continued to fill out an application for a property I was interested, and paid my $35 dollars. Of course, I got a phone call two hours later saying that my application was approved but I wouldn’t be able to bring my dog with me because of his age. I’m out $35, which isn’t the principal I’m pointing out. I am only here to share my insight on my experiences. Good luck to you all! Choose someone other than LPM if honesty and transparency is something you value!
About a month ago I was brought on to do Pest Control on a commercial property here in Modesto. Amanda Stephens is the one who brought me out to handle their pest issues. She was an excellent communicator and was able to clearly articulate the various issues around the property. We came up with a game plan and the tenants and owners were very happy with the results. The staff at Liberty was very helpful Anna you could really tell that they care about their clients as well as supporting their vendors. Thank you!
I have been working with Liberty for almost 2yrs now. The first year we had a very difficult tenant that I had sourced and they had to deal with every month. They worked hard to find me a new tenant that has been picture perfect and keep in mind, the rental is in a remote location. We couldnt be happier with the services they provide.
I was very pleased with LPM although I did not last at the place due to a awkward smell that was giving me severe migraines the lady on the front desk was very kind and on top of everything with my move in I see alot of bad reviews of them being rude but I believe its lack of communication and people just mad because of them being denied. My credit wasnt even all that and they still gave me a opportunity with me and my 4 kids.I was very satisfied with them and would go back if needed too!
If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. They have the worst customer service I have EVER seen, and I have been in some type of customer service for more than 25 years. All they care about is the money. If you walk in there with cash in hand, they MIGHT talk to you, and they MIGHT get back to you, when they feel like it. They do not return phone calls, they do not return emails. On top of that, they violated my privacy. One of their employees told someone, who I did not want to share information with, all about my situation, my income, what kind of house I was looking for and other personal information. When I spoke to the manager about it, she was so rude I was shocked. At the end of the conversation her words were, So I am going to go ahead and say your application is DENIED in her sweetest sing-song voice. So I suppose if you make a complaint against one of their employees, dont tell the management, or they will deny you, regardless of your credit. Avoid Liberty Property Management at all costs, that is my advice for today.
This was absolutely the most horrible experience I have had while looking for a new place to rent. I am only 23 and am still finishing up my degree to start my career. In the meantime I have a steady job that pays me well and there was no reason I should have been denied WITHOUT an explanation. Liberty property management (or at least the women I communicated with at the Modesto office) were unprofessional, short, and inconsiderate. When you get an email that your application had been denied, it states to call or email for an explanation. I was ignored, given the go around, and the women, Samantha could not give me a specific reason as to why my application (at the time) was stalled and then post cancel could not even have the courtesy to respond to my email or message with an explanation. Horrible, Horrible customer service.
So we signed a lease that was over and do e with 2 years ago they dont want to release our name from the lease when my family vacates and and a third signer stays. Every time I call they are rude they are unprofessional big attitudes and today when i spoke with the manager to aks for guidance after puting out my points and questionsabout moving and releasing my name so I can rent somewhere else she started yelling at me and not allowing me to speak so ofcourse i raised my voice so she would hear what i had to say but she would just yell higher so i hunged up... I am fed up with this company of hell. They cant keep me responsible for the rental when im gone from their property and mess up my credit if some one else in the expired lease stays. Be aware dont sign your name and credit with them.
I have owned homes and property, I have sold property, and I have rented multiple properties before. I have even rented investment properties out to tenants. I always worked with my tenants to accommodate their needs, not once did they ever have any issue with me as a landlord. We’ve worked very well in the past with our property management companies and have always stay in communication. But as far as Liberty Property MGMT in Modesto goes, They are the worst rental and real estate agency ever! They are rude, they harass you, and they will kick you out for no reason. We would get our monthly statement and they would charge us for random things. We rented from them for a year and a half, almost 2 years, and not once did we receive a single smile or sense of appreciation for going through their company as renters. Do not, I repeat do not rent a property through this company. Prior to moving out I cleaned all the doors and windows, I carpet cleaned the carpet and stairs, and everything I was supposed to upon move out and they took our entire security deposit.
Worst Rental company EVER! I went through this company for two different homes. The first home I rented through them the experience was awful. They are only in favor of their company and not at all interested in their tenants. More like scum-lords. I stayed in a property and the first time we used the tub in one of the bathrooms it flooded to the first floor. Mind you I’ve only been there maybe a month when this happened and their response was to end my tenancy, not fix it. Like how was your defective tub my mistake? We only used the shower for the most part and then the first time I go to take a bath this happens, wow! So I moved out after and unfortunately went to another unit that wasn’t thru them but eventually the owners for this property surprisingly started using them. I was like “oh no, not again”. Now this second property I resided in I lived there for nearly nine years, the rental was taken over by them and that’s when the bs started. They never ever replaced the carpets after eight, nine years. When I finally moved out do you know they charged me for replacing the carpet. They took $400 from my deposit and also charged me $600 for the yard. I promise the only thing that was wrong with the yard was dead weeds for a small 8ft x 3ft yard. Literally 8 ft x 3 ft. If I can I will make sure everyone I care about never leases or does any type of business with them. Basically my point is that they are not a good company and you will not feel that “Home Sweet Home” feeling.
Liberty Property Management has managed my 3 properties for 4 years now. The service has been excellent and Megan Hitchcock my agent is always efficient and friendly. I feel like she truly cares about my investments and always resolves my issues quickly. I would recommend Liberty to any of my friends.Thank you Liberty and Megan.
Liberty is the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.Im very familiar with renting. Ive rented 10 different properties across the country in 4 different states, from California to New England over the past 15 years.Renting from Liberty Property was the most difficult and degrading experience.Their move-in inspection was very careless. There were cracked toilet lids, leaking toilets, and the property was filthy. None of it was noted on the inspection form. It was the first time Ive had to get the carpet cleaned before moving in and I’ve rented from a lot of other companies before. It took 2 weeks to scrub down the property. On the move-out inspection, they are incredibly detailed to make sure you lose your deposit. For example, the inspection Liberty did on move-out noted dust on the wall trim. I used up 10 packs of Mr. Clean magic erasers to scrub the kitchen and bathtubs when I moved in. How was that missed by their move-IN inspection? Now on move-out they claim dust on the wall trims? The person doing the inspection was unapologetic about every little detail he expected us to either clean up or pay for from our deposit.Usually, after you give your landlord notice to move out, you expect to get a pro-rated bill for the last part of the month. Liberty received my notice 5 days before the end of the month. Instead of sending me a bill, they waited 2 weeks and sent an eviction notice! I had been paying Liberty in good faith well before the end of the month for 3 years. It was humiliating having an eviction notice being posted on the front door and getting an eviction notice in the mail without any warning. After renting from other companies around the state and across the country for the past 15 years, I have never had an eviction notice until Liberty.I would never rent from Liberty and I would warn anyone from renting from them. If you want to rent a filthy property, get your deposit taken away, and get evicted, rent from Liberty Property Management.
I’d like to review Liberty “LPM” as an amazing property management company. I work for a lot of property managers and can openly say they’re one of the best. Sarah, Duke, Hilary and everyone on their team are some of the hardest working, caring, dialed teams taking care of owners and tenants I’ve seen.Happily give them a 10 out of 10!:)
I have been associated with Liberty Property Management for almost 7 years. I have found them to be a professional and effective unit manager.Tenants needs are addressed quickly by licensed professionals. The billing process for these services is transparent without unnecessary fees.I did not become a landlord willingly, I inherited the business. At best I will say it is interesting. Ms. Sara Perine at Liberty has helped me through the most interesting times. Her candor and humor have lightened the mood considerably.I will be selling the unit soon. Liberty HOA has taken very good care of my properties. I am majority owner of a commercial complex and Kaila Rogers has done a wonderful job taking care of this. She removed all the stress from me and turned the site around 100%. Honest, helpful, dedicated people. I highly recommend.
As one of the heating and air conditioning vendors for Liberty Property Management, I would like to take the time to express our appreciation for our working relationship. Everybody at Liberty is easy to get ahold of and responds to messages promptly when we leave messages. This is important to us and the homeowners as our time is valuable and costly. Sara is always quick to respond to our requests for approvals for repairs and often gives oks for repairs over the phone which helps in keeping repair costs down by preventing another trip back to a property. She is very understanding of any issues or concerns that tenants have. Our technicians like dealing with her because of her happy and friendly, yet professional attitude. Thanks, Air Doctors.
After producing all the proper credentials and paying the application fee was given the run around for a few months only to be told we dint make enough money when I make more then enough with only my income let alone my significant others income. Just a cash grab slum company bottom line. And a clear lack of professionalism.
Ok so despite the bad reviews me and my husband went ahead and applied for a property we liked. They let us know that they were waiting for rental references from our old rental companies. I had to keep calling and checking the status on our application. We have since found a rental and they never got back to us whether we were approved or not. Not even an email. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise lol.
I am a HVAC vender for Liberty Property and have received excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question I know I can give Sara Perine a call and get an answer right away. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Sara is professional, friendly and on top of her work. I would recommend anyone to Liberty Property Management and that is thanks to Sara’s commitment to provide the best service to her clients/venders.
I am beyond impressed with the customer service I have received from Sim Godoy. I have never met anyone as helpful as Sim has been. Every question that I have had Sim has answered. Liberty Property Management managed Turlock Medical and Professional Park up until January 2017. Kaila and the staff Dr. Wright and I dealt with were, hands down, THE BEST. From the beginning, they were professional, accessible, responsive, and friendly. Myself, I love working with people who can joke and laugh. [the new property owners, here, made a HUGE mistake in changing property management - they are now losing so much money because the new pm group has no idea what they are doing.] WE MISS LIBERTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HERE !!! I have been renting with Liberty Property Management for almost 5 years. In the beginning of the application process, not much was explained to us other than, once youre approved we can more forward. The house we were wanting to rent and applied for was rented out to someone else because their application was processed before ours. Because, we work on a first come first serve basis with application processing. Since we needed to move, we took a chance and rented a house without viewing it first, because, again, they work off a first come first serve basis and we were approved and needed to act quickly. We got extremely lucky. The house was turned over to us in an okay condition. No major damage to the home, structure, or any disrepair. However, just the general upkeep was terrible. There were weeds and mud in the backyard because there is no grass. Old food crumbs and dirt were left in the cabinets and drawers. The grout in-between the tile was disgusting. Hard water buildup, hard water stains, and general cleaning disregard around sinks, toilets, and bathtubs of the property by the previous tenant were obvious. After moving in, we cleaned the property up ourselves and are most definitely leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in. I would like to personally thank Sim Godoy. She is such a valued asset to this company. She responded to my questions via email in the matter of minutes, and went above and beyond any other employee I have ever dealt with here. Every single time I would call with a question I would receive an answer of, *sigh* well....refer to your contract.... or *double sigh* ugh...I will have to call you back, Which a follow up call was never received. Thank you Sim Godoy for treating me like an intelligent human being and the valued tenants we are. Liberty Property Management- you NEED more employees like Sim Godoy!! This review is strictly for the customer service and professionalism I have received while working with Sim Godoy. Again, she is an assest to this company. I now go directly to her for help. We are in the last 30 days of our lease and I have questions I want to ask about how to turn the property back over. I care about the home I live in and I want to return the home better than when I moved in. I have called the Modesto office around four to five times and the way I am treated appalls me. Sim Godoy is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond, and I appreciate that.
Sara Perine at Liberty has been incredibly help in terms of managing my investments properties and those of other to whom Ive referred. In addition, shes so good at working with those people seeking to relocate to Modesto and assisting them with finding a rental property. I highly recommend contacting Sara for residential property management.
Sim godoy is one of the most patient staff members at the modesto Lpm site. She answered all my questions efficiently and precisely. My family and I appreciate this young woman, she broke everything down and on top of that sent us an updated email for reassurance. Thank you for your hard work and patience. Alot of businesses are lacking great customer service, but you can tell sim is genuine about her job and her tenants. Keep up the good work.
At liberty Amanda Stephens is always professional. Every time I call her and ask her questions about things at a property I work at (even if its a stupid question) she always has the right answers for me. Nobody I work with has ever had a problem working with her. We appreciate her hard work.

I have worked with LPM since early 2000s. I have never had any staff member who did not give me their immediate and undivided attention. As soon as the tenants report any problem with my rental unit, they do whatever repairs needs to be done right away. I have worked with other Management companies before, and the service they give to the clients is beyond comparison. Thank you LPM for the service you give to the tenants as well as the landlords.
I deal with Liberty property management for my business lease, gotta say the liberty team goes above and beyond to make sure my building is safe and taken care of. Kevin and Amanda are simply work horses! They are simply on it and would reffer all my buisness owner friends to ask for these two with any questions. Simply the best!
YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A NUMBER ON A SPREADSHEET, NOT A PERSON. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR SYSTEM IS UNFAIR AND ILLOGICAL AND YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED. Im sorry I even wasted my time with these morons. I applied and got approved only by calling multiple times in one day. That same day I left work early to get a money order and delicer my deposit and the apartment was already taken. Within 5 HOURS. they had no mind to even warn me. Even though we had been in communication all day. Their office schedule is a disadvantage for anyone with a real job. They probably only rent to part timers and beneficiaries. SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND SANITY. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Very fishy They may be fishing for Socials...
I was referred to Liberty Property Management from a buddy Jaymon about a year ago. Liberty helped on getting an industrial location for my business in Modesto and am very impressed. From the walk through on properties in helping me find a location to the team that takes care of me Kevin, Amanda, etc. Best company out and would refer all friends and family to check this companies services out.
Great team to work with at LPM. Ive had my property with LPM for over 5 years and there have been very few months that it has gone without a tenant. The team at LPM are very proactive about keeping tenants in my property and the turn overs are well organised. I live out of country and having LPM manage my rental has been so easy and straightforward. I dont need to worry, they always have things well in hand! Jennifer and Karen are fantastic, I can email them with any question, concern or request and they always reply very quickly. Thank you Jennifer and Karen for going above and beyond expectations!
Was looking for a rental property for my family after we moved from the Bay Area. Spoke to a very nice young lady, Courtney Clark, who went out of her way by answering my many questions. She gave me recommendations for where we should look for a house and the areas that are perfect for our growing family. I highly recommend Liberty Property Management.
I attempted to lease from this company while being out of state. After contacting them and assuring i would be able to lease without viewing the property, I applied. My application was denied since i would not be able to view the house and i did not receive an email or phone call about the denial for 3 weeks! By that time i had already been approved and moved in to a different house through Invitation homes. I highly recommend Invitation homes.Ps. 1 month later i was contacted by phone to reapply. 😒😒 Save your money with this one.
We were looking at 240 Mullen Way in Lodi CA. Found out that It was not going to be available until September 15. I called in and put my rental application. They told me to keep checking everyday on the website because i maybe available sooner.On 8.16.18 the property became available so we rushed down to the Lodi office to get it. We signed the papers and the manager told us that we could get a refund on the deposit if we had to withdraw from the house. She told us it would be about $50 per day. Due to unforeseen we were not going to be able rent the house. On August 22nd I had to call the office manager and let her know that we are going to have to withdraw from the agreement. She then told us that we are going to lose $400 dollars on it. She said to wait for a phone call from the accounting department. I called Multiple times and the Lodi manager finally told me on the September 17th that I needed to contact the Modesto Office. Called the Modesto office and found that they had no records of this and had to do research. On September 21st they called back and told me that we are not going to get anything back due to damanges the landlord suffered. Then she told me it was because they had to take it off the website for the days in between august 16th and 22nd. I kept an eye on that property the whole day and the property was back on the website for 2 hours before it got taken down again. I just wish they would have told me straight up at the beginning that the security deposite is non refundable, rather than wasting my time and keep lying to me.
They told me in our lease everything was up to date and cleaned prior to our move in date. Yeah, no. The place was filthy and everything is falling apart. Theyre no help. They sont care. All theyll tell you is to put it on property meld. And even when you do they take forever. If you go through LPM I highly HIGHLY recommend you see the place first. Turn on and off all the lights. Check EVERYRHING.
I worked with Liberty Property Management’s HOA division on the sale of my condo located in the ParkView Villa complex. Kaila was a big help in getting items addressed and everything transferred over smoothly. She was very responsive, professional, and followed through promptly. I really appreciate her help and the organized efficient structure Liberty HOA Management provided. Great Management team to work with.
Customer service is horrible here. If you apply dont get your Hopes up. They will decline you and be rude about it. Plus there fees are ridiculous 45 per applicant!! Its better to look for owners looking to rent because these property managements are only looking for themselves. Hope you dont waste your time and hard earned money like I did. They dont even deserve a one star to be honest!
Thank you Liberty. I was referred to Liberty by an employee that works in the Modesto Office. Her Name is Caysie and she spoke very highly of the type of business they conduct. I was very Impressed. When I originally walked in I spoke to Paula about listing my house for rent. She was very helpful as well. Even the people who have come out to help me get it ready were very pleasant. Megan has been a big help with price and it was rented within a week. Thank you so much Liberty! TOTALLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My husband and I are new to the rental scene. Weve lived in a home owned by his family so we have no rental history to speak of. Due to unfortunate circumstances we have to move and found a property we liked thru LPM. We submitted an application online and within a day received a denial letter. When I called to get an explanation the lady was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful! She said we were denied due to lack of rental history and credit report. I was floored since i was under the impression our credit was fine?! I asked for a copy since Im LEGALLY ENTITLED to one and she said the only way I could get one is if I come by their office and pick one up. When I informed her that I lived almost 2 hours away and would have to make an almost 4.5hour round trip just to get a piece of paper she basically said too bad ! They wouldnt email or snail mail me a copy, even though I requested it be sent to the address I listed on the report. I was given the distinct impression that because I wasnt approved she couldnt be bother to help! I tried asking questions but was hurried of the phone and given a sarcastic Good Luck! before she hung up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
So we had to have an inspection done to the house we are renting so we can finish the approval process for another rental we want to move to. The appointment was set for noon. The inspector was here right at noon on the dot. He introduced himself as Todd. Very nice guy and very professional. He has very nice things to say about LPM. He also seemed concerned when I had mentioned that even though we have been pretty good renters for 10 years. I didn’t feel like that meant anything to LPM. He said he has never witnessed anything like that at LPM. But appreciated Todd’s punctuality and professionalism.John Crabtree
The worst property management company to deal with. They wanted me to pay 1/2 months rent to hold a home i wanted to rent. The property was not ready to be shown at the time i paid $645 (1/2 month rent). However, due to a family emergency, I was not able to move in to the home. I called Liberty Property Management several times 2-weeks before the move-in date and told them that i wont be able to move-in due to a family emergency and requested the $645 that i paid to be refunded. Liberty Property management refused to refund me the money, not even a partial refund was granted. Technically and legally, Liberty Property Management cannot take money from prospective tenants to hold a rental property when the property is not available for showing. This is what happened to me. I contact Liberty Property Management once again as advised by my lawyer and request a refund. If a refund is not granted, I am going to sue this company in a small claims court.
I want to say Thank you to Sim Godoy for her help recently. Everytime Ive ever called into the office they are always a pleasure over the phone and with this particular situation Sim who helped me was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in making sure they were able to help my dad and I and we were able to resolve everything smoothly. I truly appreciate your time and efforts in helping us!!! Your awesome!!!
I have been dealing with several different property managers for years. And the one property management company that really shines above the rest, is liberty Property Management. And that’s due to the fantastic Staff, especially Sara Perine!! What an awesome manager and a huge asset to the company!!

Had a terrible experience with this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company. I searched online and was able to see the properties available to rent and get lots of info- great! I called the number on the website and received instructions on how to pick up the keys and view the property- great! BUT when I arrived at the address on Scenic Drive, I found that there was nobody there. I called the phone number and was disturbs to find out that they are not letting people see the property, yet expect them to pay money and rent them out. And what’s worse is THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS ON THE WEBSITE OR ON THE VOICE MAIL SYSTEM!!HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!! I WASTED A LOT OF TIME TO GET UP EARLY AND GO ACROSS TOWN only to find out that Liberty Property Mgmt is USING THE CURRENT SITUATION TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF POTENTIAL RENTORS! Bad bad, shame shame!!
Stay away from this property management. They will take away 85% of your deposit and charge you for items they say they put in. When I moved in they had old blinds on all rooms with dust. One was cracked with tape. Another one was missing the white cord.The house wasn’t deeply clean. There was debris inside the bathtub and toilets. In the kitchen the counter tile had small cracks and much more. This looks like an on going issue with previous tenants. I will be talking to a lawyer about this issue. Know your rights!
Rented from the company for over a year and let me tell you it was a horrible experience, The owner Paul M Zagariss Daughter Owns Liberty property management, I had one complaint and she sent her Husband and a coworker to investigate and do a complete walk thru! I know this because he handed me his business card. Also right a negative review they sick there Minions on you threatening you with legal action unless you take down your review of them. There Shady and I would advise looking elsewhere save yourself a HUGE headache.
I did not want to give even one star, but its required to write a review. Liberty has the worst negligence I have seen when it comes to work orders and responding to matters. I am currently in the process of utilizing my rights within California law as a tenant due to the things Liberty has deducted from my deposit, that was either (i) taken by them from the property (ii) written on my move in sheet as damaged/missing prior to my move in or (iii) Never taken care of upon move in when noted. My family moved out of the home that we resided in for 2 years due to Libertys poor judgement and customer service. I have fortunately steered many people away from using Liberty since our move-out. Still waiting to hear back from them since sending in my dispute letter via priority mail with tracking AS WELL AS fax. The most unprofessional and worst experience since being in the civilian world of property management when my husband has been active duty for 8+ years. ADVICE: Know your rights, know the laws, and hold them fully accountable for what is not ethical.
I have no idea how they are still a business. They are the most down right RUDE people I have ever met... I was going to rent a home and give almost 4 thousand to move in, until I noticed how rude they were. Came and looked at reviews and definitely changed my mind. Call me crazy but, I am still a strong believer of customer service. When you cant even treat customers that are bringing you in thousands of dollars with courtesy and respect, find another line of work.
After dealing with this company in the past and now the present it has become very clear they have the same work ethic they have always had. That is to ignore, placate, put off and blame anyone but take responsibility for doing their jobs. Ignoring e-mails and phone calls is their specialty. The subcontractors they use are rude to the point of abuse and harassment. All they are concerned with is collecting their fees for themselves and the people they contract to work for them. I would give them a -0 if that were an option.
Ran into a conundrum, we were unable to have water services turned on the day we moved in because we didnt have a lease signed and Liberty shut the water off, essentially leaving us waterless for the first day and night. You would think as a property management company they would have some system set in place to alleviate this issue but once again Liberty Property Management excels in dissapointment.
Please if you are reading this review do not cast aside this review as a disgruntled customer. If you are a property owner heed my warning. The representatives at the Modesto branch on Scenic have no morals. Their business practices are appalling to say the least. Keep clear.
It seems that this property management like to give people who try to find a rental place the run around ive been trying to rent a pla e with them for over a month and still nothing now:1:i cant provide no rental contract from where i have been living for 11 years because i didnt made one. They said on the emails that they had called and called my landlady many times for reference but she said its not true they only left them one message and she called back she left a message as well but thats it. i mean i dont know of anyone doing contract over this way for a room, alot of people like me rent rooms around here but hey its time to move on now i want my own place and of course here at the bay area its almost imposible to afford something decent2: i know all the time someone has had ran my credit i get emails from my experian and equifax account what company or coorporation checked it, which in this case i dont think LPM hasnt done that and apparantely when i turn in my application thats what they charged for3: now i found out that the place i was trying to rent is off the market, the least thing as a courtesy to say its that they rented itAfter checkin alot of reviews im not the only person looking to find a place trough them having similar issues mostly home owners have a good recomendation for them but most of renters an applicants do complaint about it..

Recently liberty property management has taken over managing the condo I currently rent . Todd Allen was the inspector assigned, Todd was very polite & professional, he was very knowlageable & answered all of my questions & concerns . Rude employees. Hassel to even complete application (that alone shouldve put up a red flag). Take too long to do any repairs (A.C., leaking water heater, stove, fence). The longest was over 3 months to fix our fence...the portion NOT shared with any neighbor. When they did finally came, the handy man was told to use the broken boards. Fence looks horrible but its fixed after constant calls and pestering. Something else to consider is they charge you a fee for paying your rent online!!! Have to pay in person or mail.
I got a house to rent for my family. Rebekke Burmer (regional property manager) helped me look around the house, and make the renting contract without any issue. Sim Godoy beautifully helped me get into property management Web site for my future payment and checking my payment history. Thanks.
I called to try to apply or see what home would be best fit for me. The lady was so rude she said to go on the website and choose a home and call back when I had already picked one because she wasnt going to go through every house with me. I tried to explain my situation that I lack rental references and she said they couldnt help me what so ever and that if everyone in the house didnt meet the requirements she couldnt help me to not even bother applying. Then she quickly hung up on me she was so annoyed by my call.
My fiance left me on unemployment during covid on a joint lease with him that I was not able to financially tend to. Liberty Property Management made NO EFFORT to inform me of any rental assistance nor inform me of how the financial process would be as They were aware I could not make the full monthly rent payments. They never returned my calls or emails. I had to speak to the presidentof the company who was also very unprofessional. They do not allow themselves to be held accountable for withholding information from me. Nor informed me that I could still stay in the apartment. I had no choice but to leave in July as they allowed me to assume it was my only choice. Document everything while dealing with them. They still bill me for breaking the lease and moving out. THEY CAUSED ME TO LEAVE BY NOT ROVIDING ME ANY INFORMATION AS HOW I COULD HAVE STAYED IN THE APARTMENT. CROOKS! I look forward to the day I see them in court.They put on record that I broke the lease after I submitted my notinc on 6/30/2020. My ex fiance has not submitted any notice to my knowledge. They say I owe back rent on the mnths I was not there from 7/1/2020 to 9/30/2020. I so called owe $2, 643.62. They can go sit and spin because they are not getting a penny from me.
The worst experiene my family and I have experienced. They have no professional ethnic or customer service! They charge half months rent EACH time a new tenant moves in and a 7% comission rate each month. General Manager and Manager do not know how to manage the properties or their staff at all. We have recieved roughly about 25% of income since in contract with them with our 2004 home. Very unhappy with them. Do not recommend.
Extremely rude, I know property management always sticks by their managers, but a work order for a garbage disposal takes over one month, a fence is down over night, maintenance left shovel and a hammer in your yard, there is no proof of talks of my fence being replaced, they did NOT post or mail 60 day notice (even though they have proof, I can place my hand on the Bible and honestly say I have not received anything!) Im asking for a move out pre inspection, and they are busy on my day off. Not one person from any of the offices are helpful. I honestly believe the reviews with 5stars havent been with them long, are they are family members/friends.Coming from a Kingsburg rental, I have to travel all the way to Modesto, to drop off my lasts month rent......
Poor response to maintenance requests, and they will try to take your entire deposit. They tried to charge me for dirty stove drip catches when I bought new ones before moving out. They only gave me that back after I sent them the receipt. Miser penny pinching sleezebags that should be avoided.

Been renting the current house we live in for over 8 years now which falls under Granada Park homeowners association.Let me start off by saying that I am of Hispanic decent.I am not the type to pull the race card and throw it around freely.But the board for this homeowners associate is made up of mostly senior aged women, and a couple of middle age men. All Caucasian, and low-key racist.The president of the board and her side kick are snobby, rude, racist old white women who drive around looking for the smallest violation they can possibly find on CERTAIN residents, so they can hopefully place a fine.We have one of the most upkept homes in the area, but receive a letter in the mail every month about some BS.We have called Liberty, and the HOA to file complaints numerous times but always get brushed off.Liberty only cares about money and will do what it takes to get what they can out of their tenants.
This management company called liberty property management are the worst management company you want to associate with they are there to ripped tenants up, they want tenant to pay for any repairs done in the properties and they all liars by making up the invoices from their vendors. Ill never introduced anyone to rent any properties from them, because they are not faithful. From one of their Tenant.
We lived at 1427 Tully rd.#2 Modesto CA over eight years and was charged for normal wear and tear. They keep $402.00 of our deposit. They suck. The apartment was over 10 years old. never painted .Reported repairs 3 times pictures taken 3 times .Never repair ..They changed us for the repairs.
Im going to keep this short... they tried to evict me , took them to court I won!! But in the end they put a bad mark on my renters credit !! Worse bunch of unprofessional people ive ever had to do business with. They lie to your face and in court!! Stand up for whats right and hold them accountable!!
I just recently moved into a new place through Liberty property managment. I was very pleased to find out that Caysie Provance who I have had the pleasure to deal with at Management Alternative was now at Liberty. Caysie is very prompt and professional. Thank you again for all your help.

Warning ( SCAM ) DONT SIGN CONTRACT WITH THEM.this is the worst mangement company i ever experinced, they will rip you off even before you move in , they are lilke a hungry for money, please read the contract AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . The staff are nice before you sign contract . once you sign, they will use everything to RIPP YOU OFF > they had the contract written in away to steal your money. they are liers and they will get tosseed between modesto and turlock and then STEAL YOU MONEY. when they make put deposit , they have it written as ( fee ) , and that is the catch , BEAWARE. IM A VENDOR AND I VERY MUCH ENJOY WORKING WITH LIBERTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. THE AGENTS ARE VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. EVERY TIME I COME ACROSS AN ISSUE AT A JOB SITE THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND DO THEIR BEST TO HELP ME RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WHEN THE VENDORS AND AGENTS WORK WELL TOGETHER TO RESOLVE THE TENANTS ISSUES, THE TENANTS ARE HAPPY AND STAY LOYAL AND LIBERTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THAT. I WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANGELA PALOMINO FOR WORKING VERY WELL WITH ME TO COMPLETE JOBS IN A TIMELY MANNER.SHES ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED HER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE IN ORDER TO GET TENANTS PROBLEMS RESOLVED. I called Liberty to ask for information about a property and the application process and I was translating for my sister and the nice lady named Berenice told me she spoke Spanish and I did not have to struggle to translate for my sister she nicely told me that she speaks Spanish and could answer any questions she had!
Horrible Management, I got my app, approved and picked a home and when the day was finally available they change it to another available day, and they did that with several homes in my area. I honestly couldnt just sit back and wait till the day they had a home available. I could give them no stars if possible but 1 is I guess the worse.
Good luck paying rent if you dont live near modesto... we have to drive over 3 hours round trip to pay it if we need to give them a check... i love our apartment but it had a major leak in the air conditioner which caused extensive damage to the carpet and a closet in the garage... it was clearly a problem before we moved in bc someone tried to cut the moldy drywall out and replace it but never fixed the leak... they wanted to kick us out to replace the carpet which would have left us homeless... thankfully we fought it and they backed off but i still dont trust them...
This place is a scam. I dont know how they are still in business. There manager is Hillary is rude and very unprofessional. Treats you like you are second class citizens.They have list of fake properties on website. Guess what they are never available once you submit application.SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Turned in our 30 day notice on the 1st but they said they never received it so they need to take it today and well be paying 10 days into the next month. Argued and got no where so were paying the 10 days and NEVER using them again. A few weeks later we get an email stating why arent we moving the 1st if thats what the notice stated. Ridiculous how they dont communicate, scan items into their records, and are so unorganized!!

2022-07-25Some of their properties are absolutely gross. Cockroaches everywhere, electrical not up to code, water lines broken, mold, broken sprinklers, VERY old paint that never gets redone. Make sure you do a thorough check on the property before you use them to rent a home. I highly suggest getting a lawyer on board as well. They are ok with giving notice to vacate, even when the tenant has a disability. We came so close to being homeless because of them. They seem to think its ok to rent homes in such poor condition. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity! Completely rude staff.

2022-06-16Liberty Property Management has the worst costumer service, this guy with the name Duke is so rude and the worst person to talk, he make you feel that they only care about the owners and not the tenants even though if you have a consideration agreement to hold the property sign and pay the deposit they still don’t care, if they want to back off with the agreement two days before the signing deadline, they can do it and also don’t care if you are going to be homeless because of that.My advice is ? don’t use this company went you are locking for a place to rent, They do not respect any agreement even if it is already signed and the deposit given and also they don’t going to help you to find a new place, not even because that was their fault for what you are going through.Please avoid this company.

2021-10-27I’ve had them taking care of my home for about 10 years to date.They have been wonderful, I have had no issues at all.They find the tenants, do all the maintenance , I didn’t have to do anything at all.Karen Tavares is the best.She’s been there for a looong time and she will take care of your paperwork and manage your property like it was hers!God bless her!Go with Liberty for any rental property management .

2021-09-13Unfortunately my family and I chose to go through liberty property management we submitted our application gave them everything they requested and paid the application fee only to tell us we were denied for unexceptable rental history. Now mind you my husband and I have never been evicted, never late on rent, always gave a proper notice, and always always always left the home extremely clean. I have emailed them a few times asking them to please let me know what they mean by that but unfortunately they wont respond. Now we also applied at other property managements and we got accepted to rent with a boundary of $3500-$4000 a month. I know liberty property management did not do diligence and it really seems like they are just taking peoples $. Good thing theres lawyers that love crooked businesses. They will be hearing from them . I sincerely hope they wont take anyone elses money. Its Time for this company to face some righteousness and either do business right or shut down

2020-12-18I began my association with Liberty in 2001 with a single property essentially to test the waters of utilizing a property manager. That relationship began with Paula Z eventually transitioning to Hilary L and now primarily with Sara H for any issues or questions on the 13 properties under their management. They have all been very responsive and Sara is back to me generally in a matter of minutes and follows through until my concerns (very few) are resolved. Thank you, Sara!Not only am I satisfied with the personal contact, but I also like the digital monthly reports, direct deposit of net rental proceeds and the year-end reports that make tax reporting relatively straight-forward. As a landlord for over 50 years, Liberty makes my life much smoother. I wish I could say the same for some of the HOA organizations I deal with.

2021-01-15We have a property managed by LPM. We had some concerns regarding the condition of the house after the last tenants vacated. Sara and her team are magicians as far as how quickly and beautifully they transformed the house into the great condition. They did good quality work and I am very impressed with the service I received from the team.
