Ive been here 5yrs now Wish they would build more guest parking at least.Wish they didnt cut trees down from our point of view there nothing but weeds no green grass just dirt now where is the guy that cuts the weeds.

My apartment was burglarized and the management office could care less. They did not cooperate with Moreno Valley Police Department even though they had video of the guy walking out of my apartment with my TV and computer.

This place was great when I moved in. The rent for a one bedroom went from $1042 with all utilities included except electricity. But now it will be $1210 without utilities. It just isnt worth the price anymore when the place right next door charges about $20 less and they have balconies/patios. But it is a good place its clean Ive never seen a roach anywhere in my apartment or outside.

Do not live here I moved in to these apartments for the price since at the time it was relatively cheap but every year when it comes time to renew my lease they raise the price with no real reason. Id be glad to pay more if these apartments were even slightly livable but they are not. First off the jacuzzi has never been warm or lukewarm in the 3 years Ive lived here. Second the apartments have termite an other grotesque insects an as hard as I might with bleaching an cleaning they still come back after some time. Also there is constant leaking when it rains an unpleasant stains in my carpet an ceiling that will most likely come out of my deposit. An all these things are only temporarily fixed. The upkeeping in these apartments is horrible an the management is only kind to an extent of accepting pay but once you are seen without a check they turn rude an dismiss any request until you nag them into submission. An I am sure my neighbors have had similar problems since the walls are paper thin. As of lately I have seen two families move out an two more move in I do hope they dont expect much because these apartments are not somewhere to live for a long period of time anymore. I would have given these apartments no stars if it was possible but at the very least the one pro in it all is that the neighbors are good people an Ive never felt unsafe.

It seems like everyone seems to break the rules when management is out of office. Rent keeps going up so now it is to the point where we are forced to move out. The apartments are also infested with bugs. It’s really horrible. I get crickets and roaches coming in my apartment every night. And my apartment is spotless. Other than that, maintenance is always responsive.

I like living here and it is very quiet. I love the fact that the school is near by. Maintenance is always on top of their work. In all the years that I have lived here I havent had any roaches. For the people that are saying they have roaches and they claim that they are clean...thats a damn lie. You have roaches because youre filthy. They have free pest control fumigation here which I always use because if I see one tiny roach outside my apartment trust me I am on their list to be fumigated. It kind of sucks because you have to take out everything from inside the cabinets (Maybe that is why people dont go on the list...they are lazy) but honestly it works. One thing I do not like about these apartment is that there is very little parking and the parking spaces are too narrow. Other than that this place is a good place to live at.

Hello everyone, just wanted to share a bit about Heacock Park Apartments. I’ve been living here for about 5 years now and I have to say I’m happy with my neighbors and with my landlord she is so kind and understanding the maintenance guy Miguel is always on time fixing what needs to be fixed and makes in effort to get the job done the best he can. Although the rent is high it’s because our economy is bad, but they are one of the lowest apartments in Moreno Valley to rent from. Well that’s all I have to share for now, ooh one more thing to anyone moving in always take advantage on the carpet cleaning (if you have carpet) every year and the pest control every Monday the pest control man comes it goes a long way if you keep up with it :). So my car got towed this morning and when I called the office to ask why it got towed and she said that I didnt move my car in time because theyre fixing the parking lot. I explained to her that I was unaware of this and she said that there were notices posted on my door and I explained that there was nothing on my door and there are kids that run up and down the hallway by my apartment and maybe one of them ripped it off my door, because I didnt receive anything. After that she explained that there were signs posted everywhere which they were not. So now Im stuck with paying 275$ tow bill that Im cringing to pay because I was not aware. If they were smart, they would post such things on my vehicle or inside my mailbox. Also this place is infested with cockroaches and mice. Rent keeps going up like its a luxury apartment but it really isnt. Theres a bunch of kids running around all the time until like midnight and theres always a mess on the front lawn from the kids that live there. I walked out of my apartment and theres kids sitting in front of my apartment playing video games and yelling. I will be leaving here coming next year due to the living conditions and people walking in my apartment from the office without knocking. I rather spend my money elsewhere and pay luxury for luxury.

Two Bed Unit.... Roaches, loud neighbors having sound violation wars and kids running full tilt along second floor walkways shaking everything in a 30 foot radius. Cabinets that dont open because the oven is in the way and oven cant be opened more than 30 degrees due to fridge blocking it from opening. Mislabeled Hot and Cold water hookups on every other spout. Missing electrical Outlets in key areas (Halls and the Kitchen Bar, you will be be sorry without them).Absolute thoughtless design and an outright cash grab with no substance beyond the first impression, makes sense because the landlord is a literal walking mannequin. If youre touring a unit definitely take your time to get a feel for the unit because the real problems with livability pop up as you access the key features of what it means to have an actual living space. The maintenance guy does a good job, but he has his limitations short of tearing the unit down and rebuilding it from the ground up. I guess this is the result when you cant afford professional design. Whoever hired the contractors should be ashamed, the task clearly went to the lowest bidder.

I have been living here for past 3 years now and in my experience the property is clean and safe. The property manager, Raquel is friendly and helpful. They respond to maintenance requests quickly, Miguel is so helpful and goes over and beyond to help, maintenance works around the clock. I would definitely recommend it because it’s a really nice and calm area.
