The lady who did my taxes was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had , but what I just didn’t like was the price I got charged for doing my taxes at HR BLOCK . So expensive .. the adds on tv and social media is a joke . I’m going to be paying HR BLOCK 330 dollars for my HR BLOCK doing my taxes ...
1040 EZ was taken away. I will probably look for another place with more reasonable prices. I was happy with my overall experience however I was disappointed by the fee

2022-04-07Im sure that, in terms of expertise, their staff is well equipped; however, I just had a poor experience with them. I scheduled a 30 minute appointment and joined 10 min earlier. 15 minutes into the appointment, the tax advisor appointed to me still had not joined our video call. I ended up calling the office and wasnt able to connect with the advisor until there was only 10 minutes left. She also asked if we could just continue the meeting on the phone I had called since she had a 2pm, which was frustrating since I myself had a 2pm meeting and just lost 20 minutes of my own work day. I was really disappointed because I was excited to find an advisor that I could meet with in person. My search continues.

2021-02-19Sviatlana is a very pleasant and efficient person. I had made an appointment, and was seen right away. Working from the documents I had left a few days earlier, all the paperwork was done and just needed my signature. Happily, I have refunds coming! I hope Sviatlana is available next year!

2019-02-13Ive used H&R block for years. Ive never had any issues with the iRS and I believe it is due to the proper service provided by the staff. I feel that the service given is by a knowledgeable team. I trust them with my filing. Ive always received answers to any and all questions Ive ever had.
