I was not happy because I had a bad experience online. I went into a store that is an hour from where I live to resolve the issue. When I went into the store I met a salesperson Ricky and “faith in humanity restored”! I found the couch I was looking for, Ricky helped me with some creative problem solving and I left very happy.
When its meant to be, its meant to be. Went to 2 other locations in search of new mattresses before entering Jeromes furniture. No more than 5 steps inside the store, Claudia Arias introduced herself and offered her assistance. Very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Thank you Claudia and Jeromes furniture for your services and for providing me with a good nights sleep on my new mattresses.
Horrible experience with this Location, very unorganized and not helpful at all. Went in and found our couch..with little help from the sales team. Then once we go to close the sale thier system goes down so I tell the sales Rep I will just go home and order it online to avoid any issues..but of course she insisted that she could still process the order on her system with no problemwith a confirmed delivery date of 5/26. Needless to say...all problems , no couch, but was charged for it , no help to reslove the issue , and..and of course now have to wait for a refund. Save yourself the hassle and dont go to this location.
There was poor coordination and cooperation between the sales and delivery. I had to call the sales agent and the customer service 3 or times about the delivery scheduling. The sales agent promised and guaranteed the requested delivery time but the delivery kept informing me a different delivery time that the sales agent and customer service told meWhat a headache and frustrating to keep calling them over and over. I had bought lots of stuff from your store was planning to consider your store for things I need BUT because of my recent horrible experience with your sales agent and customer service I DONT THINK I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR STORE ANY MORE.
Broke my entertainment center during delivery, which I have video of them breaking it and they didn’t say anything in hopes that I wouldn’t notice a big crack in the wood. Now after months of getting the run around I still have not received a new one or even a refund. Will not be purchasing any more furniture from Jerome’s.
DO NOT BUY FROM JEROMES: Heres my HORROR STORY.I bought a couch set advertised Lay Flat w/5 year warranty and White Glove delivery (yeah right). Well they delivered couches that dont lay flat at all. We hate them. I called and they sent a tech out, who agreed they look nothing like the pictures from the store and recommended we get replacements. Long story short theyve sent the same couch set to my home 3 times. THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY OR GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! How is this legal? Can i sue them?
I knew what I wanted so made it easy. You always feel like eyes are on you I get it the salesperson is probably making commission so they want the sale but just doesn’t feel good as a shopper to feel like that. Anyways, once ready to order it went rather quick which is good. The only other part I’d have a small grievance with was the didn’t go over the payment plan as thorough as I’d like. I had to ask a lot of questions that I thought would be apart of the payment process.
Came here and walked around for 20 minutes not one person greeted me or asked me for help. I was planning on purchasing a table and a modular sectional. I didnt want to, but purchased the table as i couldnt find one like it anywhere else. I will not be purchasing the modular sectional from them though as i felt disrespected not one person bothered to help me.
I am taking a star off because my ottoman arrived with a hole on the bottom. I ordered 4 pieces of furniture that one was damaged. I contacted Jeromes and texted them a picture and their reply was that they would have a repair tech contact me. They will come to see the item and then will decided if it is repairable or if it can be exchanged. I do not understand why they cant just exchange it and take the other one and they can decide to do with it on their own. It was packed in the box already damaged because the box has no damage and it was perfectly sealed so it was not during transport or delivery and for sure it was not when I took it out because I was extremely careful as to avoid any damage because I hate having to contact customer service. I am not happy about having a stranger come into the house when I was avoiding that by having them just drop off the furniture. I just hope this is resolved soon and not weeks as other reviewers state.The other 4 stars are because the furniture arrived 2 days after ordering and because the salesman Ricky was helpful and very patient. I changed my mind 3 times before deciding on the furniture I wanted. A big plus was that he spoke Spanish which helped in translating to my mother.
Went to Moreno Valley location; first time visiting store, I walked around the entire store from the front, walked to the left, to back of store where cashier located to the back Cafe sign, around the mattress area, back to the front of the store, not once did any of the staff greet me, ask if I had any questions, I located the sale item that led me to the store, took photos with my phone and again nothing from the staff, I saw 1 employee offering a hand to 2 ladies outside in pick up truck; get recliner chair in flatbed, that was the extent of my servicing observations for this location, I ended up taking my business elsewhere; spent $6k at Mor Furniture
We arrived to view a bedroom suit and sofa . Tim ( 6’5”) was our sales person . Tim was informative straight forward and assisted our purchase . So pleased with our 1st experience at “ Jarome’s “ !! Thanks to Tim for such an excellent experience . 😀🌾😀 ….. We’ll Be Back ….👍🏽
Customer service was Good. Placed my order in the store. With no issues. Delivery was 2 days after order. I also was offered protection plan for 5 years for a Low Cost. Which I gladly accepted. I am happily with my order and happy with the manager helping me during the purchase. He was knowledgable about what sofa I wanted and if it was in stock. He was very informative about the protection plan as well. Thanks. I will return for feature purchase for my home. Clean store well kept.
My partner and I were on our way to another furniture store and decided to stop at Jerome’s in Moreno Valley on a whim. I am so glad we decided to stop here. We had an amazing experience. We were greeted by Marta as soon as we walked in. She gave us time to look around on our own and checked in on us a few times. She answered our questions once we were ready. Marta explained every detail to us; price, delivery, protection plans, etc. We never felt pressured to make a purchase and overall felt very welcomed. We decided to buy two couches, end tables, and a rug. We will be returning soon to complete our furnishing needs and we hope to see Marta again! Thank you!
Out of curiosity, I decided to stop by and check out the tent sale. I did not expect I would end up buying furniture. Just could not pass up the great prices of the dining table and patio furniture. I could not have been more blessed also to have Jackie help me out with the sale. She was very friendly and helpful. I may be back for more this weekend...😇
It is hard to find personalized service anymore. I was greeted when I arrived by Jacqueline. She was informative without hovering but checked on me as I browsed the store. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and very patient as I am furnishing most of the rooms in my home.The prices are amazing for the quality. A large custom quality couch for under $900? Yes, I order 2! I found my new dining set and mattress as well. If you spend a certain amount no finance charges for a few years and delivery included in my area. I was dreading shopping for furniture but found everything at Jeromes!
I visit Jeromes Furniture store day before and was greeted by where does Super professional sales agent name Bernie. She was very patient with me throughout my indecisiveness. Very insightful to me as I was try to describe what I was looking for. She made it a pleasurable experience and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for.
We were so happy about the prices and the quality of the furniture. The accessories were amazing and I could have spent $1000 on just those! Our sales rep Shaheen was very helpful and walked a million steps while helping us with our purchases. No pressure sales and Shaheen was around whenever we had questions. Can’t wait for delivery! Worst company to deal with bought a bed on August 17, 2021 delivered with messed up remote took 2 weeks to get remote now base is not working went to store they tell you call customer service finally got hold of them it will take 2 to 3 weeks to get the control board and then they they will mail it and as I will receive the part I update them I got part then they will try to find tech to come and install it .Best part they cant find you in the data base but took almost $5200.00 for the bed . Customer service want me take picture of receipt send it to the number provided which it will take 24 to 48 hours for them to get the receipt .Just want to update all the future customers who want buy from Jerome please see the review before buying . One star I am giving because I cant post my review if I don t give them one star.
The sales rep ‘Shawn’ is amazing. This is the third time I’ve come back to Jerome’s to make a purchase and made sure that Shawn helped us.His mannerisms and product knowledge are excellent and he treated us like a member of his family. We’ve bought 2 complete bedroom furniture sets and a living room set from Jerome’s. The quality is excellent. The service is on par.
I walked in looking for an 8 x 10 rug for my living room and was approached by a very nice lady I think she was Andrea, but I’m not sure that’s her name dark-haired. Nice gal. We clicked right away because she just seem to pick up on what I wanted but she didn’t bug me she walked off and let me look when I found what I wanted I waved to her from across the room and she came on over. That’s my kind of sales representative, someone who doesn’t follow you.I bought a beautiful rug easy experience very pleasant and I’m very happy with the rug that I got great price for a very good carpet. I would recommend shopping here any day.
Went to Jeromes to get a couch . Bought one and when we got home my lady didn’t like the color so I had canceled the order. Went back to a different jeromes and special ordered a couch with different fabric but had to pay extra to keep the same cushion style which I think is ridiculous considering I am already putting 25% down for the order . Other than that the sales lady was very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted and was very Informative to us about what the exact costs would be. Hopefully it gets here quick and I’ll forget all of the upcharge when I come home to my deliciously comfortable couch
I went in for a bedroom set. The staff was great. Berny helped us out on our visit on 2/15/2021. She was sure to greet us and let us know she is available for any questions otherwise to enjoy the showroom. We took our time and looked everywhere. She checked in on us twice but otherwise didn’t smother us while we were browsing. I loved that aspect of their customer experience. They don’t hover over you during your time there. The transaction also was very smooth and did not take long. Would absolutely buy from there again!
Tim (65) is not only tall and easy to spot, hes a professional. My mom and I were window shopping 6 weeks earlier and he gave us valuable information. Excellent customer service is rare and I promised to return when it was time to move into my new home. My mom and I returned to Jeromes and sought out the assistance from Tim and made our purchase of a sectional and area rug. We received that same quality service from Tim and we are very satisfied with our experience.
I chose a 10 do to Catherine Bradshaw, who works at the Moreno Valley Location. I tried to speak to someone at the Ontario Jeromes location, where I purchased my sectional and I was not getting any assistance. I was actually brushed off many times and was told that I wouldnt be able to exchange my sectional that I just purchased a Month in and tired to exchange it for 2 months, That, did not fit in my living room correctly. I called and went into the Ontario location several times and still No!!! help. I was given Catherine Bradshaws phone number by a friend that I referred to Jeromes that was also having problems with Customer Service, she called the Moreno Valley location and spoke to Catherine for assistance and Catherine was able to help her, so I called Catherine as well, when I called I explained my situation, to her and immediately she gave me 200% of her, she emailed me, and she was able to expedite my concerns and get my needs met very quickly and efficiently. I was able to get my sectional exchanged and set up in my house. I greatly appreciate and thank her so much for her time and kindness to my situation. Because of her I would definitely 100% recommend Jeromes. But, go through her shes awesome!!! she is an amazing employee who truly cares for her customers thank you so much Catherine I greatly appreciate you.
Our sales lady was the WORST! She talked negative about every potential purchase. She even Google on her cell phone for us to go to another discount store in a nearby city. She told us a floor model sofa was not working. Finally I ask for a manager and the assistant manager helped us! He was GREAT and personable! She treated us like we were dirty! She just want us people of color out of the store with the quickness! We reported her to the manager. We made our purchase, but the sales experience was the WORST ever!!! Im still uncomfortable!
Service was great, Claudia in Moreno Valley was an outstanding no pressure salesperson. Answered all my questions and made solid recommendations based on what we asked for. And the purchase was even smoother. My first purchase from Jerome’s but I will be back for more based on this experience. Thank you Claudia!
Pleasant experience shopping today at Jerome’s for my first visit. Expected salesperson to follow us around....didn’t happen. We were greeted at the front door and our questions were answered on the type of furniture we were browsing for and directed to several pieces that we liked. We were left to freely look and experience different pieces without any pressure, which was refreshing. Had no intention of buying today. Ended up canceling my online furniture order with a different company because I found better quality and comfort and a new design I (we) just loved. Recommend Jerome’s will go back again in the future. Ask for Claudia, she was friendly and professional.
I knew what couch I wanted before I arrived at the store, but I wanted to actually try it out before I purchased. Marta approached me quickly after my wife and I walked in and she showed me to the sofa. I ended up purchasing the Palisades 3 piece sofa and I couldn’t be happier. The buying process was smooth, and Marta was very knowledgeable and helpful with a few other pieces we want to purchase in the near future. The store was clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this store!
Jeromes Moreno Valley has not disappointed us. Last year we purchased a sofa sectional which is still in great condition. Today, we purchased a mattress and a dinette table set. The prices were competitive and the quality of the furniture is above and beyond other furniture stores that we visited. Marta and Russell went above and beyond with their customer service, ability to listen and answer questions, in their overall professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend them as knowledge experts and for their patience.
Jerome’s was an excellent experience. My wife and purchased a sofa and a bed from Jerome’s. The sales person Ricky was informative and helpful. He showed us different kinds of furniture then left us to our own to make up our minds. The whole staff was excellent including the finance person Russell. Would definitely recommend Moreno Valley Jerome’s to everyone.
Bad experience, I bought grey sofa set 3 months ago, 4000 dollars, within a month small threads coming out of it and bumps appears all over the sofa and i called jerome’s to fix or exchange but they said we don’t return or exchange and it was just been 10 days and sofa starts getting bumps and bad fabric day by day. I thought to return after tex of buy but they refused to exchange or return. Please don’t trust them if you buy just make sure everything with them.
Well as this being my first time shopping here, Im super unhappy. They did not assemble my bed due to the fact that they didnt have all the parts.😢 the driver said they will send someone out later that evening, this being 4:30 pm,then I get a call from jeromes saying tomorrow morning. Not going back..it took them 3 different times to finally assemble the bed.
Marta was awesome. She had a great attitude. Marta was also very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure to check in with us to see if we were ok or had any questions while we were looking. We purchased the furniture and she went over everything to make sure it was all correct. She explained the warranty in great detail to make sure we understood what we were getting. A great employee to have working for this company.
First time in a Jeromes showroom...we barely made it through the door before the sales person introduced himself but we were able to walk around without being followed .My husband & I were looking for a bar stool that swivels,and found a wide selection.FYI;while looking around at most other name brand furniture stores, you can only browse them online..kinda hard to try them on for size!
Jacqueline helped us. She was awesome! Very patient and kind. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the system was down so we were unable to get credit for our purchase. We did however pay cash for a headboard. To make up for the inconvenience they gave us free shipping. I would definitely recommend working with Jacqueline for any purchases there. Even though she works on commission she was not pushy or pressuring me to purchase higher priced items.
This was my first experience with Jerome’s Furniture and the very BEST! We were taken great care of by Ricky in Moreno Valley Location, and I will tell you he was OUTSTANDING!! From the time I was greeted in the store, to uncovering my needs, educating me of the different qualities and care for furniture, I left thinking this was RICKY’s furniture store!! He made my experience so amazing that I trust him with furnishing my entire home , which I’m going back to see him soon! The furniture was very well displayed with so much variety that I could spend days in here for even design and decor ideas! I walked into this huge store not really knowing what type of furniture I wanted for our living room. Ricky was very friendly and outgoing. He asked me a couple of questions and helped me start narrowing down my choices. After testing just about all of the living room sets, we found the perfect sectional for our home. Im glad I decided to stop in and take a look. I would definitely shop here again.
I truly had great customer service at Jerome furniture. The staff overall were very friendly and thoughtful. I had the pleasure of being consulted by Tim and Sheila. Tim s customer service went way beyond Exceptional. He clearly demonstrates that good quality service isnt hard to find at Jeromes. Next when Sheila came aboard, she assisted Tim in helping to find the best quality furniture for me. She was patient and understanding. My overall experience was a 5 star rating..going above and beyond showed me Jeromes furniture really do provide their customers Great Service with a SMILE!
We had been to 4 other mattress stores and when we came here we were pleasantly surprised by the knowledge your sale associate had. He explained the construction and materials better than any place we had been to. The salesman, Shaheen Manzural made the difference and we felt good about our purchase.

We’ve shopped in three different Jerome’s stores and always a great experience with no pressure sales. Quality furniture at a great price too!
I had a wonderful experience, even though luck had a lot to do with it. With Covid-19 depleting stock everywhere I was lucky that the bed I chose had ONE left in stock. I purchased my bed shortly before closing on a Saturday and my bed was delivered as scheduled on Monday!! That’s some fast service. The staff and delivery team were very helpful, professional and courteous. I’ll definitely go to Jerome’s in the future.
We loved our experience at Jeromes. It took us several days to decide on exactly what we wanted. During this time we had no sales pressure any of the staff. Not only that, they wete great about letting us work with the same sales agent (Tim) through the whole process. And again, Tim was there when we had questions, and did not use any sales pitchs on us at all. We will be back in the future if we find need of other furniture pieces.
I had a pleasant experience shopping here. I was helped by Tim and he was very helpful but not pushy and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying a dining room table and bed set. The cashier at checkout wasn’t welcoming or friendly but the transaction was quick so no big deal, I guess. I opted for the delivery with setup and so glad I did. My furniture was delivered within the time window I was given and the delivery guys cleaned up. I did have a question about where to drill into my furniture to anchor it to the wall and called customer service. Someone was supposed to call me with an answer and I never got a call. That was a bit disappointing. I’ve had my furniture for about two months now with no complaints about the quality. I’m completely satisfied with my experience buying furniture here and will look to Jerome’s for my next purchase.
Bought some throw pillows and other accessories. They have a no return policy and the price for the same pillows were more than 50% higher than what I paid just a few months before! The lady was ashamed to say how high it was compared to what I paid when I bought them. I will no longer buy from them for this reason.
The manager should definitely not be the manager he doesn’t seem to have the customer service or care about his employees trying to answer the questions his customers have. The older employees should be promoted they have the drive, customer service and they actually greet their customers as well as getting questions answered. I ended up buying because Shaun actually showed interest in selling and being helpful. Thank you Shaun.
I would never recommend this furniture store in M.V !! Since January we bought 2 couches and to date we have not been able to use them. It took 2 months to deliver them, after 2 weeks the furniture was damaged, they sent a technician who did not do his job well either. We have had to call several times (because they do not take charge of following up on returns) and they only say we have to keep waiting until the new furniture arrives (we have already waited more than 1 month). I just hope that we can have it for Christmas ...they have the perfect combination to be a bad company: bad quality products + terrible customer service.
Im usually not the type to go and leave bad reviews, its not my style but I felt forced to do so in this case. I ordered a living room set on November 20th for a house we recently bought, i got email 2 days later telling me my delivery would arrive on December 22, 2020, so more than a month later. First of I would of never ordered from Jeromes if had known how long it was going to take, I think thats why they wait till your order is confirmed to brake the bad news. Although I was not happy I decided to wait, then the day arrives, we stayed home all day so that we wouldnt miss the delivery. Its 4:30 pm no delivery, no email confirmation, no call so I decided to call customer service, the wait was about 35 minutes. Long story short they tell me my ordered was delayed and that I will PROBABLY have it delivered the first week of January, no guarantees of day just a estimate. Mind you we have not had any sofas for several weeks now, we have been sitting on the floor or office chairs. I demand to speak to a supervisor but she says they are all gone for the day, he tells me some body would call me the next day. Well its been 6 days later I havent heard from anyone, no emails, no delivery dates nothing. Is customer service a thing of the past? Does it not exist anymore?
Salesman was terrible, he literally asked me if I was going to buy something or if I could stop wasting his time when I was comparing sofás... (I did bought one but with other sales man not as terrible but still bad). Also, it will take 3 weeks or longer for my furniture to arrive...Good furniture, terrible service!
My experience at this store was not that good as the sales person there named Martha was nice at the beginning for she knew she needed to be for her commission from my buy, but after she did the sale with me , she walked away without being polite, and she knew it because as I was exiting the store she remembered that and approached me to say than you and good bye . Also the customer service is not very friendly at the front desk, when Martha brought me to pay, she and the other lady who helped me do the transaction to pay kept reminding that the sale they did with me was a final sale and no refund was accepted after I get it . I felt intimidated and I told them that as long everything is giving to me the way they both have explained they should not be a problem as I have bought two other times furniture there. I hope management do something to improve customer service and have more friendly and nice people so that customers feel more welcomed and with the desire to come again.
I love the customer service that I receive when I go to Jerome’s! Jacqueline is AWESOME!!! She provides such a warm and friendly customer service experience. I highly recommend shopping with Jerome’s, not just for the customer service provided but also for the quality furniture that they have to offer.
My sales woman was the greatest. I was in the store for maybe 2 hours. She took time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I went in for living room furniture and ended up buying that and a dining room set, accent chairs. Thank you so much for the time and attention you showed me.
Rick was our salesman and he was terrific. Knowledge of everything we asked about and if he wasnt sure, he would check it out very quickly so we werent waiting long. Very friendly and made our shopping enjoyable and was able to get what we were looking for. Our finance girl that wrote up our receipt/invoice and insurance/warranty was just as friendly and helpful and made things go smoothly and quickly. I found the prices were much better than what we found At other stores. At least $300.00 difference. Even their insurance/warranty was cheaper, but most covered the same things, just higher cost. I would recommend this store when ur in need of home furniture. Very pleased!
As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Nate. He was super nice and very helpful. He answered all of our questions. He measured different pieces of furniture for us so we knew it would fit correctly. We bought 2 couches an entertainment center and a dining table. He set up next day delivery for us. Absolutely amazing service. The furniture is absolutely beautiful. Very happy with our purchase
I had a very good experience at this Jerome’s location. When you first walk in your temperature is taken and a few Covid related questions are asked to every customer. This is a necessary precaution that makes customers feel more at ease when shopping. I went in already knowing what sofa I wanted and Claudia was happy to help me. She made the process quick and easy. I would recommend this Jerome’s location to anyone looking for good customer service and high quality furniture. I will post an update after receiving my sofa.
Jeromes has a lovely store, a wide variety of furniture in various styles and price range. Their staff from sales, customer service and loading were all low key and very helpful. I didnt feel overwhelmed or pressured to purchase and all my questions were answered. Delivery occured when promised and my items were beautiful and easy to assemble. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will shop here again.
Shaheen the Sales Rep helped me the minute I walked into the door. He had a pleasant smile, a friendly demeanor, and was extremely professional, funny, and very, very good at his job. I went in looking for a bed for my niece in the price range of $800 to $1000 but no more than that and walked out spending over $4,000. Lol he talked me into purchasing a massaging, adjustable bed. I fell in love with the bed and had to buy it, so I did. But I doubt I would have purchased if the Sales Rep wasnt Shaheen or close to his professionalism and amazing personality. Im not one to leave a bad review but this really upsets me because I asked more than 3 times to make sure.. heres the situation...be careful with this place. They will give you a price and get you to move forward with a monthly rate then you get your bill and its higher then they told you. I even asked the girl helping us if she was sure that would be the price more then once cause if not I wanted to put down half in case so that I would have a low monthly payment and she assured me that it would be that price. When you call they are rude and never call back and there online chat takes hours to respond and all they said was the prices given in store as just an estimate. Well im in sales so I know that is sometimes the case which again is why I asked multiple times. Just like most calls are monitored for quality assurance the representatives should be recorded as well because this was my fear of financing but didnt have the full amount at the time. Its not right and with everything going on money is tight but we absolutely needed a new couch. And for this to happen is not cool at all. Honestly they should do something about this. Very disappointed
They have a beautiful selection of furniture but I purchased a table from there 2 years ago and I had to return it three different times because of manufacturer defects with no compensation. I havent bought any other furniture there but their tables are not fully cured when sold. They have warped on my two different times and cracked this last time. Im not recommending anyone by wood tables from Jeromes.
My dad and I went here and I loved it! I love the furniture perhaps a little pricey but the quality makes up for it. Our salesman was very nice and not pressuring us on a purchase (I forgot his name) but he explained warranties on mattresses and the financing. We will definitely come back to purchase one!
My husband and I went to look at a dining set we had seen on their website. It was out first time to this location and we were pleasantly surprised! Its a decent sized showroom and everything presents very well. There are signs to direct you to specific rooms youre looking for (bedroom, kitchen, living room etc). We were greated by Claudia and she was so nice and helpful! She was the perfect amount of helpful and not pushy/hovering. We tend to avoid commissioned stores like this because salespeople can make the experience uncomfortable but she was great! Unfortunately they didnt carry the one dining set we were looking for but we ended up finding something soo much better! It was unfortunately out of stock but honestly that was to be expected of a dining table and chairs so close to Thanksgiving. And of course with Covid, everyone has been buying furniture. We ended up not purchasing the set there because it wouldnt arrive before Thanksgiving and I was bummed about that. However, after thinking it over at home, we ended up ordering it online anyways. I love that when you order online it gives the option to select if a store associate helped you with the purchase so of course I selected Claudias name. Im happy that she will still get the sale even though we purchased online!We also looked at the bedroom and living room furniture and found a bedroom set that was really beautiful, especially for the price. It is also out of stock but we will be purchasing it for the in-laws once it comes back in stock.Our only, ONLY negative is that we didnt see hardly any couches/sofas that reclined and were in FABRIC, not leather. We need new couches but dont want leather and we need reclining. We do wish they had more option for that, as well as fabric reclining chairs. Overall we highly recommend this store and location!
I was very happy with the service I received today! I was looking for a bed in particular that was sold out and only the floor model was available for purchase. I was given a $55 discount because of it. The worker came on to the floor, disassembled it, and loaded it onto our truck in less than 30 minutes. Only negative is Jeromes does not offer military discount and was told because the prices are already very low, which is true. We will be returning for our mattress purchase soon.
Visited both this jeromes furniture and bobs furniture in riverside on 4-24. It was night and day difference from both. First there was absolutely no customer service at jeromes. We walked the whole store and was not acknowledged once by anyone working even though sales associates walked right by us. Second was the prices, much higher than at bobs but really didnt feel much nicer. We saw one option we liked at jeromes, but the lack of any customer service made us not purchase from them. We went right back to bobs furniture.
All is well on Western front!! Claudia was great and the lady who took our money was loads of fun. Darn it I forgot her name. She was a pretty Hispanic lady who was wearing an orange sweater. Anyway she gave us the recipe for Rachel rays posole! Lol. Jk. We had a very pleasant time overall. Thank you guys. Keep up the great customer service.
Claudia and Shaun were amazing! I have to say their customer service and knowledge of the items was on point. They gave me space and didnt make me feel as if they were hovering over me. Thank you for that. Once I went to payment that was a whole new game Ill give the girl a 2 stars Elizabeth. Her body language was just so unwelcoming she was focus on her phone and did not give me great customers service. Shw didnt even greed me like Hello Im Elizabeth Ill be taking care of you NOTHING. She was even short and rude to Shaun and another gentleman working with her
I purchased a nice 2 recliner sofa and a 3 reclining couch in November of 2019. Then covid hit 4 months later. So when my first recliner stopped opening up, everything was closed. Then another one stopped opening up a month after that. And guess what, Jeromes doesn’t have a warranty with any of their items! So that should be a red flag right there. After a year we paid our final payment, pay in a year with no interest. And out of the 5 recliners, only 2 work. 1 doesn’t open and 2 doesn’t close. I’d stay away from Jeromes furniture if I were you. Cheap furniture with an expensive price tag!
I had a great experience at the store. They were very helpful and gave me time to choose what I really wanted; my experience was pleasant. If should criticize any thing would be, they were pushing for me to by the warranty. However, the worker was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Poor service.We bought our couch Jan 3rd and still no delivery. Be truthful about delivery time. We had Poor service with you guys before, but gave you another chance. Bad mistake. I just received a text that our couch will be delayed again!FYI Im sitting on the floor writing this text.
We purchased a sofa set, everything was fine until the checkout when the seller asked if we wanted the $270xxx to deliver inside the house and also there’s a fee to take the boxes where the merchandise came. Few months ago we bought a tempur-pedic king size and the delivered and installed it on the 2th floor for free. That’s a bummer since the sofa set is for my loft in the second floor. I think they should put I BIG SIGN at the entrance so costumers like me/you be aware of from the beginning. I hope they’ll change that. At the end we choose the free drop off outside the house.
Jeromes in Moreno Valley is the best! If you want VIP treatment ask for Jacqueline! I was there in the February and she helped me pick out living room furniture. No pressure and no games. Just great customer service. I was there for many hours and she allowed me to browse without being a bother. Fast forward to November as I was looking for a kitchen table. Im usually not the type to go and leave bad reviews, its not my style but I felt forced to do so in this case. I ordered a living room set on November 20th for a house we recently bought, i got email 2 days later telling me my delivery would arrive on December 22, 2020, so more than a month later. First of I would of never ordered from Jeromes if had known how long it was going to take, I think thats why they wait till your order is confirmed to brake the bad news. Although I was not happy I decided to wait, then the day arrives, we stayed home all day so that we wouldnt miss the delivery. Its 4:30 pm no delivery, no email confirmation, no call so I decided to call customer service, the wait was about 35 minutes. Long story short they tell me my ordered was delayed and that I will PROBABLY have it delivered the first week of January, no guarantees of day just a estimate. Mind you we have not had any sofas for several weeks now, we have been sitting on the floor or office chairs. I demand to speak to a supervisor but she says they are all gone for the day, he tells me some body would call me the next day. Well its been 6 days later I havent heard from anyone, no emails, no delivery dates nothing. Is customer service a thing of the past? Does it not exist anymore? Also based on the reviews they have on here and on Yelp, I would have to assume the ones here are all fake because on yelp they all have terrible reviews. I wish I would of looked there first
On Wednesday, November-18-2020 my wife and I entered the store to purchase some candle holders. We were greeted 3 minutes after entering the location by sales associate Shaukat Hussain.He was very friendly and professional listening too us and directed us to areas in the store that we could exam for our needs.After a while we found the candle holders we were looking for. Mr. Hussain was about to write up the transaction via a terminal that requires a credit card to complete the purchase. When we explained to him we had another card we wanted to use he said with that card we had to complete the purchase at the counter so he lead us to the counter and said the lady associate would help us when she got off the phone.In the time being he went and got a bag and bagged our items.From the time we entered the store, there had to be about 3 other customers and about 3 sales associates and a store manager inside.this lady associate had been on the phone from the time we entered the store up to the time Mr. Hussian placed us first in line in front of her and she never looked up to acknowledge our presence.We stood there for about 10 minutes without her saying a word to us. granted it appeared she was handling a customer complaint over the phone, however that is no excuse not to acknowledge customers standing in front of you with a simple I will be with you .After about 5 more minutes i asked one of the sales associates to speak to the manager. The manager advised me that because of the type of store card we were using we had to be seen at the finance desk. I explained to him my concern about the lack of customer concern on the part of the Lady associate at the finance desk talking on the phone and not acknowledging us after standing in front of her for about 11 minutes total.The manager walked with me back over to the finanice desk and stood there with use for about a minute without saying anything to her but looking in her direction and left.after a minute of him walking away the Lady associate got off the phone and took care of us.This was my third time buying something from this store. The first and second times were amazing with no issues and great service.Sure we could have just walked out and left the items, but minor incidents can turn into major issues for companies when you have associates not meeting company standards of professionalism, especially during this period of covid were some may want to get in and out of stores as soon as possible.Great job by the sales associate, the manager, and even the finance associate did was knowledgeable once she assisted us.Would I return to this store, absolutely, as a senior it is nice and convenient with products i like.Once that sales associate enters your information in the floor terminal, they know you are a repeat customer, as such I expect better treatment than I received during this visit.
Came to this location to view bunk beds upon entering there was no welcome or any type of greeting. We were there for quite some time and had to find our own way through the store. I walked past a few employees never once a hello or if we needed help finding anything. Not one person!!!. Went to ask an associate for a tape measure to get measurements on one of the bunk beds was told that they would get it for us and then never came around to giving it to us but then when we went to go find out what was going on, seen that they started helping other customers instead!so we just ended up leaving. In this horrible time that were experiencing all these companies going out of business you would think that employees would want to be a little bit more helpful to keep the economy rolling guess not these guys!!
Very friendly and helpful sale personnel at this store! Every time I have go into this store the store is clean and Covid regulations are enforced.They helped me get my order placed and with some of my items being back ordered they told me it wouldnt additional delivery and set up fees just one since some items arent currently in stock.Thank you Shaheen for your help.
I went to Jerome’s for the first time looking for a couch and was greeted by Ms. Jaqueline she introduced herself and asked if she could be of service. Once I explained to her what I was looking for she guided me to their inventory and gave me the chance to look around not being pushy.. once we found what we were looking for she was very helpful answering my questions and provided us with the information we needed.. she’s awesome.. I highly recommend her..

2022-02-11I was looking to purchase my first living room set, and brought my 2 young children with me to test out the furniture late in the afternoon. After an hour in the store my kids were restless and arguing/laying in the middle of the floor. My sales associate Tim was so patient and helped me get the sparks notes highlights of each piece I was looking at, while giving me space to test it out and tend to my kids. He measured every piece against my room specifications and got creative to find me the right sectional. I came back the next day without my kids and was able to get the full sales experience, again with Tim. He walked me through what to expect from payment to delivery and even helped me find the perfect pillows, rug, and end table to compliment my purchase. I’m so happy with my first big home purchase and appreciate the customer service received.

2022-06-01Loved Jon. No pressure selling. He gave me my space in letting me roam after listening to my needs and showing me a few specific items. Was very informative and kind to listen to me rambling on. Your selection was very nice. It hasnt been delivered yet so I cant give my opinion on that end. Kind of sad that since Covid we now pay a couple of hundred dollars more to have delivery actually into the home. It doesnt prevent the possible spread, just a way to make more money.

2022-04-21I have purchased most furniture I have from Jeromes. I love the Bergamo sleeper sofa which I have owned for several years. I just purchased the Henley and cannot wait to receive it! We had the Baldwin for 3 years and it was one of the most comfortable sofas we have owned, we just wanted a change. The staff at the store are always friendly and so helpful too! Delivery is great too they deliver and put the furniture together exactly where you want it.I do recommend fully reading the description of the furniture and checking it out in the store prior to purchasing.
