I had a broken prong on my wedding ring that needed repair or replacement. Since I dont have much need for a jeweler on a regular basis, I wasnt sure who to trust, so I did some searching and reading of reviews and decided to give Karkazian Jewelers a try. My experience was great. They were professional, friendly, and made the repair in a timely manner even though they needed to order a piece. I felt the price was fair. They encouraged me to return for periodic free cleanings and check-ups. Location was convenient for me. I would recommend them for sure.
When I was shopping for a engagement ring I just couldn’t find what I was looking for. Kevin, the jeweler worked with me in design the perfect custom ring. We looked at a lot of stones and discussed their different qualities, cuts and colors. I didn’t feel any pushy sales moves and ultimately went with a different jeweler when we agreed I had found a better deal on a diamond. Will definitely check them out again for my next purchase.
My wife’s ring was messed up by another jeweler and Kevin was able to unsolder the rings, build another ring and put jewels in it, and re solder the new ring. Great experience!
I have had the honor of working with Kevin at Karkazian Jewelers both this year and two years ago. He helped us re-design a ring with missing jewels and made it beautiful. Then, when I asked him to make a diamond ring to match, he created a beautiful piece that perfectly matches the width and look of the first ring. I am so impressed by his creativity and the ease of working with him - and the amazing finished product(s) that I get to keep forever!
Ive shopped at Karkazian Jewelers for several years now and Ive yet to be disappointed. Their prices are the best in town and all of the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive also had a custom made pendant built there by their on site jeweler. The jeweler spent lots time communicating with me via phone and email until we decided exactly how I wanted my pendant to look. I would highly recommend Karkazian Jewelers for anything, jewelry or watch related.
I am extremely pleased with my ring I had designed there.. I brought it back a couple of times to have adjustments made that I initiated changing. Kevin was so patient and helpful each and every time. All of the staff I encountered there were always courteous and friendly. Picked up my ring today, it is perfect. Over the last year Ive bought a couple of gifts for my wife, two watches for myself as well as had some jewelry repaired. They have an excellent selection of merchandise in jewelry and watches for anyones price range. The staff here are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and have always spent a lot of time with me helping me find what I needed. This is the only place I go now for anything involving jewelry or watches.

What a difference. About 5 years ago I went to Rogers on Blackstone and they ruined my expensive sportswatch while changing a battery, then refused to compensate or make or right.I had to get the crystal replaced on another $$$ sportswatch this year and decided to try Karkasian. And alas the crystal leaked and water got into the watch...thinking all jewelry stores are the same i went in prepared to fight, again. The salesman immediately apologized and took my watch over to the watch smith. He dropped what he was doing and diagnosed the issue immediately, apologized, then said he would take care of it. I am so happy with the service and highly recommend them based on that alone. Thank you!!!
I went here today for a watch battery he quoted me 25.00 😳 highest watch batteries in town by far!! When I questioned him about the price he threw my vintage watch on the counter and told me to go to Sears. Very unprofessional and over priced!! It’s time out for rude service Mr. Karkazian reviews matter! 👎🏼

2022-02-04My husband had a custom ring made for me here and it was absolutely beautiful! Kevin did an amazing job helping me pick the ring I wanted starting from the bands, the cut diamond I wanted, down to the setting. The price was affordable and great quality. I am more happy with my ring from here than any jewelery that I bought in previous years from Rogers Jewelry.

2022-08-04Went in to have my wedding ring prongs checked and cleaned. Have been unhappy with the baggets for a long time. Kevin spent so much time with us discussing options, and what I wanted, decided to redo my ring. COULD not be happier. Turned out beautiful just what I wanted. 2020-12-22This is a watch my boyfriend got from the watch + jewelry store Karkazian Jewelers in Clovis. It is a small, family-owned business run by the *most* caring married couple, George and Susie Karkazian. Like so many other small businesses have had to do in the last year due to Covid-19, the former Fresno location was closed, making this Clovis store the only Karkazian Jewelers store still open for business. I have been to this location a few times, in recent months: to browse, have jewelry cleaned, and to have a clasp on my bracelet fixed. The employees Aarons and Kevins commitment to sanitary and safe social distancing practices while passionately engaging with their customers did not go unnoticed, and the wealth of knowledge they have about their craft is reflected in the quality of service I receive everytime I go . I give this place 5 stars and definitely will continue to promote these local professionals. ALSO, they are having a 70% off sale on select watches, clocks, and other jewelry items this holiday season, if you are in need of any last minute ideas for gifts youll need under your tree! 2021-08-17Absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. They were able to customize my engagement and wedding ring exactly as I pictured. Their customer service is excellent, they’re reasonably priced, and they are able to customize anything. The shop is small and quaint and very charming. I will definitely be returning and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

2022-01-26Got charged 500 dollars for a watch cleaning and regulation which took 2 weeks. I brought it in running 2 minutes slow per day and I picked it up running 2 minutes slow per day. I didnt trust them enough to take the watch back for a second chance, took the watch to c&s in riverpark and they regulated it for 140 dollars same day ....The service for karkasian said gasket was replaced, I opened the watch and low behold same gasket with no grease, just as I brought it. NOT happy but they do have a nice selection of jewelry.Waste of 500 dollars unfortunately

2021-06-04I travel from Lemoore to Clovis to have my jewelry needs done here. I am a very impatient person and hate the typical 1 - 2 week turn around time most jewelry places take. I had my ring resized when I got engaged and then soldered when I got married and it was all done the same day! They even tightened up my loose diamonds and cleaned my ring for me. The customer service is on point and I love coming here! I would definitely recommend them!

2021-04-26Experts in their field. Excellent, old-fashioned customer service! Ive been going to them for years to fix watches and jewelry. I feel confident in their expertise and enjoy their professional and friendly service. Recently, I brought them a beloved ring for repair that had broken again. They remembered it immediately and although they had told me after the first time they repaired it that it was a precarious situation and might break again, they wanted to get it right. I didnt hold them accountable and was prepared to pay but they insisted on not charging me. A company that wasnt going to charge me when they could have and during COVID, I was floored and honestly surprised. This type of service is rare today. I will definitely go back for repairs to watches or jewelry and consider them for any jewelry purchases. Thank you Karkazian Jewelers!

2020-09-29Husband wanted to buy me jewelry for my birthday. We’re big on supporting local business and we went to Karkazian. Absolutely gorgeous assortment of gems as jewelry. Beautiful high quality, sparkly diamonds. I made off with a stunning pair of authentic opal earrings and a lovely lab opal ring. I may just come back with other jewelry to have the gems reset. Highly recommend this jeweler. Looking forward to going back for furniture legacy pieces. Thanks so much for helping make my birthday special!
