I hired HomeShield to deal with an annual Fall sugar ant problem. Justin came out and did a terrific job. He communicated well regarding when he would arrive and what he was using to deal with the ants. He was thorough, and I am very happy with the work performed. Definitely recommend if you need a good pest control company.

Thomas was exceptional in providing service to our home and familly. He was wearing a mask the entire time of service and even put bags on his shoes when he noticed our welcome mat asked for visitors to remove shoes. Lastly, my daughter had built a makeshift fort in our living room and he even stopped to greet her as if she were in her own home which she enjoyed. In August 2020, I reached out to Homeshield on behalf of myself and 3 immediate neighbors in search of a reliable and professional pest control service and found HomeShield. We began our service with Maurice doing our initial inspection and we loved him so much that we actually requested for him to do all 4 houses on a quarterly basis and were lucky enough that this was his area. He is very professional and goes way above and beyond to make sure your property is pest free, if you have an issue hes on top of it. If you need him in between your scheduled service just call, so far none of us has to make that call. Always provides you with a heads up on when hes coming or should he happen to be running behind (rare) he lets you know. We have just had our 4th quarterly service and couldnt be more pleased that I found this company.
Manny of Home Shield Pest Control just. Completed rodent exclusion. The final step was replacing the crawl space covers that had deteriorated. The covers he installed are far better that the original.Home Shield in general has provided excellent service from inspection through completion of the project. We highly recommend Home Shield for all pest control needs.

2021-08-10We have been a client of HomeShield Pest Control for over a year now.All the technicians that come to spray and clear spiderwebs are very friendly and courteous. During mosquito season HomeShield provides excellent abatement treatments. I would highly recommend HomeShield as a hole. HomeShield has very respectful and friendly customer service.We have HomeShield come out on a quarterly basis but if we needed them to come out for extra treatments, they are only a call away. I recommend HomeShield to all my friends and family.P.S. I only gave 4 stars because I don’t want them to get cocky. Lol

2021-11-29I have been using HomeShield for the past 2 years at my apartment. I am very happy with their service and I have seen a noticeable decrease in spiders and all bugs in general. The HomeShield techs have always been extremely professional and friendly. For my most recent service, they brought both the tech Carlos and the regional manager Don to ensure that all was being taken care of at my home, which is an example of their great customer service. I have recommended Homeshield to my friends and family and I will continue to do so in the future
