Les Schwab in ANDERSON, CA is awesome. They were so packed when I went in and they still got me out of there in about an hour. I had a puncture in my sidewall of my rear passenger tire. It was covered under the warranty because I had got the tires in November. So it did not cost me anything to get a new tire mounted and balanced. I personally do not recommend the Les Schwab on south market st in Redding, ca because it is no where near the level of service and the knowledge of staff that the Anderson tire shop has.
Love, love, love these people!! Three times now they have found a major problem with my car that had to be fixed immediately but I never can afford the repair costs all at once as we are on a very fixed income. They keep letting us put it on account even though we have gone WAY over our credit limit. No, they are not ripping me off, these are issues that I have gone to them about. I will keep making my payments regularly (as much as possible) so as not to take advantage of their kindness. Everyone there is AWESOME!!!
I was in the Redding California area for two nights. As i was preparing to return to sscramento i found that someone had stolen my wheel and tire off my car on Sunday morning at the hotel I was staying at on Hilltop Drive. I wasnt able to get my care fixed until Monday morning. Les Schwab staff were great. They got me back on the road and Im safely home. Thanks guys.
This is a very good place to go if you need a flat repair done, I was almost in and out they were very friendly and very accommodating. They tend to get the work done very quickly, as long as its not a super complicated job. But that being said nowhere really gets big jobs done extremely fast.
Was traveling from Medford Oregon where I live and unfortunately had to replace two front tires on my car. Was told by the girl in the office that I had to replace both front and rear tires which I contested at that point she said she would have to talk to the manager and went out to the bay where my car was. Upon returning I was told that just buying two tires was OK but they would not be able to do an alignment due to the fact that they were closing. After returning home I took my car in to have the front end aligned and noticed that the receipt I was given did not have the correct information on it. Stated my car was a 2002 which it is not it’s a 2016 did not have the correct license plate number on it And was charged an additional charge for valve stem replacement which were unnecessary. She was extremely rude and seem to be in a real hurry to get home instead of helping me as a paying customer who was not living in the area was from out of town.
It has been at or above 110f for days, these folks dont work in air conditioned spaces, every tool they touch is hot.Yet they were not only polite, they were pleasant and in good humor. They performed a Four wheel alignment with a before & after printed report and a tire rotation in under an hour, 50 minutes to be precise.Oh, btw, their work is warranted at every location across the nation.
I came in and had my tires and brakes looked at since it was the end of the day they were unable to change my brakes and tires then plus they dis not have the tires I wanted in stock. I then made an appointment for a later date and asked them to order the tires I wanted. When I came in on the day of my appointment my appointment was not in the books and they did not have the tires I wanted they only had the more expensive ones and they were only willimg to give me a 10% discount. I was not happy about having to pay the extra money for tires. I dont know how my appointment could not have been put in the computer because the guy was at the computer and I was standing right in front of him.
I took my car there to have the tires rotated. Staff was friendly and professional. When it came time to pick the car up I asked how much I owed them. The answer: NOTHING! I dont know if this was just for me as a first time customer or not, but I was seriously impressed. Five stars.
We are from Nevada, visiting family in Anderson. Low pressure light came on and we noticed a nail in the tire. Stopped by this shop for a flat repair even though the tires were originals on our Subaru. 45 mins later we were informed that the nail had not penetrated and that all tires were too low. After inflating to the proper pressure and rotating all tires on our car, the mechanic sent us down the road with a smile and no charge whatsoever!! We will surely be returning here for our Winter tires! Outstanding service.
I just purchased a 2014 Mustang GT, it was having a problem with one of its tires and I took it here hoping they could fix the issue. The first time I went they checked all the tires and I specifically said the right back one keeps going flat. They said they looked at it and if it goes flat again they think its a stim.The second time I went there they found a nail in the back right tire. They said they were going to patch it up and I would be on my way. They seem to be very inconsistent seeing that I had to go in a third time for them to look at the tire, and after that I just went to 530 Tire Pros which I recommend due to the quality of the service and them finding a bolt and a nail in my tire that was not previously patched.-Thanks
I will never return to this les schuab. The manager, Mike, is constantly rude, most staff is either poorly trained or completely incompetent and the prices are outrageous. They caused more damage to my car than helped it. They put a large chip and dent in the paint of my driver side door, didnt balance my wheels correctly TWICE and the wait is ridiculous. If you have to go to a Les schuab go to the one in redding. They are vastly better in every way.
Went to Les Schwab to get the tire on my lawnmower fixed which was actually patching my inner tube the guy refused to do it said it wasnt safe it aint like Im doing 55 down I-5 cutting the medium went to Bobs and Red Bluff satisfaction guaranteed not only did they patch one they gave me a new two for the other one for next to nothing no more Les Schwab
Dont believe the commercials or the written warranty. Two weeks after we had a tire put on we found ourselves on the side of 505 with our wheel well totally torn apart. We were soon to find out that Les Schwab does not cover ANYTHING - that they send it to the tire manufacture (we were told several different stories about how it gets there). After more than 18 phone calls, faxes and jumping through hoops and 2 months it was determined that Toyo was in no way responsible.either. Having this experience, I have since talked to more than a number of people who say they had the same experience. Additionally, we have been informed that this is the most expensive place to buy tires. We will not only NOT ever buy from them again - but neither will any of our friends or family that have followed this story. HORRIBLE SERVICE and NO WARRANTY - DONT BELIEVE WHAT IS BOTH ADVERTISED AND WRITTEN. Wish there was a choice below poor/fair.
Bought 4 new Toyo AT,s Anderson Ca took it in 4 times with in 2 month period for a shake at 65 mph, had them rebalance the tires 4 times each time they said they were out, problem still there , went to my dealership to have them look at it they rebalance 2 of the 4 and problem fixed cost 50.00 worth it Les Schwab cant even balance tires,!

2021-05-16Amazing!!!!!!!Arrived 10 mins before close on a Saturday. I had a tpms light come on and ran straight in hoping that I was not too late. They greeted me with a smile and quickly pulled my car in to get it started. I was there 10 mins after close, when they brought me the keys they required nothing more then a signature!!!! Great customer service, very impressive.

2022-06-30Dont bother making an appointment. It doesnt matter. Show up early to your appointment. Youll still be waiting an 2 hours because they have to remove a car fron the bay and bring yours in. While there is two open bays.

2022-01-15When i had tires put on my vehicle it was very frustrating a 5 hour and 56 minute wait. (i have the invoices to prove it) If not for the fact i had two damaged tires i would not have waited and just taken my business elsewhere. Now 7 months and 10k miles later the quality of the Back Country AT tires is showing through when the tread separated and the tire went flat in my driveway. The store tried to write it up as road hazard and wanted me to pay the pro rated cost at the new higher cost. I now have multiple sets of tires under warranty with Les Schwab and no confidence in their products or services. I was a loyal customer for 15 years but not anymore.

2021-10-24They were very busy but got to me in a timely manner. All I needed was a flat repair. They put on 2 patches at no charge. Super customer service overall. If you need anything tire etc. related, do give them a try!

2017-05-29I will always be a Les Schwab customer.Greeted by a smile and a handshake, and ALL the Employees are respectful and kind.You could MAYBE find a better price somewhere (I DOUBT IT), but you wont find the warranty, commitment to the product sold, nor lifetime of the tires rotation and balance!!!Come on. Dont let someone talk you out of the best decision for your wheels and car/truck.....Les Schwab is top notch.

2021-09-25Les Schwab is always helpful and has great customer service. They always support Junior Livestock Auction also. Entire extended family been going there for years and will continue. Nice knowing I can stop at any Les Schwab and get that same service.

2020-07-23I love the service here! Ive been in two times in the last week. Once for a warranty fix on my brakes and once because I picked up a screw in a tire. Both times they got me in and out fairly quickly without any hassle. The ladies behind the desk are always helpful and attentive and get you squared away quickly.
