Great value, location, and service. Rooms are extremely clean.I booked through Airbnb.Owner is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Its a small, older hotel, but I felt safe and its a perfect location away from crowds. Still an easy walk to Disneyland and Starbucks is a 5 minute walk away!
We stayed at Hotel 414 last week and loved it. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and were surprised that they offered us each large water bottles to drink during our stay. It was unexpected, but a very nice surprise. They also allowed us to check in early. I appreciated that they communicated with us through text to anticipate our arrival time. The room was very comfortable and nicer than we had anticipated as well. The only real issue we had during our stay was noisy upstairs neighbors (not the hotel’s fault). They allowed their kids to run around back and forth constantly throughout the night. I called the front desk to see if someone could ask them to keep it down after 10:30, but no one answered, so I had to approach the room myself. Other than having to do that, our stay was very comfortable and we definitely will consider booking this hotel again for our next Disney adventure!
Really good hotel! Staff is really kind and friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning the room. Its only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney, so if you dont mind the extra walk its perfect. There is a convenience store and starbucks less than a 5 minute walk away, which is really nice for late night snacks and early morning coffee.
The rooms were nice for the short trip, and it was an economical option! The location is close to Disney and in the middle of many places to eat. My only complaint is the thin walls, very easy to hear your neighbors if they get a bit noisy. Overall, would stay again as the staff was so nice and helpful!
I was pleasantly surprised by hotel 414. From the outside, it looks like your typical small and unassuming motel, but the room was very nice for what it is. It’s also a convenient location from Disney - we were able to walk in the mornings, with Starbucks just a few steps away, and catch an Uber back at night for around $7-8. The owners were friendly and provided bottled water when we asked if there was somewhere to purchase some.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: There are really no amenities here at all (you get what you pay for, I understand). There’s soap and shampoo in the shower but no conditioner, smaller than average towels, and no vending on property. The walls are also paper thin, so we could hear everything from the room next to us when they first checked in, but overall it was a pretty quiet stay - if our neighbors had continued chatting through the night, it would’ve gotten frustrating though.. we could really hear everything. Something to note also is that the Disney shuttle is not currently running - I didn’t see that communicated anywhere, but I could’ve missed the notice.Overall, for the price, location, and quality of the room and owners, I’d recommend hotel 414 and would probably stay here again.
Very clean room and the check in was very quick and easy. We checked in before the room was ready so they held our bags for us while we walked downtown Disney. Pool looked clean although we didnt get in it. The room also had a Fridge and microwave which was a plus. We will stay here again in the future for the room, service and as it is within walking distance to Disneyland.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic it was quiet, clean and had friendly staff. The walk to Disneyland wasn’t that far or you could catch a bus on the corner which is why we did. This will definitely be my go to spot when I come down to Disneyland really enjoyed my stay!
Great value for the price! This hotel was great for our Disneyland trip. Nice and clean, with a great shower. Only an 18 minute walk to the park. Be aware, on the walk back at night you may encounter some homeless, so if you have younger kids you may want to drive or take an Uber.
A friend and I recently checking in here for a day at Disney. It was a really nice 2 bed room. The customer service was great in letting us check in an hour early and to leave our cars there before check in. We are also able to pay in advance for the second car.
We just finished our stay at Hotel 414 and every second of it was fantastic. They were excellent about communication since the very beginning when we book and were both friendly and helpful in every way. Once we got there they assisted with everything we could possibly need, and everything looked exactly like the photos. Perfectly clean. You would not regret staying here!
Great location. Like a 6 minute Uber drive to Disneyland. The room was very, very, very clean! Has a refrigerator and microwave if you needed them. But would definitely stay here again. Definitely a 10/10

The Hotel was nice. Sheets and room were clean. Staff is nice. Minor issues were walls were too thin and you can hear people from other rooms or people walking outside dragging suitcases.Location was beside a gas station. 20 minute walk to disney. You gotta cross a bridge though.Overall it was good.
Super clean, super nice, great location, easy to get ahold of! There is no shuttle but if you walk to the Four Points you’ll be able to catch the ART bus heading to Disneyland! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for two days for our Disneyland trip. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful with our check in and even let us park in their lot after checking out so we didn’t have to pay for Disney parking. The rooms were nice, the walls were a bit thin so you can definitely hear everything around and above you. While we were at the park, there was a cleaning service so it was nice to come back to a clean and well put together room after a long day. The walk was only 15 mins from the park, so it was a very convenient location. Definitely recommend this hotel, it’s very affordable and we would stay here again!
Hotel 414 was such a wonderful stay. Great location, clean amenities, and a friendly staff! A 15 minute walk to Disney and within walking distance to other food and grocery stores. Will stay again next time we’re in Anaheim!

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night after a trip to Disneyland and slept super comfortably! Close to the park and everything you need for a short, clean, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again.
Great hotel. No continental breakfast but great people. Trustworthy. Even without continental breakfast ihop is just down the street and Disneyland is very close. The manager was super friendly. Neighbors were nice too

So close to Disneyland. Very clean, floors were laminate and bathroom were very nice, so was the staff. We were so happy we found this hotel and we will be back.
Great rates and great location for Disney Land/CA Adventure for Lyft/Uber. No charge for hotel parking so you save $$ (its about $6/each way to Lyft). Staff is friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Awesome customer service. Rooms are clean and kept tidy daily. Great value compared to other places in the area. Would stay again!

Super new and clean hotel, only 15-18 minutes walk to the Disneyland main entrance. My kids and I have strong allegic reaction to dust mites, so Ive been alsways looking foe hotel who has tiles or wooden floor. Also, thanks to our allergic reaction, we can immediately know ifthe place is clean enough. This hotel is a hidden gem 💎
Great service, location, flexibility with check-in times, and I would definitely stay again. Booked via Airbnb. David is a Superhost, as am I, which is not a rating easily maintained (for me with one room inside my home). I really appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness in and outside of the rooms, responsiveness and commitment to excellence. As a lone female traveler, I felt safe.This hotel was hit hard by COVID, as you might imagine, but David is vested and pereservered. Wont you show your appreciation by checking it out for yourself. My Second time staying here,this place is my new go to hotel for my Disneyland trips, the rooms are affordable compared to most hotels in the area, parking is free witch is a huge bonus around the Disneyland resort area, walking to the park is about 10 to 15 minutes, owner is really nice, lets me park early so I can go to Disneyland and come back to check in at the perfect time for a Disneyland break, definitely booking a 3rd trip for May.

Perfect place to rest after or before your Disney day for a very reasonable price. Free parking, and they’re super kind about allowing you to continue to park on the day you check out if you’re going to be at Disney that day. Convenient and safe location. This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will return.
Hotel 414 is our favorite place to stay in Anaheim. We visited for the first time since the pandemic and were very happy with the protocols on sanitation and masking being upheld by the staff. As usual, our room was stocked with all the amenities that we needed to feel comfortable and content. The owner is very kind, extremely understanding, and a pleasure to communicate with. He allowed us to check in early and was very generous in allowing us to park our car while we headed into Disneyland (walking distance from the hotel - one of the biggest benefits)! Hotel 414 deserves my full recommendation. We enjoyed our stay to the utmost and will be returning as soon as we can to create more memories.
This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. It’s a no frills place but it is nice and updated. It is within a 5 min drive to Disneyland and close to a McDonald’s and various gas stations which is a plus! There is also a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine within the room. Even though my stay was short, it was nice to have hand soap, shampoo, and body wash provided. All in all, I would definitely book another stay here!
We stayed over for a couple of nights recently. Like others have noted, the rooms were extremely clean - and everything seemed newly remodeled. David and his son were both a joy to meet :) - David went out of his way to accommodate our last minute request to add an additional guest to our room. The location is very convenient for visiting the Disney parks. A quick 5 minute Lyft ride gets you to the gates - helping you bypass the long, painful queues and shuttles if you decide to park instead at the Disney parking lots. Will definitely stay @ the 414 again if we do travel back for a trip to Disney.
Arrived to check in and customer service was awesome! Got 2 big bottles of water. The room was freshly cleaned, the beds super clean and white, extra toilet paper, 4 towels and more small ones. Kleenex, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, plastic and foam cups. The towels were really white and clean, also the bed sheets and pillowcases. The room had woodenhorizontal big blinds👍Excellent for a good price and really close to Disneyland. I highly recommend it!
Great place to stay for Disneyland/California Adventure. Room was very clean, staff was friendly. Checking in and out was easy. Parking was also easy, plenty of space and at no additional charge. Would stay there again in a heartbeat next time were going to the parks. We chose to use rideshare to/from the parks to avoid walking, 6min ride for the same price (collectively to/from) as paying to park at Disney
Had a trip to Disneyland and this was fair in price and distance compared to other hotels around the area. Front office checked in with us through text message about time of arrival and if we had any other concerns—thought that was very personable. The front office is not always manned but once you ring the doorbell, the attendant/management is quick to open the door and assist! Super friendly customer service! Great location for Disneyland but if you’re headed the opposite direction to let’s say McDonald’s down the street it’s a little hassle to have to make a U-turn at the intersection and back to the hotel and you can’t cut straight across (small little issue but that’s just a heads up and not the hotels fault ☺️) Housekeeping didn’t accommodate on washcloths but that was a tiny issue compared to the overall stay and excellent cleanliness they did everyday we were there! Would definitely stay here again if we had a trip to Disneyland!
My husband and I had a day off on a business trip doing film work in LA and decided to go to Disneyland. We were trying not to break the bank on the overnight, especially since it was only one night and we were arriving late. The 414 Hotel was the cleanest hotel We have ever encountered, and the service was above and beyond!! The owner met us within moments of our arrival and provided us with an upgraded, bottom floor room where we could park our van full of equipment right outside within view. The place is a tiny, modern, motor court version of any of the nicest Disneyland resorts, and it’s right under the fireworks display every night. Walkable to Disney, yet quiet, cozy, and great water pressure and air conditioning. Such a steal for the price!!! I hardly ever write reviews. But, they totally deserve it. The stay made us totally rested, relaxed, and comfortable. Well done!!
Friendly staff. New decor and very clean rooms and bathrooms, except the bed. The bed had very nice, new sheets and pillows, but the bed made a lot of noise, if you know what i mean 😉Im adding that if you notice they replied and thanked every single review. Thats awesome
Great spot for the parks. Far enough away from the commotion that it feels private but closes enough to walk or to take a cheap uber. Everyone who worked here was so kind and when we left the for the parks the cleaning folks would always tell us how cute we looked. (which of course was so sweet and made us feel great!) The rooms/and hotel seem to be newly re-done and are super clean and well stocked. Zero complaints. Loved our stay here, would def stay again!
Just like all the other reviews have said,this place is CLEAN.But what the other reviews fail to mention is just how clean it is.Our room was so stunningly clean at first glance I couldn’t believe it.I started looking for dirt because I figured somethings gotta give.Floorboards? Not a speck of dust.Behind the toilet? Spotless.Corners in the shower? Freakishly clean.Seriously, feel free to walk around barefoot this place is so clean.The beds are comfortable and the pillows are even more comfy.Our door didn’t have an extra door lock like most hotel doors have, but it did have a deadbolt lock.Friendly and quick customer service.Two giant water bottles at check in.Highly recommend!
Beautiful room! We booked a two queen room and ended up with an additional queen bed and room connected to ours. Super cool! Everything was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!!
When I first walked into the room, it had a wonderful clean smell! Everything was nice and clean, it made me feel very comfortable. The location was right down the street from Disneyland! Although I wasnt there to go to Disneyland, It was still nice to watch the fireworks display right In the parking lot or for a better view in the swimming pool area. I really enjoyed my stay and if I’m ever in LA again I will most definitely stay at Hotel 414!!
We’re never too sure what to expect when staying somewhere around Disneyland but we were pleasantly surprised by Hotel 414. The checkin process was easy and low key, the rooms were a tad bigger than I expected (still a hotel room but a nice little extra alcove area that our pack n play fit perfectly), and the most important part: the rooms were clean and felt new. No worn bedding, no odd carpet smells (its a laminate wood floor thats in great shape and actually made the room feel cleaner), etc. really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend for anyone trying to find a good option near Disneyland
We have stayed at Hotel 414 many times over the past 6 years. It isn’t super close to Disneyland but definitely worth an Uber ride or the drive. The hotel staff is amazing and they are always super friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The value of this place is hard to beat. I would highly recommend this motel. We will definitely stay here again.
Good clean place to stay, location is an 18 min walk to Disneyland and about a 7 minute Uber ride. Room was really nice, bed comfy, and overall clean room. Would stay again for someplace to sleep for another Disneyland excursion.
This was a great hotel, only staid there 1 night after a long Disney day. They check us in near 1030 pm. Nightstands all had power, and the room was clean and spacious.

Excellent stay in a clean, quiet space in close proximity to Disneyland. We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Manager (David) was very friendly even though my kids were noisy at times. Really appreciate the full circle hospitality in beautiful updated rooms. Everyone in our group of 12 raved about the showers as well. No doubt we will be back. Thanks, David!
Agree with the other reviews posted which mention the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the person at the front desk (who upgraded our room to a king bed for free and who kept me updated throughout the day as to when our room was ready and when they were able to check us in) and the thinness of the walls, so we heard our neighbor’s tv and talking very easily. However, it was a great price and I appreciate cleanliness over anything (especially now) so I would recommend with some earplugs 🙂
Rooms were clean! Great service! 15 min. Walk to Disneyland!! And the days we didnt go to Disneyland we still had a great view of the fireworks show! Love this Hotel and will come back and stay here next time!!
The room was updated. Nice beds and bathroom. The only reason why it’s 4 stars is because I don’t think it’s kid friendly. I had my 3 year old with me and he’s a “runner.” He was easily able to open the room door and bolt out of there. There is a deadbolt but as soon as you turn the handle it unlocks the door and makes it easy to escape. I never appreciated those top locks at the top of the door until I had a toddler. The bathroom door also didn’t have a lock so my mom really had to watch my kid so he didn’t open the door as I was showering so everyone could see 🤣. Great motel for adults but if you have kids those could be a concern for you.
This little hotel is a cheap Lyft ride from Disneyland. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and grounds were very clean and well maintained. It worked great for me and my three granddaughters. We wanted an affordable option, close to Disneyland because we knew we were expecting to be there much more than the hotel. We were very comfortable.
Great service and pretty rooms! The rooms seemed newly remodeled with a huge shower and nice furniture including a microwave, keurig, mini fridge, TV, and bedstands with outlets. The room was very clean, which was much appreciated after a terrible stay at the Best Western down the way last time. We will definitely stay here next time we come up to Disneyland.As a heads up, there is body wash, shampoo, and hand soap, but bring your own conditioner, lotion, and face wash.
The staff was wonderfully nice, and the room was great. The TV was a little weird, it wouldn’t always connect to the cable. But I was tired enough to not bother with it. I’m curious about the $100 deposit, it hasn’t been refunded yet. Maybe transactions take a bit longer through my CC? But it was a nice walking distance from the park, and easy to get a ride back. I felt safe all by myself. Aside from my weird deposit issue, I’d recommend friends to stay there, it’s a perfect rest stop and not over priced.

Stayed here once again in February 2022 and once again it didn’t let me down !!! You sleep comfortable and i always felt safe so did my family !! The person in the office is so friendly and makes sure you feel welcomed . There is a parking fee per night but nothing crazy . Worth it for the stay definitely would come here again !!!
Very clean, budget friendly hotel. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Short walk to Disneyland. Our only suggestion would be to put lounge chairs by the pool instead of just chairs.
I made the reservation for the wrong day, not only did they allow me to switch (day of stay) they allowed us to come in late (though someone had to wait up for us) and we’re so gracious and kind. You can walk the 0.5 mile to Disneyland if you want. The rooms were clean (average) but the service and kindness was stellar!!!
I would like to rate this place 4.5 stars! But I’ll round up. Only docking half a star because I think the lamp in the center was broken because it could not be turned off. Everything else was fine! My girlfriend said the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

I booked the hotel for family vacation. A family of 4 includes 2 little boys. We booked the room with 2 queen beds. Enough for us so far. It’s very clean and nice service. More stars because this hotel is non smoking! good experience and will come back!

I was in a clean and modern handicap room. Very nice and quiet room in a quiet area, close to local amenities and Disney. Not a lot of frills but a good value for the money. Gave it four stars because there is no shuttle service, pool not open and no continental breakfast. The latter two issues were explained to me as being a result of Covid. However, there are other motels in the area that offer those amenities, despite Covid, but they tend to be a little more expensive. I was there on business in May of 2021 and it worked fine for my needs. I would to stay there again.

I do not know what to give on this review. The lady that was there to greet us was very nice. We stayed there the night of the 9th. The only complain that I have was the bed. Every time I moved while asleep it made a loud squeaking and woke me up. It was the metal frame that it had. I did not sleep well because of it. Hopefully you can fix this. We liked that it had free parking and it let us park there during the day so we can go to disneyland. It was only a mile walk. Thanks.
The rooms are basic but they are very clean and very comfortable. The one thing I love the most was the free parking and the close proximity to Disneyland. Also there are a couple of close restaurants within walking distance and a Starbucks around the corner also within walking distance. Recommend the property for anyone that doesn’t need super fancy rooms.

The room looked like it was newly renovated and very clean. The location was quiet and had several nearby amenities most importantly Starbucks within walking distance. The staff was very helpful including last-minute revisions to our booking dates without extra charges. Despite a walk to the Disney entrance I was very pleased with our choice to stay at hotel 414.
Service was amazing and the room was very clean and always kept up when we were gone during the day. Housekeeping even folded my personal blanket and displayed it on the bed, I thought it was a cute gesture. Will definitely be booking here again!
The owner cancelled our reservation saying he did not like the way my husband talked to him. My husband is hearing impaired and asks WHAT a lot. He laughed at us saying he didn’t need our business and good luck finding another hotel. He saw we had our two grandkids with us. The owner is very rude and apparently does not care for white hearing impaired folks. The place looked like a dump anyway. There was trash all over the very seedy looking motel ( not hotel) parking lot that had two homeless people in the corner of the motel parking lot by the pool.I even saw a roach on the checking counter. Avoid this place and the very rude owner who barely spoke English!
Nice location, clean and BIG rooms, plenty of space, we walk every day to Disney, even I think at the beginning that was far, and probably dangerous It was nothing like it. Walk-able distance from the parks, nice parking, clean rooms and fare price. I extended my stay here for an extra day instead of getting a room closer to Universal, I didnt regret the decision I spend more on gas but I get a nicer and cheaper room.

Wonderful comfortable clean room and bed and clean crisp bedding. Nice big fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave and coffee maker . Lovely clean large bathroom with shower. No tub but not a problem. About $6 to Uber to/from Disneyland. Also walkable but you have to walk over the overpass. Parking lot is small and only one way in/out is the only downfall. Otherwise great comfortable hotel near Disneyland. Highly recommend. Lovely staff as well. Very friendly and helpful.
We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and the owners are super responsive. I had a late flight and they made sure I knew they’d still be there for me to check in.
Solid choice for a motel. Rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Nice staff. Close to Disneyland, which is a plus!! Not a lot of sound-proofing, but youre fine if you go to bed after the fireworks. Definitely staying there again.

Spent two weeks in Dec 2019. So impressed with very specious rooms with modern / new furniture. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and linen. Water pressure in the shower was super fantastic. Kudos to the Management and the staff for maintaining 4 star standards. Bed side tables and main table had more than enough power sockets. Car parking spces were wide and clean as well. You earned a very happy customer. Well done

So Clean and Nice, Were Staying Twice!We had a great time here the first weekend in October. The staff was kind a courteous. It seems like a family run business, which we love! The rooms are clean and well maintained. Parking was breeze! Being so close to Disney is great, and if you dont want to walk its a $6 Uber ride away.Were already booked to be back at the end of the month! Cant wait!
Loved the stay here very clean, staff is very friendly, open the door it does smell like cleaning products ( tolerable ). A 20 min walk from Disneyland thats a +. My only down side is that the bed makes a lot of noise, even when turning around in the middle of the night and the towels are waaaaaay to small !!!! We stayed for 4 nights and they only stocked the room up with 2 towels and 1 tp. Over all it was good.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Disney parks, approximately 20 min. The building and room was quite clean and the staff are very friendly and I found them to be accommodating. For the price I was happy with the value. I would recommend this to others. I definitely felt like the staff take care of the property more than a chain place. Would stay again if I come back.
Rooms were clean, and well put together. Me and my wife really enjoyed the renovations. Customer service was awesome. Only 15 min walk to Disney. ART pick up right in front. Free parking. Any really affordable rates, a must when going to Disney. Only negative was the road noise but hotel does not have any control of that. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you!
I would really recommend this small but classy hotel. Very clean, modern rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Disneyland shuttle picks up right in front. The Disneyland fireworks show was very loud from 9:30-9:45pm but I would bet thats how it is anywhere near the park. Overall, very happy with our stay here and would stay again!
I was able to walk to the entrance of Disneyland in about 20 minutes. The room was way nicer than I thought it would be. It seemed like it was recently renovated. Smelled nice too. Overall a pretty nice place to stay for price.
I stayed here for a few days and had an excellent experience. The staff was kind enough to let me check in two hours early! The room was very nice and it had a refrigerator and a large bathroom. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney from the hotel and there is a Starbucks directly around the corner. The drive to Disneyland is maybe 5 minutes. The hotel is on a nice little strip that has plenty of fast food joints and convenience stores to refuel at.
Front desk was friendly and informative. Room was nice and had microwave and fridge. The only thing that I can say as a con is just simply that they did not have conditioner. Everything was great. Comfy bed, quiet room, easy walking/shuttle access to Disneyland.
Nice little place. Clean and modern. About a half mile walk to the park. They dont charge extra for parking so thats definitely a bonus.A couple of downsides when it comes to noise. I was on first floor and could hear A LOT from outside. And it seems the walls are thin too. So if your neighbor is waking up, YOU are waking up. The heater/air is LOUD also. It WILL wake you when it comes on. If staying in winter I suggest warming the room considerably then turning off the appliance so it doesnt go off in middle of night.Hotel is a good value if youre on a budget visiting Disneyland. But you can also stay at a place thats a little closer and nice for about $30-40 more a night. De po ends on if its worth it for you.
Stayed here with my wife and daughter, and the room was very clean and nice! We were very close to Disney. Showers were great, and the management and staff were very nice and knowledgeable!Not typical of the location, we were woken up during the middle of the night because the couple downstairs decided to attempt to see which could yell louder and hurt each other more. The management apologized profusely, and all in all handled the situation very well!Loved the stay, would stay here again!
I feel this place was like the Disney Experience! Where else can you lean on a wall right in your motel next to Disneyland and enjoy the fireworks every night? The staff is beyond what you would expect! A joy with smiles everywhere. I loved the bathrooms here, very large! I almost wanted to sleep there if I was cornered by my girlfriend!, lol. Rooms are clean and roomy for such a good price! Oh did I mention it is very close to a 7/11 store? It worked for me. I hope to be back soon!
Its hard to find a hotel thats clean, no stains, no funny smells, no bed bugs. The cleaners are doing great! Ill definitely book here again when i go disneyland.
Hotel 414s rooms were recently remodeled in a modern style, and our room was sparkling clean and smelled fresh. Very simple furnishings, but comfortable and quiet. Ayesha at the front desk is sweet and helpful. We preferred to save our money to spend elsewhere and this was a great choice for us - and it only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the Disneyland main gate. Two cautions: The pool is not heated (though our kids insisted on trying out the freezing water on a winters day, and had a good time doing so), and the bathroom has no tub so might be tough for kids too young to take showers. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Stayed 5 nights in August 2018. Great location to Disney. We were able to walk there with no issues. Rooms are very clean and the pool is nice. Ice machine did not work the last evening we were there. It was promptly fixed and while the machine was making new ice, the owners ran out to the store and bought ice bags and brought some directly to our room. This was after midnight. Very lovely family that runs it.
Super cute rehab small motel - really updated and mod with bery cordial owner/manager. Close to Disneyland. If you want to get away from the chain places this one is a great option. Walk to Starbux, 7-11 and some other places too. Right off the freeway.
Perfect stay for someone who doesnt want to spend the big bucks on a name brand hotel and still be close to Disney. The staff was nice and helpful, rooms clean, bed comfortable, and great shower blowdryer!! Would highly recommend :)

I stayed here with my fiance for a weekend in Disneyland and the place is fantastic, especially for the price. Close walk to Disneyland, and the room was perfectly clean. The hotel is close to the road, but the room was quiet enough that the traffic did not affect our sleep. Great place!
The rooms are very nice and clean! They have a shuttle in front that will take you to Disney.. but they don’t tell you that you need a bus pass. Although it’s a short walk to Disney, we took an Uber for only $6. (After walking through Disney all day, you won’t be able to walk back to the hotel!) The road is really loud at night and the morning. Also, we got woke up at 6:00am due to construction being done in the parking lot. It would have been nice to be informed that they would be tearing up the whole parking lot so early in the morning. Also, they don’t have very good office hours. They are closed at random times. I had to go to the hotel next door to get pamphlets and information about getting to Disneyland. I’m on the border about this hotel, and may or may not stay again.
Clean, friendly and safe. We looked for a place that didnt cost extra for parking (!), and something that was within walking distance.414 fitted the bill, and initially we were sceptical, as previous reviews varied. But, our stay was perfect. Staff were all on hand whenever we needed them, nothing was too much trouble.We had parcels delivered without issue, rooms were cleaned every day, beds were comfortable, as were the pillows.Nil issues with noise except on one day we coukd hear the Disneyland fireworks- but we had the bathroom window and door open.If we return to Anaheim, we would stay again.Our party consisted of two 70+ in one room and a family of three in another- youngest being 4.
Great value for money hotel, newly renovated, nice clean rooms with a large bathroom. I really liked the power sockets on the bedside tables and on the cabinets and the blockout blinds. The hotel is 2 storeys high with a set of steps on each side of the complex to access the second level. I couldnt find any vending machines for water so its a short walk to the gas station or Starbucks that is about a 1 block walk. Overall I was very happy with the service and the cleanliness and size of the room.
My stay was perfect from start to finish. Bathroom was twice the size of most hotel bathrooms and had new fixtures. The location was what attracted us to the property and that did not disappoint. I didnt have to deal with paying parking and the craze of getting out of a packed parking lot at Disney. Perfectly fine for the price.
I love Hotel 414 Anaheim everybody who works here were just so friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and large. Walking distance to Disneyland, 100 meters to a Convenience Shop and Taro Bell. Lots of Restaurants and Fast Foods are in a shop walk from this Hotel. This hotel deserves to be a 3 star and not a 2 star. 🌟🌟🌟

Simply put: you cannot find a better hotel at this price so near to disneyland. It is listed as a economy level hotel on priceline, but I think it is as good as many 3.5 star level hotel. The overall experience, is a five star!Also, this review serves as a rebuttal for another review from Just kickin it several days ago. We are the family living upstairs to them. There is no party, no dancing, no loud TV. Just us wake up at 8:30 preparing for a Disneyland Day. We were sorry for the initial interruption and asked our kids to walk not run immediately after the complaint. But, I guess we have to touch the ground in order to leave the room to go to Disneyland. However, the downstair gentleman/lady was still annoyed, and I was told that they used deplorable language toward the hotel personnel. I hope they were better prepared for Disneyland, a place full of imagination and love.
We booked this property as we wanted the location. We had stayed at a more budget hotel up the street the night prior, as we only used it to sleep. No problems there at all.When we checked in to 414 at 11:00pm, they had people above us that were very noisy. I called to the front desk to remedy this issue. The issue was not resolved. I called back an hour later, and the desk clerk started to argue with me over the phone, getting me more awake and more agitated than the issue with his guests staying above our room dancing on our ceiling.I was left with a sleepless stay, and a front desk clerk with an Unprofessional demeanor, and hostile attitude.He was completely incompetent in meeting a customer’s simple (guests are entitled to get rest) needs.Don’t stay here unless you don’t need sleep-period!
Price is great for quality of service and room. Rooms were spotless. Only thing is it wasnt as close as it said it was (ie walking distance) to Disneyland. There is the ART public transport too which looks quite good but we didnt give that a go. Best hotel experience we have had.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! If I could give them more stars I would. The day we checked in we wanted to spend the day in the park and the staff allowed us to park our car there early so we could avoid the crazy Disneyland parking fees. Wonderful, very friendly staff who were extremely helpful and nice.
Had gotten a good deal online to stay here as the normal hotel was booked. You can walk to the front gate of Disneyland in 15-20 minutes. Bathroom was twice the size of most hotel bathrooms and had new fixtures. The gentle*** at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.
The gentleman up at the front end wasn’t very knowledgeable and not very friendly. I’m also upset to find out they don’t have shuttles like the website said and it also misinformed me that Disneyland is a 11 minute walk when it’s actually 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the room it’s wonderful! Very spacious and clean.
Stayed at hotel 414 recently for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close enough to Disneyland that we walked to and from the park. Very basic hotel, but well kept and clean with a microwave, fridge, and cable TV in the rooms!
Rooms are really clean and tidy. Location is pretty close to the park and they have a shuttle. For what you pay I think it is a good deal compared to some of the other prices for hotels. Only thing I didnt really like their parking is really small and it is crammed. But I had a good stay and I would stay with them again next trip.
Old style motel but revamped a short while back. Clean. Staff will make sure you have a good stay. Close to Disneyland. A good place to watch Disneys fireworks is from the parking lot.
STAY HERE! My friend and I originally had reservations at another nearby hotel that was one of the nastiest places we had ever seen. We could not stay there. Since it was so late at night, we had only a few options to move to, Knights Inn being one of them. WOW! Is all I have to say. For a couple bucks more per night we stayed in a beautifully updated room that exceeded all our expectations. It was CLEAN, and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was gorgeous; something Id like in my home! The AC was amazing (were big on white noise/cold while sleeping and it was perfect). There were even plantation shutters on the windows! We were literally living in luxury. Not to mention youre seconds from the parks. I will stay here again and again and again!!!
Pretty much perfect if you dont want to spend a fortune. Good pressure and clean. Location was a 20 min walk to the entrance to Disneyland. In the area since we see my sons doctor out of state and saw this location had such a high rating and was affordable.

Clean and pleasant for what it is- a motel within a mile or so of Disneyland. Friendly staff. Its an easy walk without any big traffic crossings and a cheap Lyft ride. The beds were super soft so -1 star for that. Stay here and save the money for all of the churros and souvenirs.
If you’re a budget conscious traveler, who uses the hotel strictly to sleep, but still wants a clean, comfortable place to do so, then this is it. It’s within reasonable walk to Disneyland, fridge & microwave in the room, fairly quiet location.
Fantastic place. Very clean, great staff, free parking and 10 minutes walk from Disneyland. Basically this is all what you need if you are want to stay close to the park.
First off, the room was immaculately clean.Next, the young man, Nethwan, that checked us in was very kind and understanding...you see, I was not happy about the pool being closed for construction; it seems to me that should have been on the hotel website. When I expressed my disappointment about the pool, Nethwan sincerely apologized and asked what he cold do you compensate for the pool. Back-story...we were there in Anaheim to visit Disneyland for two days and our Hotel 414 was only for one night - I would need parking for two days (parking at Disneyland is $25.00 per day). Well, Nethwan allowed us to park in the Hotel 414 parking lot for two full days (it was a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, but we saved $50.00 for the two days. I felt we were treated wonderfully!Thirdly, we felt safe in the hotel neighborhood. The front desk was always kind and wanted to please us.and Last, the price was one of the best in the area surrounding Disneyland - and Hotel 414 was rated VERY high on Tripadvisor and Google.

Modern rooms, beautiful bathroom, walk-in shower, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, clothing iron, safe, swimming pool, decent Wi-Fi, not many accessible outlets in the room and towels are smaller than average. 15-20 minute walk to and from Disney crossing streets and going up and down hill, parking on site is free but limited, and early check-in may be possible after a slow night.

Very comfortable place and great price for 2 nights that we stayed. Rooms are very clean and Angelica (the lady that cleans the rooms) was super friendly and kept asking if we needed anything else to let her know. Customer service in the front office was phenomenal ! Beds are super comfy.. driving from Idaho (15 hrs) we couldn’t have asked for a better place to finally relax after a loooong drive ... definitely staying here again when we’re visiting 👍🏼

Nice clean rooms, with newly updated modern furniture! Decent price as well. Its gone up a little since they switched from the Knights Inn brand, but isnt terrible. We stayed in late February, and the price averaged about $110/night, as opposed to the about $60/night it was during the same time of year 2 years ago, but the updated rooms are nice.
Only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because of the issue I had with the deposit. They took $100 deposit each room off of my card which was suppose to be pending and I wont get it back for 3 to 5 business days after we check out. Other than that it was a wonderful, clean hotel!

Wonderful place! We were staying at another hotel when the earthquakes happened. We didn’t feel safe so we switched. They were absolutely wonderful! And the rooms so clean!
Not a good experience at all. My flight was a late one so I had checked in late that evening we arrived. Omg the rooms is so small andthere are absolutely no amenities at all. After being in the room for about an hour we noticed our things were soaking wet. At first they wanted us to stay in the room. But I said this was unacceptable. That since they were full we would need to move to another hotel and they should credit me back for this night for which she agreed. Then we discoveredi that there were other rooms and she offered a room with two beds instead of the one. Which I considered to be good customer service from that standpoint. I didnt realize at the time she was going to retract her offer to creditback for the huge inconvience from the.night before. Im. It sure if all hotels are like this in the area but for the 250 per night I paid was way to much for this place. Rooms just seems odd. Frig didnt work had to finagle coffee pot to give me a cup of coffee. Ill book best western or something similar next time for less.
As there is no washing facilities on site its a 10 min walk to laundromat. Minutes depending on how fast youre feeling :) Its great though as there are loads of cafes/restaurants on the walk there (Taco Bell, Mimis, Panera and McDs to name a few. Nice little hotel.
Looks ok inside now fans just an ac in wall thats on fritz. Towels are really small ice machine didnt work. They guy in the front disappeared alot.
Hotel 414 is absolutely amazing for the price! Its right next to Disneyland you can walk! Has discounted tickets prices, a pool, upgraded showers and rooms are very clean. Would definitely reccomend
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. MUST READ!!!!Went to the hotel in the morning before allowed check in time. Was able to park car there and take bus to Disney, went back to check in around 6 pm. We checked into our room and moved the blankets down in the bed and there was hair in there. Checked the other bed and also hair plus questionable stains on sheets. The bathroom had hair in the shower along the sides. Also BUGS.We called the front and a lady came and we showed her what was in the bed and shower. She moved us to the room directly next door. We checked the bed and there was no hair, but the shower had mold along all the edges and saw a huge bug crawling up the wall.We checked out of the hotel immediately. Andy ( the manager) asked me to walk up to the front and sign for a release for my $50 deposit. And said I could contact hotels tonight ( app I used to book hotel) and he would release a refund. Hotels tonight attempted to contact the hotel directly and they would not answer. I then called and spoke with them the following day about them trying to contact the hotel and not getting a response. I told them I would be calling Anaheim police department and all of a sudden minutes later he is there ( after he was unavailable all night)And still did not want to release the funds back to me. So I paid 119 for a hotel I didnt stay in because of their cleanliness. The hotel is remodeled but that doesnt cover up the fact you have poor house keeping staff and a infestation of bugs. Still have not received my refund a day later, contacted corporate office for hotel and waiting for a response.
Room was meh. Nothing special. If at worst too cold. The staff was amazing, however. My son is young, and I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they had a roll away crib, he said no, but he could upgrade us to a king size bed for free.
These beds are as soft as a wooden plank. Its like these beds were made from rocks. Dont know how they got 4 stars becuase the staff is nice but that doesnt cut it. Fake reviews maybe; probably the first and last time I will stay here. Sadly things need to be changed for being updated recently.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The owner was super super nice and even helped us with something when we were in a bit of a pinch. Everyone we met was great and there was even a mariachi band practicing at a house nearby.

Just checked into the hotel and found bugs in the beds of both rooms. Hotel manager is calling me a liar even though her employee saw them and sent her pictures. She insists the room just needs to be cleaned. Hotel is at capacity and manager has refused to relocate us to another hotel. Im 350 miles from home with nowhere to stay.

I stayed here back in 92’. I was 7 yo and it was called the Knights Inn back then. Definitely didn’t look like this. Haha but I had fun, there was an arcade and the pool was awesome.
Stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. Its right next to Disneyland. Friendly staff and a great price. Only thing was there was no clock in the room.
The room we were in had been remodeled and it was cleaned thoroughly every day we were there. Excellent service all around. The staff here was extremely helpful when we needed to get a room at the last minute. I could see why this place got such great reviews and we will be back for sure.

My experience at this hotel was very pleasant the hotel seems newly-renovated in good taste and I was surprised that not more people were there however must be due to the covid-19 pandemic but I would definitely tell anyone in the local area and anybody traveling this hotel is definitely up to par and if youre in the area you should definitely stay there.
The location was what attracted us to the property and that did not disappoint. The friendly staff helped us out with our park-hopper passes which we purchased at the front desk. The staff at reception went out of their way to help. Well definitely be back at our next visit.
The room is good and the location but went we got home we noticed that we had staff missing from are baggage I call but they said that cant not do anything..
Hotel is away from all the main hotels, so its quiet. Beds are great, lots of water pressure from shower. Very nice hotel, hardwood floors, nice shower, very friendly staff.

Hotel was for the most part quiet (walls are rather thin so you will hear your neighbors) and very clean, rooms are really nice for being basic, but the beds are a little bit uncomfortable.

2022-05-07We had a really nice stay here! The manager communicated in a timely manner and everything was more laid back, which was nice since we went to the parks the day we arrived. The rooms were very very clean and were cleaned every day by staff with fresh clean linens which was wonderful. Check out was easy and a breeze and we were able to leave our keys in the room and text him that we were leaving. There even was a fridge with freezer section, microwave, coffee maker, and shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. Would definitely stay here again!

2022-06-12We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 414. I was very impressed with how clean the exterior was. Looks like a fresh paint job was done. Very clean lot with no potholes. The rooms were very nice, no carpet🙌🏼. Nicely updated and just right for what you need. The pool was great and the fact that it’s so close to Disney means everyone else was at Disney while we took a break so we got it to ourselves :) definitely within walking distance of Disney which we did a couple times but also only a $10, 5minute Uber ride. I highly recommend this hotel. The owners take great pride and you can definitely see it! Thank you so much for hosting us and we hope to come back again!

2022-02-21Had an absolutely wonderful stay! This will without a doubt be our Disneyland hotel from now on! Great location, awesome staff, and a view of the fireworks every night! Plus it’s an easy walk to the park entrance, with a pit stop for Starbucks and Taco Bell right on the way if you’d like! Super clean nice rooms! Can’t wait for our next stay! :)

2022-06-09We just checked out of this hotel today! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights here and it was perfect for what we needed. Disneyland was about a 15min walk away depending on your speed. We walked to and from with our 3 young children and we didn’t have any issues with walking.I seen the beds being soft as a main complaint however no one in our family thought the beds were bad. After a long day at Disney you could sleep anywhere though, right?Anyway, the owner was extremely nice, we’re very low maintenance and don’t need much but when needed towels he brought them right to us.For the price and location you really shouldn’t sleep on this hotel. Save that $$$ for Disney spending!Overall we had a great stay and I don’t have any complaints!

2022-06-18My family recently stayed here and had an excellent experience. We were given two large bottles of water upon check in. And every single day our room was cleaned perfectly, they even folded our kids blankets and PJs. As well as moved their stuffed animals to a new spot every day. It was really cute! We went swimming one day and the pool was really well cleaned. This hotel is walking distance to Disney and we loved that! We even got to watch the Disney fireworks from the parking lot. Next time we go to Disney we hope to stay here again!

2022-07-07Weve stayed here twice in less than a year. I love how close it is to Disneyland! They provided us with two big complimentary water bottles for us. The service was always on par! The last time we stayed, we needed to upgrade to one more night, and they were very accommodating. We will be coming back here for our Disneyland trip in the fall.

2022-02-10Hotel 414 was clean, and having a walk in shower was nice. Check in was very easy and the person checking us in was very friendly, offered us water bottles. Not bad at all for the price considering many of the other hotels/motels charge a premium for not many amenities other than close proximity to the park. Free parking would be perfect had we had a car. The walk was a bit far for our preference at the end of the night, but if you don’t mind the 15 minutes it’s not bad. Our only complaints were one, the towels were very small. As a larger person, they’re tiny. Two, when you are looking to book, it doesn’t say it’s a smoke free property. We understand no smoking in the rooms of course. But one in our party vapes (nicotine) and had done so in the parking lot. We got kind of a big brother-y feeling text the next morning letting us know it was a smoke free property. In further looking into, where it says it’s a smoke free property is buried in the FAQ portion on the website and not seen anywhere when booking from what I could see. Otherwise we had a nice, safe, and uneventful stay!

2022-02-14The hotel is very clean and has a modern look and feel to it. Staff is nice, friendly, and very polite! Its only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland from here so its definitely worth it for the price, especially if its a place you need just to unload your stuff and knock out until the next day.

2022-01-19Overall, a great stay! The rooms were clean and the check-in process was very easy and they were very accommodating! Definitely booking with them again when ever I go back to Disneyland! The walk to disney was also not too far, therefore, recommend staying here if you wanna save yourself parking fees!
