If we were to just review the front desk personnel, we would give them a 5 star especially to Annie and Breanna. They were very helpful and hospitable and went above and beyond what we needed help with.Yet we did encounter some issues with the hotel building and site. The parking lot had a lot of trash and wasnt picked up daily. I think they were either shorthanded or just need more staff to do the ground work. The furniture was horribly stained in our room, the fridge was dirty on the top, etc.. yet we were grateful for the kitchenette which had a full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove top in our room. They had basic dishes yet we had to go buy cooking utensils. Plus we were glad they had the elevators. We were Grateful for the internet but it kept dropping and had to keep adding in our password and username. We appreciated bringing our pets to a pet friendly hotel, but one of the older cleaning ladies was a bit grumpy and refused to clean our room because we had pets nor would she give us any clean towels. She told me to go get them downstairs.I did like that there was continental breakfast yet I wish the hours that they stopped were around 10 am instead of 9. We were grateful they have a laundry room where you can do your laundry, yet the 1 out of 2 dryers was broken. The side door to the hotel was broken half of the time and we couldnt get in using the key code at times so we had to walk all the way around to the front to get in.They do have a nice lobby where you can watch tv or kick back. They even had board games and books for the kids which I thought was great. They did have pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is near a lot of Restuarants which is convenient.I would recommend hiring more maintenance and ground crew to get the place back into better shape.
Booked with them through a third party website. They received the reservation but refused to give me a room. Woman upfront was not helpful at all. I choose the Hampton because I thought they were a quality hotel. Now I’m left disputing the charges with my credit card company and looking for a room in the middle of the night in a town I don’t know.
Worst stay ever! I have no idea what y’all have against air conditioning?! My room air only worked the first night, then it started blowing out hot air. Hallway vents also had hot air blowing out of them, so t’s impossible to get any sleep at night, because it’s hot in the room! I was told by two different front desk people someone would look at it. Still waiting on that!
Positive: The staff was friendly and professional Staff accommodated me with extra shampoo Negative: Hotel was hidden one way in and out The bed looked like someone was sleeping on it One large bathroom towel was a little damp The room furniture looked dirty and damaged The dish washer was leaking under sink at rise cycle no hot breakfast on first d
Last time i stay here. Even though rooms are available they wont let you checkIn. Unless the your white or a doctor apparently the women at the front has to find you attractive . I seen how she kept checking in people but wouldn’t check me on because room wasn’t ready.Im so upset annoyed with this unprofessional women! 😡😡😡
This was one of the best hotel stays Ive had in a long time. One thing that I value a lot is a clean and quiet room. This hotel delivered on both fronts. I was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite and the bedroom I used did not share a wall with another room. It was extremely quiet throughout the stay. Also, the guy checking me in was extremely friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were excellent. The hotel itself was very dirty and not kept clean. Breakfast was the same thing every single day. The manager named Stephanie is not very professional she does not care about her guest nor does she care about the grounds. Several people complained about a car that had all it windows busted out not only did it happen twice at this property. Stephanie also changes room rates and stays. The assistant Manager Angela is amazing she actually truly cares and agreed with me on the condition of the hotel. Also the Spa did not work for the month and half that we stayed there. Back door kept breaking. You couldn’t use a regular key to get in the door you had to use a digital key. This hotel could be nicer if they had a different Manager!!
On top of my last review, there was robbery in the hotel across the way and the security guard from this hotel was there and told me to “shut up don’t say anything” and didn’t want me talking to the cops about what happened. I did anyways and the staff from this hotel was upset with me for making a police report. So I definitely think the staff is robbing clients. Watch out for your stuff when you stay here
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and well appointed, and pricing was on par for the area. My one pet peeve is when hotels offer and even advertise free Wi-Fi, but the free service is so slow its reminiscent of the worst dialup. The other option is to foot the bill for high-speed internet, which Im sure is less than impressive. If youre going to offer free internet that does not have the bandwidth to load basic webpages then just be honest and state that internet is an extra charge.
Aw man! What happened to this place!? I remember staying here back in 2017 and it was really nice. I think they are overdue for getting new couches, maybe small renovations or something. The room was stained everywhere.. the couch, walls, sheets, drapes, just everywhere was kinda gross. Super dusty too. I was here for a 2 day music event so the hotel was super booked. My room was on the 1st floor right next to the entrance, I could hear everyone walk in at like 3 or 4 am :( that wasnt the worst. The room was just dirty. I didnt want to complain, i knew the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. the 2nd day i woke up with 3 bite on my leg, which i assume are possible bed bugs. I sure as heck did not see any mosquitos. Bed bugs bite in rows anyway, so im sure thats what got me. For the price i paid i expected a nicer room. Yeah the kitchen was nice, but i wish there werent stains on the couch and bed. Food was pretty awful too. The eggs are watery and the potatoes are cold, sausage super salty, the bacon was the only good thing besides the juice. Staff is very friendly, A+ on that. But the rooms need to be updated for expecting me to pay $400 a night. I tried to post photos of my bed bug bites and the dust/stains/dirty couch but for some reason they arent showing up. Very shady. So you can see ALL the photos on yelp. I made sure to post there too.
The Homewood Suites was an oasis for our family trip. We flew down to drop our son at U of Redlands and stayed a few days to see him off. The vibe of this facility is clean and pleasant and the rooms are quiet and nicely appointed. There is plenty of parking and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool is good sized, outside and clean. We used the kitchen and fridge and found the extra tables helpful for take out meals. There were 3/4 adults in the room all the time and we didnt feel cramped. Luggage got a little messy, but the closet is good sized.
WiFi in the room is terrible, better off just using your own data.Security is non-existent, our car had its catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot.Breakfast is just okay, same thing every day.Bed was comfortable, but fold-out couch in living room is hard to sit on for more than a half-hour. Kitchen is convenient (microwave, range-top, and fridge, no oven.)
Dont stay, it was awful. Havent stay in a property this bad in many years. I grounds are filthy, weeds everywhere. Pool poorly maintained, hot tub broken. Told there was to be a breakfast included. Out of almost everything. There response when we and others complained was sorry. Management should be terminated.
This is an amazing hotel to stay. Clean and staff were really professional and accommodating. I Loved it and will be back. I never leave reviews but I was very impressed with this hotel and how clean it is and how friendly and accommodating the staff is that I had to give a review.
Visited for work, the staff was very nice throughout the entire stay. Easy grab and go breakfast offered in the mornings. The power did go out one night of the stays, not sure what ever happened, nothing was ever addressed. 🤷♀️The room was very clean upon check in, of course I brought clorox wipes just in case. Room had basic kitchen necessities and ample plug ins! Fridge was cold, microwave and TV had no issues. My favorite was the dual climate room(s).No daily room service, but just vist the desk for any towels/extras and they are provided! No pool or gym open.Laundry room available to do your own laundry. Be warned, drier needs two rounds to completely dry.
I work in San Bernardino, live in Running Springs. After this major storm I wasnt able to make it up the mountain. I needed a place to stay in a hurry. Homewood suites was more than accomodating to my needs. Off work at 5am, they had no problem checking me in and giving me a room on the spot. No wait, no hassle, no worries. Simple, pain-free, and I had a room within 10 minutes. Absolutely amazing service as well as rooms. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and then some. Quiet rooms, quiet setting. I slept like a baby. Thank you, thank you Homewood Suites for giving me a place to stay when I was stuck. I will more than recommend you. You are amazing!
Loved that all the rooms are suites - separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen. Very clean and half the cost of the Marriott and/or IHG on Redlands Blvd. And, these suites had bathtubs! We were able to check-in and use a digital key; never needed to interact with the front desk.
Stayed at this hotel when COVID-19 was re-emerging. There were many essential amenities that were not available during the stay which I the hotel should have informed the consumer at the time of booking. After I checked in the desk clerk casually mentioned that there were no daily housekeeping and the rooms would be cleaned once a week only! I booked a suite, for 3 people from Friday to the following Wednesday. The bathroom and shower were never cleaned. I had to set trash outside the door and request daily clean towels and washcloths. You can imagine after four days the room needed attention. They didn’t offer cleaning supplies and I had to purchase my own.To add to this, the cleanliness of the room to begin with was unsatisfactory. The furniture was worn and stained. The curtains and sheets at the windows were obviously dirty with dust buildup and there were stains on the carpet. The bathtub needed to be reglazed and the stopper to the tub was broken. The complimentary breakfast was modified with cold cereal, breakfast bars, muffins, and warm bottled water. They did have a sausage muffin that I was told was decent that you could bring back to your room and heat up.Overall I was very dissatisfied with my stay. While I know the coronavirus pandemic requires modification of services, this was too much without offering comp prices for decreased staff and amenities. Oh yeah, the pool was closed too.I wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel or recommending it in the future.
I was disappointed that the pool wasnt working and they didnt mention it when I checked in or made my reservation.I got all dressed up in my bathing suit and headed downstairs only to find a sign that mentioned it was out of order indefinitely.Other than that, I had a marvelous day and I always wondered why people would settle for a regular hotel room when for the same price they can have a sweet. I love these properties.
This place was clean and pleasant. It’s family-oriented so you are going to see kids and pets. There is a laundry facility, pool and jacuzzi, workout room, and an outdoor area for grilling and entertaining. The staff was kind. The continental breakfast wasn’t all that good, though. Need more options for people who don’t eat pork or dairy. Maybe turkey sausage? More vegetables and healthier grains. Cleaning staff was okay. Not too bad.
The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming. We booked the hotel room last minute after a bad experience with our Airbnb booking. Thank goodness we were able to get a room here without any hassle. So glad we were able to rely on the clean, comfortable rooms at Hilton! Thank you for all your hospitality!
Nice place but giving it 4 of 5 of five because I travel about 50% of the time for work and have stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton San Bernardino several times prior to COVID19 and in February I noticed one of their two laundry dryers was broken. Today upon using the laundry room I saw that one of the two dryers was still broken. Open asking the front desk about it they said it’s been broken since February and it’s *NOT* a high priority for the management company to fix it.This is a huge inconvenience for me for I travel about 10-14 days at a time and usually want to do 3-4 loads of laundry the night before I check-out. With only one dryer working it will take hours to do my laundry and if I have to wait for other guests to get done I have to resort to hanging my wet laundry all over my room.
Staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Lobby area was clean, open atmosphere and very well laid out. They have a little shopette that has a good variety of goods (soda, ice cream, basic microwavable meals, usual salty snacks and a small incidental/toiletry section). Navigating to rooms is a little challenging, but par for the hotel game. Room was very nice. Kitchenette was adqueltly stocked with essentials. Room layout only 2 gripes are 1) TV is almost parallel to bed making it hard to watch in bed.2) AC unit and controller are further from bed, so you tend to freeze out one area to make the sleeping area cool. Bathrooms were a good size, hot water worked well, plenty of towels provided and the house toiletries were of good quality (the provided bath soap was larger than the usual business card size an would have last almost a week of regular use.) Housekeeping was super chill. We ran a while past checkout and they didnt push us at all.
The staff from the GM to the housekeeping staff and everyone in between have been awesome. They are ready to help you with what ever need you have. The rooms are spacious. We have a kitchen to cook with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and dishwasher fully stocked with pans, dishes abs etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that asks me where to stay in San Bernardino
Homewood was Awesome aside from it being a Pandemic so not everything was available although all in all I Recommend Highly!! Staff was Really Cool except for The Long Black with Blonde streaks Hair wears it in a messy bun and works during the nights(11pm-Breakfast).She is Rude, Nosey, Disrespectful, and Lacks Customer Service Skills Majorly........ To Management: Awesome Hotel unfortunately that young lady can Jeopardize Hiltons Contract $$$with Amazon with one too many Complaints pertaining to Staff Customer Service.
I was visiting a friend that was staying there (I was not). We had a delicious meal consisting of sliders, slaw, salad, and broccoli cheese soup. Beer and wine were available on tap. All of the people were friendly and welcoming. My friend wss staying in a gorgeous room with a stove, fridge, and cabinet space. If i ever needed to schedule a long time stay at an hotel, I will be staying at the Homewood Suites!!
I have an upcoming reservation tomorrow, so I have not even checked into my hotel yet. I made the reservation for work. My work plans changed, causing me to need to stay an hour away. I called to see if they could cancel my reservation with no fee due to a change in my circumstances and was unequivocally told no. To me, this is not how you treat people who are loyal to your brand. I will stay at your hotel so I will not get double charged for my room and just eat the extra hour of drive time, but I will never stay at this property again. I would caution others before staying here about their rigid policy for cancellation.Upon checking in, I found the property to be nice and parking was plentiful. I got into my room could hear my shower leaking. My showerhead leaks and it drips water continuously. I also have black mold all around the shower and bathroom door. Certainly not up to Hilton standards. I was going to the pool to enjoy the 85deg day and the pool was closed, which they did not list on the site when I made reservations. I went to the evening social hour to enjoy a free beer. There was maybe 10 other folks down there. They had Bud Light and ShockTop on tap. I had a half glass of Bud Light before the keg was empty. I had 1.5 glasses of ShockTop before that keg was empty. Neither keg was replaced. I just went back to my room. I attempted to watch some tv on my phone, but their Wi-fi was very slow. I did a speed test and it was 10.4mbps! By comparison, I turned off the Wi-fi and ran a speed test on my ATT 4g service and it came in at 43.6mbps. Their Wi-fi wasnt even fast enough to watch netflix without it being glitchy. The customer service here is just terrible. No way would I stay here again due to the way they treated me for the cancellation and the other stuff just piles on top.
We enjoyed our two night stay at the San Bernardino Homewood Suites. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast food was hot and there was a nice variety. We always look for Homewood Suites when we travel because we know that we will find a clean comfortable room, nice amenities and helpful employees.
A+ hotel! Special thanks to Derek Chacon at the front desk for being so helpful and friendly. He truly made us feel right at home for our short stay. The staff at this location is 5 star not to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Very nice place. My family, wife, 2 kids, 1 dog, & I stayed here about a week & a half while waiting for our home to be ready for move-in. The 2 room suite with a full kitchen was great. The free breakfast was pretty good, except for this morning, our last morning, was kind of nasty. The Monday-Thursday social dinners were good and filling. We saved a lot of money those days not having to buy food. The staff is great, all of then are friendly & approachable. The pool & spa are clean. The guest laundry is only $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry, and the washer and dryers are big enough for large loads. The in room WiFi works well. The only real problem here is the homeless dumpster diving tweakers begging for cigarettes and change every morning when I go out to walk my dog and smoke. 1 evening I took our dinner delivery boxes to the dumpster and had the piss scared out of me by a dope head shooting up, needle in arm, when I opened the dumpster door. As long as you stay in the hotel or the BBQ area you dont get bothered. I dont fully trust my car being in the side or rear parking lots due to the dopers and no cameras that I can see. Add some security, either cameras or patrol for the parking/smoking areas and this hotel would get 5 stars.
Great for families, location is absolutely fantastic in terms of food choices, Costco, freeway access and ability to reach lake arrowhead and big bear within an hour. The internet speed is amazing and add to that complimentary break fat and evening social. The staff are super nice and helpful. I noticed they allow pets as well and have a small basketball court as well. Great value!!!!
Don’t know if walls are thin or if it’s just the quest are too disrespectful toward others. Above my room all I hear is them moving chairs, tables or something and jumping all freaking day and night. Next door to me all I hear is a toddler crying all day and night. Reported it to the front staff but nothing was done about it. Can’t rest on my days off and have to wake up at 5a due to all the noise. Won’t be back here again. Will find another hotel if my job send me back again.
Terrible management, great housekeeping. Unprofessional and inept staff with dismissive hospitality. Cockroaches, skunk spray, poor security, homeless invasions, human feces, vehicular smash and grab, great locale to restaurants, impossible access to hotel, brimming garbage cans, pool and spa closed due to vomit, children screaming up and down halls slamming doors terrorizing guests etc. Out of control. Location is in decline as there is an ever growing homeless community present on the premises and near by areas and adjacent walls. Beware... just awful.
Tracy is so rude and condesending refused our service because we had kids! We booked an prepaid for the hotel. I was not allowed to stay because she didnt want my children to stay. She also messed up my last reservation and double charged me. Her vibe is all wrong and is not friendly
Stayed here for ten days on business, and if Im ever in the area again Ill definitely be back! The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the evening social(basically dinner/beer) was also awesome. Unlike a lot of hotels the internet here was also decent. I didnt experience any coverage drops while walking around, and the premium internet netted me about 12Mbps on Wifi. I had many interactions with the staff and I must say they were all incredibly friendly. Only bad thing about this hotel is the area, San Bernardino is incredibly ghetto, but this particular area is nice and relatively safe. Dont recommend venturing out beyond the little corner area where all the hotels/restaurants are.
I give this location a three. There wasnt a lot of interaction from staff as you would see at other Hilton locations such as text message follow up. The location feels more like a hostile with nicer rooms. The technology in the room is outdated. There are not even USB plugs near the bed which I found to be frustrating at times. Who doesnt charge their phone by the bed??Lastly, the location is kinda remote. Although some good dining options down the road, the locations are not really ideal to walk to.
Good customer service, great suite, slow internet (even after paying for better connection). I called before making the booking and was told they allowed cats (i travel for a living and always make sure the hotels accept my kitty). During check-in they told me they dont accept cats because they are destructive (cant imagine how dogs arent?), but they made an exception since someone gave me the wrong info over the phone. My room was left in perfect condition after a 4 night stay (as always), and I have stayed at Hilton hotels before without an issue with them accepting cats, so maybe this could be an incentive to allow other kitties in the future (there is a $125 pet fee and a card for incidentals after all!). Breakfast is good, but they could have some vegan options that other hotels already offer
A 3 because we had reservations made long ago and we arrived we were told they fully booked and gave rooms out on first come first serve. So where when you book where does it say that or they failed to say all that?? Oh they dont tell you till your room is gone!!! Not the way to do businesse. We stayed next door at the Hampton. Very nice big rooms. Plus security in parking lot good after all it is San Bernardino.
Everyone here has been over the top great to my family. All of the staff makes a daily effort to talk or play with my 2 year old son and help us with everything and anything we need. We just moved and are staying here until we find something permanent so its important to feel welcome. They provide dinner and drinks Monday to Friday, breakfast every day and grills for us to use whenever we please.
Beautiful rooms condo style, relaxing EVERYTHING is clean smells beautiful and the staff are accommodating and wonderful! I travel to this area for business all the time Im definitely going to be staying here often. BIG THUMBS UP TO THIS HILTON AND THEIR WONDERFUL STAFF!!
I rented a room during the covid pandemic and all was well and good until I said the word homeless and they said I can no longer stay there. Im an essential worker thats been displaced with her child and you deny my payment cause Im claiming homeless. Even though Im paying out of my own pocket?
Not a good first impression. I booked it through my work portal and it was confirmed yet when I arrived they needed some kind of corporate authorization. It was very late and not something I wanted to deal with at 10pm at night. Why not ask for it before hand. Also there was welcome note in the room with some other persons name on it. Either get It right or dont put it there. Just looks unprofessional. The rooms layout is weird. Do not go for studio suite. There is no proper place for the tv in the room. It just faces a wall. You have to turn it on the not so wide tv table to face the sofa or the bed to watch it. Even then it will be at an angle. Amazing. On the plus side the internet speed it good. Breakfast is ok. I was hoping they would have pancakes but they dont.
Though the location is not the most upscale, it is conveniently located, close to the freeway, several restaurants and both Sams Club & Costco. If your looking for accommodations that rival a smaill upscale modern apartment, then this place cannot be beat. Nice customer service, too.
Was a little hard to find on Google maps, however it is right next to Hampton inn. Nice spacious rooms, built for extended stays (full kitchen, large refrigerator, couch, and bed. Complimentary breakfast and free parking. Clean rooms and they provide Neutrogena bath products.
I rented a room here for (5) days. Apon my ck out I left (2) bags of clothing along with a rose gold MK watch. The (2) bags of clothing was returned, but my watch wasnt, which means that the housekeeper that cleaned that room STOLE MY WATCH. The only excuse I keep getting from staff is OUR HOUSEKEEPERS DONT STEAL. or MAYBE YOU LEFT YOUR WATCH SOMEWHERE ELSE. No I left it in room #202 on that TV stand. I spent $800 for the days we stayed there. Theres no if, ands or maybes where I left my watch. Sorrry to tell you, but there is a thief amongst your housekeeping department. As a guest we want to be safe & secure where we lay our heads at and bc of this I will not patronize this establishment anymore. Alot of times you dont know who steals until their caught and with that being said. You have a thief amongst you so be careful and dont leave any personal expensive items in your room when your not there.
I felt as good as a republican feels the place looks sweet feels sweet and it is sweet from Florida ceiling luxury thick walls keyless entry extremely well maintained inside and out I would recommend this place highly to anybody its like a long-term stay in place or short-term but you feel at home here what can I say youre going to love it if you have a chance
The staff was excellent housekeeping were triple excellent all were very courteous and willing to help you made me feel very comfortable food was delicious staff always had everything there good variety you if you needed something they got it for you made you feel part of the family
Staff was very friendly and nice, the room we stayed in was nice as well, the only problem we had with room was that the breaker keep tripping in the bedroom and it was quite annoying, also the trash can in back parking lot was overflowed and looked disgusting and was never emptied the whole time we were there, the breakfast was great first morning, second morning different staff, the food was cold and never filled.

2022-01-06This hotel has provided myself and my family one of the best hotel stay experiences to date. My husband is military, and with that career comes the much anticipated moves. This move is a hard one for my 3 young kids, and this hotel has given them a wonderful memory! The staff are all so kind, there are family games in the lobby, as well as complimentary dinner and breakfast. The manager even made a very “sweet” gesture for the boys that made their night. Pet friendly ($50) with clean and cozy rooms , you can’t beat that!

2022-06-29The experience was very negative overall. The main issue is the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall poor housekeeping of the rooms, bathrooms, and general gathering areas of the hotel. Overflowing trash cans in the breakfast area, dirty floors in the hallways and room, a dirty shower that stayed the same dirty despite me asking each morning of my stay for housekeeping to thoroughly clean the shower including the walls. Even after specifying what the issues were and where, it was still not clean. See attached pictures of what appears to be bloody prints on the shower wall and other dirt, not sure what, as well).I stay at Hilton brand hotels frequently and rarely experienced this level of unsatisfactory cleaning. Additionally, the evening/nighttime front desk person was not pleasant and came off very rude and condescending to me and my coworker, separately. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

2022-04-14The room was very spacious. The grounds were well kept, and the breakfast buffet was better than the average hotel buffets. I loved that I was able to check in, get my digital room key, and check out from the app. Only thing I would like to see is an online map showing room # locations and access doors. It took us a bit to find parking near the closest entry to our room without any avaliable online map.

2022-04-04Very great place to study because it is close to my school. I hope they can build more in our bay area or even a hotel apartment for these business people. And I hope the price is not too much if they want to stay as long. And please use the rental assistance as well. I hope to see this more in the future. My place where I stayed was very bad. Job less, health less, and very homeless because everything was control by some people. RUDE! I like your place! Get breakfast and housekeeping . I can go to work and study without any worry.. I hope to this project soon.

2022-04-19Unfortunately we waited more than two hours past the guaranteed check-in time due to staff shortages as we were told. This would not have been as bad if the room was actually cleaned. The bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and the room seemed as though it was just barely vacuumed and absolutely nothing else. There were strands of hair in the bathroom and dust that appeared weeks old above the fridge and inside cabinets. I wish I could attach the pictures and videos I took. The front desk worker brought us replacement sheets. We had to strip the beds and make them ourselves. Had I been able to find another hotel that could accommodate us on short notice I would have switched (and I did try).

2022-05-17My only complaints are that the wifi seemed to get worse and worse as the week went on - more than the typically expected slowdown as more people arrived and used it on weekends. And the morning breakfast seemed to be stocked once and when its gone its gone. Almost every morning I tried to come earlier and still missed out on things most days. I would have liked more information shared about the evening socials, I know those used to be routine but cancelled for covid, yet one or two nights I noticed them as I came and went after work but hadnt seen that they were any sort of regularity or at what times.THE GOOD my initial reservation was done by fellow crew who were already there, but once I gave my HHonors info they were easily able to transfer everything to me. Staff at the desk was always friendly, and I dealt with them frequently for date changes, borrowing office supplies to work, and dealing with package deliveries. The room and common areas were all clean and in good condition. My kitchen area could have used more equipment but thats probably up to the individual guest to add what they need. The pool was handy, fitness room well-equipped, laundry facility clean and useful, ample parking space, the courtyard and patio lovely and spacious. I did take note of the board games and few books available for kids & families, and the small concession/toiletries & essentials was wonderful to have available.Checkout was a breeze, automated and accurate.

2022-05-31Decent hotel but definitely not on the nicer end of Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at. Rooms are fine but aged. Pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning. Breakfast is mediocre. Price is fine.

2022-05-16First of all, the hotel room looked very nice and very clean. However, the AC did not work. The AC was actually blowing out hot air instead of cold air. The temperature in the room kept going up and up. This might be the worst room/hotel. Jack was the person in charge at night.

2022-06-07Positive: The size of the room was great. It was perfect for my family. It was close to stores and restaurants. Negative: The room wasnt cleaned well. It seemed like it was rushed. The floor was sticky the carpets looked like they vacuum around spots. The trashcan smelled like sour milk. Sheets were clean but the comforter was not.

2022-06-29Im a Hilton Diamond member so I stay at Hilton properties a lot. Homewood suites are set up pretty much like a studio one bedroom apartment. My room was nice and well kept furniture within good shape and everything was clean. Furnishings or adequate and in decent shape. Its always nice to have a kitchen and fridge if needed. This hotel had a pretty decent workout room with a nice bench and dumbbells for a workout as well as a few cardio machines. Probably a little bit larger than average workout room in terms of space so that is always nice. They had two benches there to use with the dumbbells so more than one person could work out at a time .This hotel also had a small laundromat if a guest was staying longer and needed to do some laundry. There is a free breakfast in the morning until 9:00. A.M.. I would have to say the breakfast was just barely okay. Eggs and sausages were a bit overcooked and dry in the warming pan. There were some pastries bagels and I think pancakes there as well. If carbs are your thing. There was also oatmeal with a few different toppings available. They didnt have any ketchup. Seems like kind of a big necessity for eggs? Nada. The carpet in the bottom of the elevator that I used was pretty dirty and had a lot of spots.Parking was free which it should be in an area like that. It was a small distance out to restaurants. There were a few in the area and then some others a bit farther away so it was okay.
