Has inside and outside capabilities. Can be rented out. It is not a homeless shelter.
Not a clean park, portable restroom has no toilet paper.. its gross.. I dont recommend this place..
Its a community center . Ive been too wedding receprions theee and ot was OK at best no alcohol.
Celebrated my Pastor and Lady Goodens 25th renewal of their wedding vows.
Aerobics at your own speed for seniors ..it was awesome workout!

Filipino Center named after the national hero of the Philippines. Cultural and other Religious events are held monthly.
They have a variety of activities throughout the year, including charity and holiday events.
Park was nice, not enough shade to sit by the playground
It was nice weather to watch a movie outside everyone was nice and thankful
They dont respect the contract made and shuts off events before theyre done. I highly dont recommend this place to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Very controlled put bracelet on entering if you want to leave and you can go back to the room and do not enter uninvited people. They count the chairs that are empty to be able to leave more guests if you dont leave them.

2019-06-25The instructor for Never Too Late Aerobics is just wonderful. She makes the class fun and energetic, you can tell she really cares about what she does. Their class is affordable and the staff are always so nice. Plenty of handi-permit parking in their parking lot as well.

2018-06-22Good aerobics class for over 50 crowd only 2.25 per class. You only pay for the classes you attend. Paulette is an enthusiastic instructor. You will like her.

2018-03-24I was told I couldnt participate in a class because I looked too young. I am of age. They wouldnt even look at my id. The catalog says 50 and over. The clerk talked to his Supervisor she said no you have to be 55 yrs. Very disappointed.

2019-07-08Jose P. Rizal is a very popular hall and for decades been perfect reception hall for Quinceaneras planned in the Sacramento area. Classes like swimming lessons, elderly exercise classes, and tons of summer time fun are in the Southgator magazine that give you info on different services and classes all year around.
