I printed a few projects with Greenerprinter before & they always do quality work. I didnt know that they do hang tags in multiple shapes, including round WITH THE STRING DONE that we use for our high end womens products. I havent found a printer before that does the stringing on the hangtags.
I havent actually received my order yet, but the customer service so far has been outstanding! Helpful, patient, and super quick! Im very grateful for their help. Will definitely write a product review when it arrives.

2018-11-30Were a sustainable brand and sustainable packaging was a top priority. We used Greener Printer for various pieces of collateral and belly bands. Couldnt be happier with the quality of the items we ordered. The Greener Printer team was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the process. 2018-04-06I do regular printing for my clients with Greenerprinter. They are always reliable and do amazing work. I especially love their booklet printing & weve done mailing projects for nonprofits that they do well. The work is always outstanding quality. If appreiciate that if there are any hang ups or delays they correct it and still deliver an amazing product. I truly appreciate Greenerprinter!

2018-10-23My first experience ordering from Greener Printer. Excited about the possibility of using a very eco friendly printer for collateral. Unfortunately, the quality of the print job was very poor. The representative I have been speaking with agrees the quality was not acceptable. It happens! I would not leave a poor review for that reason. I leave a 1 star review due to customer service. They initially kindly offered to replace the order. Unfortunately, the replacement approach is not the look I need, so I requested a refund for the original order. I have gotten push-back, saying they could refund me a lower amount calling it damaged in transit. That was not the case, it was poorly printed. And now Im getting no response at all. Sad this did not work out. A very poor first impression with a first-time customer. I will not be ordering again, and I will tell others to steer clear.

2018-04-06Greenprinters did a bang up job with my new 2018 book, Pushing through Time: Synodic Cycles and Their Developing Phases. They offered choices of paper - all of excellent quality which was a requirement for this visually elegant book. I have a lot of illustrations that needed a presentation of crispness and clarity for my readers and Sarah went through those choices with us to find the best fit for that request. The cover was beautifully printed with the exact colors of the original art. It has a smooth, elegant quality to it, which was very important to me. In addition, they accommodated us with offerings of various payment schedules and delivery options. When they said it was done, it was done. In other words, they work on a timed schedule which I appreciated. They stayed on task, on point, and worked with me frequently as I travel a lot and catching me at various parts of the globe to okay the proof was part of their remarkable service. 2019-06-27Greenerprinter is extremely efficinent from helping finalize the proof to the actual arrival of the product. They were one of the few printers we found who use sustainable inks and recycled and proved an extremely cost effective option for us. 2018-01-09Classic greenwashing! Well at least there is some humility in saying Greener I guess..I used this shop a few times for some business printing. First few jobs, things went well. Reasonable prices and the work was delivered as expected. After they moved from their Berkeley address, I hired them to print some company brochures for my business. When they delivered the brochures, they had shrink wrapped them with plastic. I did not understand why that was necessary and furthermore, the brochures had become bent on one side from the tight assembly. Naturally, I was not happy with this because I did not ask for any unnecessary packaging and well, the brand new brochures where bent!I brought this up to them and proposed they do a reprint without any wrapping and I also proposed to buy the less than perfect brochures at a reduced cost to avoid waste for all parties. All hell broke loose then as they started projecting that I was some kind of opportunist?? That seemed weird and unnecessarily offensive!My situation did not get resolved, they never did the reprint and I now have less than perfect brochures but I never returned again for a printing job there. I mean how does this print shop get credit for somehow being green? All printers that I know have recycled paper options for their customers. Does GreenerPrinter use less toxic chemicals or something? Just seems like more of a business tactic rather than an authentic concern for the environment. I am a building designer and contractor with more than a couple of decades pursuing green techniques and approaches. In our business, there are vast opportunities for doing work that keeps the environment in mind but a commercial print shop claiming they are green seems far-fetched. Anyhow, I should be a bit forgiving because greener is greener but still it does not seem fair to other like businesses that their competition uses green-washing tactics. Anyhow, I hope they improve their attitude towards business and their customers and fulfill their greener intentions.
