The west side of the park has been landscaped and it looks pretty. The sidewalk down the middle is now a designated BIKE ROUTE and its a good way to get into downtown just south of the park Its reasonably safe and quiet - but beware. New neighbors galore, as The Creamery is now developed and sold, adding another 200+ residents and a new dimension to Alkali Flat. Trees are numerous, as they (barely) survived the last drought, and a good source of shade when its hot. All in all, a small park right in town.

More like Needle Park. Also, beware of the blue house with a white picket fence. There is a very large uncontrolled Bloodhound there that will come through the fence and attack your dogs.

Nice park. Has community garden. Looks like in a good part of the neighborhood.
