The people in the office are very nice there even the clean up crew were very nice I was waiting for my apartment to be remodeled I had a comfortable stay there.
I have stayed here several times and I have to say it keeps improving every time. The staff and management are more than helpful and always make sure I am satisfied.
Made reservations online they did not ha reservation at hotel when we arrived waited for 30 minutes. Ended up paying cash for room even tho credit car was charged then haggled over charge with credit eventually fixed problem but hotel attendant was a little rude
This place was insane. It smelled of Indians. No offense. The bed was very dirty and the sink wasnt fixed. This place is gross. And you can hear through the walls.
Awesome new remodelled rooms. Staff is very friendly and will definitely go back.

2020-02-19This hotel was okay, not great.Pros:- Close to downtown- Enough space for parking- Mini frige, microwave and TV included- Wifi works okayCon:- We saw spiders in the shower and a small cockroach in the closet. Other than that place was clean.- Walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the floor above and next to us.I believe you get a little more than what you pay for compared to other prices that are the same price and location.

2016-04-07Do not rent any rooms in this place!!!! I warn you... First off, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are very rude and disrespectful! Almost a month ago, I stayed there one night and the worst ever.. The room I checked into had Bed Bugs... Yes... And roaches.. When I told the front desk, the man was rude however he switched my room.. ( oh he denied the room having bed bugs even though I was in front of him scratching all over the place..) So the next room wasnt better... Roaches by the microwave, the TV and desk, the sheets were stained (bodily fluids) I slept in the chair and checked out ASAP! And the City of Antioch never got back to me after I filed a complaint.. Inspect all rooms wherever you stay! Horrible motel and Im glad I moved out of Antioch Period!

2015-09-14The price was a bit too high for a small motel, however we heard it was nice. we checked in, unpacked & saw 2 roaches crawl up the wall! I immediately went to the front desk to check out. the guy said he would put us in a different building with a bigger room! and assured us there wouldnt be any bugs! at that moment I should have left, but we had our baby and it was midnight. we changed rooms, fell asleep and when I woke up in the morning to charge my phone, in the one outlet that is in the room behind the tv, 2 roaches crawled out!! DONT stay here, the place is infested with roaches. the guy at the front desk blamed the hot weather, but you can pay just the same at the Ramada up the street and not share your room with roaches!

2016-07-29This place is pretty sus, the door did not close entirely so there was a large crack in it during our stay and the bathroom window was broken. Very little breakfast offerings, but staff were all polite. Bed was comfortable.

2016-08-28The door would close but still had a gap that could easily be broken into. Hardest time going to sleep because of it and the horrible beds. Staff was nice the rest of the motel want near it. Next time Ill take a 4 hour commute home than stay there

2013-04-27I put up my Sub Contractor here for one week at a price of $341.00. After one night he refused to go back. ( BUGS IN THE DRAWERS, DIRTY TOWELS AND FILTHY GROUNDS.) I moved him to another hotel and asked for a refund for the remaining 6 days that I had pre-paid for. I was refunded $264.00 thats $77.00 for the one miserable night my Sub had to endure. There add quotes a $58.00 night and the receptionist quoted me $60.00 a night including tax. Avoid this shady establishment if you can.

2013-07-19There is no breakfast at this hotel. Not even coffee in the office. When I arrived for coffee and roll in the morning the door was locked and the lady proprietor just shrugged when I asked about breakfast. Dont eat here if you want fruit or rolls in the morning. It is really more of a residence type motel for people who are between places.
