Great place! I run a business and I use them ALL the time. They are professional and know what theyre doing. I wish they had more office supplies, stationary. I would buy the odd sharpie, staples, little thank you notes, etc just because I go in there often enough that it would be worth a bit more just for the convenience.
If I could give them a 0 star rating, I absolutely would. They refuse to cooperate, they loose my packages. They refuse to give me my tracking numbers and ignore me when I ask twice. The second time I asked for a tracking number, the lady got on the phone and started talking, ignoring me while I stand there as they took my package somewhere in the back. Now it’s lost, I can’t get a refund nor return from anyone. This place has lost my package three times now. I am so angry and disappointed with the approach there. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have been coming here for years to pick up my mail for a small business. The reason for this review is I wanted people to know that one of the employees is very friendly and extremely helpful. There are multiple situations where she has gone above and beyond her job description to help me save time and also to keep the integrity and security, when it comes to who has access to my mail and always helpful with over the phone support. Keep up the good work and you know who you are D. Thanks again for all you do.
One star is more than they deserve, but I sadly cannot rate any lower. Went in today for a simple notary service, was told to sit and wait and somebody would be with us in five minutes. 20 min later, I asked what was taking so long and how much longer the wait. Was told She will be with you after shes done helping customers. Apparently I dont count as a customer if Im not sending a package.... 10 more minutes of being completely ignored, and we finally walked out and had to go elsewhere. NEVER have I been made to feel so unwelcome or unwanted as a customer! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!!
Its my first time coming here, a little pricier in my opinion, a package I usually pay $4 to send was $7, same size, same dimension, still USPS but $3 more expensive. They closed the other postal place nearby so this was the closest one to me. I dont think Ill be coming back.
They lost my college textbooks I was suppose to return. They refuse to give me the receipt or even find the package but then I found out they never sent out my package and lost it. They costed me $500 for the books with no refund and the women there refuse to cooperate with me and refuse to communicate with me. I’m very angry. I’ll give this store ZERO RATES!!!!
They get the job done, but there is an older lady that sends my packages at a higher rate than a gentleman employee does. (Approx $6.00 vs $13.32 / including a plastic envelope) they are both helpful, but if youre interested in a cheaper rate... wait for the older guy employee.
Excellent business but do not go here for UPS Dropoff returns. They do not have the infrastructure to manage them.If you have UPS dropoff, where you bring the item and scan a barcode and they pack it and ship it off, you cannot use that here. You can, however, bring in the item, buy the shipping container or bag and print your return barcode and put it in the package.It seems like a minor difference, but it is not.In all other ways I have loved this business and it is a great contributor to Antelope.
Spoke to James over the phone to get a proof of receipt for a facility I work for. While on the phone James was quite rude as well as condescending going as far as laughing at the idea of getting a proof of receipt over the phone. Professionalism seems to be an afterthought if a thought at all by staff at this facility.
Ive had quite a few packages go out of this location, via FedEx and UPS both - including some over $1k value packages.The pickups are on time and the staff is always super helpful (because theyre super-helpful to everyone, you may have to wait a little longer than other places).I trust this team with my business, including some irreplaceable items. And theyve always been good for it.

2022-05-05Was there today 05/05. The man working there around 3pm went above and beyond the call of duty to help me since I have crutches and Im still getting used to them and struggling with them. I havent done business here in a long time but I will definitely start doing so again whenever I can.

2022-02-10I walked in with six novels in my hand and asked the man behind the counter what was the best way to ship 5 books to one place, 1 to another. He handed me two envelopes and said this was the cheapest way. OK. I fill out the addresses, seal the envelopes, pull out my card to pay him. $27?!!? Usually it costs me $2-3 per book at the US postal center. I said, I thought you said this was the cheapest way to send them? He said, You should have asked for a book rate.What the hell.I am never going there again.

2022-03-04I mailed a package through them a week in advance of my nieces birthday, hoping it would get there in time. I was just returned TO ME yesterday, almost 5 weeks later. It seems they somehow switched the address from my niece to me, which caused it to float in limbo somewhere until now. When I went in to ask about it, they showed no concern. I dont plan to go back there, even if they are a convenient location.

2022-03-23I dont write reviews but need too! 😡 My employees keep getting charged for missed faxes that didnt go throughand she denies theres anything wrong with either one of thier faxmachines! And claim that its on the other end..So beware! Now, going to do all at my home..👍

2021-12-23Im new to living in the area and didnt realize it was a postal wasteland. I ship items out several times a week so its nice to be able drop all my packages at one place without having to drive for miles to separate carriers. Great customer service compared to post offices, and its much faster to get a receipt too.

2022-02-11Great place to get your postal and Notary services taken care of along with passport assistance in a timely manner and the staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Its a one stop shop to get office items as well.
