2015-09-116 STARS ALL AROUND. I have to say I have been searching high and low for a clean way to display and store my comic books and I saw there Drop In Boxes and they were amazing. I ordered 2 and they look amazing. Customer service is AWESOME, Joel takes good care and make sure you get your order. The quality was awesome and you get what you pay for. 2017-01-21I fully recommend Herring & Robinson for quality work and excellent customer service. I dropped copies of my thesis to be bound and was quickly helped and my experience was very pleasant. I didnt see the seal of my university listed on the website, but when I came in to drop off my copies, the gentleman at the desk (I believe it was Jim?) suggested they might have it and went to look for it. Turned out they did have the seal, so ask if you dont see your university online. And I completely satisfied with the gold lettering and binding is solid. The shipment arrived timely and was well secured. If you are looking for a good place to get your thesis bound, look no further! I would use Herring & Robinson again.Receiving these copies is the closure of my degree and accomplishment, and I am very grateful for the quality service your company provided. I will recommend your services to my colleagues.

2014-08-25H&R are the best binders in the biz. I sent two volumes of comic books from TX to CA to be bound (hand-sewn) and they look amazing. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is top notch. Customer service was outstanding as well, quick replies to emails, answered all my questions, paypal. I will definitely be a return customer.

2020-03-08Just like frosted flakes, Theyre Grrreat! I wanted to get a 15 book fantasy series rebound to start my brothers collection. I shopped everywhere in the bay and these guys came in 1/3 the price what some others were quoting me at. From start to finish the process was a breeze and this was my first time ever altering a book. They walked me through the whole design process, the limitations of the machines, requirements on my end, and were open and clear about the price for each addon I picked out. But that only gets them 2 stars, the other 3 are from the books themselves; because lets face it, thats what matters for the sake of the gift. Guys.....they turned out GRRREAT! Exactly what I was going for, exactly what was envisioned by the recepient.

2017-07-07Herring & Robinson were incredible. I had to get a textbook binding fixed and they did a wonderful job. They were gracious and polite the entire process through and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

2018-03-17This is the west coasts premiere comic binding service. If you want to turn your old comics into a readable format then mail your books here. Super friendly on the phone and in person. My first binding was 9 books. (Spring of 2017): The complete collection of American Flagg!, American Century, and The Nam. First I called and got no attitude, then I dropped off and everyone was SO nice. And when I picked up my books I could not stop grinning. I uploaded some pics of newer Dies that are not listed on the website. Hope to add captions in the coming weeks.

2015-04-14They re-bound a 1940s edition of The Joy of Cooking for me that was in extremely sad shape (literally falling apart), and it looks great. Their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail are impressive, and their prices are extremely reasonable.
