Not a pleasant experience, considering the IBG standards. We reached early when it wasn’t that crowded. Drinks served at room temperature. Spring rolls frozen from Costco taste better and won’t cost as it is. Chicken pepper curry wa bland and when told the server said it’s as per recipe so it means even if don’t taste well to customer who cares, there recipe is better than customer taste buds. Server took bowl back and said will taken from bill. Guess what ? You didn’t eat but billed. No point of arguing as we are not going back. Chicken 65 rice seems was made using old left over chicken.True waste of money and time. Good luck fooling customers IBG Fremont.
Negative experience. Picked up an order and when opened at home, it missed 1 of 3 dishes.Called back and they could not give refund, only a gift card to be used only at inchin’s.They forgot to make that dish so took 15 mins to make it again. I had to go back to pick it up. Total extra time: 45 mins.On top of it- Food wasn’t good either.
Had worst experience. They made us wait 40 mins for the table. And when I go back, there is another guy who said their kitchen is closed. There is no point in making people wait for 40 mins. They should have better coordination before they commit to customers. Definitely Ill not recommend this restaurant.
I had very good experiences with other Inchin Bamboos however scared after reading some negative reviews here. Still took a chance and ordered for Hakka Noodles, Gobhi Manchurian, Thai Curry and Chocolate Spring rolls. They prepared the food soon (10-15mins) and I came home.Actually we liked everything so kudos to the team and thanks 🙏
Nice ambience and good service. Great taste of fusion food. Big fan of indo-chinese flavors, so much so that we end up ordering the same most times. Veggie potstickers and burnt garlic chili rice with any side dish (veg or non veg) is perfect for lazy evening. One of our favorite places in Fremont.
Delicious food !!!!! The waiters are very kind, but long waiting times.Edit: the meals are way overpriced; three tiny Momos for 9 dollars! The Tom kha soup tasted like there was a gallon of butter in it, the golden curry tasted like there was powdered soup mix in it, and the Oriental biryani was basically raw rice with garam masala. Just because they have many customers does not mean the quality needs to decrease.
In short, they are robbing us in proper day light. Quality and quantity both are substandard but they are charging super high. For a small bowl of entrée they are charging $18-19. Most importantly taste is not so good at all. I would rather go to other Indian restaurants for indian items and Panda Express for Chinese item. That is be better cost effective and will get way better value for money.
Good ambiance and good spread of menu. But taste is hit and miss. Have been here three diff times. Once food was excellent and twice it was so so. Hence one less star. Other star because no cocktail offered in spite of having a full bar. Good hygiene observance due to pandemic.
IBG is a decent US wide chain feature indo-chinese food. Ambiance was very good and clean - simple and more towards a far east theme. Service was good - food was good as well (though little on the greasier side at times). We tried the hakka noodles, chicken 65 fried rice and chilli chicken - all very good.
Apologize in advance for a long review...I heard great things about this restaurant but never tried it. Recently a family member told me that the Sunnyvale location was really good. As I was looking up the location, there was this Fremont location that was closer to me. So I thought Id try that....big mistake. We got there around 7:15pm on a Friday night, it didnt look busy for dine in but I saw the take out que lined up on a table. We were a table of 5 including a toddler, we got seated right away. The place looked very nice and ambiant. Food was pricey here, but since this was a Indo-Chinese specialty, we didnt mind. We were given paper menu, but after we had ordered, they asked for it back right away... I thought they were single use? Our appetizers came right away, The masala butter Momos were really good, hot and sour soup was ok...more on the salty side. There was a good portion of paneer 65 but it had burnt aftertaste like the oil that it was cooked in was used many times. We tried the veg Hakka noodles and street food Noodles, we couldnt tell the difference. Wings are not their specialty at all, had better wings at a pizza place. Overall food was ok, Service was ok too, they gave us a cup of soup instead of a family bowl. For $16 noodles, there was no wow factor or anything special about it. During the end, the bill came quickly glanced at it and gave my card. As I got back the receipt to sign, I saw the suggested tip added that to the bill, picked up our left overs and left to my car. I then started to review the bill thinking wow this was really expensive place, and that where I made the mistake, I didnt know that they already charged 21% gratuity! I thought gratuity was over 6 ppl! I quickly went back to the restaurant to see if they can cancel my extra tip of 15% the lady at the front desk stated its too late now, I cant reverse the tip and its too long and complicated. I noticed she was using a POS system, so I knew she was lying. She stated that gratuity is over a party of 5 which I never heard of?? Maybe wrong... Either way she didnt want to help me, got 36% off of a $200 bill. My issue is that I gave extra tip on top of a already 21% gratuity added and they didnt care. This was my final tip to them. Never coming back...
3 stars for them because food was good but customer service was really bad. We decided to give them a try when we were in Seattle last week with our friends. We were all visiting from different parts of the country and everyone decided to go here for dinner. We had a big party of 13 people so we called in advance to ask if they could accommodate us as we have a motorized wheelchair user. When they said they would, we went there. The tables were not ready so we waited patiently till they set it up. Then the manager on duty said that we were not allowed to bring our certified and licensed service dog to the restaurant. We had to educate him on the law and then we decided to brush it aside to enjoy the dinner experience. It was just then, the manager instructed us to be careful with the paper menus. He asked us to be careful not to get any food on it. But I forgot to take a picture of the dirty, food smeared menus ( the same ones he wanted us not to get dirty :-) ) Inchin is known for their creative drink menu. One of my friend decided to order a Smokey drink expecting it to come with something to make it Smokey on the table. But instead it just came in a regular drink. When we asked the manager told us that the Smokey machine was broken so they just make it in the kitchen. They didnt let us know in advance.
Service was absolutely terrible. Food was over salted. We mentioned it immediately but the waiter didnt believe us and started arguing with us. A different waitress did approach us and apologize for his behavior but at that point multiple other things had gone wrong. Not only did they never offer even a percent discount, they didnt bother to take gratuity off either. Absolute waste of money. My family member was the local and raved about this place but it clearly is not the same. My family should not have to apologize on behalf of a bad restaurant.
The Manchow soup was horrible. It tasted sour and none of the food was fresh at all, the fried noodles that came with the soup had gone bad. The quantity is terrible for the price too. Giving it one star because the fried rice wasn’t that bad but it still wasn’t worth $20. My order was almost $50 and the quantity was little enough for me to finish on my own and I can’t even eat much. Never ordering from here again
Ordered four dishes - Sag Paneer- Very soft paneer. The Palak gravy was good. Mongolian Beef - Very sweet. Pieces were a mix of tender and chewy. More to the chewy side. Singapore Noodle - A super overdose of Turmeric. Felt someone threw in a lot by mistake and decided to serve it anyway. Generally bland otherwise. Naan - Rubbery. American chop suey was good.
Food was pretty good (particularly the pan fried paneer starter), which is why I gave the 2 stars, but service was terrible. The staff first said that restaurant closes at 9 pm and kitchen closes at 830 although at entrance door, it clearly says that they close at 930 pm. After we went in, another party came at 845 and ordered food when the kitchen should have been closed. They add a gratuity of 21% for parties is 5 or more, which is pretty high, given that the service wasnt anything significant. They just bring food and put it on the table thats all. Charging 21% extra for that is a ripoff.
As soon as you step into Inchin’s, you are greeted with STICKY FLOORS! With each step you take, you will regret walking to your table. The menus are filthy, they had fingerprints covered in food, that just puts you off. The service was okay-ish. Most non-alcoholic drinks were not available. We were not comfortable sitting for long since our shoes just felt like there were STUCK to the ground. Overall, not a pleasant experience for sure.
We visit the Sunnyvale branch often. Recently we were in Fremont area decided to visit this branch. Please avoid visiting this place. We went last Saturday evening. I love the manchow soup at Inchins for the crispy noodles they garnish it with. I ordered it and to my surprise instead of crispy noodles there was thick sev(an Indian savory). When I asked the person serving us. He said theyd changed the menu. Which didnt make sense. Next we got Gobi Manchurian and chilli paneer both had bad smell. Tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. When we told the waiter about it he said menu has changed. How has taste anything got to do with menu I have no idea.Sunnyvale staff are very friendly and serve well. Here the staff is outright rude.Overall it was an unpleasant experience.
You would imagine that during the pandemic - restaurants would appreciate the business. Unfortunately that is not the case with Inchins Fremont. They do not want to take phone orders. We need to make their life easy and order it online. Went ahead and did that for Inchin but it would not take the order for the same day because it as 2:10 PM and the kitchen closed. They will take orders for next day only - mind you they close at 2:30 PM but they turned away business. Looks like they are surviving and happy and do not want to cater to the clientele. Did not have an option to post NO STARS. Had to select 1 STAR to post this Review; otherwise Google does not allow
The quality is deteriorating...we ordered man how soup and Chinese bhel. Soup was horrible, just felt like salty roasted water!! with soya sauce! and Chinese bhel is very soury!! This place used to be good 2 years before but since then the quality is on the downwards!!
First of all, I am amazed at how a chain restaurant has a such a beautiful interior decor. It is quite large and has a great ambience especially if you want to bring in guests. Good service.Over to the food, we ordered soups and chicken dishes and nothing too heavy because we went in at an odd time. We started off with chicken sweet corn sweet which was good, but nothing exceptional. Then we ordered Drums of Heaven and Chilly Chicken dry, which was really good. They had a good blend of the sauces, but if you expect something different from the Indo-Chinese back in India (this is for the Indian-Americans). The chilly chicken had a good amount in it and reasonably priced too. They have a bar counter too, but we did not have any drinks.
Never been disappointed whenever I come. Their fried paneer and baby corn are to die for. Indo Chinese food is scrumptious. You can bring your colleagues, best friends, your date, family, and just about anyone and you will all enjoy then food. The place is quite ambient too. I can guarantee that you’ll enjoy the food.I know about the past reviews too. I have seen the waiters do dumb things like dropping cups and it shattering. But I think I can safely say that it has gotten better. Although the food took a little while, the food was served hot and delicious. I do see better service from the Sunnyvale branch as it has a better reputation. I saw a review accusing the city of Fremont by saying that we have low standards. Please do not accuse a whole city of low standards because of a restaurant. Our schools are great and we are a very open community. We have many Indian restaurants in this city that you can enjoy.Ambience and Flavors in a restaurant must work as one to create the best outcome to make a restaurant successful.
Its edible, but thats it. I ordered the Hakka Noodles and they somehow managed to make it with no flavor and no salt. The ingredients were not all that fresh either. I ordered it with mixed meats (chicken, beef, and shrimp) and ended up picking out all the chicken and beef. Both the chicken and beef tasted like they had been boiled for hours in water with no flavor and no salt. My husband ordered the spicy mango chicken dish and that did not redeem them either. This really is not competitive food for the area.
The most unprofessional staff ever you will find ; There wasnt anyone at the main desk to receive us in ; One confused staff walked towards us and asked us to be seated at any table which is unoccupied; Other confused staff walked towards us and asked us to get up from table as he wasnt there at the first place to help us seated ; He wasnt the owner but behaved liked one and probably was feeling he has the right to ask customers anything in whatever way he wants. For a restaurant having such a unprofessional staff one imagine how the food must be !Wanted to give zero stars, but this is min i guess.
I have been to this place numerous times with my family and friends. Everytime I went, I was never disappointed with the service or with the food. But, this one experience, where I ordered home delivery of food from this place for my birthday changed everything. We ordered close to 4 varieties of food like oriental biryani and street style noodles. We were utterly disappointed. The quality of the food was bad and non of them had any taste. 😐This is so sad to see such a nice place spoiling their reputation like this.
Worst experience ever. If possible I would give negative stars for this place. Called in 20 minutes before we left to restaurant and got a confirmation that I can just walk-in as although I asked for a reservation. Walked in after 20 minutes and I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a table. I mean why would make the customer wait when I specifically asked for a reservation earlier. After that we got a place and no one came into place water on our table or take our order for another 20 minutes. The sever didn’t seem to understand simple orders and kept asking what we want. I explained patiently and we had to wait another 10 minutes for water and another 40 minutes overall for a soup. I don’t even know what happened to rest of the order. While this was happening people who came after us were being served immediately after they got a table. Same server was chit chatting with the other table and serving water 2 times. We were here for a birthday get together and thanks to this restaurant it spoiled all of our night. Finally we had to get up and just walk away, never got any apology or the order. If you want to go here and eat, be ready to be hungry and drink water for an hour before your order comes in. Worst possible restaurant in terms of service.
This is for the Fremont branch. San Jose one was good though.Went in for dinner with hubby and got a table for two. Saw that the menu was completely changed . Somehow got myself convinced to go ahead since we had an hour to get back home , ordered food. Everything was bland no spice no salt . I generally eat less spice but this was tasteless food. We decided to take it as to-go instead of wasting it. For some reason we forgot to pick the to-go box. My mistake . Came back in less that 5 minutes to collect that and they said it was trashed . I was like how can you do that when it is packed in a to-go container. Never going back to this place again !!
This place is the absolute worst. I’ve been to other IBG’s in the country but nothing can go as bad as the Fremont one. We visited on a Sunday night at 8:30 and they were cleaning the kitchen when there were a lot of customers still dining inside. The cleaning process induced a heavy smell which was mixed with the food served. Unsurprisingly, all of us had stomach infections the next morning. Please refrain from eating here.
Despite having a reservation, I had to wait several minutes. Such unorganized restaurant, chaos all around. Once seated, the food was served after one and half hour...Yes, u heard it right , one and a half hour.. and that’s not even the worse part, they started serving the main course and skipped the starters all together. After several minutes of wait ‘ again’ the waitress came over to tell that she has no idea. The service is soooo bad that no one cares to inform or accept the mismanagement. It’s like they follow an adjustment policy . Finally, it’s just a take out place as take outs are given literally more importance that the guests seated in. Definitely think a million times before going in there on any special occasion as I bet, you simply gonna spoil ur mood. It’s just not that place.
Very disappointed with this restaurant.I have seafood allergies and last week when my wife took me out for my birthday, I made sure the hostess knew that I cannot have any fish sauce or oyster sauce on any of my food, she went to double check with the kitchen and guaranteed no Fish or oyster sauce will be in my food.My friends took me out yesterday to this restaurant (again, this was a surprise)I told the hostess the same thing about sea food allergy. This time she return from the kitchen stating that the food is marinated with oyster sauce, “What a big slap in the face”When I mentioned to her that last week they guaranteed me on the same dish that has NO oyster sauce she apologized and told me they just changed the ingredients what a BS.The manager came over and apologized that I was misinformed that the food indeed is marinated and was marinated with oyster sauce.Apparently this Restaurant does not care about people with food allergies. Please be careful eating here.
Excellent place if you like Fusion Food (Indian and Chinese) and priced just Right. The only issue is there is a TRUST issues between Manager and Servers. I guess the Manger needs to spend more time with the Servers to understand and working towards the betterment of the Restaurant.
I always like this place and specially all veggie appetizers. They are all awesome.. recently went on 14th Feb with my lovely wife for lunch date..we are really happy with the hospitality by the owner. He saw us rush to help for everything as restaurant was busy.. it was really a great experience..
If you want to get yelled at and given excuse for why the service is poor yob can visit inchins bamboo at Fremont. I have been here twice and loved the food. Now I got pretty irritated. The food smelled bad and the check was provided not on a box but just the receipt. The staff when I complained about bad sevice just plain denied instead of acknowledge of the fact saying we have less staff so we take care of the kitchen..sorry never visiting here again.wish they close down soon
Service was bad - you serve your food not the waiters. Was a nightmare especially when you have toddlers/ kids. I hail from Chicago, where its the opposite, so for me this was not at all fun. The food was amazing, the experience not one bit. Would have given 4 stars if it were for the food only.
Great place to eat india Chinese .Dont order Thai as it could be worse that one u try at home when you are a beginner. 0/10Again its congested . 50 people all in a small space . Table had a space of one feet . Seriously ? Its all about money or comfort / environment ? -0/10Value of food to money - 3/10 for me based on my order .Good thing was Chinese food - 6/10In this tough Indian food market in Bay Area u need to do more , even if u are chain.
Not a great place if you are looking for good food. We went there tonight and other than desert no other dish was even average, most of them were poorly prepared, even half cooked. To top it up they charge 21% tip to the bill if there are more than 5 guests, even if they are children which is completely non deserving after providing this poor quality food. Simple suggestion is just avoid this place.
I thought the food with Inchins was one of the best until I visited the Fremont location. Service was good. The food tasted the worst . I would never come back here again for sure.I dont think they have a chief some rookie is cooking the food. Drum of heaven were super fried until they got burnt. Mixed schezwan fried rice was epic, rice was stuck to The plate as if glued (this is how the sticky rice got the name)Chilly Shrimp was ok.They come back with some discount to make you happy. But its not what your there for discount!!! I would like to enjoy my food which Tastes good and feels good.Service was good
Worst Customer Service Ever!!!IBG Fremont has the worst customer service I have come across in my life. It was not this way earlier. I think the management has changed and there is a terrible white manager who has an appalling attitude towards the customers. We were forced by the manager to pay for an order which was mixed up on the servers end. We ordered for a vegetarian fried rice but were served a non-vegetarian version of it. The server refused to accept his mistake and was unapologetic about it. We spoke to the manager and he refused to replace it with the vegetarian dish , he then insisted he will charge us for it because we had touched it and walked away in the middle of our conversation. How on earth do you differentiate a veg vs non veg fried rice before trying it out. This was not only insulting but an appalling behavior towards a customer. At the end we were charged for mandatory gratuity for the pathetic service. Also the quality of the food was terrible unlike how it used to be before.By far this was the most rude and idiotic manager I have dealt with in a restaurant. This place is being managed by a clown who has an appalling attitude towards customers. It wont last long for sure. Stay away from IBG fremont.
01/21/2019 08:20 AM : While this place serves Indo-chinese (the indian interpretation of the chinese food) and the tastes are awesome, I am writing this review with extremely upset stomach and sensation of wanting to vomit that has so far lasted 12 hours and counting.Yesterday night we ordered food from this place and it has given all of us in the group this feeling. My wife has also vomited 2-3 times during the night. One of my friends has confirmed the same symptoms (+ she has also thrown up already). The only thing common that we had yesterday in the night was this. Plus its still giving me dirty burps with the taste of that food. So, there is no doubt in my mind that this is food poisoning case!I am a non-returning customer and I do not recommend this place at all !Despite, if you happen to go there, taste the poison (and i mean literally poison) at your own risk ...Burp !!! :-((01/21/2019 10:20 AM : After 30-35 minutes of waiting I finally threw up ... Im feeling so much better now! All undigested stuff is finally out and I can confirm its from this place ! :-(Im so hating this ...
We came here for a birthday party and you guys made sure it was spoilt in all possible ways!We ordered veg fried rice and we got chicken fried rice. We had one spoon of it and came to know it had chicken and when we asked the waiter he said he will call the manager. The rude manager came in and told that he will charge us for this since we touched it. Seriously? How on earth we will know it had chicken without tasting it? Then we asked him to replace it but he repeatedly kept saying he will charge for it. We thought he will charge for the replacement and asked him to take the chicken fried rice back and REPLACE it with veg fried rice.To our surprise, we were charge for both chicken AND veg fried rice. When asked abut this charge he was super rude and told us this is corporate policy and he will not do anything about it.This spoilt our whole evening and made us all angry! We will spread the unpleasant experience throughout our friends circle and make sure that everyone keeps themselves away from this restaurant! The server and the manager were the rudest person I have ever met in my life! Hope you go out of business very soon and stop cheating the customers.
My friend ordered roti and chicken, the waiter comes with a paratha and it is one the Kawans frozen paratha which you get in any indian grocery store. The chicken curry was almost black and tastes like pepper in water.I think they serve frozen food as the order comes to the table in two minute from the time the order is placedThe ambience is good but seems like the kitchen is opposite. And in the end they serve you the fortune cookies which I guess is almost a year old.The restaurant started out great but I guess is loosing its quality in food.
Pathetic service on 5/9/2018 at 9Pm!!Ordered veg fried rice, got chicken fried rice, the manager wasnt even apologetic and said we ordered chicken fried rice and spoiled a birthday party!!The manager was very very curt and didnt have the curtosey to replace the item even after repeatedly telling them that they made a mistake. Manager said they cannot replace and will charge us the entire amount whether we eat it or not!!We felt like just getting up and leaving the restaurant! Since it was a birthday, we stayed back!To add fuel to the fire, they even charged us to cut a cake that we got from home, $10 to cut a cake?? Hello!!Never every step into this branch especially on special occasions!Im demanding a sincere apology for this nonsensical and horrendous behavior along with a refund for the wrong item given to us !!The management has changed! The manager should be fired!! Unacceptable behavior in such a good chain!
Worst possible experience yesterday at this hotel. I would give a -5. We ordered our food after a long wait at the table. The drink we ordered was ready in the bar in few minutes, but the waiter would never pick it up. After around 15 20 mins the waiter picks it up. He stirred the beer with a spoon so that it looks fresh. Then after 40 minutes we asked several waiters for the starters. Finally the assigned waiter got it. Another 20 mins passed more than 1 hour passed at this point. We asked the waiter to check on food. He said he will check. We asked to cancel and get the check if the food was not made yet.The guy came out after 5 minutes without food and said the chef was messing with him that day and we can leave and not pay the check. We saw that this waiter was doing this for many other tables.Something is seriously wrong with this place. There was no one senior to complain also. The lady in the front desk was ignorant when we tried to tell her.So we just walked out hungry after around 1 and half hours of wait.Something seriously wrong with the management.
Superb food, good service, great ambience.Friendly servers.Owners personally mix with customers and share the opinions.Chicken 65 and veg tulips were awesome .Good stock of wines.Enjoyed cocktails.Ice cream deserts excellent.Certainly visit again and again with family. No hesitation to recommend it to others when in San Jose or Fremont.
Aug 2017:We came to this place again. As usual the hakka noodles were the best. The Gobi Manchurian entry was very nice. All in all the quality is still goodApril 2017:The ambience was very good. Dim lighting. Good space around tables. I liked it.The food was excellent.Tried the Chinese bhel which was good.I loved the chili garlic noodles and the vegetable coins. But the best was the simple hakka noodles that my kid ate. It was very very good.Overall worth the visit. One pain point coming here is the parking. Hate this complex. Parking sucks big time. Be prepared to spend 10 min going around for parking.
Excellent indochinese food.Good quality indochinese food. Good vegetarian options too. They have a good points system too, and you might occasionally get a free starter too. Some of our favorite dishes include Hakka noodles, paneer 65.Overall would highly recommend if you are looking for indochinese food.
Great service, ambiance & food. Great vegetarian options. Indo-Chinese is a cuisine to itself, & this is the best Indo-Chinese food I have had in the US. Weve had dine in & take out, & they have both been good. Call for reservations. Unlike many ethnic restaurants, service is professional. We really like the vegetarian szechwan dumplings, vegetable tulips, vegetarian manchow soup, pan fried chili paneer, paneer tachos, and paneer tomato chili. The veg coins, veg hakka noodle, Thai curry puffs, and crispy chili baby corn are also good. The virgin mojito and masala lemon soda were also good. The portions are big so 2 of any item is good for a light meal, and a total of 3 items will make you full.
Japanese yellow curry has raw uncooked big thick pieces of veges including potatoes. Not edible at all. But garkic vegetarian chowmein and cauliflower Manchurian was good. Seems cook changed as chowmein had hardly any veges. Food was much tastier earlier. Nice ambiance.
They never answer thr calls. They are always short sraffed. They never give you any additionalhot sauce when you order a to go.They never have the best on line app.Till date I have been there their staff most of them especially in front is RUDE.I did not go for over a year and neitherDid my friends and family. We tried again thinking they might have gotten better. BUT nah!!Need to go back to Sunnyvale.
One star if you want to dine in at the restaurant. Severely understaffed and rude staff. Had to wait for 10 mins in a nearly empty restaurant only to know that they are short staffed. The staff in the reception asked me to wait for 30 mins just to get a table. If you are still desperate to eat here, order food thru doordash or order food for togo.
This is chinese food made the way thats popular in India - hot & spicy, loaded with Indian spices. Tastes awesome! This location is spacious and has good interiors. And the service is also great. Recommendations from the menu: Chilly Paneer Mustard (a speciality, definitely a must-try), Veg Coins, Veg & Lamb Momos, Hakka Noodles, Schezwan Fried Rice, Lychee with Ice Cream.
I love inchins! It’s the best indo-Chinese you can have in this area! I opt for the schezwan fried rice most of the time. I have tried almost all appetizers here and everything is just really good. The portion sizes are large too. Check in into Fivestars to earn reward points!
Unfortunately we didnt like the food here. The service wasnt the best either, there were plenty of people walking around that appeared to be servers but just one person was attending to the entire restaurant and there was a huge gathering at one big table. We wont be going back again, their food just wasnt to our liking 😔
Never again. These guys have a new white manager. I will not post his name. But he threatened to call cops on us because we objected on his automatic addition of gratuity for 3 people party for a very small bill. This was ridiculous. We were with our 2 year old daughter .According to him, he considers a 2 year old kid as an Adult so its 4 people , which allows them to automatically apply gratuity. Seriously? Is this guy brain dead? And more than the money, it was the unethical billing and the way he handled the situation instead of complying and apologizing.Never go to this place. This manager should be fired immediately.
Its not worth a start either.. our experience at this joint was really disappointing and we are extremely dissatisfied for following reasons- poor service- unpredictable wait times- lack of attention- semi cooked- very greasy- very salty- sauces dominate the actual taste- yet PRICY!! Come on what for???My two cents...Better dont waste either time or dollars ...
We went unplanned to celebrate our anniversary and it turned really very special...love this place.i Lov veg and my husband lov Nonvegetarian food and we both enjoyed wth yummy tasty starters and ending stuff...Staffs were tok gud to suggest best dishes..I also lyk the music they played..superb.I ll definately go again ..
I was regular to this place but the food quality has been going down and now it is a point that it is worse now. The management should know that this is not ok and hence I am not going to go back to this place anymore. This is a big disappointment as I was bringing many visitors. Other few things, they somehow not adding the point in spite of repeatedly the phone number. Anyway does not matter now... definitely not coming back...
A fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisines. Chinese Bhel (inspired by Bhel Puri) was good. The Tomato and Ginger Soup was a good/better variation of Hot and Sour. The Burnt Rice was ok. Kingfisher Beer from India was great. Noisy, but good for an informal gathering with friends.
First of all no one answers the phone in a Friday evening dinner time! I go there to find and order takeout. After reaching home I find out that they did not give me one of the noodles that I had ordered but they did remember to charge me for it!!!! I call and text the number that the number from which they called me that day for picking up the order; no response!! Again their listed number is not reachable. Ridiculous!

2022-05-21Food is good, and good to taste. Cauliflower Manchurian is one of my favorites. If you plan to have cocktails here expect some really good delays. And most of the time they don’t have ingredients for some cocktails on the menu. Check with them when before you order. Said that I enjoy food from here tough.

2021-11-28First time ordering here, I ordered through DoorDash. Staff were friendly and engaging, and it looks really nice inside. The food is different than any cuisine I’ve had before. That said, it is fresh and we got a solid 3 servings from our order. I don’t have anything to compare it to, but Will definitely head back for indoor dining.A note to people that have issues with hours, many of my favorite places have shifted from staying open if they’re not busy. Hopefully we can all have a little compassion for restaurants trying to bounce back!

2022-04-17Horrible pathetic experience. It was a complete waste of hard earned money. Soup was too salty, fish was stale and tangy, chicken was excessively chewy. We found hair in food too. It spoilt our family evening thoroughly.

2021-12-29Worst ever.. insects served with food…don’t get cheated by the pictures, food is a disaster.. not even a single dish out of 8 are hot.. every dish is super cold.. their street side Hakka noodles has no resemblance with street food. sweet corn soup is cold too. lot of left overs because the dishes horrible in taste and we didn’t even think about doggie bag. worst of all we found fly in our dish. + way toooo expensive pricing when compared to others. cold cold cold and tasteless food and insects in food

2021-06-30Good in person dining experience on our recent visit. We were encouraged to use the online ordering and payment system which seemed a bit odd but figured that out quickly! The appetizers and main course were good. We had to ask for the sauces for the noodles which they promptly provided.Saved some room fir the desert which was promptly gobbled up as soon as it arrived!

2022-03-20Third visit. Service was very good. Staff was attentive and accommodating and followed covid protocols. The ambiance is better than most ethnic restaurants in this city.We only order veg items. The eggplant dish was extremely oily last time and came lukewarm. It was horrible and even the server agreed that it did not look right. Usually it is not like this. Chili Garlic Noodles and fried rice and burnt garlic rice dishes were perfectly done. Veg Spring rolls were pretty lame for the price you pay but the sauces did the trick. We ended up buying some bottles and noodles. Hakka Noodles were horribly blend. Hot and sour soup was good.Wish the food was as good as the ambiance but can’t really eat the ambiance!!

2022-07-05They used to have lots of Indo-Chinese options but lately they have added Punjabi menu so, taken off few of my favorites. Overall good restaurant. We didn’t know and ended up ordering all 3 noodles options which order taking person would suggest to get something else than all noodles food. But, food was very good so we didn’t care about anything and enjoyed. Thank you for your service.

2022-06-26***This is for Fremont California location only*** Very casual staff not bothered about customers and have to be called multiple times even through there were not many customers in the restaurants. They were having a nice chat between them selves (4 of them). Food - Frozen Paneer fry reheated and served. we couldnt recognize immediately when it was hot, but after few mins it was like rubber sheet not able to cut with the fork. Called the staff and asked why it is, no response. Great attitude even after serving some horrible food.Probably they are not bothered about customers

2022-07-03Ive been here a couple times so far and each time the food has been excellent. Theres an interesting variety of dishes to choose from; the food comes out quickly and theres usually enough food to require taking at least some of it home. Strongly recommended.
