Great experience, I came in for a walk in, their was a lot of people their and it was packed. I didnt get the lady in the fronts name but she was killing it, they kept leaving her in the front by herself and she was handling it very well. All employees I dealt with had good customer service.
Never go to this place. I had a flat tire and went to this place. They asked me to park in parking lot and someone will come and help me to fix my tire but i ended up waiting there for an hour but no one came. I went up to them and asked if they could look into my car, they were like we have too many cars waiting ahead of you it might take another 2 hours. People here are just…… can’t explain. Try to avoid this place.
This Les Schwab location is a fantastic shop, however my tire experience has been executed poorly. Last two times Ive had my tires serviced here, they torqued my tires lug nuts 150 lb on all 4 tires, 70 lbs over my correct torque limit. If I were to be on the side of the road in the middle of no where with a simple tire iron, Id be stuck for however long. Thats unprofessional considering correctly using a torque wrench doing take much effort at all.
The staff were all super friendly and precessional. They squeezed me in for a tire patch and were quicker than the estimate they gave me even though they were beyond busy .
I needed new tires in my van. That went fine. Good service. Love the tires. However, I also needed an alignment. Had to make an appointment. Ok. Appointment made. I was told Friday 9 am by the customer service rep. Show up Friday at 9. Talk to the same rep. He gets me set up. He asks if I’m going to wait for it. I ask how long will it be? He replies you’re the only appointment here. So not long. I agree to wait. 1.5 hours later and my van hasn’t moved. So I ask when will my van get worked on? The same rep says we’ll the 10 o’clock appointment is here now. And I say well, I’m the 9 o’clock appointment. He goes and talks to a lady and they say to me well yours was a 9-6 drop off appointment. Really? That was never said to me. If it was a drop off appointment, then why ask if I was going to wait for it? When I point this out the lady who definitely seems to be in charge of the customer service area just goes back to her desk. Ignores me. Gotta say really poor communication with the customer. Very dismissive and Roz had a terrible attitude towards me when I didn’t deserve it. I wasn’t told my appointment was drop off only. There wasn’t anyone in front of me for an alignment when I arrived and being asked if I was going to wait for it definitely made it seem like it wouldn’t be a long time. Very disappointed in this experience here today.Edit. Keith came and spoke to me. He explained what had happened and what my car needed and how long it would take. Came off another job to do mine. That’s the customer service that I am used to getting from this place.Still not happy with Roz or the custom service rep that helped me originally.
Wife came home with a low tire I looked at it and sure enough theres a crew in one of the tires...Well guess wo has to go get it fixed..Im thinking well there goes half my Day...Went to Les Schwab first thing in the morning..To my surprise I was in and out in less than a half hour...I didnt care what it cost with that kind of service and he said no charge..They were GREAT thank you...Oh I did see a five dollar bill in the wifes car ,So she tipped him 5 bucks 😀...
My husband and I have had the best experiences at Les Schwab with flat repairs, tire purchases, and most recently, just checking air pressure and topping off at no charge. Highly recommend Les Schwab!!
This location is a lifesaver. I got off work at 530pm, tire was very low due to a screw, I refilled the tire quickly and then drove to the store, got here at 558pm...Im glad they were able to fix my flat and not say no just because it was close to 6pm. Every Les Schwab store ive been to has been good to me so far.
I had a super low tire. I went there to have them check it out. Wow!! They removed a nail, plugged the hole for no charge! What!? No charge!? In a timely fashio, too! This place is great!!
Dropped off my car without an appointment and ended up needing more work than anticipated, but they were great about getting it done quickly and talking me through all of the issues and my options. Customer service was great and everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person was lovely!

Ive dealt with Les Schwab since I was a kid 18+ yrs ago but I will NEVER return to this location. Absolutely terrible service I ended up having to go to a different location to get what I needed done. Do not recommend this location. Honestly it should be shut down. The homeless population in the area is also cause for safety concern.
Long story short this location is very deceitful. Ill never bring any of my vehicles to this location again. They dont care about the integrity just their bottom line. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. Youre better of going to Pep Boys down the street.

I came to Les Schwab because my check tire pressure light came on. I didn’t see any nails but sure enough there was one. Trina provided fantastic customer service and they got me in and out as quick as they could, no appointment. I am so appreciative!!
Not impressed by this establishment and employees are not really up on an item a customer has been waiting for and cant notify them when your part is in. You have to call them to find out what is going on.
Good place to buy tires and have your tire sensors serviced. Not the best at diagnosing suspension problems. You will have to find shops that specializes in repairs if your looking for quotes on suspension repairs. Les Schwab business model focuses on wheels, brakes, and shocks. Great Customer Service.
After receiving my quote I had explained that I wanted work done in Sections as I didnt have a Lot of Money. I told the gentleman that called me where I wanted to start first, he recommended something different said to trust him, then he calls me back after they had finished and said it was worse than when I brought my Car in, and now I had to do the Whole job in order for it to drive out of there.Horrible Sales Tactic, I should have stood my ground and went with what I wanted done first.

I have been a customer for the past 15 plus years and the service is excellent. Just recently I had to purchase a set of tire for my Dodge 2500 and they worked a deal that was competitive to what other tire shops were bidding. Dustin & Tray are some of they folks that I had to work with and thank you for the excellent customer service you provide.
Went for tire rotation but employee spotted tread on a tire that was in process of beginning to separate. Good catch on his part. May have avoided a blow out!! So thankful. I purchased another tire. Also, it was about 15 mins til closing when I arrived and I asked if they were too busy? Response was were never too busy for you. Now, that is AWESOME customer service!!👍
Great service, pretty good prices and I absolutely stand by their product. I recently bought a set of four tires because the last four that I bought in 2014 had a couple of problems with Nails in the tire in a bubble and things like that and they took care of all of it free of charge. I absolutely will not buy tires anywhere else ever again.

Had a severe flat and was close to hitting my rim. Pulled into Les Schwab 20 min before closing(6pm). Staff was very friendly and said they would take care of it. Edmund patched the tire in record time and I was out the door at 6:03pm. Superheroes. Thanks so much! You guys are awesome!
Prices have went way up $50 more for 2 tires from a year ago other than that vood service dont go on weekends
You will not find more honest people too work on your car they are very straightforward they dont beat around tge bush they will find out whats wrong with you tires or breaks and tell you honestly with no fear of lying too make money very friendly staff abd you know the prices might actually surprise you with how I guess lower then other places they are, theyre still an autoshop though so dont expect a handout but they back up their work and if your car tire goes out take it there youd be surprised with the almost excessive amount of help you get
Needed a new tire installed which I brought myself. I called and they said they would put it on for free. That didnt sound right so I called back the next day and said they would replace it for $8 per tire. That sounded a little better so I made the appointment and went up there. When I arrived they said it was going to be $60 to put the new tire on.When I explained that I was quoted $8 over the phone they said that was just to take the old tire off.....Games games games.Drove off and went to radial tire in West Sacramento and they did it for free!! Thanks guys!

Awful experience today at the northgate location. Arrived there to get air pressure checked. One of the employees was helping another customer so I asked the employee who was walking around with a broom in his hand if he could help me but he refused saying I have to wait. I explained to him that i am in a rush and if i could get a expedited service. I was surprised when this particular employee made a comment that than go to the gas station across the street we dont need you Be a long time customer I went inside the office requesting to speaking to a store Manager. Wayne the store Manager was least bothered to hear my complaint but was interested to know if I was really a Les Schwab customer. I purposely gave him my wifes number which he found no record of my shopping. All my shopping is under my phone number. Very poor customer service. Wayne was quick to defend the lazy employee walking around with the broom but there were two other employees standing around and laughing. I am taking my business elsewhere and good luck to the store Manager Wayne. My your store strive.

I needed a battery on my car so I called ahead and asked what the wait time was for a drop-in. I was told 1 hour. I showed up and confirmed that the wait was 1 hour. I told the person at the desk I was going to go grab lunch and Ill be back in about an hour. I came back an hour later and the car was still in the parking lot. Meanwhile there were people that were waiting in line behind me whose car was in the shop. Guess Ill go to Pep Boys next time.
So impressed with this store they came out aired up my flat in my RV, then diagnosed and fixed my problem all within a 5 hour window
First time at the shop - great service! Took my car in 15 min before appt time and I only waited about 45 min in store. Store is very clean and comfortable, and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Great service at a great price! I came here because my car had been making a roaring noise at higher speeds and I was worried that it was having axel issues. They drove and tested the car and found that it actually just had wheel balance issues, which was must cheaper to fix! When I came to pick it up at the end of the day, Keith took his time to explain the other issues that he noticed while working on my car, including a CV leak and some steering issues, and the prices he quoted me were very reasonable. I really appreciated that he recognized that I know enough about cars to actually have a conversation about them. Im so glad that this place is within walking distance from my work because I will definitely be coming back for more service in the future!
Stopped and told them about a bolt in my tire, Kyle helped me he told me an estimated wait time. ended up being much quicker, he promptly took my wheel inside and patched it up, calling me up in about 9 mminutes to let me know i was good to go. Great guy great company.
Love this place! Every time I get a nail or screw on my tire they take it out and check the air pressure in all my tires for free. I didnt have the little caps that cover the air valves and they threw those on free of charge too! The guys are all really nice and have a sense of urgency.

I came to Les Schwab to have a nail fixed on my front tire. Not only was the staff here tremendous polite, but they had a very clean and comfortable waiting area. They repaired the tire that had a nail in it and when I got called up to check out they informed me that I would own them nothing the total on my invoice was zero. I was shocked and surprised that they would not only provide such professional and friendly work but in top of that fix my repair for free. I am buying my next set of tires from this location for sure! Thank you guys.
Got to les schwab at noon on a Saturday they close at 5 and gathered info on my car car and tell me I need to make an appointment makes no sense I felt like they just didnt want to work cause they wasnt busy no lines in front of me
Went in expecting to purchase a new front tire if not 2. Because that sometimes happens, we are told that its impossible to have 2 different tires. When I was told a fix was all thats needed and purchasing a new tire could wait until possibly next winter since I dont drive a lot. AND then to be told there was no charge!!! Made My Day!!

I needed air in my tires and I was taken care of right away. Ive been here before and have always had great customer service. They also repair flat tires for free. This I know for a fact, because they did repair my flat tire for free. In their website, they state that and they follow through. Highly recommend this location. I did buy tires from them in the past and they do run out to your car. Just like the TV ad.

Although they wouldnt make me an appointment, they would put me in the queue on the phone so I didnt have to wait.There was the inevitable upsell attempt to get me to replace more tires. They also did a poor job of putting the spare back. Also definitely not the cheapest but they had my tire in stock

Our tire light was on and we just happened to be in the area, we almost were going to go to pep boys. Very glad we went here. We had a large nail in our tire and they repaired it for , get this, FREE!! So happy!
I went to get my tire air leak fixed. The supervisor saw me while parking my car and came to me and greeted. He asked the problem. In 2 min he identified the problem and fixed it. And he did not charge any amount for that.He was nice and very professional. Appreciate his help.Before this shop, I went to some other shops and they said it costs $30 to fix it.

Wes and the team wrestled with a strange problem that was solved after 2.5 hours of overtime. They did not leave us stranded. They got a rush delivery of parts and a team of 4 worked a miracle to get us running again.

I was leaving on a trip from Sacramento to Eugene, Oregon, and thought I would have my tires rotated before the long drive. Once Juan took a look at the tires, he said the front 2 were splitting, and definitely would not make the trip. They were able to get me in ASAP, and since I purchased the tires from Les Schwabs 7 years, and 60,000 miles ago, they still gave me a $100 discount per tire towards the new ones! Very impressed. Honest and thorough work done. Can be pricey but better than taking to dealer. The wait time can be long but overall great customer service. The Northgate location donate frequently to charity and nonprofit organizations.
They were amazing! Hit a bolt on the freeway and lost pressure almost instantly! Got off the freeway to find no gas stations but instead a Les Schwab! I was in out out in about 35 minutes and back on my way home after spending Christmas with my family!
Great customer service as usual for Les Schwab. They are, however, a very busy location so expect to wait a little while for even simple tasks such as tire rotation.

Over priced. My wife went in for the appointment and the shady mechanic tried to take advantage of her by saying the lug nuts were damaged and they recommend changing them for $40. If it wasn’t bad enough I was over paying for their cheapest tire, them trying to charge $40 for lug nuts that they most likely damaged was frustrating.

I have been going to Les Schwab for over 10 years, and this location for about 5 and I had never had a problem until about 2 weeks ago. I went for a balance and rotation which is supposed to be free with the warranty when you buy tires at Les Schwab, its the whole reason I go to Les Schwab. The problem started at check-in when the girl helping me says Im going to be charged like $50 for the balance. I have NEVER paid for a balance with my cars because, as I said earlier, it comes with the warranty. I asked why and she says they are not Les Schwab tires. I insist they are but she cant find the sale in the system. I told her the car isnt used often so it doesnt require service often, the tires were purchased FROM LES SCHWAB a few years ago. She says they will comp the balance this time. Its a Saturday so the wait is longer than usual but this location is better than most regarding wait times. Two and a half hours go by and the technician working on my car says he can do the rotation but he has to charge me for the balance. Again, I asked why and he says because they arent Les Schwab tires. I tell the guy I just went through this at check-in and the girl helping me said it was taken care of. He says she cant do that and he would have to charge me. I tell him to forget that balance, I get the car, go home, get my receipt and go back to talk to a manager. A guy claiming to be a manager says the tires are no longer sold by Les Schwab and they have a new system which doesnt allow them to look back 6 years - the purchase date on the receipt. He says bring the car back and they will take care of it, mind you its now 4 oclock by this time and I have already waited two and a half hours. Plus, hes not even acknowledging the two people who gave me a problem as I keep trying to point them out. I tell him no thanks Ill just go to the location where I bought them and Ill never come back here. Apparently the employees at the Northgate location are just incompetent, not only did the other location easily find my vehicle information they knew right away they were Les Schwab tires.Les Schwab is great, but this location has gone severely downhill.

Came in for a flat tire, was in and out in 30 minutes. Best part- it was 100% FREE. They had a clean, nice and spacious waiting area. And had cvomplimentary coffee and popcorn. The staff was very professional and nice.

They rotated my tires and repaired one of them. Only took 1/2 an hour, there was popcorn in the waiting room, and they did it all for free.Next time I need tires I will go to Les Schwab.

I love going there they were so helpful and courteous not only that but I love that idea about how they dont mind fixing a flat on someones car without charging them I pray to God that this place of business will be blessed financially for all the good and kindness that they do for their customers not only do they fix your flat free but they offer you popcorn and coffee free who does that anymore in Society if you ask me I say no one so if you want to be treated like a real customer and with respect go check them out I guarantee you you will return with a smile on your face because when I left I left with a big smile and was completely satisfied
I came here for a tire repair. So many of my friends refer me to come to les Schwab because they do free repairs. Every time I go into a big tire chain Im always getting hustled. I told the gentleman I want a repair he tells me no and tries to charge me for a new tire that rounded up to 70 dollars. I know damn well my tire could be repaired Ive had friends get 5 inch nails in there tires and they get repaired. I had a 1 inch staple in mine.i suggest actually trying to fix the tire before you say no you cant. So I drove half mile down the road and natomas tires repaired my tire no problem.for 15 bucks. Dont advertise free repairs if you dont do it. Nobody wants to spend 70 bucks on a new tire for a 97 Nissan .and I can also get a new tire with installation for 45 bucks else where. Just because I am a woman am not stupid enough to be hustled. I will continue to support the smaller business owners then big chains that try to screw me.
I get my rotor resurface 3 hrs ago and came back to pickup and employee told me to wait for another 20 minutes because they forgot to resurface it. Bad customer service

Do not go here! I bought (thought I bought) 4 brand new tires a few years ago. Just found out 2 of them had multiple patches, meaning used, and charged me full price. Horrible company to do such a thing.

2021-07-31Absolutely impressed with how fast my car was done. I did a walk in appointment (on a Saturday) and needed 4 new tires for my Nissan rogue sport. There was quite the line at 8am when they opened. The technician showed me every type of tire that would fit on my vehicle, and the price was already discounted for 4 tires. He said about 1 hour and 30 minute wait. They stuck to their word! Got a call a little after 10am that it was ready to go. Im very impressed with the customer service here. 50,000 mile warranty as well. Will definitely come back here any time I need tires!

2022-05-06I’ve been bringing all my vehicles to this location since 2012. Service is much slower, but that may likely be related to staffing shortages. Front Customer Service Rep slightly rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t be complaining about other customers to me, talking down reference other customer’s payment issues, or rolling her eyes when talking to a customer on the phone in front of me (I’m not here for that).Wes and Jesse on the other hand (who mounted and installed my new wheels and tires) were very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, and overall made the experience much more pleasant.

2022-06-15Took my car in for brake squeaking issue. Keith checked front and rear brakes. However its the brake pedal pivot area thats causing squeaking noise. Keith recommended general mechanic/dealerships to inspect.Keith did a thorough and awesome job. He even adjusted my tire pressure. Thank you Keith and Dustin (manager) for excellent customer service. Highly recommend Les Schwab!

2021-10-23Good service but very very slow. The inside waiting area is very nice, lots of outlets, bathrooms are very clean, no coffee but plenty of places within walking distance. I have been to a lot of Les Schwab tires places in various States and this one seemed soooo slow in comparison.

2022-05-09Ill first start off by saying I plan to continue to use this company even though Im frustrated beyond belief at the service I received today. O first came here 2 years ago to have new shocks and struts put on my Honda and had no issues. They said in a year or two I should come back for a cracked bushing to be replaced I said no problem. So I call on Saturday to make an appointment and was told by some lady that they do not make appointments. She said just come in when Im able to. So I bring it in today and now im told to come back wendsday to have the suspension looked at no thanks , you just wasted my time ill go to a diffrent location now especially after the woman there tells me they are not short staffed when there was one register out of 4 open to help customers in the entire place. A line going to the door!

2021-12-21Ive had two experiences at this place with two different sales people and both have been awesome. This time Im going to go ahead and then drop Nathaniel, and service was amazing. It was an unfortunate situation that I found myself in, but not only did he walk me through all my options, we were able to find a solution that worked well. Not only did I feel taken care of, he quickly recognized that Im somebody who likes to know all the details of a situation and he patiently laid them all out for me, and was evil even able to show me a few things when I had doubts. Five stars

2019-02-20The service here is good, though it can get busy and take quite awhile. Les Schwab tires are also on the expensive side. If you are looking to save money, there are better options on Northgate. If you want quality tires and dont mind paying, this location offers good service

2019-06-03I want in to get some rims on my new Tacoma. Chris and his crew are awesome . They spent time taking care of what I wanted like it was for there own car. They understand what the customer want better than you can imagine. It was hard to find some rims for my 2wd Yota, but they did it. thank you.The best service .
